Obamacares’ Failures; Right Idea, but Wrong Strategies & More lack of “trust” for Obama & Democrats Policies:

Obamacares’ Failures; Right Idea, but Wrong Strategies & More lack of “trust” for Obama & Democrats Policies:
By Marc Chamot

With the failed corporates bailouts, and now with Obamacare, Obama and the Democrats have turned Washington D.C. into a den of thieves for multi-billion dollar corruptive special interests at taxpayer’s expense, instead of cleaning up the cronyism as promised.

It wasn’t hard to see why “Obamacare” failed. One group were getting behind closed doors, making secretive deals, the pharmaceuticals, insurance industries, the medical industry and unions, all were getting their cuts, while paupers like us, were getting royally screwed.

If anyone wants to know why Obamacare failed, it’s not hard to understand why. Forget the Obama vs. Republicans rhetoric’s, what President Obama tried to do, by swaying public opinions against the Republicans, it failed, but instead, public opinions slammed dead set against him and his party, at full throttle.

With Obama accusing the Republicans standing in the way for real healthcare reforms, it’s laughable; it is more of an insult to American voter’s intelligence and judgments’ than anything else.

Obama thought we were dummies, but it never was about the Republicans, it was more about him and his shenanigans’ behind the scenes that killed healthcare for the Democrats. But Obviously President Obama cannot understand that and he’s still not learning from his past mistakes.

After President Obama’s speech the other night, it’s obvious that many Americans weren’t moved by it, especially Independents like me.

The biggest problem this president has with most American folks is lack of “trust.” It’s going to be very tough for Obama to regain that “trust” which he lost, no matter what he does to convince us otherwise. It’s going to take a considerable change in the direction of this country to improve his faltering reputation after healthcare.

There’s no question that 2009 has hurt the president, and the ill advised healthcare reforms did him in. The healthcare fiasco did undue damage to President Obama’s reputation and to his Democratic cohorts, without a doubt.

The speech the other night, we’ve seen the same movie before, it reminded me of the same old rhetoric’s, just words, and empty promises, but no real action.

The Democrats went the wrong way about healthcare, no doubt. They chose a very unpopular route of going after big Medicare and Medicaid cuts, and they wanted to implement those incredulous tax increases, and create a surge onto our existing deficit, instead of looking into the healthcare and insurance industries itself, to find the money to finance outrageous programs, like free healthcare.

Please don’t get me wrong, I wanted public option, and I still support public option for the uninsured, and I’m one of those thirty or so millions without health insurance, but I wasn’t about to see my nation of mine going bust, just to get it.

What killed Obamacare, Obamacare did nothing to stem or stop the high cost of medical care, it went further to create new laws to force people to carry insurance, like they do with automobiles.

This would have expanded more profits, billions of dollars more, at taxpayers expense, into already very unpopular industries, like the pharmaceuticals, insurance and runaway medical industry costs, by using the dreaded IRS as collection agents.

The truths being told, this is why Obamacare failed. Obama and his Democrats pandered to special interest groups, after promising that they wouldn’t during the presidential campaigns.

I am sure if President Obama and his liberal Democrats (cohorts) went into a more popular direction, like going against the industries’ “greed,” instead of shaking up and tinkering with the whole system, Obama and the Democrats could have brought the government public option for the uninsured by leaving the entire system alone.

And even if the Republicans wouldn’t have supported him in reforming the profit greed of the medical industries, I’m sure throngs of Independents would have, and Massachusetts would have been a different scene for Obama now.

Had Obama and Democrats created a smaller network of hospitals and medical centers, through non-profit means, and used the excess "profit” moneys from industries, like pharmaceuticals, insurance, medical doctors, hospitals, and so forth, those that gouges people, to help finance the uninsured would have been a more popular route. But instead they went into halfheartedly and foolishly overhauling an entire system that most Americans were happy with, and that would have eventually left us bankrupt.

When Obamacare went to the senate, I had predicted its death right then and there. But I had no idea that Senator Joe Lieberman, and other Blue Dog Democrats would be such “sell-outs” favoring the insurance and medical industries, over the American people.

And now, President Obama is looking for scapegoats for his Obamacares’ failures. Instead of looking directly into the mirror for its failures, he talking the talk about needing more civility in political debates, he talks the talk to help the middleclass. It’s true, he does want to help the middleclass, and they are the unionized and government employees’ middleclass, not anyone in the private sector though.

Obama and his Democratic conspirators, through government controlled healthcare have just tried to receive more voting power for their party, from more unionized government employees, in their quest to take over American politics through healthcare, just like those Democrat progressives do, in Chicago, San Francisco and other major American cities.

But sadly, to Obama and Pelosi’s chagrin, they both discovered that the rest of the nation doesn’t play that corrupt progressive game and things don’t work that way in the real world. We all know what’s up, there’s a big problem with “trust” issues with these people, who are running our government and they showed it through Obamacare.

Kamikazes Liberals; they still want Obama, Democrat Liberals, & Pelosi, to Keep Pushing for Leftists Agendas, Even if it Kills their Party:

Kamikazes Liberals; they still want Obama, Democrat Liberals, & Pelosi, to Keep Pushing for Leftists Agendas, Even if it Kills their Party:
By Marc Chamot

Suicidal Democratic leftists, after Massachusetts, and with the Democrat’s imminent defeats in the upcoming elections, is not enough to scare, and stop those kamikazes left-wing groups of the Democratic Party, in their quests to get their leftists agendas through, from this president and the liberal left in congress, like Nancy Pelosi.

While openly admitting and realizing that things don’t look too good for the party’s future, they still want to pursue those extraordinary nation killing leftist goals, no matter if it kills them and their party.

They are putting even more pressures on President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and other Democrats to keep pushing on with their agendas, and for them not to be too worried about the results on election time, it won’t matter.

Why so many people are so mad at the Obama administration — and why we shouldn't panic
“That, I think, is why so many people are so mad at the Obama administration — and why we shouldn't panic about the loss of a Senate seat in Massachusetts. Yeah, it's terrible (and historic) to lose Ted Kennedy's seat to a weak and lame Republican. And it's alarming to think the Democrats could lose several more Senate seats this fall.

But that shouldn't either stop Obama from pushing a legislative agenda or terrify the Democrats into paralysis.

Look, the Democrats still control Washington. The Republicans still have no ideas of their own, and are doing nothing but obstructing progress so the Obama administration will fail.”
And nobody seems to be calling them on it. The Democrats were a lot more vocal (and acted a lot more like Democrats) when Bush was in office.

I can't get too agitated about the loss of a 60-vote majority in the Senate; the Democrats never really had that anyway. One of the 60 was Joe Lieberman, who isn't even a Democrat in name anymore and who held Obama hostage, demanded concessions and cave-ins for his vote on health care, and still couldn't be trusted.
Now there are 58 Democrats instead of 59; most Democratic presidents in the past century would have loved those numbers. So would most Republicans.

Obama is by far the best speaker the Democrats have had in decades, and he has the natural ability to go beyond what Reagan did. He can go after the Republicans, make the case for legislative action, push the voters to push their senators and Congress members to approve his agenda, and turn this political funk around.

But he's got to give up the bipartisan rhetoric (been there, tried that), convince the millions of people who put their hopes in him that there's still reason to believe, and stop looking at the Massachusetts vote as a rejection of progressive policies.

The mood in the country is anxious, restive, impatient, and displeased — not with the ideas Obama presented during his campaign, but with his failure to make them happen. He can still turn this around by talking about the economy, creating (public sector) jobs — now — and using the still-solid majorities in Congress.

Or he can get all defensive and change course. We know how well that's going to work.”

They just don't GET-IT; dissecting some of the liberal left’s logic in Nancy Pelosi’s newspaper, the San Francisco Bay Guardian (the lefty-loon newspaper that reaches her base)

First of all, President Obama might be willing to sacrifice a second term as president. Then why should he care? With next to none presidential retirements, and other luxury perks, afforded only to retired presidents, that no American citizen gets. This man and his family are set for life, at taxpayer’s expense, so why isn’t he too worried about running for a second term as president? He’s even admitted he would prefer to pass his leftists agendas, even if he’s a one term president.
And then with Nancy Pelosi, she has no choice, she’s obligated to her loony San Francisco base, and these lefty nutcases, unfortunately are her base and they keep voting for her.

But after having said all this, and with those loony left ideals, after what happened in Massachusetts, I seriously doubt that any other Democrats, whether they are moderates, conservative or those who have more common sense, are suicidal enough, or will want to sacrifice their political careers, and their party, for those crazy leftists.

Secondly, “He (Obama), can still turn this around by talking about the economy, creating (public sector) jobs — now — and using the still-solid majorities in Congress.” This is another example of a warped, and drug induced, fantasies of liberal-left minds. They want government to create more costly public sector work, like in unionized government jobs, when the economy is in the brink of a collapse.

But for Pete’s sakes, where is all the money coming from to finance all this? All of these liberal loonies think about, are more government jobs, unions, and taxing to death the private sector, its small businesses and its citizens, to pay for all of these costly programs. While refusing financial aid to smaller private businesses, so they can grow, be successful, and they are, who employ the majority of taxpaying Americans.

Yes, Liberalism is really working for America, right?

If you don’t believe me that they are destroying our economics, and if you want to see what these progressive liberals whackos, have done to the fine city of San Francisco?
Here is the story in the San Francisco Chronicle, FROM Senator Dianne Feinstein’s own mouth; "I went home to San Francisco, I drove down Post Street, down Sutter, down Union Street, I looked around the city - and I was shocked at what I saw in terms of closed small stores," said Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.

"Morgan Stanley has just walked away from five big office buildings in San Francisco," she added, giving them back to its lender after buying them when the real estate market was near its peak.

People are "anxious, they're worried, they need reassurance, and that's the major message that this president has to deliver," Feinstein said. "There's no one better to make them understand it than this president. I hope he does it." See Full Story

A Stern Warning to Obama, Democrats & Republicans; if you didn’t know it, Independents Rule & We’re Mad as Hell:

A Stern Warning to Obama, Democrats & Republicans; if you didn’t know it, Independents Rule & We’re Mad as Hell:
By Marc Chamot

The lack of understanding Independent voters who are dramatically changing the political landscapes on a whim, are both leading parties’ biggest mistakes and downfalls.

When our forefathers created this United States of America’s constitution, they did NOT say to Washington politicians and the American president, rule by dictatorships and ignore your people, and there is nothing in the constitution about ruling the nation with Left and Right wing agendas either.

Our constitution specifically says, rule by representation of the people FOR the people, and nothing more. In other words, its do what we say, not by what you say, capiche?

Now the secrets out, of course, after the Massachusetts Washington’s senate race, Independents were suddenly front and center of all political attention from both parties, Democrats and Republicans.

Democrats are running scared and they are scrambling to survive, just as the Republicans did in 2006 and 2008.

The left-wing and the pro-Obama Medias in the press are downplaying what really happened in Massachusetts with the election of Scott Brown, but we all know what really happened there, the entire Internet knows, that is why news Medias are being left high and dry, OUT of the American political influence games.

But the real stunner in the Massachusetts U.S. Senate race was not just that Independent voters outnumbered Democrats and Republicans combined in a supposed blue state, according to Pew, Independents are at 39% of the electorate and rising fast, when 33% are Democrats and 22% Republicans.

Since 2005, it’s never been about any of your political parties’ bases. All the talk I’ve been hearing on Republican talk shows, other conservative news networks and liberal television news shows, and elsewhere, mainly from party hacks, “we must get our base to come out to vote for our candidate.” Unfortunately it’s never been about political bases, what these past three recent elections proved, when Republicans won, including President Obama’s 2008 presidency, was little to do with their party base support, but was more to do because of Independents.

The liberal Democrats strongly miscalculated, and misjudged the voters' will, they thought they were given a voters mandate to do and pass what ever they wanted, regardless how bad it was. But then, they shockingly discovered that they were totally wrong with this assumption, and it may be just too late to reverse the damages done by Obama, Pelosi and company in 2009.

What I’m really ecstatic about, it is not just Republican Senator Scott Brown winning, and it is more because of my fellow Independents who made it happen for him.

If you have followed my three years history of my blogs, you will see THE real Independent voter and thinker; you will also see my progressions of my Independent anger being built up against both parties, former Bush and now Obama, which is representative of most Independents around.

I’m going to say it again to BOTH parties, Democrats and Republicans alike, the game is up, and it’s pretty much over for the way things are being run in this country. With us, it’s more about what have you done for us lately, and we want our country back, the people’s country, NOT YOURS!

We’re tired of an out of touch government. You, the American politician have that annoying mentality and think that you’re entitled, and own our government, and that you’re also entitled to win those seats, even when you don’t care enough to represent us, your constituents.

Like I said hundreds of times, we Independents are sick and tired of minority groups, like the left, and right wings of both parties manipulating American politics, in their favor over the majority’s wants and needs. We despise these secretive backroom deals favoring special interests groups at the expense of American common folks.

You have absolute no right to indebt this country at our futures’ expenses of our children’s.

We don’t like the coziness’ and pandering of Democrats with left wing agendas and labor unions, when 92% of the private sectors are not unionized, and we don’t like the coziness and pandering of Republicans with large corporations, as the majority of us are not incorporated. Does this math make any sense to you all?

We certainly don't want amnesty for illegal aliens, we also want our southern borders secured as PROMISED. We want you to deal with China, over their unfair trade practices, and we don't want those jobs killing Cap and Trades agendas, and we're not interested in your "Green Jobs," this isn't going to be enough to re-employ the 15 to 16 million unemployed Americans.

And now, with President Obama’s bringing in David Plouffe, to oversee future house, senate and governors’ races to counteract a possible Democrat defeat at the polls in these upcoming 2010 elections.

This strategy may not help you much, we Independents want to see results NOW, and unless you, and the liberal Democrats, drop your unwanted left-wing agendas, and seriously work in jobs creations, and vastly improve our economy, and then begin to listen to our wants and needs, instead of the union’s and other special interests groups, we may think once again about giving you a second chance.

Mr. President, you may want to take more control of Democrat’s national elections, but when are you going to spend more time to run the presidency? If you couldn’t muster help for two governors and one U.S. senate race, what makes you think that you can do it for more future Democrats? I don’t see your logic in this at all.

It’s a very different ball game now for Obama now. Then candidate Obama, rode to the White House with a whole lot of promised changes, President Obama also promised to clean up Washington from its usual corruptive self, he promised to rid Washington DC politics from lobbyists and special interests groups. Obama during the campaigns also admitted, that these crony groups of people were CORRUPTING and damaging our nation, but you lied to us, you were knee-deep with these unsavory groups from the beginning.

Another example of your sheer arrogance and big hypocrisy Mr. President, it doesn’t fly well with us, the Independents. When the Supreme Court recently ruled in favor of corporations’ freedom of speech campaign finance laws, you blasted these decisions recently, but during your presidential campaigns, you weren’t complaining about those millions of dollars being pumped into your presidential campaigns, by unsavory organizations like ACORN, Moveon.org and big labor unions. All of these are very serious missteps that could doom your presidency and your party.

And Republicans need to take notice from all of this too. If the right-wing of the Republican Party thinks that they are going to have Senator Scott Brown and possible Independents favorite for U.S. senator, Pat Hughes of Illinois, for their every whim as party hacks, they better think again, it just not going to happen.

GOP still unpopular but Democrats are worse; GOP/Republican Victories NO Slam Dunks for the Party Yet, there are still Unresolved Trade & Jobs Issues:

GOP still unpopular but Democrats are worse; GOP/Republican Victories NO Slam Dunks for the Party Yet, there are still Unresolved Trade & Jobs Issues:
Special Report by Marc Chamot

Listen to the VOTERS! While President, George Bush was proud to let people know that he doesn’t run his administration by polls. Polls are information about what American voters are thinking and feeling about the nation’s policies and so forth.

With those kinds of attitudes, it’s no wonder Bush’s party went down in flames, and the Obama Democrats were about to repeat those very same arrogant behaviors on healthcare and other agendas, until they were shellacked in the past three elections. Are Republicans and liberal Democrats finally learning something?

When the majority of Americans are telling you NO, it’s NO!

But, if I were Republican, I wouldn’t quite celebrate yet, after your most recent political victories. We (Independents), are still not happy with your party, and we’re definitely not happy with the agenda-driven Democrats that have put together special interests serving agendas either.

There is still a whole lot of work for the GOP to get done, before I can become a loyal backer of that party, and or even for the Democratic Party as well. That is why I’m still a proud Independent. I guess Independents must be outnumbering most political parties around.

As what Senator Scott Brown said, he’s not bound to Republicans or to the Democratic parties’ agendas, but he’s only bound for the American people. He admitted that Independents were the ones who carried his race into the U.S. senate, and he ought to be indebted to Independents for it too. Well, that’s a good start for Washington politics.

Do Republicans really need to worry? Absolutely they do, they still don’t have a slam dunk in Washington politics. And because of huge Democratic Party’s missteps, it caused the nation, mainly Independents to worry about the direction of this country, and it helped elevate the Republicans a little, to help balance the power in Washington.

Here is some of Why the GOP should still be nervous
“Republicans are riding high in the wake of Scott Brown’s win, talking up an authentic resurgence for their party and a real chance for reclaiming power. Don’t bet on it.

Yes, it is indisputable that the GOP has surged, especially in the past several months. Republicans won three major races in tough states — and watched the percentage of Americans who prefer Republicans over Democrats in hypothetical matchups rise to the highest level since 2004.

But it is also indisputable that the rise has little to do with the voters’ view of Republicans writ large — and that the very concerns that got them booted from power persist today.

Voters “have fallen out of love with the Democrats,” said Rep. Adam Putnam (R-Fla.). “They haven’t yet fallen back in love with us.

Former New York Rep. Susan Molinari: “We have earned the right to crow a little bit. But the lesson we’ve learned from all of these races is that you ... can’t take anything for granted.

Former Rep. Vin Weber (R-Minn.): “Voters don’t want triumphalism. They still like the president as a person, so they don’t want to see a party celebrating his decline. ... The country wants to see the parties working together.

And voters also still don’t trust Republicans with big decisions. A recent Washington Post poll found 24 percent trusted congressional Republicans to make the right decisions for the country — 8 points fewer than Democrats and 23 points fewer than Obama.

“Scott Brown didn’t even really run as a Republican,” Dowd notes. “He ran as an outsider.

Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) spent three days in Massachusetts before the election, and he said that even Brown supporters told him they wanted to be sure “Republicans get the message: ‘You didn’t do your job well enough when you were there.’” Still, he said, “They do recognize the Democrats have been a lot worse.”

If the GOP wants to get back to what it was before, I’ve got very bad news for your party; your victories right now are only temporary solutions, to help combat the leftist leanings policies of the triumvirates’ of Obama, Pelosi, and Reid.

Democrats still have some room to change and improve before the 2010 midterms, and the 2012 general elections and so do the Republican Party. Nothing is guaranteed.

As far as I’m concerned, with us, Independents, we still don't see any drastic GOP transformations; the Republican Party is still too pro-corporate, pro-Wall Street, and too Pro-globalization, and free trades. And it’s still too anti-worker friendly, and that is what I mean only by temporary fixes.

The Republican Party still has no real solutions in solving the unemployment situations and American jobs crisis. Sure, the Democrat’s ways of going for job killing policies like Cap and Trades, and with other global warming fallacies, could have destroyed even more jobs, rather than create new ones.

But someday you’ll be left holding the helm of this fast sinking ship, and what will you do then?

Please don’t give us that same worn out lower taxes, songs and dances charades. Lowering taxes isn’t going to get all of those massive industrial jobs that were lost abroad during your tenures from 2001-2008.

The common denominator is China, it’s always been about China, and which party has got the best chances and opportunities in dealing with them more sternly. If I’m a betting man, it’s against the pro-globalists, open free-trades mindsets of the Republican Party.

That is why Democrats may still be able to redeem themselves by 2010 and 2012, politically and their party, by taking tougher stances against our economic and jobs killers, like China. If jobs bloom because of Democrats’ stricter trade policies against China, your party could be left out in the cold again.

Yes, it’s definitely something for the GOP to worry about.

Well here is what Irwin Stelzer, an Examiner Columnist, basically saying with his “A downside to Brown victory” article. He writes about some of what I’ve been pushing for, in my blogs for the past two years.

Scott Brown's election is good news but, as with most things, only mostly. It just might be bad news for the diminishing band of believers in free trade.

Not that the senator-elect from Massachusetts is a protectionist: He most likely is not. But his election is likely to have one of those bugaboos of all policymakers -- an unintended consequence.

The Democrats have learned at least two things from their Bay State fiasco. The first is that they had better hold close to their breasts their trade union supporters.

With independents abandoning the party in droves, Democrats will more than ever be dependent on the money and the doorbell ringers that the unions can provide. And the trade unions are not famous for their deep devotion to the teachings of Adam Smith.

The second is that voters are more concerned about jobs and the deficit than they are about any inadequacies of the current health care system, or the possibility that the now-questionable climate data might be foretelling a hard time for polar bears.

It is easy for economists -- many with tenure at their universities, others working for investment banks that are flush with cash, still others ensconced in secure federal government jobs -- to say that the jobs market is improving. And it is.

But it doesn't feel like that to the 17.2 percent of Americans who are either out of work, involuntarily working only part time or so discouraged that they have stopped looking for work. Or to their neighbors, who fear that they might be next for the chop.

Then there are the deficits that are piling up IOUs for voters' children and grandchildren to pay. They especially don't like the idea of leaving to future generations a nation deeply indebted to China, a country whose interests and values are not necessarily coincidence with our own: Witness the censorship imposed on Google, and the clout our biggest creditor demonstrated when the president of the United States felt it necessary to defer to its wishes and refuse to meet with the Dalai Lama.

The Democrats read the Massachusetts returns as a warning that their hold on Congress and the White House will prove short-lived unless they respond to voters' concerns about jobs and deficits. And what better way, they reason, than to erect barriers to imports, especially from China?

The president has already imposed tariffs on tires and some steel products that are made in China. The next target of the unions is Chinese-made glass. They point out that the World Trade Center's twin towers were sheathed in good old made-in-the-USA glass, but the building that is springing up to replace it will be covered with glass imported from China.

Whether that is because Chinese glass-makers receive subsidies from the government, as the unions allege, or because the Chinese are simply more efficient matters less to politicians, and to many Americans, than the symbolism of America's new Freedom Tower being covered in Chinese glass.

China is not alone in seeing Americans as the world's consumers of last resort, never mind that the recession-induced decline in our trade deficit has already been reversed.
What our trading partners see as the export of goods and services, our politicians, responding to the concerns mirrored in the Massachusetts Senate election, will see as importing unemployment.

True, consumers here benefit from lower-cost imports, even from those subsidized by job-hungry China. They are the winners. Workers, on the other hand, are the losers. And unlike consumers, unions are organized to put pressure on Congress; witness their success in getting special tax treatment for their "Cadillac" health care plans.

Obama and his congressional allies now face a new equation. They would like to pass another stimulus, their favored approach to job creation. And they just might be able to do that, although some Democrats might balk at more spending.

A more certain vote-winner for the Democrats will be the creation of barriers to imports, the beneficiaries of which know who they are, while the losers rarely notice that their pockets have been picked.

So Scott Brown's victory, whatever else it might portend, is not good news on the trade front.

Democrat’s Losses; Means Going into Unfamiliar Territories like Fiscal Conservativeness’, taking on Unionized Government Labor & Illegal Immigration:

Democrat’s Losses; Means Going into Unfamiliar Territories like Fiscal Conservativeness’, taking on Costly Unionized Government Labor & Illegal Immigration:
By Marc Chamot

On the Scott Brown senatorial victory, “no more business as usual in Washington,” summed up by Senator John McCain.

Something that then candidate Obama had promised to change, but instead turned the White House and the U.S. Congress into a clearinghouse for corrupt lobbyists and special interests, primarily the unions, like the SEIOU, and AFL-CIO.

It was also a clash between Americans and the elitists. Obama and the lefty liberals have been cozying up with wealthy elitists, rather than the people who voted for them. The exact same thing that the Bush Republicans did, and this did them in too.

Waves of dissatisfied and unhappy voters, mainly Independents have turned against Democrats, the same ones who had turned against Republicans back in 2006 and 2008. All kinds of political gurus from the left to the right are coming out with their theories as to why it’s all happening.

Mine is simple indeed, it’s what I’ve been saying all along on my blogs. The Independents, we were the wave of voters who carried two Republican governors, and the recent senate seat in Massachusetts during the recent three months.

What does all of this exactly mean, you may all ask?

The voters had said to Republicans back around 2006, you all failed with your policies, we don’t like what you have done in Washington so far, and now, let’s give the Democrats a chance. And then they got another shot in 2008, with more congressional and senatorial seats, with a Democratic president to boot. But unfortunately they failed worse than the Republicans did.

What I mean, it took six years of George Bush to begin the collapse of the Republicans, and it just took one whole year for the collapse the Obama-Genda Democrats.

There are no questions about it; both parties are still not getting it. But, for the most part Republicans are at this moment, much more than the Democrats. The Republicans had a one year head start; while Democrats were busy shoving those crazy, corrupt, unwanted lefty agendas and policies on the American people.

While President Obama and his liberal cohorts were busy with their elitist agendas, Americans were simmering and fuming with anger. So the showdown finally has come down to this;

Democrats are going to have to do what they don’t do best, the solutions? First, cutting down the federal and states deficits, with no more taxes! Then stop with the corrupt lobbyists and special interests groups, unions and with those secretive back-room dealings.

Dig deeper into costly government unionized employees, they are the most highly paid, in state and federal, with astronomical health plans and pensions. All of these are too costly for taxpayers in a slumping economy, and we’re not willing to indebt our nation to save these people’s JOBS. We as taxpayers should NOT be obligated to pay, these kinds of political influenced, and unionized sweetheart deals.

Democrats are going to have to get tougher on illegal immigration. Obama’s idea for amnesty is pretty much DOA as is the healthcare bill, and the rest of the lefty-loon’s agendas, like global warming and Cap and Trades are gone too.

In California, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has just admitted that California Illegal Immigrants are costing the state about $6.9 Billion dollars, and I don’t think it will sit well with most Americans, when their social services are being cut, while billions of dollars are being spent on illegal immigrants instead of them. "It wasn’t until Governor Schwarzenegger’s recent California state of union address that he actually told the truths, about the costly expenses that the incarcerating, providing free education, and other social services, and including FREE medical to California illegal’s, and it is bursting the state financially."

Democrats are going to have to depart from supporting big labor unions. Last poll showed 68 percent of Americans now have low opinions about unions; it’s basically either us, or the unions. Both Democrats and Republicans are going to have to find the money for healthcare within the industry itself.

The health care industries, the insurance, pharmaceuticals and the medical industries are financially GOUGING Americans. WE shouldn’t BE PAYING FOR THEIR HEFTY PROFITS.

It’s also absurd that we are paying for prescription drugs that cost a few cents a pill to make, and we’re being charged thousands of percentages more to fulfill the pharmaceutical’s greed. It’s illegal and immoral to have our government allow this industry to gouge us like this.

This is where Obamacare failed.

Both parties are just as guilty when it comes to corporate pandering, like the Wall Street crowds. This is something that will hurt Republicans in the future, if they don’t get back in touch with Main Street crowds instead of with Wall Street ones.

If the United Sates needs more money, this country needs to look into China. Increasing import tariffs for the cheap Chinese products that are flooding our nation, and killing our own industries, could be a solution. It could also mean jobs solutions for the scores of unemployed Americans.

Regardless what Democrats do, they have been put on notice, by the same angry waves that brought down the Republicans a few years back. With the Internet, with the millions of bloggers like me, combined, we are more powerful than any mainstreams media, like the Boston Globes, the San Francisco Chronicles', Huffington Post, CBS, NBC and so forth. What Scott Brown’s election also showed, is we BLOGGERS, are the influential forces now, NOT the left-wing media.

Senator John McCain was absolutely right; “Business as usual” in Washington is pretty much over for both parties. If you don't believe me that bloggers are influential? Well my dear friends, I'm not ranked # 739 in politics, out of millions of blogs on Technorati.com for nothing, right?

Massachusetts Voters, in electing Scott Brown, big Messages were sent to Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, stop with the one-sided, costly, partisan healthcare idiocies, and start anew with bi-partisan cooperation now!

My big advice to President Obama, during his State of the Union Address on January 27th, YOU must cancel the Democrats’ healthcare fraudulent reforms and start anew, with bi-partisan support, or otherwise your party is DEAD, and risk losing your second term in 2012.

The Democratic Party’s wake-up-call had already started months ago; when the Democrats powers to be were warned, and they did not get the voter’s messages in the past November elections, during the Virginia and New Jersey state governor’s races, where both incumbent Democrats lost to Republicans, and that was even before Scott Brown’s Massachusetts victory yesterday.

As we had predicted, Republican Scott Brown came out the big winner for former Ted Kennedy’s senate seat in the U.S. Senate. The Bluest of the blue states may have just become RED. Well, like in red hopping mad as heck!

This was so predictable, but there are still those liberal Democrats out there, who are in Denials, and are still not listening to voters’ wants and needs, like Nancy Pelosi. They are still oblivious as to what’s going on with American affairs.

This came from Massachusetts, Democrat Senate Candidate, Martha Coakley, “I wish there were easy answers to the tough problems we have.” A political candidate who knows nothing, wanted to be a part of running this nation? That is what we’ve got in Washington DC these days, a whole bunch of these know nothings, folks! This is exactly what Martha Coakley exemplifies out of Washington DC.

The real bug in the Democrats’ icecream, after promising to openly show the healthcare reforms publicly on CSPAN and then reneging on it, and then coupled with all of those secretive and corruptive backroom deals with pharmaceuticals, medical industries, insurance companies and union leaders. Promises after broken promises from the Commander in Chief himself, has lead this country into a new bloodless rebellion.

According to San Francisco Mayor, Democrat Gavin Newsom, “the Democratic Party is not connecting with the needs, the aspirations, and the desires of real people right now. We better get our act together, and quickly,” says the mayor. “The VOTERS are so angry; they don’t feel that we’re paying attention to their needs, jobs, and what’s going on at the grassroots, in their neighborhoods.” And he’s absolutely right with his assumptions.

Regardless what some Democrats say, there is no doubt that this is all repudiations against Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi for their far unpopular left-wing Liberal agendas.

What happened recently in Massachusetts is now happening in California. According to new California polls, President Obama’s approval ratings are sinking even among Democrats.

Poll: Obama ratings down, even in California
President Obama's approval ratings are sinking even in California, the source of much of the funding and manpower for his presidential campaign, according to a Field Poll to be released today that shows voters are increasingly skeptical of his health care reform plans.

While 56 percent of Californians still support Obama, that's down from 65 percent in March, according to a Field Poll taken Jan. 5-17 of 1,232 registered voters in the state.
Obama's strongest support was among Bay Area voters, at 65 percent, while voters in the Central Valley were least supportive of him, at 46 percent.

Nationally, 50 percent of the respondents to a Gallup Poll this month supported Obama, while 44 percent disapproved.

In California, Democratic and independent voters are turning on Obama, especially on the health care issue. The poll found that 53 percent of respondents disapproved of Obama's handling of health care, while 39 percent approved.

"If he can't get Democrats in California to support him on health care, he's in real trouble," Field Poll Director Mark DiCamillo said.

His support among Democrats has dropped from 87 to 77 percent since March, and from 69 to 61 percent among nonpartisan voters.

Support among younger Californians - who backed Obama's candidacy in record numbers - is dropping. Sixty percent of voters 18 to 29 years old support Obama, compared with 75 percent in March.

Since the mid-1970s, only Jimmy Carter had a lower approval rating among Californians after one year in office.

Support also tumbled for Obama's stewardship of the economy.
In March, 61 percent of Californians approved of how he was handlin

g the economy. Wednesday's poll found that 44 percent approve of Obama on the economy and 50 percent disapprove.

On the war in Afghanistan, 47 percent of the respondents supported the president's stance - nearly identical to a Field Poll in October. On the war against terrorism, 48 percent supported the president - bolstered by his highest mark, 52 percent, from independents in the poll.
Geographically, Obama has lost the most support among Central Valley voters, with his 46 percent backing there down from 62 percent in March.

The poll has a maximum margin of error of plus or minus 2.9 percentage points.

Voters ire Spells big Trouble for Obama, Democrats in Massachusetts U.S. Senate Race & 2010 Midterms:

Voters ire Spells big Trouble for Obama, Democrats in Massachusetts U.S. Senate Race & 2010 Midterms:
A Special Report by Marc Chamot

Voters to American politicians, whether you are Democrat or Republican, you will no longer get our VOTES for granted. The upcoming close Massachusetts senate race could be a bad sign for Democrats.

Under any other conditions Democrat Martha Coakley senate run, would be like a “cake walk in the park.” But the anger among the American electorates is blowing up on Democrats big time.

The anti-incumbency and anti-establishment rages are rampant all over; Independents are leaving Obama and the Democrats in droves, and Republicans are re-energized, while Democrats are subdued and beaten.

According to the “Exclusive Print Edition” in the San Francisco Chronicle this morning, wrote that some 48 states are desperate to raise revenues for their crumbling economies, “State lawmakers and governors are admitting that they are dealing with economical issues they never had to deal with before,” said Michael Bird, federal affairs counsel at the National Conference of State Legislators recently. “Even from longtime members, they are saying they have never seen anything like this before.”

But, American voters are now suffering from spending and tax fatigues. Taxes and more taxes are in the works for American taxpayers to fix these problems, mainly from Democrats.

“It’s going to be a hard November for Democrats,” says Howard Dean, the Democratic Party Chairman. The Democrats failed to take the opportunity to move this nation in the right direction after they took control of congress back around 2006. They had over three years of total congressional controls, which has lead to nowhere. The White House admitted that their base “was demoralized.”

Howard Dean also said that “the Democrats haven’t turned out to be the change agents they promised.” The American voters are rabid mad! “The voters really thought the revolution was at hand, but it wasn’t, and now they are getting the back of the hand.”

But meanwhile in Massachusetts, in the race for Ted Kennedy’s former seat is getting heated. It looks like Scott Brown might be victorious over a seat once held by Democrats for over fifty-years. And Governor William Weld a former Obama endorser had this to say, “Scott Brown is not going to be a rubber stamp for every trillion dollars that comes along.”

Things weren’t looking to good, for the Democratic challenger (Massachusetts’ Martha Coakley), during her appearance Saturday, when she sought to flex the party’s traditional union muscle during a stop at an International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers hall, where several speakers acknowledged that many in the rank and file are interested in Brown. “I have a lot of friends out there who are talking about voting the other way for whatever reason,” says Democrat state representative Marty Walsh.

Obama’s sudden desperation move to help stump for Coakley, might just end up being like former New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine failures and embarrassments. Politicians like Obama, really need to know when to drop their arrogances, they need to understand that they cannot change angry American voter’s minds, by stumping for a candidate, people are getting sick and tired of partisanships.

Whether Massachusetts Republican challenger Scott Brown wins or loses by small margin in the bluest of all blue states, is a very bad sign for President Obama. Regardless of what happens there, it will be more disastrous during the 2010 midterm elections. Especially among states that have more moderates, conservatives, and larger concentrations of Independents, like the blue dog states, where Democrats have unseated Republicans during the past two elections cycles.

The implications are big for Democrats, it means losing their super majority in the senate. And with new polls out, it showed Scott Brown at 50% to Martha Coakley’s 46%, and it means a sudden stop for future Obama and liberal Democrat agendas.

This survey showed very angry Democrats, all Republicans and most Independents are among the people going for Brown, and they are the more enthusiastic voters. Most voters are down on Washington and most believe that this country is heading down the wrong track.

Special Note: If Obama and Democrats want to reverse their misfortunes, read my blog, it details some of their missteps’.

For one, stop the costly deficit prohibitive agendas, like healthcare and jobs losing Cap and Trades. Two, deal with China. Failures in understanding China’s actual role, and what they are doing to our economy, will be your ultimate demise. And third, get tougher and secure our southern borders for ever, and enforce current illegal immigration laws on the books, and no amnesty. Otherwise it’s “sayonara baby.”

U.S. Trade Gap Grows Wider & Obama/Democrats Desperate to Turn Jobs around & Google to China, “enough is enough!”

U.S. Trade Gap Grows Wider & Obama/Democrats Desperate to Turn Jobs around & Google to China, “enough is enough!”
By Marc Chamot

China is what they are today, because of our neglectful American politicians, they have sacrificed our nation's economical power and strengths in China's favor.

"Unless Republicans become more populists, with jobs creations solutions and take harder stances on China, their possible 2010 advantages will only be a temporary stay and FIX for the nation."

Washington Democrats are so desperate. They are desperate for good news on jobs for the throngs of unemployed in this country. And Republicans are capitalizing and could be future winners, because of Democrat’s failures.

While Washington Democratic politicians and the president’s poll numbers are tumbling, they are still wondering what the heck is going on? Where are these jobs for Americans? It doesn’t take arrogant and educated elitists like President Obama and his backers to know where these jobs have gone.

Even for an ignorant blogger like me, I may not have these elitists’ education that they all have, but I have a WHOLE lot more common sense and intelligence than they do. What has their education done for them lately? Other than destroying the economical fabrics of this nation from what it once was.

We Americans are getting sick and tired from these so called, educated greater than thou crowd, who think they know better than any of us, but who end up being the dumbest jackasses around.
While reports show that there are 6.4 jobless for every new job openings, from the 1.7 back in December 2007. Jobs competitions are intensifying and companies are reluctant to hire new workers.

This is leaving millions of unemployed Americans with very few job opportunities. But it’s not all that surprising folks.

Our neglectful Washington politicians are allowing our U.S. trade deficit to get bigger and bigger as the days go by. There is no action on their part to do something about it. Our exports of American made products have declined, WHILE we ALLOWED imports to increase by 2.6 percent this past November.

As of November, our trade deficit was at $36.4 billion, and our trade deficit is running at the annual rate of $372 billion. And there is no end in sight. China is killing us, both economically and trade wise.

What brought me off guard the other day, was the news that China surpassed Germany as the number one exporter of the world in 2009. I said what?

I thought the United States was number one, we’re the number one economy in the world, so did many of my friends, nobody around had any idea that Germany was number one for quite sometime, prior to China overtaking them last year.

China surpasses Germany as world's top exporter
China overtook Germany in 2009 to become the world's top exporting nation, another milestone in China's rapid rise and growing economic influence.

But in a year of global economic turmoil and weakness, China achieved the top ranking because its exports fell only 16 percent, while Germany's exports fell more steeply.

China's customs agency released figures Sunday showing that total exports last year were more than $1.2 trillion, slightly ahead of the $1.17 trillion forecast for Germany by its foreign trade organization, the Federation of German Wholesale and Foreign Trade.

"This is just one more step by China in attaining economic size commensurate with its population," said Arthur Kroeber, managing director of Dragonomics, an economic research firm in Beijing. Germany has a population of about 80 million, while China's population is about 1.3 billion.

"The next big news will be when China surpasses Japan to become the world's second-biggest economy," Kroeber said. Analysts say that is likely to happen this year.
1
China
$ 1,200,000,000,000
2009 est.[1]
2
Germany
$ 1,170,000,000,000
2009 est.[2]
3
United States
$ 1,291,000,000,000
2008 est. (update)

As a matter of fact, China overtook the United States, who was then number two, next to Germany, back around 2007. “China, the fastest growing economy in the world, displaced the US from being the second largest exporter in the world in 2007 (calendar year), according to the WTO statistics.

While Germany retained the first rank among exporters, China is coming closer and may even emerge as the world's top exporting nation in the near future, if it continues to maintain the double digit export-led economic growth.”

If anybody really wants to know why we’ve got these economical and unemployment’s disasters, those are hard figures we need to look at. The Obama quiche and late groups don’t have the common sense or intelligence to see it through, neither do the Republicans, but I do and I’m sure you do too.

The facts are, we’ve been depleting American manufacturing and industrial productions for years. We have allowed imports to overtake our productions and exports. In doing it, we have allowed WRONG countries like China, a communist and the world’s worst offender in freedom of speech and human rights to rise, while ours has been declining at the expense of our long lost workers and middleclass.

We’ve destroyed our steel industries; most of our steel is imported from China these days. To top it all, it’s the most inferior quality steel that we’re getting, it’s putting at risk American lives in high rise buildings and bridges when they are being used. Hardly anything is made in USA anymore.

While our Washington politicians have their heads up China’s derrière, Google is coming down hard on them.

Both of these political parties are real China butt sniffers, the Democrats as well as Republicans.

What really dismays me, is not only Democrats don’t have any solutions for job creations, China Republicans don’t either. Neither party wants to take on China; all they want to do is sacrifice our fine nation, and our peoples for China.

But Google has had it with China’s wanton disregard for free speeches, and with their possible involvement in hacking, into emails that belong to human rights Chinese organizations.

Google have flatly said that they will refuse to keep censoring searches on Google China. And that they may pull out of China entirely. In the end Google will come out ahead, and China could be the big losers.

Google is the number one search engine in the world, and without China, they could even drop promoting China entirely from search engines, it could hurt China and Chinese businesses seriously.

I applaud Google for taking the first steps to condemn China for what they really are; I am a proud “Googler.” And Google is one of my favorite Internet conglomerates around, and they have been very good with me and my blogs.

At least Google has lot more integrity than China, and what can I say about our politicians? Are they elitists morons?

Google reports China-based attack, says pullout possible
Google said Tuesday the company and at least 20 others were victims of a "highly sophisticated and targeted attack" originating in China in mid-December, evidently to gain access to the e-mail accounts of Chinese human rights activists.

"Based on our investigation to date we believe their attack did not achieve that objective," according to a statement by David Drummond, senior vice president of corporate development and chief legal officer for Google, operator of the most popular Internet search engine.

Republican Scott Brown has a Great Shot to Unseat the Democrats’ Veto-Proof Majority in the U.S. Senate:

Will Massachusetts be the Fly in the Ointment on Obamacare and his Other Liberal Agendas? Republican Scott Brown has a Great Shot to Unseat the Democrats’ Veto-Proof Majority in the U.S. Senate:
By Marc Chamot

A little side note first: It’s okay to be racist, and this only applies to liberal Black and White Democrats. God forbid if it were me, or any of my fellow conservatives, we’d be ruined by now, just like they have been before.

It is not surprising President Obama was so forgiving to his prime hatchet man in the U.S. senate, Harry Reid, after revelations came up that he made racists comments about Obama during the campaigns. “The light skinned African American with no Negro Dialect, unless he wanted to have one.” But President Obama forgives him.

Ouch! That must have really hurt. But you know what? It just shows the hypocrisy of that party vs. another party, that’s all.

I can still remember that white cop vs. the ever arrogant university professor, when Obama said that Cambridge police officers "acted stupidly"

The incident began when a well known and belligerent Harvard university professor, Henry Louis Gates Jr., was arrested while trying to reenter his home without his keys, he was locked out of, while cursing and throwing insults at the cops who thought he was breaking into a home.

And then there was that Don Imus thing, it happened way before Obama’s presidential time. But my question is? Where are those two race-mongers? You know the ones I’m talking about? The Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson Race Shows. Why aren’t these two all over Harry Reid on this?

We all know why, Harry Reid tows their liberal line and Obama’s agendas, while the cop, Don Imus, and the rest of us don’t. So if you’re a WHITE libo, and a racist, but tow their liberal lines, we’ll forgive you a la Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson style! That’s just the way it is.

It’s time to put the Obama experiments with Obamacare, legalizing illegal’s, and cap and trades nightmares to a swift end, and it could happen. It may very well happen within eight days!

His name is Massachusetts Republican State Senator, Scott Brown at http://www.brownforussenate.com/. He’s running for the former Senator Teddy Kennedy’s U.S. senate seat, even though he is very popular, a Republican and a Lieutenant Colonel in the JAG corps, he is in a state where they don’t look at Republicans, especially for the senate. But this time around, it could be different.

We’ve got a Democratic Party in disarray, they are refusing to listen to Americans, they want to instill their unwanted left-wing agendas on the rest of the country, from healthcare, amnesty to illegal aliens, to Cap and Trade disasters. They have NO solutions for jobs. Most of our industries and jobs have gone to China. Broken promises from Obama, most were never accomplished.

We've got a whole lot of unhappy campers around this nation with Obama and the Democrats, and I'm sure that Massachusetts isn't an exception.

Obama had promised to get tougher on NAFTA, and he even said he would get tough on China about trades imbalances and so forth, but not a grunt. With growing deficits, failed bailouts, and lax on terrorism, and a whole lot more, it’s transforming a once great nation into a ruined nation, enough is enough, and Massachusetts will show the rest of the nation, we’ve had enough of the Obama sideshows!

My friend at A Disgruntled Republicancame out with the good news! Scott Brown pulls ahead! Leads 48 to 47 in MA. "Republican challenger Scott Brown has just pulled ahead of the Democratic incumbent Martha Coakley in the Massachusetts Senate race. According to Public Policy Polling, Brown now leads 48 to 47! Fantastic!

Senate Race Competitive
Raleigh, N.C. – The race to replace Ted Kennedy in the US Senate is looking like a toss up, with Republican Scott Brown up 48-47 on Martha Coakley.

Brown is benefiting from depressed Democratic interest in the election and a huge lead among independents for his surprisingly strong standing. Those planning to vote in the special election only report having voted for Barack Obama in 2008 by a 16 point margin, in contrast to his actual 26 point victory in the state.

That decline in turnout from Obama voters plagued Democratic candidates for Governor in Virginia and New Jersey last fall. Beyond that 66% of Republicans say they’re ‘very excited’ about turning out while only 48% of Democrats express that sentiment."

I urge every one who lives in states around Massachusetts, conservatives, Republicans, Independents, and anybody else, to give Scott Brown a hand.
Will Senate race deliver a Massachusetts miracle?

Here is a great article by Hugh Hewitt:

By: Hugh Hewitt Examiner Columnist January 11, 2010
Scott Brown is an impressive candidate — intelligent, experienced, good-humored and handsome.
Brown’s record of public service is distinguished as well. Not only is he in his third term as a state senator, he served three terms before that as a state representative. More impressive than even that, however, is his service in uniform.

As his Web site, http://www.brownforussenate.com/ puts it: “Senator Brown is a proud member of the Massachusetts National Guard, where he has served for nearly three decades and currently holds the rank of Lt. Colonel in the Judge Advocate Generals (JAG) Corps.”
There are only three things wrong with Sen. Scott Brown.
He is a die-hard Boston Red Sox fan.
He is a die-hard New England Patriots fan.
And he is a Republican running for the Senate in Massachusetts. This is the special election to fill the seat held by the late Sen. Ted Kennedy, and the vote is on Jan. 19.

In any other state this year, Brown would be ahead of his opponent, Democratic Rep. Martha Coakley, a conventional Bay State liberal who supports the failed stimulus bill, the takeover of health care and every other big government push of Team Obama.

In any other year in this state, Brown would be behind by 30 points. But he is within single digits, and closing — held back only by a lack of funds and the stark reality of the political demographics of the Commonwealth.

When Brown appeared on my radio show this week, he was upbeat and energized by an enormous populist surge across Massachusetts where Obamacare is every bit as disliked as it is everywhere else in the United States.

Massachusetts already has universal care, thanks to the initiative sponsored by then-Gov. Mitt Romney a few years back, so all of the massive new taxes in the federal takeover will buy Massachusetts citizens zip, even as seniors get hammered by the huge cuts to Medicare.

If Brown wins, Obamacare is back to the drawing boards, which is tempting many Bay State voters to take a hard look at Brown.

When Romney appeared on my show last week to support Brown’s push, he noted that Republicans can indeed win in Massachusetts as he did, by combining the conservative base in the state with the old Yankee temperament and sound fiscal policies.

William Weld almost beat John Kerry a few years ago in a Senate race, and Romney himself gave Teddy a scare in 1994.

Still, the built-in partisan edge for any Democrat is enormous, even one with the barely noticeable political pulse of Coakley, who is running as an assumption, not a candidate. If Brown is close when the smoke clears on Jan. 20, still another message will have been sent to D.C. that an enormous voter revolt is underway, fueled by deep disgust with the jam-downs and takeovers pushed by the left wing elites controlling the Democratic Party.

If Brown were actually to win, it would be among the most significant votes ever registered in a Senate race, a statement of “Stop!” that not even House Speaker Nancy Pelosi could spin.
Which is why hundreds of thousands of dollars in $50 and $100 contributions have been flowing into Brown’s Web site for the past two weeks from across the country — a cash infusion which, if it continues these next couple of days, will allow him to be on television during the crucial weekend ahead.

Massachusetts Democrats and Independents have it in their power to stop Obamacare, and then return the seat to Democratic hands when the regular election is held, perhaps even to someone from the Kennedy family political trust.

In this very wired age, a strategic vote of that sort is not only possible, it almost certainly will occur in large numbers as old school Democrats and especially union members, angered by the left-wing elites’ refusal to listen to their organizations’ opposition to the tax on so-called “Cadillac health plans,” decide to send a message.

Brown put himself in a position to win by running a near-perfect campaign. Now the Bay State voters have a real choice with enormous implications. It is the first vote of a crucial year in American history, and for the first time in a long time, Massachusetts has people guessing what it will do.

U.C. San Diego’s $30.00 APP & GPS Devises, Bring Cross-Borders; Illegal Aliens & Possible Muslim Terrorists, Undetected from Mexico:

U.C. San Diego’s $30.00 APP & GPS Devises, Bring Cross-Borders; Illegal Aliens & Possible Muslim Terrorists, Undetected from Mexico:
By Marc Chamot

I have no problems with technologies and their universities, but if it’s used to promote criminal activities and civil disobediences, and to intentionally break our laws, I have a big problem with it.

According to Ruben Navarette, anyone that want to cross into the United States illegally while keeping track of the location of the nearest water station, all of the surveillance towers and equipments, and border patrol security set-ups, including the distance left to your final destination? There's an app for that.

Unfortunately, I was real hard on Ruben a few months back, see Schwarzenegger: Illegal Immigrants’ Services Cost the State of California & Taxpayers 5 Billion Dollars a Year, a 20.83% of its Deficit Problems: “To those that don’t support amnesty and open borders, columnist Ruben Navarette Jr. can be real persistent and a pretty annoying pest to read. His pro-illegal aliens’ rhetoric’s is mainly carried by some West Coast dailies, from San Diego to San Francisco. He continues on his one man crusade and rants for the legalization and documentations for the million of illegal aliens who are established in the United States.

He was very happy to see the “Governator” recently dispel to the contrary beliefs that Illegal aliens in California are the major causes for the budget deficit grieves. Actually, illegal aliens in California were accused for the $24.3 billion budget deficit.”

Well this time, I wasn’t sure whose article I was reading. I had to do a double take on the author. I was quite surprised to find this Ruben Navarette’s column in the San Francisco Chronicle the other day. He didn’t bring up the terrorism end of it, but I did.

Navarette goes on to say, this argument would be more convincing if the phones weren't encrypted to avoid electronic detection by the Border Patrol, and it's being distributed for FREE right across the border!

I was not only shocked to read this, I not only agree with Mr. Navarette, but I went even further with it. In his piece, the Techie “artivist” helps dial up disobedience, should be alarm bells for all Americans, we must confront, not only the illegal alien’s issue, but the open cross-borders issue, and with this apparatus, it could be future pathways for Middle Eastern Muslim terrorists to sneak into our country and cause havoc on us.

"The device was the brainchild of Ricardo Dominguez, a professor of new media at UC San Diego, who developed the idea along with fellow researchers at the California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology."

"Dominguez calls himself an "artivist" - part artist, part activist - and he describes his invention as a humanitarian tool, not a political one. He says that it is meant to save lives and not to promote illegal crossings."

We must also dig into activists universities like U.C. San Diego, and foreign university professors, like Ricardo Dominguez, who create these kinds of anti-American devices to subvert our sovereignty and LAWS.

Here is more on Ruben Navarette’s piece: I have mixed feelings. I would generally approve of instruments that help people survive dangerous situations. But when those people are illegal immigrants who brought their plight upon themselves by opting to enter the United States through a back door, I become less sympathetic.

In fact, I become suspicious and I begin to question whether the makers of the gadget retrofitted with Global Positioning System technology are encouraging unlawful activity. Dominguez has said, the device - which costs about $30 to produce - Dominguez, who plans to distribute the phones to would-be border crossers through church groups and immigrant-advocacy organizations, insists he's doing nothing wrong.

But he has also described himself as engaged in "civil disobedience" and asserted the ability of immigrants to move across borders safely as a "transglobal right." Sorry, professor, you lost me. First, if individuals do have such a right, then why does it supersede the right of sovereign nations to control their borders? On its southern border, Mexico asserts its right to keep out Guatemalans, Salvadorans, Hondurans and anyone else from throughout Latin America.

If Dominguez really believes in a right to cross borders, maybe he should ship some of his GPS devices all the way to Guatemala so people there can use them to sneak into Mexico. Besides, the whole principle of civil disobedience is about breaking an unjust law and accepting the consequences.

If Dominguez really believes he's following in that esteemed tradition, then he's acknowledging that he's breaking the law. What really bothers me is that Dominguez has, in the eternal drama playing out on the U.S.-Mexico border, gone from observer to enabler.

It's one thing to lament illegal immigration into the United States and try to react to it in a firm, honest and compassionate manner while battling hatred, racism and ignorance. It's another to encourage more of it. And why? Out of a sense of ethnic solidarity, an imaginary bond between a Latino academic and Latino immigrants?

Latinos in the United States have it tough enough already. People are always assuming that when it comes to the immigration issue, our loyalties lie on the other side of the border.

I usually dismiss those fears as flashes of paranoia. But this gadget says that those concerns aren't totally unfounded. How unfortunate those well-intentioned humanitarians could lose their own bearings.”

California Politicians Want More Federal Bailouts to Close Projected $20.7 Billion Deficit & Chinas’ $586 Billion Stimulus a Success While Ours FAILED

Gross Mismanagements; California Politicians Want More Federal Bailouts to Close Projected $20.7 Billion Deficit & Chinas’ $586 Billion Stimulus a Success While Ours FAILED:
By Marc Chamot

"California’s financial woes are more because California politicians, mainly Democrats, are all beholden to environmentalist, unions, like the SEIU, a unionized state and with unionized local employees, and billion dollars being spent for the benefits of illegal immigrants, and they don’t have the GUTS to say, enough is enough, BASTA already!"

California’s political leaders are looking for Washington, in other words they are looking for more taxpayer bailouts to help close an insurmountable $20.7 billion dollars budget deficit coming up this year.

From Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, they all plan to head into the nation’s capital often to press for the money that they say is owed to the state.

It’s not just cash they want; they also want to change the system that determines the amount of money the federal government contributes to Medi-Cal, California’s Medicaid program noting the state is lowest in reimbursements in the nation.

Schwarzenegger wants reimbursements for providing public education, including big tuition discounts for undocumented’s in state universities and for the incarcerating illegal immigrants, which are both unfunded federal mandates.

Steinberg says he wants a “dynamic partnership between the feds and the states, led by California, to spend money on infrastructure.” “We’re not looking for a bailout; we’re looking more for an investment, the state needs to fight for their money.”

Even though California has received $8 billion in federal stimulus money, which mostly went to close last year’s budget deficit, it’s all gone. Part of that $8 billion was supposed to last through this year and it has all been spent.

Even though I live in California, in San Francisco for that matter, I will say fat “Heck No” to that idea.

I do not support the bailing out of a state that has no ability to manage its own taxpayer based moneys. I do not approve of the idea of this federal government giving out billions of other state’s moneys to fix a California problem that is mostly due to faults of their own.

The state of California are all environmentalists, unions, cities and state employees owned. The state of California, its unionized municipalities and its employees, are the envy of the nation, they have the nation’s top salaries, and have the very best medical and pension plans that money can buy and the state cannot afford.

California’s problem is that Democratic politicians are beholden politically to the state and local employee’s unions and its employees, and they fear cutting into their lucrative benefits, because they will lose fundraising support and VOTES. So now they want the YOU, the rest of the country to pay for these people’s benefits while allowing environmentalists to destroy its own economy.

This is the real problem:

The problem with illegal immigration that the Governator is talking about, it is the state’s politicos’ own faults; they have allowed the undocumented aliens and their offspring’s to pay far lower university education rates than California’s own proper citizens, the undocumented came out winners while the state came out losers.. These same California politicians have given illegal aliens, billions of dollars in free public education and medical care at Californians’ taxpayer’s expense.

Politicians have also refused to report criminal illegal aliens to the feds for deportations, and look who are California’s sanctuaries cities? Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento all four are California’s largest cities, and they are the ones that have the most concentrations of gangs and undocumented aliens youth crimes.

But instead of being deported, they are serving their sentences in California prisons at taxpayer’s expenses, that the Governator "WANTS YOU," those in Arkansas, and Missouri, Texas and other states to pay for their mistakes!

Even after we read about the failures of our own stimulus, and after California wanting their money too, there’s no doubt that the Obama and the Democrats’ stimulus strategy was a failure.
Even if our stimulus helped a little, it’s nothing compared to China’s stimulus’ success. China’s manufacturing expansion rate exploded, thanks largely to a great stimulus plan that they had put to work. And no, their stimulus didn’t go to greedy corporations like Wall Street and their greedy bankers, it went elsewhere.

Their stimulus went directly into the financing of their infrastructures, $586 billion to be exact. And it wasn’t anything like our biggest loser, the $800 billion dollar mistake that Obama signed last year.

The Chinese government pumped all of these moneys directly to the people, for the creation of jobs, and for the improvement of their infrastructures, bridges, roads and so forth, in return they created a booming economy for themselves, while ours has been declining.

Thanks to our industries leaving this country in droves, and thanks to our inept politicians, we have allowed China to boom at the expense of our worker’s loss of jobs and a disastrous economy for America.

Here is the story: An index of China's manufacturing rose in December, expanding at its fastest rate in 20 months amid heavy government economic stimulus, according to an industry group report.

The state-sanctioned China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing said its monthly purchasing manager’s index rose to 56.6 on a 100-point scale, compared with 55.2 in November. Numbers above 50 show manufacturing activity expanding.

It was the biggest month-to-month expansion since March 2008, when the index rose to 52.4 from 49 in the previous month.

The rising index "shows the situation of China's economy is stable and the recovery has been further consolidated," a government economist, Zhang Liqun, said in a statement issued by the federation.

Beijing's $586 billion stimulus program has helped boost growth by pumping money into the economy through spending on public works projects.

Economic growth rose to 8.9 percent from a year earlier in the quarter ending in September and the World Bank is forecasting 8.4 percent growth for all of 2009.

Jing Ulrich, head of China equities at J.P. Morgan, said in a report that "we expect China's strong economic growth momentum to continue in 2010."

Is Obama ACLUist President? Can Obama Deal With Terrorism & the Nation? All His Policies Show Deep ACLU Influences:
By Marc Chamot

I’m pretty much news junky. Scouring newspapers and the Internet for interesting topics is what I do.

Blogging politics isn’t easy to do. There’s fierce competition from all over the Net. Once in a while, I do come across savvy readers’ opinions, whether in newspapers or comments posted in news website, they are there. Once in a while, there are those that will pique my interest and make me think, “well hey why I didn’t think of that?”

A letter writer to the San Francisco Chronicle’s letter to the editor, in their opinions section, John Chase of Alameda, hit it right on the proverbial nail with this.

System? What system?

"Despite some media's attempt to give the president and his team a good mark on the bomber crisis, in my view it once again demonstrates the inability of the president and his team to act decisively.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano embarrassed herself and the government with her one-day flip-flop: The system worked, the system did not work. Add to that the president's delayed reaction to this kind of crisis. We have an administration full of people who want to discern an issue instead making an assertive decision and live with it. There is too much ACLUist thinking and not enough military-style assertiveness.

The only reason this did not cost the lives of 278 passengers is that a few passengers made that assertive decision and wrestled the Islamic radical to the ground. The system was nowhere to be found." JOHN CHASE Alameda

Yes and yes! That is the problem with President Obama! He wants to run the country and foreign affairs with ACLU philosophy. Obama is an “ACLUist” and his type of governing isn’t working for Americans. What the president lacks is authoritarian and military-style assertiveness, which past presidents have been known to posses.

Every policy that Obama wants to push, from healthcare, immigration, defending the country from terrorist attacks, the trials of Guantanamo detainees in New York, cap and trade, global warming and so on, are all ACLU supported causes.

John Chase is absolutely right with his assertion; this is exactly what this country voted for, an ACLU president.

The trials of Guantanamo detainees in New York mainly, are ACLU pet dream that they’ve been pushing for. And the way we deal with RADICAL Muslims, like in Political Correctness, with the refusals for the FBI and CIA to follow through, e-mails and other sources when they were forewarned about possible terroristic attacks, is vintage ACLU, without a doubt.

But of course, after the near fatal bombing attacks on a plane heading into Detroit, and after the Fort Hood Texas terroristic slaughter of our 13 soldiers, and now President Obama is getting serious about Muslim terrorists. All of this should have been done from day one.

John McCain, Dick Cheney, and other Republicans exploited Obama’s weakness in possible handling of terrorists as president during the campaigns, Americans didn’t fret and voted for him anyway, and those recent incidents have shown that Republicans were right and voters were wrong.

It’s obvious that the ACLU doesn’t have all of the answers, when it comes to safety for Americans in the United States from Muslim extremists. What we really need, is an authoritarian president not an ACLUist! And bingo! John Chase!

"There are two major developments, she says, that are new this year and insufficiently noted, but they're going to shape election outcomes in 2010 and beyond. First, Washington is being revealed in a new way.

The American people now know, "with real sophistication," everything that happens in the capital. "I find a much more knowledgeable electorate, and it is a real-time response," Ms. Blackburn says. "We hear about it even as the vote is taking place."

Voters come to rallies carrying research—"things they pulled off the Internet, forwarded emails," copies of bills, roll-call votes. The Internet isn't just a tool for organization and fund-raising. It has given citizens access to information they never had before. "The more they know," Ms. Blackburn observes, "the less they like Washington."-Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn
