San Francisco & Mexico Want Arizona Boycotts over SB 1070; BOTH Got Serious Anti-Immigrants Dirty Secrets; From Hate Crime Murders to Wanton Rapes:

Before anyone has the gall to embark on full blown boycotts and criticizing Arizona on their SB 1070, the anti-criminal illegal aliens’ initiative that was made into law.

They have better look into their own state of affairs, on how they treat their OWN immigrants, before they scurry out and bash others with foolishness. These are dirty little secrets that these two main catalysts for Arizona boycotts don’t really want you to know.

One American city has epidemic hate crimes of African Americans, mainly youths, assaulting, robbing, and even murdering Chinese elderly immigrants.

And the other, is a nation just south of our border, who Amnesty International, through intensive studies, and interviews of victims, claim that 6 out of 10 Central American females, Latinas are being raped and sexually assaulted on their way to cross into the United States illegally.

So, if anybody wanted to have a very good reason to boycott, both San Francisco and Mexico, well here are the reasons.

The truths about San Francisco; "This is the immigrant's voice not being heard in a city of immigrants," said Yvonne Lee, a former police commissioner who helped translate for Cheng. "This is years of frustration and fear that has burned into anger."

It’ virtually open season on Asians, primarily Chinese in San Francisco. African Americans attacking elderly Asians is a reality, said Young Kong, a local talk radio show host on a Chinese language station.

"This is a hate crime, the supervisors don't want to say it because they don't want to exacerbate the tension. They are too chicken, too politically correct."

By George, of course it is! Because of our very lame, and the anti-white American laws, with the U.S. congress, President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder, when they created the most recent Hate Crime Laws, white Americans was their key target to protect homosexuals, but unfortunately they didn’t think about African American hate crimes against Asians or Chinese. Actually the new hate crimes laws don’t even apply to Latinos against Blacks or vice-versa in federal hate crimes, or any other minority groups against minority groups.

So unfortunately, San Francisco Chinese are on their own, while the city of San Francisco is trying to cover up and even deny, they are having full blown hate crimes going on within their own city.

They are too busy trying to figure out what kind of boycotts they can put on Arizona so to pressure them to change their own immigration laws, instead of cleaning up their own immigrant problems.

It’s not surprising at all coming from San Francisco, Arizona’s new immigration laws, are basically federal immigration laws that are on the books, that the Obama-Feds-Democrats aren’t enforcing.

Cheng was just one of the nearly 300 Asian Americans who showed up at City Hall to share story after story about being assaulted, robbed and intimidated.

The two hours of testimony were tearful and angry. The need to share their stories was triggered by Cheng's experience; the January beating death of Huan Chen, 83, as he left a bus station at Third Street and Oakdale Avenue; and Tian Sheng Yu, who died after he was punched by an 18-year-old African American man in Oakland.

"I live in constant fear," Cheng wrote in her first interview, which was conducted over e-mail. "I am afraid to go out any more. I can't eat because I have no lower teeth. I have a big lump on the back of my head ... I walk with a limp and need help to move around. I am afraid I may lose my job. I came from China 20 years ago. I came because it offers its people freedom, freedom of speech, good education. How would I have imagined I would become a crime victim? I have lost confidence in America."

"Let's face it, if older black men were being killed by marauding groups of kids, we'd be going crazy," said Lynette Sweet, a lifelong resident of District 10 and candidate for supervisor there. "We in the black community have to take responsibility for our kids." The concern, however, is that the discussion is too polarizing.

And then we got Mexico! Yes, that little country down south of us. They’ve got bigger problems than Arizona to take care of.

A new study out, shows women, mainly younger women from Central America, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and others, are being violently raped and sexually abused, by gangs, border gangs/coyotes, cartel thugs, police and among others, city and state Mexican officials.

Don’t you just love these hypocrites? Those people are just too busy with other things that don’t pertain to them, instead of taking care of their own problems; they want to dictate others on how to run theirs. Wow! Now I'm being reminded again, as to why I can’t stand liberals.

6 out of 10 migrant women raped in Mexico, activists say

MEXICO CITY — As many as six out of every 10 Central American women and girls are raped as they pass through Mexico hoping to cross illegally into the United States, Amnesty International said Wednesday.

The rapists include criminal gang members as well as local authorities in collusion with them, said Rupert Knox, an Amnesty International researcher on Mexico.

Knox called on Mexico to take action to end a "really chilling panorama" faced by migrants passing across its borders even as the nation complains about a tough new immigration law in the state of Arizona.

In irate response to the Arizona law, which Republican Gov. Jan Brewer passed last Friday, Mexico issued a travel warning alerting citizens who are traveling to or residing in Arizona that they might face harassment. Aeromexico suspended some flights to Arizona, and the government of the Mexican state of Sonora canceled an annual meeting scheduled for June with its Arizona counterpart to protest the new law.

The London -based human rights group issued a 48-page report titled "Invisible Victims" that says that tens of thousands of migrants, nearly all of them from Central America , fall prey to gangs that rob, kidnap or rape them as they cross Mexico .

Much of the abuse occurs in the southern states of Chiapas and Oaxaca , where criminals who are in cahoots with conductors and local, state or federal police halt freight trains, which often are carrying hundreds of illegal migrants, it said. Problems are also severe in Tabasco and Veracruz states.

Many migrants who pass through those states, Knox said, "suffer abductions, sexual abuse, mistreatment, extortion, murder and other abuses that they endure in this voyage of terror."

Last year, Mexican immigration authorities detained 64,061 migrants, about a fifth of them women or girls, the report says.

Migrants fear that if they report assaults, abductions or rapes, they'll be deported to their home countries, it said.

Amnesty International arrived at the conclusion that as many as six out of 10 women are raped after sifting through independent studies, consulting Mexican and international experts and monitors, and conducting its own interviews, Knox said.

"Many women migrants are deterred from reporting sexual violence by the pressures to continue their journey and the lack of access to an effective complaints procedure," the report says. It adds that the prevalence of rape is such that some smugglers of people demand that women have contraceptive injections before the journey as a precaution.

Even when severe abuses are reported to the government, they remain a low priority for many state and federal authorities, the report says.

Criminal gangs are behind most of the abuses but "there is evidence that state officials are involved at some level, either directly or as a result of complicity and acquiescence," it adds.

Every nation has the right to protect themselves from ALL invaders, especially criminal illegal elements coming across from porous Mexican border into Arizona.

The Mexican drug wars have elevated the state of urgency for actions, whereas the FEDS have totally ignored. Arizona citizens have every right to protect themselves from these elements, even if the FEDS are unwilling to do so.

Regardless what the FEDS decide on this issue, Arizona must stand for state rights; they must fight hard against wanton federal expansions, and they must ignore ANY federal court orders that tell them that they cannot enforce their OWN laws, especially those pertaining to CRIMINAL illegal immigrants causing havoc within their cities and state.

A reaction to Arizona’s new illegal immigration laws was pretty obvious, and obviously it isn’t coming from the majority of Americans and Arizonans who support this stringent laws curbing illegal immigration. However, all the noise is coming from pro-illegal aliens groups from California, Democrats, and the U.S. congress all the way to President Obama.

What’s really funny about this insanity with our law and disorder politicians, they want to pick and choose which laws they want to enforce.

While Arizona is trying to bring in more law and order from rampant criminal illegal aliens, San Francisco, the criminal illegal aliens’ protectionists, and mainly the city of laws and disorders, their city attorney Dennis Herrera wants to FORCE Obama and the FEDS, not to prosecute city workers, for violating federal laws over their sanctuary policies.

Dennis Herrera twice went to Washington DC, pleading special protections for his city workers, from federal prosecutions over their illegal activities protecting criminal illegal alien gangbangers from turning them over to ICE for deportations.

San Francisco juvenile probation officers were caught harboring and transporting undocumented youths back across the border, after they were arrested for FELONIES. Northern California U.S. Attorney General Joseph Russoniello a Republican, and a former George Bush appointee, wants to prosecute some San Francisco officials, for violations of federal laws that were broken.

Russoniello had convened a grand jury last year to get the ball rolling, but unfortunately, with Obama becoming the new American president, Obama and along with his bands of Democratic Party immigration obstructionists, Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer, they want to replace Russoniello, the Chief Northern California U.S. attorney, they call him a trouble maker for San Francisco sanctuary policies, the criminal illegal aliens’ and scofflaws protectionists city of San Francisco WANT someone else who will look the other way.

So last month, President Obama with Barbara Boxers’ urging nominated Melinda Haag, a San Francisco liberal attorney and former federal prosecutor, to replace Joseph Russoniello. Now the same bands of San Francisco leftists, loonies want to propose banning city business and dealings with Arizona.

To the city of San Francisco, BUT it’s okay for them to break federal laws in protecting criminal aliens, but it’s NOT okay for Arizona to enforce them. But who’s boycotting San Francisco’s IDIOCIES?

We’ve got some groups of so called experts, who want to compare Arizona’s chances in Federal courts; just as California did with their failed 1994 anti-illegal aliens’ proposition 187.

California’s Proposition 187 (was also known as the Save Our State initiative) was a 1994 ballot initiative designed to prohibit illegal immigrants from using social services, health care, and public education in the U.S. State of California. It was initially passed by the voters but later found unconstitutional by a federal court, with appeals against the judgments being halted by Governor Gray Davis in 1999.

Proposition 187 heated up the ongoing issue of illegal immigration into the United States and the state's large undocumented Latino population. It was viewed by opponents as based largely on xenophobia toward immigrants of Hispanic origin but supporters insisted that their concerns were entirely economic.^[1][2]

Proposition 187 was introduced by Republican assemblyman Dick Mountjoy of Monrovia as the "Save Our State" initiative.^[3] In the general election of November 8, 1994, California voters approved the proposition by a 58.93% margin.^[4] It was signed into law by Governor Pete Wilson, a prominent supporter of the proposition, the following day. A number of legal challenges led to the law being eventually overturned in federal court.^[5]

Why it didn’t get appealed, I’ll never know, but Arizona has a shot to take their law even further, and even DEFY the federal government. And fortunately, California’s and Arizona’s anti-immigrant issues cannot be compared, they are both entirely different. Leave it to The Chronicle to put its social Democrat slant on Arizona's new law to enforce unlawful entry into our nation as a crime ("Prop. 187 may show Arizona law's fate," April 26).

Arizona's law will not be harder to defend than California's 1994 Proposition 187. Prop. 187 died in a federal trial court because the governor refused to appeal an adverse ruling, even to the first appellate level, let alone the U.S. Supreme Court.

Arizona’s law was legislated by their legislature FOR security reasons, whereas the California law was voted by the PEOPLE to deny illegal aliens BENEFITS. It’s a BIG difference between the two. Only ignorant Medias and their politicians will compare the two as one and the same.

Upon the circumstances, I do agree the law is tough. But did Arizona really have the choice? No they didn’t. Securing our border with Mexico has been an EPIDEMIC FAILURE coming from the Feds for years. If the Feds do decide to sanction Arizona, like cutting off Fed moneys to the state, Arizona in turn can cut off federal tax deductions to the federal government.

The bottom line, being in the United States illegally is a CRIME, punto.

The U.S. Supreme Court has never had the opportunity to really define the legality statuses of illegal immigrants. On what rights do Illegal immigrants really have? The word “Illegal” is exactly what it means, it’s ILLEGAL. The Federal courts and the Supreme Court need to be very careful when addressing this issue in the future.

If U.S. courts give illegal aliens special rights and privileges’ for breaking American laws, WE the PEOPLE will be watching, and then what’s to stop other criminal matters, like non-violent criminal matters, such as unpaid traffic citations and parking tickets, trespassing onto public properties, tax-cheating, failure to register automobiles, failure in acquiring drivers licenses, profession licenses and so forth.

If they PARDON crimes for one, they MUST pardon for everybody under the U.S. Constitution. You cannot excuse one type of crime for a group of PEOPLE over others, its unequal justice and its ILLEGAL and it may even bring about anarchism.

As more Americans are losing faith in Washington politicians, there is no doubt that Independents are the fastest growing political voters group in America.

With Pew Research Centers’ horrendous poll numbers that shows only 22% of the voters trust the government, and with Harris’ Polls, showing only 8% have total confidences in congress and the FEDS.

Not only public anger is dead set against the FEDS, but states are also feeling its wrath of this public anger/backlash. In most states, approval ratings have dropped over 50%, except for the south.

According to the USA Today, Frustrated voters cut ties with Democrats, Republicans “The nation's fastest-growing political party is "none of the above," which could be bad news for Democrats and Republicans.

As the 2010 midterm elections and the anti-tax "Tea Party" movement take shape, more Americans are registering "unaffiliated" rather than signing up with one of the two major parties.

The number of independent voters has grown faster in the past two years than Democrats and Republicans in at least 14 of the 28 states and the District of Columbia that register voters by party, according to a USA TODAY review.

"It's been a steady incline," says Ken Bennett, secretary of State in Arizona, where unaffiliated voters have jumped 30% since 2008. "It's kind of an in-your-face reminder to candidates of both parties that there's a whole other block of people who have to be acknowledged and courted."

Unaffiliated voters now outnumber Democrats and Republicans in nine states: Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Rhode Island.

Several states have seen dramatic shifts in the past two years, according to voter registration data:

•North Carolina has seen an 18% jump in unaffiliated voters, 8% among Democrats and no increase for Republicans. "People no longer want to be associated with a party," says elections director Gary Bartlett. "They like to not be categorized."

•In New Hampshire, independents are up 16%, Democrats 2%, and Republicans are flat. "The people who choose to be undeclared … are interested in voting for the person, regardless of party affiliation," says Deputy Secretary of State Dave Scanlan.

•Nevada's unaffiliated and independent registrations are up 13%, Democrats 8%. The GOP lost 2%.

Even where the rise of independents has slowed, officials predict a rebound. Says Oregon Secretary of State Kate Brown: "It's because of the frustration with the political situation in Washington."

This not only shows that the two main parties in power are in deep trouble politically, it also shows that business as usual in the United States is pretty much over.

Even though I am a Tea Party sympathizer, and me, as an independent, I will not totally embrace this group as my own. I really don’t care what Liberals say about the Tea Party, whether they are majority whites and well-off.

But I have some issues with the Tea Party. There are some credibility issues, where the Tea Party hasn’t yet garnered the backings and support from Independent voters at large.

So what’s the problem with the Tea Party, with Independents like me? In recent New York Times survey on the Tea Party, 57 percent of its members view our former president, George Bush favorably, while 58% of the nation viewed him unfavorably, which in my opinion George Bush was the WORST American president since Jimmy Carter.

The FACTS are, it was because of former President George Bush’s incompetence’s we’ve got Obama in the U.S. presidency today, and with his liberal idiocies. That is why Democrats creamed Republicans back in 2006 and 2008.

The Tea Party credibility problems begins by asking, where were they when former President George Bush went into profligates spending, such as the ones they are now complaining about? Do you remember? George Bush led the largest debt expansion in American history and spent more than his last predecessors, doubling the federal budget during his tenure.

The FACTS also are the $700 billion TARP bailouts to Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley was begun by Bush, those they are all bitching about today.

My other big problem with the Tea Party movement, they have never addressed their views on illegal immigration. To me, they suspiciously seem to be the folks that helped carry former Georg Bush’s agendas, shall we say?

The bottom line folks, the Tea Party will help keep the Obama left-wing politicos in check. But they will not decide all elections, without Independents being involved. And shall we say how angry they got with newly elected Republican Senator from Massachusetts Scott Brown, when he didn’t move to their very whim?

Tea Parties are Okay to watch and keep at distance, they need to be watched by Independents’ very closely, and if they ever change their views that support issues for Americans, like jobs bills and other favorable things for us, rather than corporate interests it would be a real good thing.

In regards to Republican Party cash woes: But then again, even though the Democratic Party is still showing superior cash advantages over the GOP, this doesn’t mean anything on elections. The electorate has grown wiser and they are too damn smart to fall for their lines of BS.

Usually the party in power has all the advantages in fundraisings over the other, they are the more influential. The Republicans did it back in 2006 and it didn’t help them any when they got thrashed by Democrats. So there it is!

For Democrats, it’s the calm before the storm. The November midterms elections’ just around the corner, everything’s showing they’re going to be handed a political shellacking of their lives.

There were two interesting polls last week that went largely unnoticed by mainstream Medias. They showed, no matter what President Obama and Democrats do, they are doomed in the upcoming midterm’s elections.

Even though this government have been claiming the economy is on a rebound, but JOBS are still being lost, and there haven’t been waves of new hires spawning from any economic recoveries that shows true economic rebound for any nation.

Actually to the contrary, another report recently showed that our international trade gap grew wider, we’re importing a whole lot more products than what we areexporting, and that is very bad news for American jobs growths.

Instead of concentrating on peoples' problems and issues at hand, they are all over the place shoving things that isn't helping average Americans around.

First: “President Barack Obama's national standing has slipped to a new low after his victory on the historic health care overhaul, even in the face of growing signs of economic revival, according to the latest Associated Press-GfK poll.”

But it looks like the real horror behind Obamacare, the big lie the Democrats told us would never happen, is going to happen anyway; medical insurance premiums in the United States are going to cost upwards, 30 percent more on the average for general folks around.

And there's no doubt that Obamacare will bankrupt the states, and that is the least they can afford with the jobs/economic situation in disarray.

Just 49 percent of people now approve of the job Obama's doing overall, and less than that — 44 percent — like the way he's handled health care and the economy. Last September, Obama hit a low of 50 percent in job approval before ticking a bit higher. His high-water mark as president was 67 percent in February of last year, just after he took office.

The news is worse for other Democrats. For the first time this year, about as many Americans approve of congressional Republicans as Democrats — 38 percent to 41 percent — and neither has an edge when it comes to the party voters want controlling Congress. Democrats also have lost their advantage on the economy; people now trust both parties equally on that, another first in 2010.”

A new Associated Press-GfK poll finds Americans oppose the health care remake 50 percent to 39 percent. Before a divided Congress finally passed the bill and Obama signed it at a jubilant White House ceremony last month, public opinion was about evenly split. Another 10 percent of Americans say they are neutral. Roughly half want to fire their own congressman.

Disapproval for Obama's handling of health care also increased from 46 percent before the bill passed to 52 percent currently — a level not seen since last summer's angry town hall meetings.
Adding to Democratic woes, people have grown increasingly opposed to the health care overhaul in the weeks since it became law; 50 percent now oppose it, the most negative measure all year. People also have a dim view of the economy though employers have begun to add jobs, including 162,000 in March. Just as many people rated the economy poor this month — 76 percent — as did last July.

And it could get worse for Democrats: One-third of those surveyed consider themselves tea party supporters and three-quarters of those people are overwhelmingly Republicans or right-leaning independents. That means they are more likely to vote with the GOP in this fall's midterms, when energized base voters will be crucial amid the typical low turnout of a non-presidential election year.

With the electorate angry, Republicans enthusiastic and Democrats seemingly less so, Obama's party increasingly fears it could lose control of the House, if not the Senate, in his first midterms. The GOP, conversely, is emboldened as voters warm to its opposition to much of the president's agenda.

The new poll findings also show:
• Equal percentages of Democrats — 87 percent — approve of Obama's job performance as Republicans — 88 percent — disapprove. Independents are about split, 50 percent disapprove to 47 percent approve. And, when it comes to Congress, 91 percent of Republicans, 65 percent of independents and even 51 percent of Democrats disapprove.
• The tea party coalition remains fuzzy to most people; only 16 percent say they know a great deal or a lot about this political phenomenon born a year ago.
Obama remains a polarizing figure, as does Congress.

"He's trying to do what he said we were going to do," said David Jeter of Los Angeles, 51, who votes Democratic and co-owns a lighting business. Jeter credits Congress with passing health care but wonders: "Now what will they do? ... I watch Congress with bated breath, but I don't expect that anything is going to radically alter my life."

The AP-GfK Poll was conducted April 7-12, 2010 by GfK Roper Public Affairs and Media. It involved interviews with 1,001 adults nationwide on both landline and cellular telephones. It had a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 4.3 percentage points.”

And second is the healthcare issue. As the issue is becoming a harsh reality, at the same time the nation is finding out what’s it all about, it’s becoming a horrendous and badly thought-out reform by Democrats. Obamacare is so awful, that support against it is mounting, and there is every indication that it could be the Democrat’s last stand at Waterloo.

“Opposition to President Barack Obama's health care law jumped after he signed it — warnings to Democrats running for re-election this fall that his victory could become their liability.
But "I don't like the idea of the government dictating what health care should be like," added Fall. "Nor do I like them taking money out of Medicare. They are going to create more waste and they are going to take away benefits."

Seniors — reliable voters in midterm congressional races — were far more likely to oppose the law. Forty-nine percent were strongly opposed, compared with 37 percent of those 64 and younger. Seniors' worries that Medicare cuts to insurers, hospitals and other providers will undermine their care are a formidable challenge for Democratic congressional candidates this fall.

Analysts said such wariness on a major piece of social legislation is unusual.
"The surprise of this poll is that you would expect people to be more supportive of the bill now that it's the law of the land — and that's not the case," said Robert Blendon, a Harvard public health professor who follows opinion trends on health care. "The election for the House is going to be competitive, and health care is clearly going to be an issue."

The nearly $1 trillion, 10-year health care remake would provide coverage to nearly all Americans while also attempting to improve quality and slow the ruinous pace of rising medical costs.

Nonpartisan congressional budget analysts say the law is fully paid for. Its mix of Medicare cuts and tax increases, falling mainly on upper-income earners, would actually reduce the federal deficit. And people covered by large employers may even see a dip in their premiums.

The public doesn't seem to be buying it.

Fifty-seven percent said they expect to pay more for their own health care, contrasted with 7 percent who expect to pay less. And 47 percent said they expect their own medical care to get worse, compared with 14 percent looking forward to an improvement.

"Based on the little information we know, somebody's going to have to pay for it, so it makes sense that taxes would go up," said Lang Fu, 48, an oil and gas engineer from Houston.

Politically, Americans are polarized. Democrats support the overhaul by 68 percent to 18 percent, while Republicans oppose it 85 percent to 9 percent. Whites oppose it by 57 percent to 32 percent, while minorities support it 61-27.

Political independents are roughly even, with 44 percent opposed and 40 percent in favor — within the poll's margin of error. Some may be swayed by appeals from Obama and the law's supporters.

Donna Christian of Kingsport, Tenn., is an independent leaning in favor of the law. A bad heart forced Christian, 45, to leave her job as a supervisor at a wireless phone company a few years ago. She and her 10-year-old daughter make do on a limited income, and have coverage through Medicaid.

"I think Americans are going to be better off in the long run even if they don't see that now," Christian said. "More will have coverage, and they'll be able to go to the hospital when they need to."

Ron Pollack, head of Families USA, a liberal advocacy group that supports the overhaul, said it will be "a real task" to turn public opinion around, but he's confident.

"When you dig deeper, individual provisions of the law have enormous support," he said. Pollack believes current polls reflect public disgust with a "very lengthy and messy process."

But Rep. Dave Camp, R-Mich., says Democrats already lost their chance to persuade the public.

"They have had 16 months to explain this bill," Camp said. "Good luck trying to explain it in the next six."

The AP-GfK Poll was conducted April 7-12, 2010, by GfK Roper Public Affairs and Media. It involved interviews with 1,001 adults nationwide on landline and cellular telephones. It had a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 4.3 percentage points.

The bottom line, Arizonians saw the havoc and social problems with rampant illegal immigration doing to their state, while Washington politicians turned their backs and ignored the severity of the problems causing the American people.

So, Arizona just did what inept Washington feds could never seem to do, they just passed the nations toughest anti-illegal immigration law in the nation. If ANY state or Federal judges try to block this law, it would SEND a message to all states, "you are NOT allowed to create laws to protect your own citizenries from illegal criminals; lawlessness will still be OK to function in America."

I doubt that Washington politicians and federal judges will go against the public anger that is currently fueling within the United States, because of economical chaos’s and rampant uncontrollable illegal immigrants.

Arizona lawmakers just approved the nation’s toughest measure against illegal immigrants, making it a crime to live, reside and work there as illegal immigrants, and they empowered local police officers to determine if people are legitimately legal to be there.

The constant menaces from rampant crimes being perpetrated by cross borders illegal immigrants; spill-over’s from Mexican drug wars; rash of killings to kidnappings in the city of Phoenix, American folks in Arizona have said we’ve had about enough of their BS!

The measure had passed the Arizona senate earlier this year, and now the state house came step to step with this sensible and harshest anti-immigration measure. AZ Governor Jan Brewer is expected to sign the bill.

Law’s author, State Senator Russell Pearce says the law, “simply takes the handcuffs off law enforcements and lets them do their (freakin’) JOBS.”

Open borders and Illegal Immigrant rights groups said Arizona had transformed into a police state, “It’s beyond the pale,” says laws breaker lover and disorder Chris Newman, legal director of the National Day Laborer Organizing Network.

The new bill prevents any Arizona government agencies, including cities, such as sanctuary cities like Phoenix, from formulating their OWN insane policies to prevent enforcements of ALL immigration laws, including SUING.

It requires law enforcement officers to have “reasonable suspicions” that someone is illegal to detain them.

What’s wrong with this picture? The United States is the number one consumer of illegal drugs in the world. Illicit drugs coming from Mexico have been escalating into the U.S. for the past ten years, and that even a Mexican drug lord had been named one of Forbes world’s top billionaires last year, because of it.

Former President George W. Bush was neglectful and very incompetent on this issue, he allowed drug trafficking from Mexico to escalate to the point of no return. But our current president, Obama, is far worse.

A 2009 report from the Joint Operating Environment, compiled by the U.S. army’s highest command and intelligence, said that Mexico could become a failed state in matter of a few years; it’s still being ignored by President Obama and our U.S. congress.

The ramifications from all of these neglect is now being felt and could be a national security disaster for the United States, if action is not taken seriously soon .

Back in January 2009, I did this story by the U.S. Army’s intelligence report on the possibility of the Mexican Government in Danger of Collapse, Due to Drug Cartels and Rampant Government Corruption, Says U.S. Army Report: “The U.S. may be forced to intervene on Mexico’s behalf to prevent that country’s “rapid and sudden collapse” at the hands of organized crime, drug cartels, and rampant inner government corruption, according to the U.S. Army.

Today’s Mexican problems can be largely traced to former Mexican President Vicente Fox’s disastrous years as Mexico’s president, he spent his years fraternizing with popular Mexico’s Hollywood crowd, movie stars, the Tele-Novelas crowds, and with American politicians, and presidents laden with speeches about giving Mexican illegal aliens their rights to be in the U.S..

Instead of watching, and keeping these drug cartels from forming and ravaging his country. He also allowed public corruption to go on, that’s currently running amuck in his country, Vicente Fox allowed all of these travesties to occur that has manifested into what Mexico is today.

Had the U.S. government totally sealed off its southern borders from the get go, Mexico wouldn’t be having these life threatening problems now.

They wouldn’t be having American illicit guns that are causing this carnage going into their country, and we wouldn’t be having illicit drugs coming into America, (and then there wouldn’t be the need for these drug cartels posted along northern Mexico wreaking havoc, and it doesn’t take a real genius to figure that one out Mr. President and Democrats,) and there also wouldn’t be illegal aliens coming into our country either. I’d hate to imagine what it would be like, and the chaos that would create for our nation, if other than a stable Mexican government is running that country.”

Another most recent U.S. intelligence report says; the Sinaloa drug cartel, the worlds’ largest is seen as winning the two year drug wars. Mexico’s most powerful kingpin now controls the most coveted drug traffic routes through Ciudad Juarez/El Paso Texas.

Forbes’ listed and most recent Mexican billionaire, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman’s Sinaloa drug cartel is definitely winning the Mexican drug war.

El Chapo Guzman’s edged out other competing drug traffickers’ for the most coveted drug route into the United States, Cidad Juarez, the ground ZERO in all the drug wars. El Paso’s FBI spokesperson, Andrea Simmons, confirmed the majority of drugs from Juarez belong to billionaire El Chapo Guzman.

The twin border cities are the primary crossing point for drugs smuggled into the United States, whether by Mexican truckers, U.S. citizens coming from Mexico on vacations or most commonly by illegal aliens. The United States, first under former President George Bush with his U.S. congress, and now with President Obama and with this U.S. congress have miserably failed on U.S. border securities.

The Mexican state of Chihuahua that covers New Mexico and West Texas is vital for Guzman’s drug operations. His cartel moved in the city of Juarez to wrest it away from Vincente Carillo Fuentes around 2008, the beginning of the Mexican bloodbaths which left over 5,000 people dead, making that region one of the most dangerous on earth

In knowing all this, then why is Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman still reaping from the drug trades, to the tunes of billions of dollars? Why hasn’t our government done anything to stem the flow of drugs from Mexico? And why the Mexican governments haven’t asked ours to get involved militarily, while knowing full well they are in imminent collapse?

The answer can only be one of two things, the first, massive corruptions coming from both sides of the border. Billions of dollars can buy out a whole lot of people, including American politicians and officials, and corrupt U.S. border patrols. Secondly, it could just be plain incompetence from our side of the border, not only coming from our politicians but also our law enforcement agencies.

There is no doubt; incompetence’s running pretty wild among our elected officials in Washington DC.

Mexico’s President, Felipe Calderon is so intent on defeating the drug cartels, because he knows the truths, Mexico’s and his future is on the line. He recently expanded the museum dedicated to the drug cartels, drug lords and drug traffickers.

On top of being filled with hordes of confiscated golden, diamond, ruby and emerald laden weapons and jewelry from arrested and killed drug kingpins, they are also showing the “strategies” for their mules, the drug traffickers, photos and displays of their trades, like surfboards, mannequins’ of pregnant women, excavating tools for tunnels and a whole lot more that our U.S. law enforcement and American politicians are ignoring, the real know how on enforcing drug traffickers coming into the United States.

Besides Mexican truckers and illegal aliens crossing the borders with illicit drugs, they also detail American drug traffickers, using elaborate systems such as hiding drugs in shoes, clothes, and cell phones, dolls, vases, and including fake pregnant women bringing contrabands around their waists on airlines from Mexico, who are constantly going unchecked at their U.S. destinations, to surfers bringing illicit drugs hidden in their surfboards when they cross the border after a Mexican vacation.

It’s definitely a big problem, but there are solutions if our government really acted.

The formulas are VERY simple, by reducing the drug flow into the United States, you then kill the cartels financially, and there wouldn’t be a billionaire drug lord.

Doing things like, by taking back control of our borders by force, things like expanding border walls and sending the U.S. military to patrol the southern borders, doing what the governors of Arizona and Texas have asked of Obama and DC politicians.

It’s like any WAR anywhere; tougher border resolves need to be taken on shipments coming into the United States from Mexico, including shutting down Mexican truckers and creating massive storage facilities on the border crossing areas, until they’ve been thoroughly checked from any contrabands, just like we do at international airports and naval ports of entries.

Be suspicious of constant border crossers by Americans, such as surfers and pregnant women.

The free flows of drugs from Mexico into the U.S. must be stoped to kill the cartels’ profits, like El Chapo Guzman’s, and I’m pretty sure the Mexican government would be relieved that their future might LOOK brighter instead of bleaker and the United States would be safer.

Obama and his economic bunches want to emulate FAILED European economic TAXING policies, even though Europe is going through tougher economic times than the United States.

The most fascinating thing about this American president of ours, and his economic leftwing henchmen in DC, they are about the brightest or the most ignorant morons on the face of this earth.

They want to COPY just about every loony-left policies on the face of this earth, from California’s failed GREENS, Cap and Trades policies, to Massachusetts failed healthcare programs, which recently passed congress and now with the creation of a national sales tax to milk us for more money.

But don’t get this new tax confused with the FairTax, which is a proposed change to the federal tax laws of the United States intended to replace all federal income taxes^[1] with a single broad national consumption tax on retail sales.^[2]

The plan has been introduced into the United States Congress as the Fair Tax Act (H.R. 25/S. 296). The tax would be levied once at the point of purchase on all new goods and services for personal consumption.

President Obama and his cohorts are vetting new national sales taxes, called VAT to extract more wealth from the private sectors, folks like us, to sustain his and his loony lefts, insatiable hunger for more government spending.

But there is one BIG twist to Obama’s diabolical plan, salvaging, or finding the money, the billions of dollars, to bail out the fast collapsing and failing LABOR UNIONS pensions.

But don’t believe all their denials and rhetoric’s against it; they are doing it under the guise to close the massive deficits, but in reality it’s would be more revenues for the trillion dollar healthcare and to other Obama/Democrats indebted bailouts, like one, for most labor unions pensions, which are virtually collapsing all over from California to the East Coast.

Obama’s and his cohort’s EVIL and complex plan is to keep both avenues open for more federal revenues. In other words, creating a massive national sales tax system as well as keeping the standard federal employee deductions on payroll checks, as it’s been the law of the land since creation.

Examiner Commentary Writer, Mark Hemingway Says: “Anybody who thinks the multiple trillions of federal tax dollars spent by President Barack Obama and the Democratic Congress on the TARP bailouts for Wall Street and the auto industry, the economic stimulus bill, and Obamacare were excessive better get a good grip.

The mother of all taxpayer bailouts is right around the corner.

Union bosses want taxpayers to foot the cost for bailing out the labor organizations’ many failing pension plans that millions of their members are counting on to “be there” when they retire. Unfortunately, the average union pension plan has only enough money to cover 62 percent of its financial obligations.”

If you don’t believe him or me, the signs are all over. In San Francisco, the city wants to lean on taxpayers to foot the bill for $12 billion dollars, in their out of control pension funds. City leaning on taxpayers to pay $12 billion in pension funds The City and County of San Francisco is swimming in a sea of red ink. An official budget report issued last week projects San Francisco’s municipal government will face three years of severe and escalating deficits beginning with $483 million this coming fiscal year, followed by a staggering $712 million in 2011 and $787 million in 2012.

While most of us have learned to live within our means, San Francisco is still paying for a government infrastructure it can no longer afford to maintain. Local public employee salaries and health benefits make up much of these costs, but an even larger cost-driver is The City’s growing public employee pension obligations.

In 2014, San Francisco taxpayers will need to contribute $692 million towards city employee pensions. That amounts to roughly half of The City’s entire discretionary general fund, siphoning away money that would otherwise go towards providing services like public safety, street repair, parks and schools.

Residents already face continual fee increases and service reductions as The City struggles to pay its pension obligations — but if left unchecked, the escalating costs will soon leave The City unable to provide even the most basic services.

The pension system’s most recent actuarial report estimates San Francisco taxpayers will be liable for $12 billion to $14 billion over the next 20 years in order to cover our public employee pension obligations — and that assumes the system will consistently earn nearly 8 percent in investment returns. Even more worrisome is that the money does not include the approximately $4 billion needed to pay the lifetime health care benefits afforded to city retirees.

How did we get into this situation? The City’s defined benefit system requires local taxpayers to shoulder the burden of an underfunded pension.

And then we’ve got the most visited visitors in Obama’s White House, which are BIG union bosses and their cronies, making sweetheart deals and more deals with our tax moneys. Mark Hemingway: Unions buy their way into the White House; after spending $400 million to elect President Obama and expand the Democratic majorities controlling Congress, Big Labor unions now find they have nearly unprecedented access to lawmakers at both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue.

In fact, representatives of the powerful Service Employees International Union are in the White House every day. According to White House visitor logs, SEIU President Andy Stern was the second most frequent individual visitor to the White House in 2009, with 36 visits.

Stern's right-hand woman, SEIU Treasurer Anna Burger -- aka "the Queen of Labor" -- was first with 39 forays into the White House to visit with Obama and other senior administration officials.

Some critics would argue that giving such open access to special interests seeking favors ought to be criminal -- and in Stern's case it might even be. Stern is not a registered lobbyist, and there's an open criminal investigation with the U.S. Attorney's Office into whether he's illegally lobbying the White House. Union bosses like Stern aren't known to be fond of having tea in the Red Room.

But the SEIU's influence in the White House extends far beyond frequent visits. During the 2008 presidential campaign, Obama frequently railed against the pernicious influence of lobbyists, saying, "Lobbyists won't find a job in my White House."

The SEIU isn't the only union with heavy sway at the White House. Richard Trumka, president of the AFL-CIO, has visited the White House at least 14 times, according to White House visitor logs. Recently, it was reported that the White House called Trumka in for an emergency March 17 meeting that turned out to be critical to gaining passing of Obamacare.

Desperate for votes for the controversial proposal, Obama needed Trumka to sign off on a new provision in the legislation. Sure enough, the next day the Congressional Budget Office score came in, and analysts soon found that unions had been well taken care of in the legislation.

The AFL-CIO imposes fees on members to pay for political spending as it sees fit. And even though the SEIU has a dangerously unfunded pension plan, the union has $94,578,779 in outstanding loans with Bank of America -- much of that borrowed money used to finance political activities. If you run a business, good luck getting away with spending money on political causes in such a coercive or reckless fashion.

All this access may not come cheap, but fortunately for them, unions are awfully good at persuading Democrats to make the rest of America pay for their bennies in the end.

Hemingway: Look for the union agenda, and prepare to pay such a low level of funding puts those plans on the government’s critical list. Pension plans funded below 80 percent are considered “endangered” by the government. Below 65 percent is “critical.” With union membership declining, that puts these funds into a tailspin from which they’ll likely never pull out.

The government’s Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation only guarantees pensioners $12,000 a year, should their pension plan fail. Good luck retiring on that.

But as the economy sours, there’s increasing pressure to bail out workers from failing unions. Last July, for example, the PBGC agreed to take on $6.2 billion in pension liabilities from bankrupt auto parts manufacturer Delphi. And that’s just one company. In 2007, the PBGC was already running a deficit of nearly a billion dollars. Things will only get worse as the PBGC is expected to assume $86 billion in liabilities by 2015.

Concern over underfunded pensions is the real reason behind nearly every legislative item for which unions are currently agitating. One of the top union priorities is “card check” legislation — which would eliminate secret ballots in workplace representation elections, marking a return to the union thuggery of yesteryear. Without secret ballots, unions could identify and bully workers who don’t support recognizing the union.

But unions don’t want card check just so they can organize more workplaces and collect more dues — that’s chump change. They want to organize more workplaces so they can then use mandatory binding arbitration to force more businesses into multi-employer pension plans.

Under “last man standing” accounting rules, if you have five companies in a multi-employer pension plan and four of them go bankrupt, the last company standing has to pay for the pension plans of all five companies.

Multi-employer pension liabilities kill companies. Even if your business is fiscally sound, the liability of other companies you’re linked with can severely damage your ability to get a loan or raise capital.

No wonder the unionized United Parcel Service recently shelled out a whopping $6.1 billion to get out of the multi-employer pension plan in which it was formally enrolled. Prior to UPS shelling out the money, the company’s pension liabilities were estimated to be in the neighborhood of $4 billion, but turned out to be much higher.

That’s because unions are trying to hide the severity of the problem from their own workers. The union officers know this. That’s why the Service Employees International Union has a separate pension plan for its officers — from 2002 to 2005 that plan was on average funded at 123 percent.

Meanwhile, the pension plan of rank-and-file union members was near the “endangered” status at 82 percent, or assets of only $19,025 per employee. (Given the downturn in the economy in the last five years, it’s almost certainly much worse now.)

Rather than acknowledge their pension plans have been mismanaged, unions are counting on Democrats to bail them out. Rep. Earl Pomeroy, D-N.D., has introduced legislation to explicitly put taxpayers on the hook for failing union plans. Not surprisingly, many of Pomeroy’s biggest campaign donors are organized labor.

And after $400 million in campaign donations in 2008, if unions want a bailout it’s going to be hard for Democrats to say no.

More on Obama's National Sales Tax, NO. TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY. CUT GOVT. INSTEAD. White House economic advisor Paul Volcker, and former Chairman of the Fed, urged the United States to follow Europe and impose a Value Added Tax (VAT). The Washington Examiner has this description of a VAT:

A VAT is a national sales tax that would be collected by retailers. But it can also be imposed on products as they make their way through the manufacturing process. That is, the tax for a single product is paid by manufacturers, producers, and business that add value to the product, as well as by the consumers. Critics argue that the VAT is a regressive tax that unduly places the burden on the poor.

The reason why elites in Washington would look to a VAT before increasing income taxes (and, believe me, higher income taxes are coming) is because not enough of the population even pays income taxes to make it worthwhile for the government to use the income tax structure to balance the budget.

According to the Tax Policy Center, only about 47 percent of Americans will pay no federal income taxes at all for 2009. Meanwhile, the government can extract the most amount of your wealth from a national sales tax (VAT) and Volker's statement yesterday evidences a will on the part of this Administration to start the fear mongering process to tee up higher taxes.

Now that costly Obamacare has passed and with state governments all over going broke, aggressive TAX collections are going to become the new norm in American life, and we’re about to embark into the biggest IRS nightmares this country has ever seen.

But of course, the IRS and other state tax agencies are going to go after the usual suspects, the big earners, auditing the upper middle classes to the wealthiest in America, while letting droves of lower echelon, mainly immigrant tax cheats get away without paying their taxes.

It’s far easier for these government henchmen/taxmen to pick on the fewer and wealthiest Americans, than piling on against the majority of foreign tax cheats, who are cheating local state and federal governments yearly, out of billions of TAX dollars.

There is no doubt that our government has become more trouble than it’s worth to most Americans. With their archaic and drug induced and idiotic laws, which passed through inept U.S. congresses for the past twenty-years, has finally hit a firewall among Americans.

On February, I came out with Legal/Illegal immigrants more likely to start a business than nonimmigrant’s; represent 16.7% of all new business owners & are the least audited by IRS “Here we go again with the inequality enforcements of laws, to favor a minority group over the majority. There is no doubt that real born American owned businesses, black and white, from the East Coast to the Left Coast, are the brunt of all IRS audits.

But the real eye popper, the stink, behind all of this, a good portion of these Asian and Latino businesses, are small mom and pop operations’, who do not provide sales receipts; accept checks, and debit or credit cards for their businesses. And to top it all, a good portion of these businesses don’t have bank accounts, for the government to trace back on their income earnings. It’s an all CASH business, without any form of verifications on incomes and if taxes are being paid at all.”

Did you all ever think this government really cared about the truths? Did you think that local San Francisco and the IRS truly cared, as what Marc Chamot thought and about equality and fairness in tax collections and audits?

Maybe San Francisco did somewhat, but they are going after the city’s wealthiest businesses, not the immigrant tax cheats, and most definitely, I’m not being heard by the IRS and FEDS, they don’t give a damn as to who we are, as long as we have the money to pay for their idiotic policies and for their idiocies.

In March, a few weeks after my article came out on my blog, San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom proposed to have the city auditors in San Francisco seeks stiff fine for unpaid taxes “Businesses that are severely dodging taxes they owe The City could get slapped with a stiff penalty under new legislation proposed by Mayor Gavin Newsom.

Out of the 922 businesses audited last year, roughly 129 were found to have substantially underreported their taxes, according to the Office of the Treasurer and Tax Collector.

That’s why the Treasurer’s Office asked Newsom to sponsor legislation that would penalize businesses whose unreported taxes are 25 percent more than the taxes that were reported in a year. If a business is caught substantially underreporting taxes, it could be hit with a fine equaling 50 percent of the amount that is underreported, according to the legislation.

The ordinance would affect more than 6,000 businesses and applies to the hotel, parking, utility users, access line, stadium operator admission and payroll expense taxes.

“We want to make sure everyone is paying their fair share,” Augustine said. “This ordinance is designed to only apply to any amount that is substantially underreported to our office.”

Small-business leaders say they realize city leaders must go after companies that are not paying their taxes in full, but this legislation would only target a few thousand businesses, which doesn’t seem fair, said Scott Hauge, president of Small Business California.

“What about the other businesses that are breaking the law? What if they are not registered with The City?” Hauge said. “Clearly, I have a problem with that.” The legislation was introduced at the Board of Supervisors Budget and Finance Committee meeting last week and will be heard by the committee within the month."

And then this, will burn your tamales into ashes; just yesterday, I overheard one Mexican immigrant talking to another Latin American immigrant who knew him, about filing taxes for 2009.

The Mexican said to the other, “I’m claiming my six dependents, mother, father, and grandparents in Mexico.” Then the other man asked him how could he, if he only lives here with his wife?

The Mexican then said that in the United States, with the new tax laws, Mexican immigrants can claim deductions for Mexican dependents living in Mexico.

I then interjected into the conversation, and said you’re wrong about that! I accused him of cheating on his taxes, then the Mexican told me that I was wrong to go and look it up, which I did, and with some research, as SAD as it is, it’s VERY true.

That means that Mexicans in the United States both legal and illegal can claim any number of dependents in Mexico on their taxes.

Does anybody realize how many billions of TAX dollars we’re losing out on this insane government tax policy? It’s insane!

We've got record deficits; we’ve got trillion dollars healthcare plans, and we’re GIVING away FREE money to Mexicans and Mexico! It’s an OUTRAGE! I wasn’t aware of this law, I never heard of this until now, and I JUST wonder how many more sneaky laws were passed by these ignoramuses’ in Washington D.C.?

This insane policy was passed by the 1994 NAFTA LOVERS, the U.S. Republican Congress and the former President William J. Clinton, with the U.S. and Mexican Tax Treaty law of 1994, it allowed Mexican citizens, residents legal or illegal, working in the United States, to deduct and exempt family members who live in Mexico on their annual TAXES.

I have to put my daughters SS on my tax form to claim her, and if I giver her deduction to my ex I have to sign a tax form that gives him the right to do so. If I claim that I support my mom, then she can't use herself as a deduction and the IRS can check on all of this.
