"Another Mike Nifong in the making? Is this DA pandering for minority VOTES?"

The most absurd thing I have ever heard of folks. A state that I have lived in, and a pro-gun, pro-church, anti-crime and pretty much an anti-liberal state, Oklahoma City is charging a retired Air force Lieutenant Colonel hero Jerome Ersland, for killing a habitual criminal robber who was trying to hold up his store.

After being confronted by two holdup men, pharmacist Jerome Ersland pulled a gun and shot one of these scum’s in the head and chased the other away.

Then in a scene recorded by the drugstore’s cameras he was seen going behind the counter, getting another gun and then pumping five more bullets into the criminal teenager who lay wounded from a previous gunshot.

Now the DA of this insane Oklahoma City wants to charge this hero, with first degree homicide that could carry the death penalty.

This has fueled a fierce debate over vigilante justice and self defense, and has turned this pharmacist into a folk hero. An anonymous donor paid his bail of $100,000; he has received praise from the pharmacy’s owner, and has also received outpouring support of letters, cards, and money.

“When your adrenaline is going, you’re just thinking of survival” says one of his supporters, John Paul Hernandez, a retired defense department employee, who grew up in the neighborhood.

District Attorney David Prater says he was justified in shooting the crook, Antwun Parker, once in the head, but not in firing the additional shots in his belly.

“The teenager was unconscious and unarmed, lying on his back and posing no threat when Ersland fired the fatal shots,” says the DA.

Anthony Douglas, president of the Oklahoma chapter of the NAACP, called it an “execution-style murder” and praised the DA for bringing these charges.

While Ersland is white, the two habitual criminal robbers are black. Many who have seen the video, of the May robbery attempt at the Reliable Discount Pharmacy, have concluded that the bastard who got shot deserved what he got.

Now my rant is coming folks, how in the hell can this “Idiotic” DA David Porter and the NAACP leader say that this criminal element was “posing no threats, and that it was an execution-style murder?”

It’s so asinine to say that, because Jerome Ersland did not know in what condition the criminal was. For all he knew the crook could rise up and come at him with a knife or a gun.

First of all, this shouldn’t even be a first degree murder, and it neither should be a second degree homicide, and the very least it could be manslaughter, if it's anything.

Jerome Ersland was panicked because of these two, and obviously feared for his life when these criminals entered the store to rob it. This is an absolute idiocy for this DA to make these kinds of assumptions.

The Idiotic DA David Porter also knows that Oklahoma has that “make my day laws,” where people can use deadly force when they are threatened by criminal intruders. And in 2006 they even expanded the law further into a “Stand Your Ground Law,” that any where, a citizen has the right to be, such as a car, work and anywhere else, that they can use deadly force for their self protection.

This is another form of a district attorney pandering to criminal minority groups, and by people that want to protect habitual criminals instead of victims, like the NAACP and others who want DA’s to generate charges that aren’t there, and the DA’s that are doing it for their betterment in their public careers like “vote getting.”

It’s the same shenanigan story all over as to what happened with the 2006 Duke University Lacrosse team, which the accused got railroaded by a pathological liar and a politically ambitious corrupt DA Mike Nifong, and who in the end, this DA was totally destroyed financially and politically because of it. Nifong’s credibility and law career was left in ruins after pursuing this phony rape case to win votes from the minority group.

If this Oklahoma City DA wants to follow the same path as Mike Nifong’s, so be it.

But, if convicted, Jerome Ersland could get life or the death penalty for this incident.

Obama: "I want my justice to understand that part of the role of the court is to look out for the people who don't have political power, and for the people who are on the outside, the people who aren't represented, and the people who don't have a lot of money; who don't have connections. That's the role of the court."

We just don’t need any more activist judges who tread over our constitutional rights of voters’ electoral results, or someone who’s bent on interpreting the constitution further into shreds.

At first glance Judge Sonia Sotomayor seems to be a complete package for the Supreme Court. She’s Latina, of Puerto Rican origin and Catholic. She had been selected by former Republican, President George H.W. Bush into the federal court back around 1992. She then had the backing of Republicans at large. But unfortunately beneath her façade, there were problems amidst.

The big problem with Sotomayor, is that she’s an activist judge, who rules on issues rather than popular votes of the people, she tends to be the type of judge that would steal voters’ approved election results.

This is the big problem in the United States these days; we’ve become a culture where activist judges rule and step on our constitutional rights in exerting their “unconstitutional” powers to override voters’ initiatives. Instead of ridding these types of judges, it seems that President Obama and some Democrats want to add more of them into our court systems.

Our court systems have run amuck with these types of judges, like with California’s 9th Circuit Appeals Court; District Court and numerous others who have overturned numerous voters’ initiatives in the past. But our constitution “never said that judges are to make “policy” and “arbitrary decisions” over popular election results,” but they are.

Obama’s first selection to the Supreme Court could trigger a battle with Senate Republicans, who have indicated they may oppose the nomination.

But Democrats control nearly the 60 votes necessary to fend off a possible Republican filibuster and even Republicans said they have little chance of blocking the confirmation barring unforeseen revelations.

What’s worrisome to most are comments that she’s made while judiciating from the bench, She once said at a conference that a “court of appeals is where policy is made,” a statement that has drawn criticism from many, including conservatives who saw it as a sign of judicial activism.

“Judge Sotomayor is a liberal activist of the first order who thinks her own personal political agenda is more important than the law as written,” said Wendy E. Long, counsel to the Judicial Confirmation Network, an activist group. “She thinks that judges should dictate policy and that one’s sex, race, and ethnicity ought to affect the decisions one renders from the bench.”

Blue dogs Democrats could be the instrument to go along with Republicans to block the nomination of this voter unfriendly activist judge.

The Blue Dog Democratic Coalition is a group of 51 moderate and conservative Democratic Party members of the United States House of Representatives.[1] The Blue Dogs promote, among other things, fiscal conservatism and accountability. Many members come from conservative districts, where liberal Democrats comprise a decided minority of the general population.[citation needed] In 2006, Blue Dog candidates such as Heath Shuler and Brad Ellsworth were elected in conservative-leaning districts, ending years of Republican dominance in these areas.

“The largest gang takedown in the United States history just happened in LA and the mainstream media, except for the Examiner and the LA Times chose to totally ignore this big story,” but why?

What is it going to take for Washington to act on Latino gang mayhem?

What happened in Southern California yesterday is a dire warning and a wake up call for all black Americans in this country, Latinos do not like you and they don’t want you!

A Latino street gang made up of both, undocumented and ABL’s (American Born Latinos,) most born from illegal alien parents, waged a racist campaign that included murder of a deputy sheriff, attempted murders, and other violent crimes against the city’s black residents, while flooding the area with guns and drugs, according to federal racketeering indictments unsealed last Thursday.

Five indictments charged 147 members and associates of the Varrio Hawaiian Gardens Gang, fed and local agencies arrested 63 people in a sweep early Thursday. Dozens of guns including semi-automatic assault weapons and 1 million dollars worth of drugs were also seized.

An army of 1,400 law enforcement officers, including 17 SWAT teams, were used to bring down these dangerous criminals.

The indictments detail murder, attempted murders, kidnappings, firearms, narcotics, and a slew of other charges, where they operated in a small city south of LA and East from Long Beach called Hawaiian Gardens.

These gangs took pride in racism, and were often referred to as VHG gang, the “hate gang.”

Their goal was to expel and get rid of their city’s African Americans and were engaged in a systematic type of “Ethnic Cleansing” of some sorts to do it. They were perpetrating all kinds of violence and other crimes to achieve their goals.

After this incident, there might be a new reason for African Americans to get on the bandwagon and rise up for complete immigration reforms, from sealing off the southern borders with Mexico and to begin deportation proceedings of the millions of undocumented criminal aliens.

Authorities charge 147 members and associates in a massive racketeering case with racially motivated attacks designed to drive African Americans out of Hawaiian Gardens.

“Federal authorities Thursday accused a south Los Angeles County street gang of a litany of crimes, including the murder of a sheriff's deputy and racially motivated attacks designed to drive African Americans from their town.

The charges, part of a massive racketeering case dubbed Operation Knock Out, were outlined in several indictments charging 147 members and associates of the Varrio Hawaiian Gardens gang with murder, attempted murder, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, extortion, kidnapping and witness intimidation.

The gang, also known as VHG, is so pervasive in Hawaiian Gardens that one in 15 people living in the square-mile city just north of Long Beach has ties to it, said Sal Hernandez, the FBI's top agent in Los Angeles.

Imagine living in a community where one in every 15 of your neighbors swears allegiance to an organization committed to the spread of violence," he said. "The good people deserve to live in peace."

Our illegal immigration policy in this country is a total disaster folks.

I’ve still got a big problem with many of my fellow African Americans when it comes down to illegal immigration. Most support for legalizing their status in this country and they don’t agree with the majority of “white” Americans, who are the spearhead of the nation’s anti-illegal immigration movement.

Illegal immigration has become a boiling point issue in the United States; it’s a fight that mainly “white” Americans are doing it by themselves, with the high risks of being called racist and hateful.

What’s troubling about this issue there are still so few African American writers and politicians that are pushing the issue on to our side, even though illegal immigration has been proven that black Americans are the victims of rampant out of control illegal immigration.

With the exception of Cynthia Tucker of the Atlanta Constitution who has been carrying the anti-illegal alien battle cries for black Americans and coming from anybody else it’s been pretty mute otherwise.

Where are black defenders like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton for these people? Oh yeah, I forgot, they don’t deal with things that don’t make them any money. So if you’re black, these guys aren’t going to be there for you, they are only in it for the money and when there is a white cop or a wealthy white guy doing the abusing.

But the truth is illegal immigration is bringing a slew of Latino gang problems into our country and cities, and government is doing nothing to stop it.

These people do not belong here, but politicians like LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, who is running for governor of California, and other mayors in surrounding cities support sanctuary statuses for these criminal illegal aliens. These people get to run their criminal networks unchecked.

The reason why I believe that the national media ignored this big news, it’s because they all support “open borders” and for legalizing illegal aliens, they didn’t want to add on anymore negative news about it to the public.

If the state of California really cared for their African American citizens, and for their other citizens, they would have acted on tough anti-illegal aliens’ reforms, like Arizona and Oklahoma have done.

But if more African Americans ranted more and screamed about it, we would get that border shut down immediately.

Even though African American groups in the past have gotten involved in the debates to stop legalizing illegal aliens, they are still being mum on the subject.

Well, one group of African-American leaders is letting our lawmakers on both sides of the aisle know exactly how blacks feel about the current Senate immigration bill that passed on Thursday.As US lawmakers, with the backing of President Bush, rush to pass a bill that grants amnesty to tens of millions of illegal aliens and opens the doors to millions more "guest workers," a new coalition of African-American leaders is calling the proposal a "disaster for all Americans that will hit black citizens the hardest.

" The newly formed coalition of business, academic and community leaders, known as Choose Black America, held their inaugural press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, May 23, to express the concerns of the vast majority of American blacks who believe that amnesty for illegal aliens would be devastating to their communities.

Choose Black America officials believe that black Americans have already been severely damaged by decades of uncontrolled illegal immigration and stand to lose even more if 12 million or more illegal aliens are granted amnesty. The coalition was also formed in response to the failure of black elected officials to represent the interests of African-Americans.

"Mass illegal immigration has been a major impediment to black advancement in this country over the past 25 years," declared Dr. Frank Morris Sr., chairman of Choose Black America

"All Americans are harmed by rampant illegal immigration, but it is blacks, in particular, who have lost economic opportunities, watched their kids' schools flood with non-English speaking students, and felt the direct impact in countless ways. Our government has failed us, our elected officials have failed us, and now they are prepared to compound the damage with an amnesty and guest worker program that will set black Americans back a hundred years."

“Senator Barack Obama voted for the June 2007 immigration amnesty that would have doubled current immigration levels to two million annually. He voted for complete amnesty for in excess of 20 million illegal aliens. He voted for the Dream Act that took hundreds of millions of dollars out of the hands of black American college kids' hands— only to give it to illegal alien students.

Fortunately, senators under enormous pressure from American voters – defeated both bills, over and over again."

What's the problem here?
Barack Obama represents the best of African-Americans. Yet, he fails black America miserably! He stands in favor of flooding this country with lower wage labor that destroys any chance for African-Americans to gain a living wage.

What happens from his actions – as well as those of white politicians?
On Friday, January 18, 2008, Denver Rocky Mountain News journalist Tillie Fong reported, "Homeless given shelter from bitter cold." A picture showed 95 percent of the homeless as Black Coloradan Americans on their way to the shelter.

National figures show over 1.1 million homeless on our streets at any one moment in America. Over 13 million American minority children live below the poverty level.

So, why won't Obama and white politicians address the fact that – in many areas of America, 50 percent of Black Americans cannot find a job? More troubling, 40 to 50 percent of black students fail to graduate from high school – depending on state to state statistics. As their family units break down, 50 percent suffer out-of-wedlock birth rates?

Painful economic dead ends
That dilemma drives more black Americans into welfare rolls, soup kitchens and homeless shelters. It places their children into survival mode of drugs, violence and economic dead ends.

Barbara Coe, of www.ccir.net in California, sent me a distressing notice last week concerning African-Americans.

It read, "In many areas of the country, male African-American unemployment hovers around fifty percent.

Many black voters, who have the most to lose, support illegal aliens. Many black politicians support massive immigration and amnesty for illegal aliens even though mass unskilled immigration has dramatic impact on their constituents. While many black families live in poverty throughout America, black politicians are eager to import more poor people who will compete head-to-head for jobs at the lower end of the economic scale.

"African-Americans are getting hosed by their own politicians on a grand scale."

"Legal and illegal immigration has undercut blacks from the jobs they once held in meat plants, service industries and on construction crews. In many cases those were union jobs that paid good wages with full benefits. Now those jobs go to illegal aliens who work for pennies above the minimum wage."

"Yet from black politicians nary a peep is heard."

"One explanation is that many black politicians are wealthy and couldn't care less about the working stiff. Having to compete for jobs with some 30 million illegal aliens is something few black politicians will be faced with – but millions of black and low income Americans will."

Are we the new voice to reckon with? It looks like Independents are going to be the future in the unraveling of Washington’s constant partisanship gridlock that both parties keep on insisting in using on policies and politics as usual.

According to previous Gallup and new Pew Research Center surveys, Independents are the new majority of Americans and yes, like the Marc Chamot Report. But, is that right? Well sort of.

We’re also being called a “fickle” group, with no uniform opinions, but our dominance in American politics carries potential risks for emboldened Democrats and opportunities for waning Republicans.

What this new research shows is that this country hasn’t become more ideologically liberal (left) or conservative (right), despite sweeping Democratic victories lately.

Findings indicate, we the people (the Independents), could be potentially dangerous for President Barack Obama and his fellow Democrats who control congress, if they move too far left with their domestic and foreign policies and other agendas. Which is very good news for Republicans.

Most of us were crucial during the elections for the Democrats and Obama’s success, but we could just as easily be ticked off, by their constant arrogance and also by their do nothing policies of late. This survey also shows that the GOP was only rejected by us for poor performances, not because of disagreements on key issues.

On issues, our Independent viewpoints don’t fit into most liberal left and conservative right frameworks.

“Independents” have pretty much become the trump cards in American politics for now.

"Obama and his left-winger buddies are also finding out quickly that the liberal left did not give this president and some Democrats a mandate to run this country as they please. The Independents are also behind what’s going on with Washington, and if the Democrats and Republicans haven’t figured that out, I’m sure they will soon."

We don’t see things one way like the other two parties that do, and were not into partisan politics, unlike the way most Left-Wingers Democrats and Right-Wingers Republicans are.

Survey shows that American Independents are the new majority in American politics, 36% of us, are Independents, while 35% are Democrats, and 23% are Republicans.

Among Independents, 17% of us lean towards Democrat, while 12% of us lean Republican, meanwhile the simple majority of us, like me, we couldn’t care less about party affiliations, unless they are DOING their DAMN jobs.

Even though Pew has this wrong in my opinion:

I think the more correct way of saying is most of us Independents, tend to lean closely to Democrats on social issues, like labor, the wars, jobs, the economy, and some welfare help for the poor and downtrodden.

We also lean conservative on the taxes, religion, pro-gun, pro-life and national security. We may support expanded government interventions and regulations in the private sectors, even though reluctantly.

So when the mainstream media say "conservatives" are taking a stand against the Nancy Pelosi fiascos, and on some of President Barack Obama's insane proposals, it's not totally true. It's the voice of Independents amongst others that are doing the loud talking. It's us pushing for the real issues along with conservative Republicans, and sometimes it's also us pushing for other issues along with Democrats.

What was more interesting, a couple other hot button issues were intentionally left out this research on Independents, like illegal immigration, amnesty and NAFTA. I am sure that they wouldn’t have liked the answers to those questions, because it would have been in print if they were more in their FAVOR.

That also may explain as to why the Marc Chamot Report News is becoming more popular among certain circles, most of my blog postings detail Independent views on American politics. While still getting support and fans from both, conservatives and moderate Democrats. True Liberals and far left-wing Nut-Cases despise the Marc Chamot Report and never read it, which I couldn’t care, less about it, while right-wing conservatives do tolerate it.

Even though I claim to be “fair and bi-partisan” sometimes, I do exceed to the extreme conservative on some of my views through some of my blog postings.

The real unsung hero for the American Independent movement is without a doubt, CNN’s news anchor Lou Dobbs.

I believe that Lou Dobbs has done an outstanding job, in showing the American public at large, the biases coming from both parties in charge, and as the days go by, and these two parties just keep showing us more and more, of their total ineptness and ineffectiveness in the way they are running this country.

“If things keep on going the way they are, if I were President Barack Obama, I wouldn’t get to overconfident about winning the next term.”

California voters sent a strong message to the governor and legislature, enough is enough! We’re not paying up, cut off some of these outrageous programs and salaries!

People are fed-up and people are getting sick and tired of taxes, after taxes and more taxes. It keeps going up, but these politicians refuse to keep their own house in order. A dysfunctional system at its worst, California has hit pretty much in the gutter financially.

And let this also be a message to President Barack Obama and his Democratic cohorts as to what can happen, when one can’t reign in their outlandish and out of control spending.

Californians voted in mass to defeat every single tax measures that would have helped reduce $21.3 Billion from a skyrocketing budget deficit.

This defeat means that the governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Democratic controlled legislature will have to go into deeper cuts, something that they refused to do earlier this year. They wanted the voters to create that “unlimited piggy-bank” for their out of control social programs and highly paid salaries for most of the states workers.

The average wages for state workers in California are around a whopping $70,000 a year!

Just about the highest wages in the nation. But meanwhile the private sectors only pay half of that to their workers. Not only that these workers make this kind of money, but they’ve got the best healthcare plans that money can buy, not even working Joe’s in the private sector have those kinds of “sweetheart” benefits.

While workers in the private sectors are losing their jobs and their healthcare, these California workers are living it off high on the hog.

But those aren’t the only things that are ailing the countries’ most populous state, the governor and the Democratic legislature know full well, where billions of dollars are going needlessly, but they refuse to do anything about it.

California has a population of over 7 million illegal aliens, from Central America, Mexico and China. These illegal aliens are consuming billions upon billions of dollars annually in medical costs, free subsidized foods, and other taxpayer financed benefits paid for by the California taxpayers.

They know that in Sacramento, they also know that when these illegal aliens use their state funded medical facilities, even though most have jobs and are well capable of paying part of their medical services, California refuses to collect any fees upfront, and nor collect for services rendered from these people.

The truth of the matter California offers 100% medical care for any undocumented aliens in California, but an American, a Californian, with valid social security numbers who don’t pay for their medical attention, they are sent to collections and have their wages garnished to help retire their medical debts. It’s those double standards that’s getting these politicians in hot water and boiling the blood of Americans in general and at large.

The whole state, in mass defeated every tax measure from proposition 1A to proposition 1E. The defeat was in the middle sixties of margins, an outstanding defeat and a voter “backlash” towards their incompetent politicians.

The only initiative that the voters voted for was the 1F, the rollback of salaries for public officials. This initiative also passed by a whopping margin, and actually it passed by 76 percent. So those inept California politicians got a double whammy on Karma in election night, they got a cold slap in the face by hordes of angry voters and they didn’t get their cash cow either.

"I had erroneously misstated that if California’s proposition 1F passed, which did, would begin decreasing pay among elected officials. That was not correct, the correct version is that the California Citizens Commission which sets pay for state officials, voted to slash pay of all elected officials by 18 percent to begin with at 2110."

In essence the voters told these California politicians flatly in their FACES, don’t tax us to death, instead cut those unnecessary highly paid employees, with costly tax funded medical care and “Free Medical Care” to illegal aliens.

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Democratic controlled legislature misjudged the mood of the voters; they also misjudged their anger and resentments towards them. If it happened in California, this “voter backlash” could also happen anywhere else in America.

Tea Parties are having their last laughs, those liberals and Democrats, who laughed and mocked at the Tea Parties, also got a real BIG surprise.

What’s also interesting about all of this, practically every liberal daily newspaper in the state, including the San Francisco Chronicle, endorsed and pushed for all of these initiatives with scare tactics and their readers told them all to “go to hell.” No wonder that these newspapers are having their financial woes. I have said on prior postings in the past that newspapers influencing American politics are pretty much DOA, “dead on Arrival.”

What happened in California could also be more troubling for President Barack Obama and Washington Democrats if they don’t get control of their own runaway spending soon.

“If things keep on going the way they are, if I were President Barack Obama, I wouldn’t get to overconfident about winning the next term.”

It comes down to the moment of truths and facts. These out of control spending were also the doom of the former President Bush Administration and his Republicans cohorts.

President Barack Obama is going to need all the help that he can get from Democrats to get his dream policy issues going, but alienating them along the way is definitely the wrong path to take. Cracks, murmurs, and divisions are beginning to take shape among Democrats in Obama’s lackluster handling over lack of jobs and NAFTA.

Barack Obama being the first African American president in the United States history didn’t just happen because of his “good looks” or by chance. It was because of an economical disaster that had befallen our great nation.

One of the key factors that propelled him over John McCain was that he was more credible and believable about improving the depressive jobs situation in economically depressed parts of America.

He campaigned very hard out there. JOBS and NAFTA is what made Barack Obama president, nothing else.

But now, President Barack Obama has angered some of his base that had thrust him into office, the folks up north, from Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois to Maine, North Carolina, Indiana and Virginia, states that helped carry President Obama into the U.S. presidency, and states that NAFTA had completely devastated its industrial, manufacturing complexes and jobs.

He had adamantly told those people that he was going to do something about NAFTA, and even renegotiate it to favor Americans over foreign interests.

These folks opted for Obama in lieu of John McCain, because John McCain had no solutions for NAFTA and jobs, except for keeping it all as business as usual.

Now it looks like President Obama is reneging on his promise and wants to keep NAFTA as business as usual. If that’s the case, maybe those folks are repenting and should have voted for McCain instead.

There are murmurs and rumblings coming from Democrats within his own party. “I am greatly disappointed that the administration seems to have backpedaled on trade, specifically on the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement,” said Rep. Mike Michaud, D-Maine, who says his state has lost thousands of jobs because of NAFTA. “President Obama campaigned on this issue, and I am very disappointed that he’s walking away from that commitment.”

Obama, by nominating “free trader” and NAFTA loving Ron Kirk in office was pretty bad news for future jobs in America. It was also a cold slap to the face of these folks in those depressed areas that believed in him. Not only Ron Kirk was a very bad choice for Trade Representative, he also backed off taking any tougher stances against NAFTA last month.

Now President Barack Obama needs to wake up and look into the reality of the situation, after his 100 days and change in office, his honeymoon with his millions out of work voters, mainly those of these depressed areas, and those who helped him get into office could soon be over.

It isn’t helping him any at this moment, when more Americans are being unemployed than jobs are available. With the recent proposed closings of the Chrysler and General Motors dealerships, more people will be thrust out into the unemployment lines. His stimulus bill to create 3 million jobs is only a drop in the bucket compared to what’s being lost out there.

His approval ratings aren’t going up any, according to Rasmussen he’s been around the middle fifties for a while. But the state of the nation rating is far worse; Gallup polls show that over 67% of Americans still disapprove in the direction that this country is heading. A mere 30% of Americans like what’s going on here, but those are horrible numbers for both, a Democratic president with Democrat controlled congress to sustain for large amounts of time.

And Congress’ approval ratings are still in the dumps, even with Democrats in control.

Other key Democrat Senators who are beating the war drums about the President’s lack of effort over NAFTA are Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio and Kay Hagan, D-NC.

“If this president doesn’t want to cooperate, politicians (Democrats) should not support any of Obama’s pet projects, like healthcare and other issues that Obama wants to push forth.”

Democrats could drive a big wedge on Barack Obama to force him to keep his words on jobs and NAFTA, especially when he’s going to have a rough time with Republicans.

President Barack Obama maybe doesn’t realize what kind of political pressures these politicians are within their own economically depressed states and among their constituencies.

But what I would suggest that people do is let all of YOUR politicians and reps in Washington know not to support any of President Obama’s issues, until he becomes more realistic about our sad situation and keep forcing him to keep his words, about saving American jobs.

“I have done two blog postings about the controversial 2005 bankruptcy laws changes, and it seems to come up every time as the root of the true EVIL INTO what’s happening with borrowing, new homes sales and our current state of the economy.”

Hearst’s San Francisco Chronicle, even though I have been a harsh critic of their newspaper operations in the past, they do have some finer points about their newspapers.

Please don’t let them know my secret, but I do read their newspapers on a daily basis. It either confirms my views and opinions or it will fire them up with disgust and anger.

But there’s one person that often does editorial projects for their newspapers, and he’s really awesome.

His name is Michael Lehmann. He’s a San Francisco economist and professor of economy at University of San Francisco, his blog http://beyourowneconomist.blogspot.com/

In today’s San Francisco Chronicle he put together a great statistical chart on our current state of the economy. And it’s both, truly amazing and very shocking. His “Bird’s Eye View of the Recession” is simply amazing and it will truly amaze you, in how far this country has fallen off economically.

His chart also shows a steady pattern in economic big four patterns, unseen in the United States and the world in our lifetime ever before.

The roots of our economical evils:

What’s interesting about Michael Lehmann’s chart, consumer confidence had a very steady growth and then began to drop right before former President Bill Clinton’s presidential term ended.

As soon as President George Bush came into office it grew just a bit then it had a steady slide since late 2001. We’ve got to bear in mind that the terrorist attacks in September 2001 caused some of the massive economic tailspin for the country. But later on, it did have a slower growth until mid 2007, when it fell off the cliff entirely.

The other amazing piece of information that Michael Lehmann shares with us is borrowing.

Around the beginning of 2008 we went from 2 Trillion dollars to the current -$93 Billion deficit. In his borrowing stat, I noticed that borrowing began to decline sharply, from its highest peak of $2.26 Trillion right around the beginning of 2006, and not much after the controversial 2005 bankruptcy law changes that were enacted by the U.S. congress.

As borrowing began to decline so did new home sales.

My most popular story that got around all over the Net, which was written on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 was America in Turmoil No Way Out; the 2005 Bankruptcies Overhaul Bill is Killing Americans & the Economy; Americans unload prized belongings:

“The 2005 bankruptcy laws have put a shackle in debt obligations on Americans where these debts will linger with them for as long as the debts last or until they are paid in full. It means to most debtors who owe money, no more lines of credit and no more moneys available to buy fine things and pump back into the economy.

People and professionals had warned the Republican Congress back around when this new bankruptcy laws were being proposed even before President George Bush signed it into law, that it was a bad idea, and it would cause undue damage to Americans in the future and they were absolutely right!

People are being foreclosed in large numbers, credit card bills going unpaid. But regardless for as long that they are in the United States and carry a valid social security card number these debts will linger behind them for life. No matter where they work or how much they earn, they will run risks into garnishments of future wages to pay off these debts, mainly in homes and credit card companies that they no longer own or live in and credit cards that they don’t have.

The 2005 bankruptcy laws is another prime example on how politicians favored banks and big corporate interests over the populace, it’s another prime example on how Americans got the shaft again once again by these sorry politicians in office. And you also got to remember that the Republicans had the majority of the house and senate in the U.S. congress when they pushed for these laws to be passed.”

And the other article was, Massive U.S. Home Foreclosures Tied to 2005 Bankruptcy Law Changes, Scathing Government Report Says:

“And now with a new scathing government report just out, the main culprit that’s causing these mass foreclosures nationwide, is that very damaging 2005 bankruptcy law changes that benefited credit card lenders, and royally screwed the homeowners/borrowers, and real estate lenders.”

But as always, Washington politicians are still ignoring and refusing to amend the 2005 bankruptcy laws shortcomings. There were a few words from President Barack Obama in reversing the controversial law, but unfortunately it has gone nowhere.

In analyzing the chart further, we also see that since 2001 government borrowing was normal for decades, only with minor up and down shifts, but after 2001 under President Bush, it escalated from around -$200 Billion to $700 Billion in just three years. And then it had a smaller decline for years after that. Since the middle of 2008 last year, we went from 300 Billion to $2.15 Trillion in government borrowing.

And now Michael Lehmann story, Numbers expose financial meltdown's roots

It's easy to blame the economic crisis on the greed and skulduggery of bankers, brokers and assorted sharpies. Gaining true perspective requires grappling with data. The sharpies and their shenanigans comprise the economy's superstructure. Only statistics can expose the foundation.
But you don't need to look at all the numbers. Just four charts provide a bird's-eye view of the recession and our struggle to emerge from it. The first three charts capture the private sector's collapse; the fourth illustrates the public sector's response to that collapse.

New U.S. home sales chart reveals ground zero: the roots of the real-estate debacle. The Federal Reserve began inflating the bubble when it rescued the economy from the 2001 dot-com recession. You can see that real estate was already strong in 2001 when the Fed blessed it with easy money. As the Fed depressed interest rates and held them down, real estate exploded. Sales of new homes hit record levels by mid-decade.

Speculation carried housing prices and the size of the housing stock beyond any reasonable relationship to the rental value of the homes. Supply grew until it became a glut and toppled under its own weight.

Now a great asset deflation is upon us, and time must elapse for the market to absorb the glut. Not many want to build or buy a new home while foreclosures mount and the prices of existing homes topple.

Household and business borrowing chart broadens our perspective: By 2006, household and business borrowing had doubled its dot-com peak. We borrowed to the max in order to spend to the max, hoping that soaring real estate and stock market portfolios would cover our bets. When those portfolios collapsed we curtailed our borrowing and private spending, propelling the economy into recession.

Now we're repaying our debts, not originating new ones. That's why private deficit borrowing is negative for the first time since World War II. No borrowing, no spending. That relationship forms the core of the recession.

Consumer confidence chart gets personal: How do we feel about all this? See for yourself. Consumer confidence is at a post-World War II ebb. When people feel good, they borrow and spend. When they feel lousy, they repay and cut back.

How do we emerge from this morass? Who's going to borrow and spend? The private sector is tapped out. Only the public sector can seize the initiative.

Final chart shows federal borrowing sends in the cavalry: The federal government is running massive deficits (putting far more into the spending stream than it removes via taxes), borrowing record amounts and thereby playing the activist role the private sector once played. Only now it's roads and schools and clean energy instead of homes and automobiles.

To repeat: The private sector went boom and bust, so the public sector filled the breach. Sales of new homes, private borrowing and consumer confidence probably have bottomed out and won't get worse. When they rebound decisively, you'll know the economy is truly on the mend. That's when the public sector can relax, federal spending can subside and federal deficits and borrowing can shrink.

Welcome to Business 101, laws of supply and demand. American employers are now living the dream, while American workers are living the nightmare.

Do you remember my bit on “banana republics?” Whether you believe me or not, that’s exactly what’s happening in America today.

If you think that you are secure with that 9 to 5 job you’ve got? You better think again, because the new current trend on employment and employers is sadly heading into the opposite direction.
The latest government figures show is that competition for jobs is intensifying all over.

What used to be an average of two job openings for every unemployed American, it has swollen to five unemployed American for every job openings.

Employers are also laying off highly paid workers and rehiring cheaper ones and those who are willing to work for no benefits at all.

If we look back into what the New World Order enthusiasts have been talking about for years, this is one of their main concerns that would come about because of out of control “globalizations,” and with their fanatic supporters.

We're witnessing "slave labor" to its finest. The breaking down of workers world-wide for corporate greed. They get cheap labor in China, Mexico and India, so why not in America?

What Lyndon LaRouche had been predicting since 2004, about our economical dire-straits, and its fallout on the unemployed American workers, has finally come into fruition.

It’s a new reality that Americans are now being confronted with and are slowly conforming into. Unemployed Americans now days don’t have the luxury of negotiating wages and benefits like they did before. Those days are pretty much over. I would say if our economical situation booms again, then maybe there might be some hope for all of us workers.

I’m not and never was a LaRoucher, but I did come across a piece recently that he wrote around December 2003, and right around President George Bush’s second term.

He warned that by electing George Bush for his second term and for reelecting the Republicans in their controlled congress once more, it would be a fiscal disaster for the United States, and that these economical catastrophes would ensnarl our great nation in the near future.

Lyndon LaRouche showed charts and graphs about the decimations of the American middle class. He also showed charts in areas where Americans were quickly losing their industrial and manufacturing jobs around the country.

No one heeded to his warnings, and unfortunately, even though I’m not a LaRoucher and never read his stuff before, I was quite shocked to learn, some of what has been emanating out of my blogs for the past two years, were already written five years ago.

Ron Paul kind of echoed those sentiments as well. But the thing that disappointed me about Ron Paul, when he echoed on the very same sentiments about our impending economical collapse, he never really pushed the issue hard enough, or publicize it where people can come back to him and say,” you know what Ron? You were absolutely right!”

Linden LaRouche was a big China critic like I am, but unfortunately with most Americans they look at bearers of the truths and bad news like kooks. But hey, all I can say is that if YOU are one of these bunches that doubted us, you are wrong, and deserve what you get. But unfortunately to you doubters bodies, Linden LaRouche, Ron Paul and I seem to have been right on!

The only difference between LaRouche and me, I also blame the Democrats behind these economical disasters. They are just as culpable as the Republicans; they are all guilty as charged with these Washington political breakdowns.

What’s has happened with our economy today is like a severe seismic shift from a massive earthquake, the house of cards of what used to be an economically financially sound America, came crashing down in one swoop.

Real estate values, job wages, exports, GDP’s shrinking, industries going bankrupt, and every thing else that you can think of, all came tumbling down, but in the meantime, costs of gas, food, and other basic necessities have increased, making it harder for most Americans to get by.

Now, with closer estimates, show that there are over 13.7 million unemployed Americans and they are all competing for dwindling number of job openings, which is allowing some employers to drive down pay and benefits for new hires.

New ratios show a lopsided 15% of American employers are now cutting wages and benefits while a lowly 2% are increasing it.

Another somber warning is coming from employers, Jennifer Schramm, manager of workplace trends and forecasting for the society, said that layoffs and other cost-cutting measures haven’t gone far enough.

It has become an employers dream now, they get to pick who they want, they get people to work for longer hours without compensation, they also get to tell their employees, “if you don’t like working here, there are hundreds more just waiting to take your place.” It’s a tragic situation that workers did not want to be seen in. America has become a real nightmare for working Americans.

Job openings across the nation have fallen to 2.7 million in March down, from 3 million in February and 4 million a year ago. The Labor Department says it’s the lowest number in eight years since they first started tracking this record.

Government reports show that we’ve got 13.7 million unemployed Americans and the unemployment rate is at 8.9 percent, the highest in 25 years!

The next time you have your friendly illegal alien working your lawn, or working on your roof, and doing construction work for you. You must ask yourself, is this guy a real family man?

According to Fronteras, a Hispanic publication, partnered with the San Jose Mercury News came out with new shocking statistics from Mexican government studies, that 2 million of these men, those who come to the United Sates looking for a better life and jobs, and for better money are not meeting their family obligations back home.

So if that friendly Jose Ramirez, or Chavo Fuentes, and Manuel Diaz, who pro-illegal alien groups swear up and down that these are hard and decent workers, who only come here to provide for their poor families at home, it isn’t totally true, it’s actually a big lie.

Yes, they do get a better life here, while their families in Mexico are living in squatters.

What’s really sad behind this new report is that many of these men, not only abandoned their wives, but have also abandoned their own children and elderly parents to fend for themselves in financially poor Mexico.

It seems that most of these men promise to find the American dream for their families in Mexico, and to keep participating in their lives, but it seems like when the American dream is found, it’s usually with another woman and a brand new family here in America.

Life in Mexico for these women has become more tragic and desperate.

Children as young as 12 years old have been known to head out to the United States, in hopes to find their fathers, but some end up dying in the Arizona desert heat.

Recent studies show that single mothers in Mexico are a fast growing phenomenon that has no ending in sight. Many of these women have to fend for themselves any way they can just to survive. Many Mexican industries are taking advantage in their plight, they are being paid less, and they are being cheated and abused.

Many of these poor women have become accustomed to their fate, and have become sole parents for the millions of fatherless Mexican children.

Even Catholic churches in Mexico have begun to assist many of these abandoned women and children, who were left abandoned by their former husbands and fathers.

The good news is that many of these women have also become very successful and productive, but they aren’t that many. Some of these women have become enterprising; they are small shop keepers, they manufacture dolls and novelties for tourists and are working closer with tight knit family members to keep ahead.

The extent of the migration phenomenon into the United States has also left many small Mexican communities and towns with practically few numbers of males. There are few men to be seen anywhere.

In the report, unfortunately, a good many immigrants’ head of households have ended up dying. So these women are basically getting the double whammy in life’s bad luck. But most are just plainly and simply abandoned.

On the downturn, here are some brief stats of Mexican women whose husbands have died during their stay in the U.S. and while traveling to the United States. In 1990 there were reported 1119 widowed. In 2005 it escalated to 3411 widowed women and in 2008 it increased to 5434 who were widowed by their primary homemaker’s death. Obviously folks, by the huge amounts of deaths, shows that we have a huge scale immigration problem in our hands.

This is one of my saddest reports that I have ever written. I have no doubt that the Mexican government is a total failure for their people. Mexico has totally failed as an economic state to sustain and maintain its own people, and it’s being pushed on to the United Sates to do so. It is not our obligation to help, but when sweet little children get involved behind this travesty, I will surely scream about it.

If President Barack Obama and the Democrats do decide to push for some immigration reforms, I will definitely put this issue on the front burner.

These despicable men come here to work, under false façade, and leave their stressed out poor families behind to fend for themselves? Where’s the heart? Where’s the compassion? Do they even have any souls? And these Beavis’ and Butt Heads pro-illegal alien groups want to support those kinds of people to live here? Not in my lifetime they wont.

What’s wrong with this picture? I have been blogging on the Net for quite a while, but for every day that I scour the Internet for news, the picture that I have in mind about my America, it is getting bleaker and bleaker as the days go by.

I’m not here to speak about morality and other issues with anybody, but my big problem has been with conservatives and Republicans lately, about protecting some core issues.

Where are they and what’s going on? There have been five states that have recently legalized homosexual marriages and I don’t hear a peep of outcry coming from anyone, especially them.

While blogging, I have noticed a pattern among American conservatives and Republicans and it isn’t pretty at all. It’s like they have folded up their tents and skipped town while all hell is breaking lose around our country.

I see a sad pattern among conservatives and Republicans on the Net when I blog, I’m not talking about my fellow conservatives, bloggers friends on the Net. I’m talking about those “big boys,” Republican and conservatives in general on the Net.

My stories that Republicans and conservatives usually like to link into my blogs, are about pro-gun articles, and freedom of speech rants that I occasionally write about. Or sometimes, it may be about my negative stuff on President Barack Obama, but when it comes to loss of American jobs, my criticism of gay marriages, and about the lax border and illegal aliens issues, conservatives and Republicans in general are basically AWOL, nowhere to be found.

States after states are now passing gay marriages initiatives with no counter actions from any of these people.

In regards to gay marriages, currently the federal government of the United States does not recognize same-sex marriage, under the Defense of Marriage Act, but same-sex marriage is currently legal in three states: Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Iowa. Same-sex marriage will be legal in Vermont on September 1, 2009,[1] and in Maine on September 14, 2009.[2] Maine was the most recent state to allow same-sex marriage and the second state, after Vermont, to do so through legislative means.[3][4][5], and now same sex marriage is legal in DC.

The issue was supposed to be a divisive political issue in the United States and elsewhere.

But where’s the furor? Where are our supposed to be leaders? Was I so wrong to think that America does have a moral/silent majority? Where are all of those so called moral/silent majorities that Reverend Jerry Falwell spoke about? As far as I can see they don’t exist or may have never existed, it must have been someone’s figment of imagination. If they do exist, then why aren’t they doing anything about it?

The fact is, ever since Reverend Jerry Falwell passed away; American Christian organizations have been led away from politics in droves like sheeples. Jerry Falwell had kept American Christianity in front and center of American politics for years, and apparently there hasn’t been anybody in America to come forward and fill his big shoes.

When Reverend Jerry Falwell passed away so did the religious moral majority that were supposed to be our gatekeepers, to help keep heathens’ from turning this country into another Gomorrah.

With the patterns that I’m seeing on gay marriages around the country, California would have been another gay marriage state, had it not been for the one “foot in the mouth” San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, with his "the door's wide open, it's going to happen, whether you like it or not. With this comment alone, Newsom angered the voters, including voters who couldn’t care less about gay marriages.

When any elected politician tells his constituents “it’s going to happen whether you like it or not,” these are fighting words. That is exactly what Gavin Newsom did in California. Treating constituents, and grown adults like children, with a comment that’s usually told to children by parents. This fired up a movement and a backlash that killed gay marriage for California’s same sex couples.

Apparently those were lessons learned by the pro-marriage groups in other states, where they kept mum on their public commenting.

Nothing has been igniting that political fire with these bunches of conservatives and Republicans lately. It’s been all 100 percent concentration in bashings and attacks on Barack Obama, while ignoring bigger issues like gay marriages and letting this great nation fall to pieces.

Who really gives a damn about whom the new Supreme Court Justice going to be replacing Liberal Souter, with another Liberal? But these conservatives and Republicans are sure letting states slowly fall into gay marriages all over.

Another topic that I constantly write about that practically never takes notice is loss of jobs. There are an estimated 11 million Americans currently out of work. Going by the Internet it sounds like it’s pretty rosy out there for all Americans.

Where are their voices being heard? Who’s pushing for their rights? Don’t give me the crap that an unemployed person can’t get on the Net? Free Wi-Fi’s are pretty much available anywhere, public libraries, coffee shops, friends’ home and pretty much anywhere. Most blogging is free too. I don’t see any bitching and rants about it except from my own.

We’d figure out of eleven million unemployed, we would have hundreds and thousands on the Net screaming bloody murder. As of yet, I haven’t seen any conservatives and Republicans taking their cause.

Illegal Immigration is another taboo topic among many conservatives and Republicans.

If it weren’t for the legions of anti-illegal aliens bloggers, Internet sites and network anchors like Lou Dobbs, and the lackluster effort of the pro-illegal aliens organizations to muster the Net, to their better advantage, we would be seeing Amnesty and the legalization today of the 12 to 20 million or so illegal aliens in this country.

The reason why illegal immigration has become a third rail in politics, it’s due to two reasons. First of all, it’s because of the legions of angry Internet bloggers who are fed up with the rampant illegal immigration problems, and secondly, it’s because the pro-open borders, amnesty, and pro-illegal aliens groups who have made the fatal error in going directly to our politicians to make their demands, rather than work with the American people directly, we the people that make our government work and elect these officials into office. And then again there is no conservative and Republican help on this matter either.

It’s truly a sad day for moral America and most working Americans these days.

"It's a privilege to come to this country (Great Britain). There are certain behaviors’ that mean you forfeit that privilege." But of course, Freedom of Speech are such behaviours! So is Marc Chamot on the list next, for this endless rants of TRUTHS?

It’s definitely wrong to include Michael Savage among a list of terrorist killers that you want banned from entering into your country.

But it’s obvious where Britain politicos get their driving influence, to put a lowly Michael Savage on their top of their shame list, and it’s being done from none other than their influential Muslims friends, who have invaded their country and who don’t usually care for America’s type of “freedom of speech.”

What Michael Savage and Great Britain ban shows, that there is a vast disparity on what constitutes “freedom of speech,” between our two nations, and what it should be about in Britain.

What do you expect for a nation that has always banned Tom and Jerry cartoons for years? It’s a country that has never guaranteed freedom of speech, unlike the U.S.

Accusing Michael Savage of hate is like accusing the English Monarchy of being poor.

Michael Savage does have his radio rants at times, he dwells in topics that are pretty crucial to most of us, like problematic out of control immigrations that’s afflicting this country.

That’s where most of his troubles are. Just as I am overly critical of our lax and out of control immigrations problems, do I want an America to become another Britain? A nation infested with radical Muslims, and God knows where they have come from and what they are going to do, and Muslims who are constantly pushing for more radical Sharia Laws in Britain and France?

That’s why they got a huge terror list; their Muslim listings are more about more Sharia law and terrorism coming into Britain than hate. But somehow old Michael Savage got included in that list and got accused as a hate monger, because radical Muslims didn’t like what Michael Savage had said on his radio show.

The British citizenry should be up in arms over these radical Muslims problems that they got on their hands.

When anybody criticizes dangerous radical Muslims, they become a hater, a hate group, but it is okay for Ahmadinejad to accuse Israel of being a hate group, right?

So Europeans usually follow the lead to pacify Muslims like what Great Britain and France always do.

And these same Liberal left-wing num-skulls just eat it all up.

Great Britain’s Muslim fiasco, we are beginning to see it here in America now.

The very same Liberal loony-baboons’ who dares to denounce us for speaking the truths, they keep for-ever silent when these radical Muslims kill their wives and daughters through honor killings.

American feminist groups are a big example of what I’m talking about.

They rant and moan about white men, being the power, and that we’re racists, mass murderers and have the most money in America. But when their very OWN genders are being slaughtered and killed by these repulsive, Sharia Muslim men, through honor killings, they keep silent and never speak for these poor defenseless women. These leftists people around this world are totally warped mentally, really folks!

Also named are American Baptist pastor Fred Waldron Phelps Sr. and his daughter Shirley Phelps-Roper, who have picketed the funerals of Aids victims and claimed the deaths of US soldiers are a punishment for US tolerance of homosexuality.

"If people have so clearly overstepped the mark in terms of the way not just that they are talking but the sort of attitudes that they are expressing to the extent that we think that this is likely to cause or have the potential to cause violence or inter-community tension in this country, then actually I think the right thing is not to let them into the country in the first place. Not to open the stable door then try to close it later," Ms Smith said.

"It's a privilege to come to this country. There are certain behaviors’ that mean you forfeit that privilege."

Hamas MP Yunis Al-Astal, Jewish extremist Mike Guzovsky, former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard Stephen Donald Black and neo-Nazi Erich Gliebe are also on the list released today.

Artur Ryno and Pavel Skachevsky, the former leaders of a violent Russian skinhead gang which committed 20 racially motivated murders, are also banned from coming to Britain. Both are currently in prison.

Making up the rest of the 16 named by the Home Office today are preachers Wadgy Abd El Hamied Mohamed Ghoneim, Abdullah Qadri Al Ahdal, Safwat Hijazi and Amir Siddique, Muslim activist Abdul Ali Musa (previously Clarence Reams), murderer and Hezbollah terrorist Samir Al Quntar and Kashmiri terror group leader Nasr Javed.”

SF radio host Michael Savage, banned from Britain: "Will they ban my listeners too?"

San Francisco-based conservative talk show host Michael Savage -- whose sharp-tongued right-wing commentary has earned him headlines across the U.S. -- is making news again: He's been banned in Britain.

Savage told The Chronicle in an exclusive interview this morning that he was shocked to learn the news that he was included in the British government's first-ever list of nearly two dozen people from across the globe who are banned from entering the nation for allegedly fostering extremism or hatred.

"When I woke up and saw this this morning ... my first thought was, damn, there goes the summer trip where I planned to have my dental work done," the "Savage Nation" host joked. "My second thought was, darn ... there goes my visit to the restaurants of England for their great cuisine."

But, he added, the issue is no laughing matter -- and represents a serious threat to free speech.
"Today it's me. Tomorrow it's someone else," he said. "My first reaction is, this can't be happening ... that the land of the Magna Carta has now become the land of the mini-Carta."
The list of high-profile banned visitors was released by Home Secretary Jacqui Smith, who published 16 of the 22 names of people banned from the country since October. They include Muslim extremists, jailed Russian gang members and an Israeli settler.

Smith cited "public interest" reasons for not disclosing the other six names, but said that the country wanted to establish what kind of standards it would set in allowing in foreign visitors.
"I think it's important that people understand the sorts of values and sorts of standards that we have here, the fact that it's a privilege to come and the sort of things that mean you won't be welcome in this country," Smith told Britain's GMTV.

Savage, who broadcasts from San Francisco on KNEW -- and reaches an estimated 8 to 10 million listeners on more than 350 stations nationwide, according to industry publications -- has made news for calling the Quran, the Muslim holy book, a "book of hate."

And he has earned the wrath of parents of autistic children, saying that many times it's "a brat who hasn't been told to cut the act out."

His companions on the British list include Stephen "Don" Black, who founded a white supremacist Web site in Florida, and preacher Fred Phelps, who leads an anti-gay church in Topeka, Kan., and who has been to San Francisco numerous times to mount anti-gay protests.
Others on the list: Yunis Al-Astal, a Hamas lawmaker in Gaza, Egyptian cleric Safwat Hijazi, Israeli settler Mike Guzovsky, who has been accused by British authorities of being linked to military training camps.

Two leaders of a Russian gang, Artur Ryno and Pavel Skachevsky, were also barred; they served more than a decade in Russian prisons for racially based murders of 19 people, according to the Associated Press.

Savage told The Chronicle that being included in such a crowd is no laughing matter -- and he is now preparing legal action against Smith, he said.

"This lunatic ... is linking me up with Nazi skinheads who are killing people in Russia, she's putting me in a league with Hamas murderers who kill Jews on busses," he said. "I have never advocated violence ... I've been on the air 15 years. My views may be inflammatory, but they're not violent in any way."

He said he has been defamed and endangered by the British government action. "She has painted a target on my back, linking me with people who are in prison for killing people," he said. "Does she not think people might hunt me down?"

Savage said he has had no contact with the British government or with Smith's office and has no idea how he ended up on the British Home secretary's list.
And he said he is working with attorneys and supporters who have called from around the world in an effort to find out.

"Is it the government's investigation? Who did this? If she didn't draw it up, who did?" he said.
But he said that even liberals should be disturbed at the move by the British government taken this week because they should wonder "who's next?"

"All I've done is expressing strong political opinions that happen to be quite patriotic to a large generation of Americans. They're not really out of the mainstream with most of America. Yeah, they're out of the mainstream with San Francisco and Los Angeles," he said.

But now "who else will be banned -- all the people who listen to my show, 10 million people? Should they also not go to Britain?"

When a Domino’s Pizza prank video made YouTube, the pizza chain didn’t respond through mainstream media, they responded directly through the Internet. They went directly after the source of the offending video. Not only, through YouTube, but they also went gangbusters with legal measures after the perpetrators of the fraud.

Dominos Pizza used social networks like Twitter and Facebook in an attempt to clean up their tarnished image from that video.

Firms are learning fast about Internet marketing, social networking, and blogging.

Companies are beginning to hire their own bloggers to do nothing but write about their products. Not only bloggers are becoming in demand, but social networks specialists are also.

Companies are becoming more diligent on the Net, and they are looking to squash, prosecute, and jail people who unjustly write bad publicity that can affect their business dollars.

The Domino Pizza incident has shown as to why companies need to be vigilant on the Net. Adverse publicity can be very damaging on the Net for any company that’s doing business.

The rapid growth of social media is one reason that traditional mediums like newspapers and television are losing huge amounts of advertising dollars. The online audience is already there and available, and it’s pretty darn cheap to reach them and it does bring in sales results.

More marketers are counting on social networks

“Companies such as Vyatta are trying to cover all the bases.”We participate in every social media mechanism that we can," said Roberts, Vyatta's vice president of strategy and marketing. "We're on Facebook, we've got a LinkedIn group, and we monitor what people are saying about us on Twitter. When someone tweets at us, we take a look at it."

For businesses, the social-media phenomenon is rewriting the rules about customer service and outreach. "Looking forward, marketers will ignore these communities at their own peril," Nielsen said.

Digital storage manufacturer Seagate Technology LLC has increased its social media strategy in the past six months, said spokesman Woody Monroy.

The Scotts Valley (Santa Cruz County) company has a Facebook fan page, a YouTube channel, a Friendfeed and recently began staff-written blogs.

"We have people who Twitter officially for Seagate," Monroy said. "We moved slowly. We didn't want to jump into this thing and assume we knew how to do this right the first time. It isn't a traditional marketing program; it's more of a communications channel."

Gina Jacobs of ShoreTel Inc. said her Sunnyvale Internet telephony firm recently began using Twitter to increase brand awareness.

"In just a couple of months we went from zero to 500 Twitter followers," said Jacobs, senior director of marketing communications. "We monitor the Twitter conversation daily and find opportunities to directly engage with customers, prospects and partners."

What is really sad, I see a whole lot of bloggers who give away a lot of “free” information for technological industries and products, but never get paid for it.

This is a big problem for a lot of bloggers on the Net. I, for one, always write reviews about free services that I use, that is as far as I go. I always refrain to write about products or things, unless, I have NEGATIVE experiences with it. I do not write for anything that doesn’t make me any money.

Bloggers don’t sell your self so cheap!

Companies are now taking advantage of you, your reviews that you write about, they are using it as promotion tools on the Net, on their emails’ databases that you never see, and they don’t pay you squat for it.

These companies are saving millions, upon millions of dollars that would normally go to traditional advertising sources, so it’s not like they don’t have the money to pay you for your services.

It’s advisable that if you like certain products write the company first and offer your services. If they aren’t interested in you and in your blog, then you’re not interested in them and their product, so just forget about it. When you keep on writing about their business, they are making money off you, and you’re NOT.

What these two former Dominos’ Pizza employees did to Domino was horrendous and malicious. They were identified as Kristy Hammonds, 31, and Michael Setzer, 32, they both claimed that the video was a joke and that no tainted food left the store.

However, they were fired and charged by local law enforcement authorities with felony food tampering. The U.S. Food and Drug administration is also looking into the case for possible federal charges, said McIntyre, Domino's spokesman. It’s was just wrong to do that to a company that feeds you.

For as long as bloggers out there, who keep on volunteering “free” business information, they are hurting potential advertising for themselves, and other bloggers who need that piece of the pie in unused advertising dollars.

The Barack Obama administration will begin to pursue employers who knowingly hire and exploit illegal aliens. The guidelines were sent to immigration and customs enforcement on Thursday, calls for imposing fines and pressing criminal charges against employers who break the law that are currently in the books.

The priority is to go after employers who are knowingly breaking the law. Agents will continue to arrest illegal workers as long as U.S. attorneys do their jobs by prosecuting and do follow troughs’.

Homeland Security Janet Napolitano has said the agency will focus on “renewing a priority on employers who are making out like bandits off these illegal immigrants, and get this folks, and giving jobs that should be going to American workers!” Sweet somethings into my ears, wow!

In 2008, ICE has brought criminal charges against 135 scofflaw’s employers, and 968 illegal workers.

Napolitano also said last month to the Associated Press that building cases against employers could include auditing documents employees fill out when they join a company to work. They will track all of these cash-under-the-table deals that are common with employers who hire uncommented. They want to deter that practice from happening wider.

American companies who hire illegal aliens, in the past have discovered that in the past, being caught hiring illegally, was very cost effective, but no more.

When congress failed to pass a comprehensive immigration overhaul in 2007, immigration officials began enforcements of the LAW under former President George Bush.

Building cases against employers take time, says Julie Myers, assistant secretary of ICE.

"The true fact is. The big problem with Amnesty, is that the problem will never end.

If we granted 20 million illegal aliens legal status, they will become legally able to work for higher wages and benefits, they in turn will become too costly for their employers again, and then these employers will turn to more illegal aliens, who will come in to take their place and make them unemployed as we are.

It’s a viscous non-ending cycle that will have to be addressed, only by closing the southern border with Mexico, once and for ever; otherwise it will become a bigger and costly economical nightmare for this country."

The facts are that the media, mainly daily and weekly newspapers are not too clamored over this idea.

They are basically shunning the news with a veil threat, by this comment, “they’re going to be presented with ongoing political challenges in walking tightrope.” Border States newspapers are the most common violators of the law. They are the biggest violators of illegal aliens for their delivery personnel. It’s without a doubt a cheap source of labor.

The San Francisco Chronicle is one of the biggest violators and users of illegal aliens within their newspaper distribution systems.

They have lots of Visa violators from Brazil and Latinos from south of the border, who work under other people’s names. They basically find people who are legal, and who contract out for job deliveries with the Chronicle, but in essence the undocumented is doing all of the deliveries.

With the current demise of the San Francisco Chronicle, this is the chief reason as to why they are paying virtually peanuts to their delivery personnel.

No American with any common sense will get up at two AM in the morning, and work for five hours for only a meager $20 bucks a day, with gas costs and wear and tear of automobiles, most ends up doing 35+ a week, with a monthly compensation of $400 to $1,200 and depending on the route size and time on the job.

The San Francisco Examiner is another big scofflaw of the law. They are being sneakier about it, they kind of wash their hands off to the problem, and they hide it better. They use three distributors to further hide the fact that they are using illegal aliens. If the Feds come on to them, these distributors kind of take the fall and leave the San Francisco Examiner in the clear.

What the San Francisco Chronicle and the Examiner is doing isn’t fair for other newspapers, which run their circulation departments by the book. I have worked for other newspapers in Oklahoma and Arkansas, and these newspapers frown on hiring undocumented’s. They are right by the book publications, but unfortunately with their pay that they want to pay folks, they have a whole lot of trouble filling up their routes.

Do you really think that these people truly care about us, whether we can take care of our family and ourselves? They don't give a damn about out of work Americans and that's a FACT.

These illegal aliens have stolen my once good paying newspaper job, and now, you can see why I’m bitching about it on my blogs.
