End of Criminal Illegal Immigrants’ Sanctuary Cities: ICE’s Department of Homeland Security’s; Secure Communities Act of 2008/2010:
By Marc Chamot
"Sanctuary city policies were never meant to protect criminal behavior," San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom’s mayoral spokesperson Tony Winnicker said May 7, when San Francisco Sheriff Mike Hennessey blew the whistle on the federal-local fingerprinting collaboration. "At the end of the day, federal officials should enforce immigration laws. We report — we don't deport."
Some police chiefs from around the nation went to the U.S. Capital to complain to AG Eric Holder, about the harshness of Arizona’s new anti-illegal aliens’ law, SB 1070. They all said, it could lead to increases of crimes, rather than do well for communities. They also said it would break down the trust that police have built, within their communities laden with undocumented aliens.
Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck and president of Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police, John Harris were saying, “Laws like these will actually increase crimes, not decrease them.” They said that enforcing legal statuses of undocumented aliens, It would keep them from doing their real jobs.
In essence, these cops were admitting that there are crimes among the undocumented, and secondly, I don’t think the American people will believe these lines of police BS for a minute, it’s more logical the other way around, if we get rid of the criminal elements of illegal’s, then what do we need to worry about if these people talk?
The way it is, it’s a known FACT, many of the undocumented do not get involved with police in the first place, they are deathly afraid in getting too involved by witnessing crimes, especially where they can be noticed by our court systems and the Feds.
These cops are a bunch of whiners who don’t want to do their REAL jobs, like protecting their citizenries; they appear to be more on the side for the pro-open borders groups.
As such, Sheriff of San Francisco County, Mike Hennessey, he ratted out on the U.S. Secure Communities Act of 2010. It was first proposed in 2008 by former President George Bush; it’s ICE and Department of Homeland Security new identification program, to nab criminal illegal aliens anywhere within the United States upon their arrest.
He's definately no Joe Arpaio, and he'll never make a pimple to Arpaio's a...
Sheriff Hennessey cried foul, when it came closer to the deadline, to begin enforcing the new federal regulations on clamping down on criminal illegal immigrants. He exposed the fingerprinting processes of the Feds to the liberal board of supervisors.
What was most shocking to these bands of progressives on the board; Sherriff Hennessey told them that it was President Obama, along with his Democratic congress that pushed for these new fingerprinting of criminal illegal immigrants’ laws.
Source: sfbg.com "San Francisco Supervisor David Campos thanks Hennessey for blowing the whistle, and lays the blame at Obama's door. "None of us would have known this was happening," Campos said. "This is the time for all San Francisco's elected officials to stand up in support of the principles that led us to establish a sanctuary city. It's not just the board, but also the mayor who needs to step up and say what just happened is not acceptable. This program eviscerates sanctuary city."
"The shadow of Arizona is starting to cover other cities," Mar said, referring to Arizona's anti-immigrant legislation, SB 1070. "We can't let Arizona come to San Francisco." They soon discovered that the new law would basically make all sanctuary cities, non-existent in the United States.
But American Civil Liberties Union legislative counsel Joanne Lin warned that Secure Communities allows the federal government to circumvent local sanctuary policies and fast-track deportation. "It allows the Department of Homeland Security to identify everyone who is booked, whether they are here lawfully or their charges are subsequently dropped or dismissed," Lin said.
The program links local law enforcement databases to the Department of Homeland Security's biometric system through interoperability agreements with states, allowing instantaneous information-sharing among local jails, ICE, and the FBI.
ICE implemented the program in North Carolina and Texas in October 2008. Under President Obama, the program has been activated in 169 jurisdictions in 20 states. ICE plans to have a Secure Communities presence in each state by 2011 and in each of the 3,100 state and local jails nationwide by 2013, according to its Web site.
Under the program, participating jails submit fingerprints of arrestees to immigration and criminal databases, thereby giving ICE a technological presence in prisons and jails. An overview conducted by the Washington, D.C.-based nonpartisan National Immigration Law Center observes that "the critical element" of the program is that, during booking in jail, arrestees' fingerprints will be checked against DHS databases, rather than just against FBI criminal databases.
"ICE asserts that the purpose of the Secure Communities program is to target violent criminals for removal," NILC observed. "Advocates had criticized the program's operation because it took place at the beginning of the criminal process and therefore indiscriminately targeted persons arrested for crimes of all magnitudes, rather than persons convicted of serious crimes."
So Sheriff Hennessey went to Democratic governor wannabe and state Attorney General Jerry Brown, asking permission not to enforce and or, even going as far to break federal laws on fingerprinting enforcements on illegal aliens. And just recently AG Jerry Brown came back with an answer that he and the city progressives didn’t like, with a “Hell No!”
Mainstreams Medias covered this one up, pretty well. I’ve got to hand it for President Obama, he appeared to be friends of undocumented’s and pro-open borders bunches; he certainly isn’t a friend of criminal illegal aliens.

San Francisco Supervisor Wants to Know if “Liberal Bias” Contributed to Dropping City From 2018/2022 World Cup Soccer Considerations:
By Marc Chamot
Iranian American and liberal left, the ever “progressive” loony, San Francisco City Supervisor, Ross Mirkarimi, wants to know as to why the World Cup Soccer commissioners, quickly negated the city’s opportunities to host the world cup tournaments for 2018 or 2022 seasons.
San Francisco, a bastion of loony left liberals, are in total and utter disbelief that World Cup Soccer commissioners refused to give their city, any opportunities to host any of the upcoming world cup matches.
“San Francisco was not on the short list of top contenders, and I’m concerned that we have cities like Nashville, Tampa, and St Louis among others still on, pretty shocking” says Smirk-y-Murky, Mirkarimi. If anybody noticed, every city mentioned by the ever ARROGANT supervisor, are more conservative cities in America.
And the most shocking thing about it all, Phoenix Arizona still in! So, old Smirk-y-Murky Mirkarimi wants to investigate, and even go as far to accuse the World Cup Soccer Federation of being biased towards San Francisco in some way.
In Murky Mirkarimi’s acidic world, it’s not hard to ignore the truths as to why San Fran”sicko” was one of the un-chosen by the Soccer Federation. Reputation for a city goes a long ways, unfortunately for San Francisco, the whole world knows about this loony left city by the bay, except its own supervisors.
Mirkarimi forgets that San Francisco is laughing stocks of American progressive left politics, a city where they still have perversions such as Masturbate-a-thon, if you don’t believe me? Even the San Francisco Chronicle promotes it in their entertainment guide on sfgate.com, check it out.
In Murky-Mirkarimi’s drug induced world of liberalism; forgets that he and his co-loonies on the board are going against city anti-crime measures, such as quality of life issues, where alcohol and drug induced thugs, can sit and lie on city streets, with their pit-bulls in tow, extorting, threatening, assaulting passerby’s and tourists for MONEY. With their total and utter refusals to support common sense laws for police enforcements tools, like the sit and lie laws that all San Franciscans want.
And then there’s the ING Bay to Breakers! If you folks out there don’t know what this is? It’s San Francisco’s yearly race event where everybody can be as perverse, drunk, sick and loonier than ever.
As if Murky-Mirkarimi didn’t know, the ING Bay to Breakers two weeks ago was marred by out of control drunks, nudity, filth, trash strewn all over, and with shameful outdoors public displays of oral sex, all over, on street corners, back alleys and so forth. Publicity was so bad that its chief sponsor, ING insurance company pulled out of sponsoring this event, quicker than one can say, “Mahmoud Ahmadinejad”?
“I also think that San Francisco would be one of the best hosts ever seen.” says the supe. Oh yeah? Clean up your city first, goofball.
But where is this loony-loon, Iranian American, Mirkarimi, questioning the embarrassing events of the Bay to Breakers, and where has his shame gone to? Don’t feel too bad for loony left San Francisco. Sin city of Las Vegas was dumped, along with President Obama’s corruptive and crime ridden city of Chicago.
This was a two-NAYER against Obama’s home of Chicago, first the Olympics and now World Cup Soccer, OUCH! Those foreign folks must be sending Obama another big message again, we don’t like YOU, and we don’t deal with corruptive entities.
And for San Francisco, no wonder these folks at World Cup Soccer Federation, don’t want to associate, nor want to bring these kinds of bad publicity to their sport.
This is what liberal San Francisco Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi does not understand and will never understand. To him, it will always be about prejudices’. It wasn’t about prejudices’, it was more about healthiness to the soul and minds for most people around the globe. I’m sure President Obama understands why Chicago didn’t get picked again for world sporting events, that why he’s not fretting about it too much.

Queen of England Gives-Up on European Liberal Agendas, “a Failed Model” & U.S. Democrats Fighting Back Anti-Incumbency Movements with Union Money & Censorship Bills::
By Marc Chamot
Washington Anti-incumbency is in full motion. People desperately want to throw those elected officials and bums out of office; whether they are Democrats or Republicans, and it’s imperative that we “fire” all of these inept office holders, from governing this nation ever again.
Recent public opinion polls show that three quarters of American voters are having doubts and questioning whether this U.S. congress, really know what they’re doing and what they’re dealing with, and whether they are capable of truly solving the worst American economic, illegal immigration problems this nation has ever seen, since the Great Depression.
Per the Washington Examiner; two key government employees unions are pumping $100 million of dollars to keep some Democratic incumbents in office, and two Democrats’, Senator Charles Schumer and Representative Chris Van Hollen of Md., have also introduced a bill to stop and silence critics of what this Democratic congress have done for the past two years. That means shutting up discussion boards, bloggers and talk radio!
At the same time last week, the SEIU and the AFSCME unions have pumped-in, a combined 100 million dollars; to save Washington inept Democrat incumbent’s political careers and the AFL-CIO will soon follow.
Top union boss Gerald McEntee of AFSCME, had openly boasted about what he will do, “Whatever it takes to protect Democratic Party incumbencies’.” He also said “it’s going to be hard, with those crazy tea baggers are out there.”
While these meaningless, and pieces of special interests, and inept politicians are fighting hard against the inevitable, while finding more air to breathe, to stay alive after these Midterms’ elections, we’ve got our president out in San Francisco, trying to defend one of his own, the so very indebted to the unions/pro-immigration groups, the VERY inept Barbara Boxer.
This president is already 0 for 4 in endorsements for past loony Democratic politicians, does he want to make it 0 for five? Last poll taken, Boxer is virtually tied with all three Republicans who are running against her.
And then in Great Britain, there’s someone there with some brains, unlike the brainless moles we’ve got in U.S. congress and within the presidency. Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II austerity message to the House of Lords (similar to our U.S. congress), she detailed the gravity of issues that is destroying Great Britain, just as what we’ve got going on here.
Queen Elizabeth details British austerity plan: “Tuesday in a speech outlining the plans of Britain's new coalition government - setting out a program for sharp curbs to public spending, new regulation of the financial sector and changes to the centuries-old political system.
Delivering her address, drafted by government officials on her behalf, the queen said Britain would seek to immediately tackle a record national deficit. Public sector net borrowing for the fiscal year ending April 5 was $233 billion.
"The first priority is to reduce the deficit and restore economic growth," the queen said, addressing legislators from a throne in the House of Lords.
Under the 18-month program, the Bank of England will take over regulation of financial services and a new independent Office of Budget Responsibility will handle economic forecasts.
There will be a review over raising the state pension age, a planned increase in payroll taxes will be scrapped, and a new tax levied on banks. Immigration from outside the European Union will be capped.”
Ah! What a bright lady she is. At least Her Majesty the Queen of England knows, what is truly ailing her country, it’s a whole lot more than what I can say for these bunches here at home, they are way out of touch and totally out of sync.
“Her Majesty hits her nation’s problems right on the proverbial nail; massive deficits and spending, and higher taxes won’t RESOLVE the problems. With out of control civil service jobs (government jobs), and out of control government pension’s costs; with out of control immigrations.”
Had her Majesty the Queen dug a little deeper, she would have found China to be one of her biggest culprits too. Just as in the U.S., Europe and her nation are laden with cheap and over surpluses of Chinese products that is tearing apart their own manufacturers’ and jobs.
“In a debate following the monarch's address, Prime Minister David Cameron acknowledged cuts to spending will be tough, and likely unpopular - but looked to pin the blame on Britain's ousted leader Gordon Brown, saying he had offered "not one word of apology for the appalling mess that has been left in this country."
Does President Obama really thinks with 1,200 national guardsmen, can REALLY help secure the Mexican border? Who is he really kidding? Not us.
Obama set to send 1,200 troops to US-Mexico border: "Under pressure to take action, President Barack Obama on Tuesday ordered 1,200 National Guard troops to boost security along the U.S.-Mexico border, pre-empting Republican efforts to force a congressional vote to send the troops.
Obama will also request $500 million for border protection and law enforcement activities, according to lawmakers and administration officials.
The president's action comes as chances for comprehensive immigration reform, Obama's long-stated goal, look increasingly dim in this election year. Obama has been all but compelled to do something since Arizona's passage of a tough illegal-immigration law thrust the border problem into the public spotlight.
Indeed, Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer credited her signing of the controversial new law for compelling Obama to act. Signing the law, Brewer said in a statement, "clearly ignited the talk of action in Washington for the people of Arizona and other border states."
The National Guard troops will work on intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance support, analysis and training, and support efforts to block drug trafficking. They will temporarily supplement Border Patrol agents until Customs and Border Protection can recruit and train additional officers and agents to serve on the border, according to a letter Tuesday from top administration security officials to Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin, D-Mich.
The White House released the letter signed by national security adviser James Jones and White House counterterror chief John Brennan not long after Obama met at the Capitol with Republican senators who pressed him on immigration issues, including the question of sending troops to the border.
Arizona Sens. John McCain and Jon Kyl have been urging such a move, and Republicans planned to try to require it as an amendment to a pending war spending bill.
In a speech Tuesday on the Senate floor, McCain said the situation on the U.S.-Mexico border has "greatly deteriorated." He called for 6,000 National Guard troops to be sent, and he asked for $250 million more to pay for them.
"I appreciate the additional 1,200 being sent ... as well as an additional $500 million, but it's simply not enough," McCain said.
McCain's amendment would direct the defense secretary to deploy the National Guard troops. The letter from Jones and Brennan took scathing aim at that approach.
"It represents an unwarranted interference with the commander in chief's responsibilities to direct the employment of our armed forces," Jones and Brennan wrote."

Disgraceful Handling of Arizona & Border, Sinks Obama further Down in Polls & Anti-Arizona Rhetoric’s to Leaders of China & Mexico Could be Final Blow for Presidency:
By Marc Chamot
Can the mainstreams Media save this president, from his own worst enemy, Obama? Mainstreams Medias, the Obama Medias, are having fits keeping up with Obama’s gaffes and blunders.
There’s a whole lot of cover-up going on. I can see it on my syndications and from search engines, no matter what the truths are about this man called our president, if it didn’t come from me, it’s always being carried by someone else on the Net.
Obama is the most TOXIC American president we’ve ever had, he’s knee jerk reactionary, shoots from the mouth first, and shoot from the hips, instead of silently weighing in the facts affecting majority of Americans, these traits are becoming President Barack Obama’s sorry presidential trademarks.
The way it is now, some people may still vote for Democrats, but not for the Obama Democrats. There’s no questions about it, Democrat VOTERS around are rejecting Obama’s un-professional mannerisms and his policies; some Democrat politicians know they have to also, if they want to survive post Obama world, politically.
Not two years have gone by into the historic, first African American president of the United States, which at best, it’s beset with gaffes, blunders, ineptness and incompetence’s. Just eight months shy of his two years in office, as far as I see it, it’s pretty much over for Obama and company in the eyes of most voters.
There’s no question that President Barack Obama is well over his head as American president.
And with the latest poll numbers, if he keeps it up, he’ll be under 40% favorable by the start of 2010 midterm’s elections. Any Democrat who runs under the Obama umbrella will be doomed to eternal fire. Records prove, it hasn’t fared well for four previous Democrats in the past six months when the president went to bat for them.
The very fabric of the nation is cracking under the sheer weight of his, and Washington’s Democratic political divisiveness and their ineptness’s; this country is even more divided than ever since he first became the American president.
We’ve got no solutions for the massive unemployment’s and for jobs coming from him and his party in power; see: Jobless Claims Jump “New claims for jobless benefits soared last week, a worrisome sign for the slowly recovering labor market.
Separately, an index of leading economic indicators fell in April, pulled down by a sharp decline in building permits. The number of workers who filed new claims for unemployment insurance climbed by 25,000 to a seasonally adjusted 471,000 for the week ended May 15, the Labor Department said Thursday.
"We are left with the uncomfortable possibility that the trend in claims has not only stopped falling, but may be turning higher," Ian Shepherdson, a High Frequency Economics Ltd. economist, said in a note to clients”
With excessive and out of control government spending, Europe about to collapse into an economical disaster, never seen before in our lifetimes, and we’ve got total out of control illegal immigration problems, with porous southern borders for drugs and illegal immigrants, who STILL coming into the United States unchecked.
And Mexico is totally engaged in a bloody drug war, that is seeping into our borders, which this U.S. president doesn’t want to help resolve, by securing our border with Mexico, and creating JOB friendly policies, instead of pursuing jobs killing liberal agendas.
When states like Arizona want to implement more border security for the safety of its citizens, this president sees fit to use foreign nations like China, and Mexico to criticize its motives, and then criticizing one of his own states as being racists and un-American, is a carnal sin for any American politician to do, including this president.
These American political divisions are going right under his nose, and he’s not doing one thing to stem the problems.
Los Angeles implemented their economical boycotts on Arizona over their SB 1070. Then Arizona in turn, threatened to shut the power off to Los Angeles, which I whole heartedly agree with, and hope they do it soon. Los Angeles gets about 25% of their electricity from Arizona.
While we’ve had more than enough corruptive performances from this president and his party in power, his Democratic cohorts on healthcare reforms, this is the worst performance coming from any American president, party and politicians in American history.
Never in our history have we ever had, a sitting U.S. president apologizing to foreign dignitaries about a state’s law, calling it racist and a human rights violation, a law that is supported by the majority of affected voters of that state.
Never, and never in our history have we ever had an American city boycotting another state because of their laws and policies for their state security.
I have NEVER seen any American president bow down to demands from people who don’t belong here, those who are here illegally, and to their world leader, Mexico’s Calderon, who’s dictating our citizenries what our immigrations laws should be. It absolutely disgraceful and shameful!

Washington’s Anti-Incumbency Political Armageddon for 2010 has Just Begun & Are Obama’s Endorsements becoming too toxic for Democrats?
By Marc Chamot & Sources: Yahoo News
It's now crystal clear that anyone affiliated with Washington or traditional party organizations is at risk, regardless of their political affiliation.
And now WE can all believe, Washington incumbents are reeling about their prospective futures in politics. While the press is having a field day covering the primaries losers; it’s obvious the future doesn’t look too good for established Washington politicians.
The results weren’t a big surprise at all; maybe only to those who just crawled out of a cave.
The political house cleansing in DC has just begun, and it was bound to happen; if these politicians thought they could get away with it, especially with their low poll numbers, they got something else coming; they certainly didn’t believe that it could happen to them, but they were proved WRONG.
They failed our nation as a whole, and most of all they failed to listen to us. Interestingly enough, all the Democrat targets that lost, and those coming up in the upcoming midterm’s elections, are all in deep trouble, they all voted for the extremely unpopular Obama, the Obamacare.
For worried Washington Incumbents? And now, top political operators are scurrying like cockroaches’ giving some good sound advice to incumbents. “Go home. Stick to your guns. Keep your nose clean. Distance yourself from Washington, or even better, your own party.
RECONNECT WITH VOTERS: Too many incumbents take their seats for granted, comfortable in the thought that their monies connections, tailor-made districts and name recognition will carry them to victory. Not so much this year.
That's the advice political operatives are giving incumbents and establishment-backed candidates after voters delivered a harsh message to insiders Tuesday night: Enough!”
One Senate incumbent, Arlen Specter, lost his seat in Pennsylvania. A second, Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas, was forced to defend hers in a runoff. And an establishment-backed candidate in Kentucky, Trey Grayson, lost badly to a tea party favorite who said voters don't want "the same old, same old politicians."
Fingers planted firmly in the wind, Washington incumbents will be dialing up their consultants and asking how to survive this angry-as-heck headwind.”
Dealt fresh blows from an angry electorate, Republicans in Washington on Wednesday studied the defeats of Senate incumbents and hand-picked candidates in hopes of learning lessons to avoid losses in other upcoming primaries if not the fall election.
“Any doubts about just how toxic the political environment is for congressional lawmakers and candidates preferred by party leaders disappeared the night before, when voters fired Democratic Sen. Arlen Specter in Pennsylvania, forced Democratic Sen. Blanche Lincoln into a runoff in Arkansas and chose tea party darling Rand Paul to be the GOP nominee in Kentucky's Senate race."
Future implications could be huge. Candidates like Paul and Rep. Joe Sestak, who defeated White House-backed Specter, owe little or nothing to their parties. Coalition building, already a lost art on Capitol Hill, could become tougher if more candidates come to Washington as insurgent free agents. Big-moneyed special interest groups could recruit and fund candidates, the domain of a strong Democratic and Republican parties.
The message was crystal clear: It's an anti-Washington, anti-establishment year, with voter frustrations fueled by a still-sluggish economy, unrelenting joblessness, and bottom-barrel approval of Congress and lukewarm support of President Barack Obama.
"What Voters’ mood swings are showing; Democrats like Joe Sestak could be victorious, if they ran under “I won’t be Obama’s Rubber Stamp!” banner. Actually any believable Democrat, who runs under the anti-Obama Rubber Stamp philosophy, has a FAR better shot to win, over one that is supported by Obama."
"I'm against the establishment. They're all crooked, unreliable and selfish for power," said Bill Osburn, 79, a military retiree from Murray, Ky., who helped tea party favorite Rand Paul wins the Senate GOP nomination. "We need citizen representatives, not political politicians."
Paul, a political novice, defeated Grayson in an early test of the so-called tea party, a loose affiliation of disaffected voters — mostly conservatives.
"It cannot be overstated that people want something new," Paul said. "They don't want the same old, same old politicians, and I think they think the system is broken and needs new blood."
"People just aren't very happy," Ira Robbins, 61, said in Allentown, Pa.
With anyone linked to power, it seems.”
Obama endorsements don't seem to help Democrats
Voters rejected another one of President Barack Obama's hand-picked candidates and forced another into a runoff, the latest sign that his political capital is slipping beneath a wave of anti-establishment anger.
Sen. Arlen Specter became the fourth Democrat in seven months to lose a high-profile race despite the president's active involvement, raising doubts about Obama's ability to help fellow Democrats in this November's elections.
Obama's poor record thus far could hurt his legislative agenda if Democratic lawmakers decide they need some distance from him as they seek re-election in what is shaping up as a pro-Republican year. Conversely, it might embolden Republican lawmakers and candidates who oppose him.
"We're licking our chops at running against President Obama," said Rand Paul, tea party candidate and victor in Kentucky's Republican primary for retiring GOP Sen. Jim Bunning's seat. Paul told CNN on Wednesday he'd relish Obama's campaigning on behalf of Democrat Jack Conway.
Obama's agenda, Paul said, is "so far to the left, he's not popular in Kentucky."
Obama's track record also raises the question of whether he may be hurting candidates he supports by motivating his foes — such as tea party supporters — to vote. Though this month's AP-GfK Poll shows Americans split about evenly over how he's handling his job, those strongly disapproving outnumber people who strongly back him by 33 percent to 22 percent — not an enviable position for the president's party.
Sestak's victory over Specter is especially embarrassing, because he won by portraying himself and his supporters as being more faithful to the Democratic Party than were Specter and his backers — who included the president, Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell and other high-ranking party officials.
Creating another bruise for Obama and the Democratic establishment Tuesday, Sen. Blanche Lincoln was forced into a runoff in Arkansas' Democratic senatorial primary. Obama supports her bid for a third term, but he is not as closely associated with her campaign as he was with Specter's.
In previous months, Obama's endorsements and campaign appearances weren't enough to save then-Gov. Jon Corzine's re-election bid in New Jersey, Creigh Deeds' run for governor in Virginia or Martha Coakley's campaign in Massachusetts to keep the late Edward M. Kennedy's Senate seat in Democratic hands.

More Insanity out the Obama White House; Administration Tells China: We’re SORRY! For Our Own Human Rights Records, Over Arizona’s Border Security Bill SB1070:
You know what folks? Nothing, really nothing, ceases to amaze me, with this nut job in the White House. Here’s yet another one of our president’s dumbest move.
His administration is apologizing to China, for our own supposedly, Human Rights Records violations, like the Arizona’s anti-illegal aliens law, the SB1070 recently passed.
While we’re trying to protect our own freaking borders from illegal aliens invasions and their crimes, this White House moron, tells the Chinese, the worlds’ worst offenders in human rights, Americas’ Sorry!
Look at this outrage out of San Francisco, now San Francisco City Supervisors want to refuse to accept and enforce federal immigration laws against criminal illegal aliens; Supes oppose federal program Five San Francisco supervisors have signed on to a nonbinding resolution that would urge local law enforcement officials to opt out of participating in the federal Secure Communities program, which is being rolled out across the United States and is scheduled to start in San Francisco next month.
As part of the program, the fingerprints of those booked are automatically sent to a database used by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency.
Currently the sheriff's department reports only suspected felons whose immigration status cannot be readily determined to federal officials for further review.
Under the new program, anyone booked into jail, whether for a felony, misdemeanor or infraction, would be reported automatically to federal authorities through the state justice department.
Sheriff Michael Hennessey, who opposes the change, said Secure Communities effectively would gut San Francisco's sanctuary policy and probably result in more undocumented immigrants facing deportation.
"Immigrants who are booked for extremely minor charges - like selling ice cream bars without a permit - would be torn from their families without due process," said a news release issued by the office of Supervisor Eric Mar, chief sponsor of the resolution.
Federal immigration officials have said Secure Communities targets felons and repeat offenders.
Co-sponsoring Mar's resolution, which will be introduced formally at today's board meeting, are Supervisors John Avalos, David Campos, Chris Daly and Sophie Maxwell.
Backers of the legislation have planned a 9 a.m. news conference today. Don't expect Mayor Gavin Newsom to show up. He has said he is OK with the federal program on the grounds that local sanctuary programs never were meant to protect criminal behavior.
It’s totally absurd! In essence, what we’ve got; when Left-Wing Nut Jobs, and their open borders, pro-illegal aliens groups, San Francisco politicians along with the Southern Poverty Law Center, don’t like our immigration laws, on states like Arizona who want to enforce its own borders, these Left-Wing lunatics got a president who apologizes to freaking China. When is all of this insanity going to stop?
This guy we’ve elected is insane folks! What can I say? Will the press cover-up this insanity too?
Obama Administration Apologizes To China For Our Human Rights Record
It’s bad enough that the repressive Chinese regime is lecturing us about our human rights record. Now we learn that the Obama administration is taking the bait by telling China how sorry Obama feels about Arizona’s new immigration law and our treatment of Muslim-Americans.
Assistant Secretary of State Michael Posner publicly boasted about the Obama administration’s mea culpa to one of the world’s worst abusers of human rights. Posner, by the way, used to be the head of the left-wing group known as Human Rights First .
When Bill O’Reilly showed a clip of Posner’s statement last night on The Factor, O’Reilly said that he could not believe what he was hearing. He compared it to something out of the old television science fiction show, The Twilight Zone.
O’Reilly should not have been surprised. We are witnessing the world according to Obama and the radical clique he has surrounded himself with. Michael Posner, for example, came to his job at the State Department from Human Rights First, which has opposed securing our borders against the flood of illegal immigrants.
O’Reilly only showed the brief snippet in which Posner referred to the Arizona immigration law. Here is a more extended portion to provide the context of Posner’s remarks:
Q Was there any areas in which China sort of turned the tables and raised its own complaints or concerns about U.S. practices around the globe or at home? Can you give some examples there –
MR. POSNER: Sure… Part of a mature relationship is, do you have an open discussion where you not only raise the other guy’s problems but you raise your own and you have a discussion about it? We did plenty of that.
We had experts from the U.S. side, for example, yesterday talking about treatment of Muslim Americans in an immigration context. We had discussion of racial discrimination. We had a back-and-forth about how each of our societies is dealing with those sorts of questions.
Q Did the recently passed Arizona immigration law comes up? And if so, did they bring it up? Or did you bring it up?
MR. POSNER: We brought it up early and often. It was mentioned in the first session and as a troubling trend in our society, and an indication that we have to deal with issues of discrimination or potential discrimination. And these are issues very much being debated in our own society.
The Obama administration is so obsessed with apologizing for what it perceives as racial and religious stereotypes in the U.S. that it has put our great democratic republic on the same moral plane as some of the world’s most repressive regimes, including China. Even with all of our human faults, we have absolutely nothing to learn from China’s rulers when it comes to human rights.
State Department Defends Official Who Expressed Regret to Chinese Over Arizona Law
The State Department on Tuesday defended a top-ranking diplomat who expressed regret to China last week about Arizona's immigration law during a discussion on human rights in Washington.
The State Department on Tuesday defended a top-ranking diplomat who expressed regret to China last week about Arizona's immigration law during a discussion on human rights in Washington.
Spokesman P.J. Crowley, in an interview with Fox News, disputed the notion that Assistant Secretary of State Michael Posner was apologizing to China, saying he was actually "standing up" for America by describing how debate functions in a "civil society."
But he echoed other top Obama administration officials in describing the law as a gateway to "racial profiling" and doubled down on Posner's comments to the Chinese.
Posner told reporters on Friday that the U.S. delegation brought up the Arizona law "early and often," as an example of a trouble spot Americans need to work on.
"It was mentioned in the first session, and as a troubling trend in our society and an indication that we have to deal with issues of discrimination or potential discrimination, and that these are issues very much being debated in our own society," Posner said.
Burton: 'I Think It's Unseemly'
Immigration law discussed with China?
The two-day talks were held in Washington and meant to ease the way for similar discussions in the future. The delegations discussed concerns with U.S. and Chinese rights issues, including Tibet and the Chinese treatment of dissidents. The United States was represented by officials from several Cabinet agencies including the Justice Department, Commerce Department and Internal Revenue Service.
The United States has a raft of concerns about human rights in China, including the government's forced sterilization of women and mass executions.
Arizona Republican Sens. Jon Kyl and John McCain sent a letter to Posner on Tuesday demanding he retract his statement and issue an apology. They cited the 2009 Human Rights Report produced by Posner's bureau as a reminder of the arbitrary arrests, detention and harassment of Chinese citizens by the Chinese regime.
"As the assistant secretary of state in charge of the bureau of democracy and human rights, your remarks are particularly offensive," they wrote.
"There is no place for moral equivalency in democracy and human rights policy. The United States is the world's leader in defending the rights of all people. Someone in your position should be proud to proclaim that," they added.
Rep. Dan Burton, R-Ind., a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and a longtime critic of China's human rights record, told Fox News he's "tired" of seeing comments like this, particularly to a delegation from "one of the most repressive societies in the world."
"It's unseemly that a member of our State Department and the administration should be apologizing to China," Burton said.
But Crowley backed Posner for bringing up the Arizona law as something of comparable concern.
"There is, as many have said, real concerns about -- that this Arizona law will inevitably devolve into racial profiling. That would be a fundamental challenge to human rights around the world," Crowley said.
Crowley acknowledged Tuesday that he has not read the Arizona law, putting him in the same boat as top officials like Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. Holder admitted last week that he has not read the 18-page law, though he has publicly warned that it could lead to racial profiling.
The Arizona law makes illegal immigration a state crime and empowers law enforcement to require people they suspect of being an illegal immigrant to provide documentation proving their legal residency. The bill specifically outlaws screening suspects based only on race or origin, though critics say police will end up profiling based on race anyway.
US senators blast Arizona-China rights comparison
WASHINGTON — A top US diplomat who reportedly compared a tough new immigration law in Arizona to China's rights record must retract his "offensive" remark and apologize, the state's two US senators demanded Tuesday.
Republican Senators Jon Kyl and John McCain accused Assistant Secretary of State Michael Posner of implying that the Arizona measure "is morally equivalent to China's persistent pattern of abuse and repression of its people."
The letter from McCain and Kyl, obtained by AFP, cited a media report that Posner had called Arizona's controversial immigration measure part of "a troubling trend in our society" during recent US-China human rights talks.
"As assistant secretary of state in charge of the bureau of democracy and human rights, your remarks are particularly offensive. We demand you retract your statement and issue an apology," the lawmakers wrote.
Kyl and McCain pointed to the US State Department's annual human rights report, which sharply criticized what it described as China's rampant rights abuses and warned Beijing's record was worsening.
"To compare in any way the lawful and democratic act of the government of the state of Arizona with the arbitrary abuses of the unelected Chinese Communist Party is inappropriate and offensive," they wrote.
"There is no place for moral equivalency and human rights policy. The United States is the world's leader in defending the rights of all people. Someone in your position should be proud to proclaim that," they said.

Democrats Could Survive GOP Onslaughts in 2010, GOP Still Struggling to Convince Angry Voters, Polls Say:
By Marc Chamot
All’s quiet at the Capital front; when Obama and Company aren’t busy pushing unpopular agendas on Americans, their ratings go up.
New polls showing some Democrats could survive GOP onslaughts in 2010, the GOP/Republicans are still having big trouble convincing voters, mainly Independents who abandoned them; they could LISTEN, and do a better job than Democrats, to move this country forward economically.
Key polls also show; Democrats in U.S. Congress, some likely to be replaced through anti-incumbency anger, but not by GOP, but by other Democrats.
GOP’s Failures in conveying their Messages:
It’s not surprising, because the GOP was warned, they should be relating better with America’s common and working men, rather than Wall Street, and to abandon these globalization ideals they have, like sending factory jobs abroad; they are still not listening to voters.
Republicans are doing nothing to help in stimulations and jobs creations for millions out of work Americans, they should be right there, working as the party of jobs, instead of sitting around and waiting for Democrats to be taking the lead.
Ignoring “Strong/Majority Public Opinions” is a real Party Killer, past elections have proved that:
Both parties are ignoring one common problem voters have with both parties, the “Strong/Majority Public Opinions,” what majority of Americans WANTS and NEEDS, not what the minority Groups, like Wall Street, China, banks, global warming alarmists, and amnesty for pro-illegal immigrant groups, left-wing agendas, and right-wing agendas and their desires.
The biggest downfall for former President George Bush and his bands of Republicans, when they were in power, it was their constant and wanton disregard for majority views in public opinions over issues. But the problem with Bush and his Republicans, they ignored strong public opinions over issues, until they were finally VOTED out of power.
And the very same mistakes are being made with our current president, Obama, with his crops of Democrats.
With Obama and his Democratic cohorts, they aren’t only ignoring strong public opinions over issues, they are distorting and spinning those opinions through their mainstreams Medias and the press, so as to make them seem they aren’t as popular as what people think and polls say, when in reality they are. It’s a great strategy right? Well, read on my friends.
Why Blogging is the Future over newsprint Medias, for conveying the Truths in Politics:
The truths, the Marc Chamot Report, would never make it in advertiser paid newsprint publications. I don’t think there’s a publisher around that would print my stuff, because I’m not PC (Public Correctness) enough for them.
The uniqueness in BLOGGING; one can write the way they want to, without all of that PC jargons, and influence others for practically nothing and wouldn’t suffer the consequences of losing lustrous well paid advertising.
In other words, there are no printing costs, ink, office personnel, overhead costs, and much more that would make it a fully fledged newspaper or magazine, and free to write, without suffering the consequences of losing money.
Newspapers were once the most influential venue for American politics, and a good many of them throughout the years, have swayed electoral results their ways. But times are changing and they are losing that threshold to the Internet today. As elections come and go. Newspapers are becoming lesser factors in voting results.
The Decline of Newspapers in Electoral Results:
Take the Massachusetts U.S. Senate races with Scott Brown vs. Martha Coakley, Massachusetts largest and most influential newspaper, the very liberal Boston Globe.
They went to bat for Democrat Martha Coakley, while at the same time trashing Republican Scott Brown. This was the most recent example of newsprint failures performing for a favorite political candidate to date.
Unfortunately for the Globe, you know the rest of the story, their star candidate lost out to Republican Scott Brown in the race for Ted Kennedy’s former U.S. senate seat. Massachusetts voters were given a second opinion, like anyone would do, when we go see doctors for serious surgeries, we’re always given a second opinion.
But instead of buying what the Globe fed them, Massachusetts voters went to the Internet, and relayed the search results to their family and friends, scoops about these two candidates, one ended up winning the Net wars, and the other lost the newspaper’s influence.
Electoral Pandora’s Box is Wide Open with the Internet:
What voters discovered on the Net, it wasn’t just about senate candidate Scott Brown, but it was more about Martha Coakley, who had some past unethical investigations done on her, which the Boston Globe conveniently left out, while pumping her up to their readers as the IDEAL candidate for President Obama, while attacking Scott Brown. Scott Brown would have NEVER won Massachusetts, had it not been for the Internet, folks.
That is why Obama and Washington Democrats were in total shock over the results. They saw the declining influence of a major Massachusetts newspaper powerhouse, on electoral results over the Internet.
Somebody is going to say, well, if that’s the case, we should have Liberal Democrats dominate the entire web? It’s impossible for that to happen, not even right-wing Republicans can dominate the web, especially when most Americans who surf the Net for news and information, are either little left of center or right of center to moderates and conservative.
The biggest problem with newspapers, they rather work for interests of money and profits, rather than for the interests of their readers and the nation.
Having worked within the newspapers industries for decades, one thing I learned, and whether the newspaper industries like it or not, they do sell out, and they are also being restricted from real “Freedoms of Speech.” In essence, advertisers put food on the table for publications, and they avoid biting the hands that feeds them, like the plague, and without these profitable advertisers they wouldn’t exist.
And having short stints in creating numerous smaller publications myself, I learned the harsh realities in newsprint, when you put out a news publication; one can never truly write what they really think about or want, not even the “truths” sometimes, especially when there’s big money involved; in reality wealthy ADVERTISERS control contents outputs of publications, if you anger them, they’ll pull out their million dollars ads from you.
Angering key advertisers is the number one biggest concerns for newspapers’ very survival.
Throughout our brief American history, and even now, with the advent of the Internet, it has become a matter of fact; newspapers have hidden or covered up facts in providing the truths about governments, politicians, and major corporate happenings in Wall Street for years.
I articulated it pretty well, in a popular posting I did last October, who are these Warmongers? How American War Machines are manipulating the Mainstream Medias & Politicians in Time of War: “The FACT is; the American war machine is the second most powerful industry in America next to BANKS, we’re talking about their occupying every aspect of Wall Street industries, they are all in one way or another tied in to massive armament productions, as well as for civilian uses, AND many are major multi-million dollar fundraisers for American POLITICIANS, and advertisers FOR these newspapers and TV Networks.”
And the message to both parties is? In essence, if President Obama and his Democratic cohorts, or even the GOP begin to listen to what the majority of Americans are telling them through “public opinions,” and ran this country the way WE ELECTED them to do, rather than doing it for a small minority groups of people, they’d survive politically, just a little while longer anyways.
This is a very simple formula folks, and right now, it may seem like the Obama/Democrats might be getting it, we’ll see.
AP-GfK Poll flashes mixed signals for parties
Americans want Democrats to control Congress after this fall's elections, a shift from April, according to an Associated Press-GfK poll released Saturday. But the margin is thin and there's a flashing yellow light for incumbents of both parties: Only about a third want their own lawmakers re-elected.
The tenuous 45 percent to 40 percent preference for a Democratic Congress reverses the finding a month ago on the same question: 44 percent for Republicans and 41 percent for Democrats. The new readout came as the economy continued showing signs of improvement and the tumultuous battle over the health care law that President Barack Obama finally signed in March faded into the background.
"To the extent that Democrats can focus on job creation rather than health care, they tend to do better," said Jack Pitney, a political scientist at California's Claremont McKenna College.
Democrats hold a 254-177 majority over Republicans in the House, with four vacancies, while Democrats control 59 of the Senate's 100 seats, counting support from two independents. Despite those disadvantages, the GOP has gained political momentum in recent months and its leaders hope to win control of at least one chamber of Congress this November.
Compared with the last AP-GfK poll in April, the survey showed Republicans losing some support among married women, a key component of many GOP victories. Democrats picked up ground among young and rural voters.
"I'm a new Democrat," said Harley Smithson, 51, of Baltimore, who said he had recently switched from the GOP. "I want to be with a party that's for something instead of against everything."
Even so, the poll underscores that the political environment remains ominous for Democrats.
Just 35 percent say the country is heading in the right direction, the lowest measured by the AP-GfK survey since a week before Obama took office in January 2009. His approval rating remains at 49 percent, as low as it's been since he became president.
Congressional Democrats win approval from only 37 percent, though congressional Republicans score an even drearier 31 percent. Democrats and Republicans are about evenly trusted to handle the economy, an issue Democrats once dominated and one that is crucial at a time when the country's job situation, though brightening, remains grim.
Only 36 percent said they want their own member of Congress to win re-election this fall, a noteworthy drop from the 43 percent who said so in April and the lowest AP-GfK poll measurement this year. Much of the restiveness seems to be among Republicans: While Democrats were about equally divided on the question; Republicans expressed a preference for a new face by a 2-to-1 margin.
"I want to send a message to Washington loud and clear that I'm not happy, I'm really unhappy, both with Republicans and Democrats," said Diane Mullens, 54, of Huntsville, Ala. "If that means I have to vote everybody out and make a stand with my one vote, I'll do it."
In recent days, the anti-incumbent wave has already spelled defeat in party primaries for a pair of Washington fixtures: Sen. Bob Bennett, R-Utah, and Rep. Alan Mollohan, D-W.Va. Other veterans such as Rep. David Obey, D-Wis., have announced their retirements, and Sens. Blanche Lincoln, D-Ark., and Arlen Specter, D-Pa., face primary challenges Tuesday that could add them to the political casualty list.
Among those most eager to turn incumbents out of office are one in four, who called themselves supporters of the conservative tea party movement. Two-thirds say they want a new person representing them in Washington, compared with half of everyone else.
"The Republican Party has more or less left me," said Mike Miller, 40, of Republic, Mo., a tea party backer who wants a new member of Congress. "Everybody's shifted to the left."

Polls Showing; Pro-Immigration Supporters Losing America’s Illegal Immigration Wars in Public Opinions; Half of Democrat Voters in FULL support of Arizona’s AB1070:
While Los Angeles, the most bankrupt city in California, and the most inundated with illegal immigrants within the United States, passed a resolution to boycott and divest itself from Arizona, because of AB1070. Regardless if it hurts the city financially more than what they are now.
“In the McClatchy-Ipsos poll, almost two-thirds of Americans said illegal immigration is a real problem that hurts the country; they were evenly split as to whether the jobs illegal immigrants take are ones that Americans don't want.”
Just recently, Los Angeles was contemplating making city home, business and other land owners, to pay for their crumbling public sidewalks, because they ran out of the millions of dollars to make these repairs. In essence we’ve got financially unstable American city, telling another American state as to what, they can or can’t do, about their border problems.
Los Angeles approves Arizona travel boycott “The Los Angeles City Council overwhelmingly approved a boycott of Arizona-based businesses and governments Wednesday unless the state repeals a new law giving police the power to question a detainee's immigration status.
Several other California cities, including San Francisco and Oakland, have already adopted resolutions requesting city departments to not sign any new contracts with Arizona companies.
This is the nonsense, what we’ve got going on in America today folks; it’s just amazing how the left have turned our cities and states into financial rubbles for illegal immigrants, while destroying our sovereign rights as a nation, It’s JUST what they want to do.
The Arizona law requires immigrants to carry their registration documents at all times and allows police to question individuals' immigration status in the process of enforcing any other law or ordinance.
The Los Angeles resolution passed Wednesday said Arizona's new immigration law "encourages racial profiling and violates Fourteenth Amendment guarantees of due process and equal protection for U.S. citizens, legal residents and visitors who are detained for suspicion of being in the country unlawfully."
The city's legislative analyst reported that Los Angeles currently has $56 million in contracts with companies headquartered in Arizona.
The city's Harbor Department, which has $26 million of such contracts, is opposing the resolution, the report said. This includes money for the "Clean Truck Program," it said.
While all these loonies are being done in L.A., new polling results show that a strong majority of Americans support Arizona’s gets though on illegal immigrants’ law, AB1070. The poll also shows that they would back up similar laws in their own states.
The McClatchy-Ipsos poll also found 61% of Americans and 64% of registered voters said they favored the law. Strikingly, nearly half of Democrats like the law, under which local law enforcement officers are tasked with verifying people's immigration status if they suspect them of being in the country illegally.
While the Democratic Party generally is regarded as more sympathetic to illegal immigrants' plights, 46 percent of Democrats said they favored the law for Arizona and 49 percent said they would favor its passage in their own states.
More than eight in 10 Republicans and 54 percent of independents favor the law. In addition, about 69 percent of Americans said they wouldn't mind if police officers stopped them to ask for proof of their citizenship or their legal right to be in the country; about 29 percent would mind, considering it a violation of their rights; and about 3 percent were unsure.
A separate Pew Research Center poll on the Arizona law released Wednesday found similar sentiments.
These results speak to the political land mines that immigration policy presents for President Barack Obama and congressional Democrats. Obama has called the Arizona law misguided.
The Justice Department is considering a lawsuit to block it, concerned about the implications for civil rights and for police, who might be diverted from basic public-safety tasks or find it harder to talk to potential witnesses in criminal investigations.
The poll results also illustrate the uphill battle that immigrant-rights activists face in pushing Congress to pass legislation that would pair tougher border enforcement – which is universally popular – with a path to citizenship for immigrants who are here now illegally.
While many Democratic politicians, including Obama, favor such so-called comprehensive legislation, they lack the bipartisan support needed to make it law. Heading into this year's congressional elections, they also face an electorate that is sensitive to losing jobs or diverting services to undocumented laborers, because of the economic crisis.
Regardless of biased liberal left-wing Medias, Americans are still getting the message LOUD and CLEAR on illegal immigration, even though our politicians don’t. And even when our voices are sometimes being drowned off the Net, and being ignored by syndicated mainstreams Medias, we're winning the opinions war big time, and they are losing their credibility with Americans everyday.
San Francisco Orders Police to STOP Enforcing Rampant MUNI/BUS “Fare Cheats/Evaders;” because it’s TOO Unfair FOR Immigrants:
While the city’s transportation systems going broke, San Francisco Pro-immigrant groups have successfully pressured city politicians to STOP enforcing city’s public bus transportation, MUNI, for fare evasions, because majorities of scofflaws are IMMIGRANTS.
Why am I so hot and bothered when it comes to immigrants? I’ll borrow the famous former President Ronald Reagan line, “there you go again,” with all those anti-immigrant stories. I guess immigrants bashing in my blogs aren’t for nothing; there are always some truths behind my postings.
And yes, it’s not too surprising for people to learn that I was once a PROUD immigrant myself. I keep myself to higher standards than those run-in-the-mill, non English speaking and uneducated immigrants that you are used to seeing all over the place, like in San Francisco and California.
I'm not picking on Hispanics here, the WORST offenders are immigrant ELDERLY Chinese who come into San Francisco. These elderly Chinese, don't speak IOTA of English, and have no business here; they are crippling our social services, and the city and state of California don't want to admit it.
I assimilated with the American culture, I became a proud American patriot, and I am America FIRST, I am as American as Apple Pie, and the rest of the world is secondary to me.
And I don’t keep foreign flags around, and I wouldn’t dare fly a foreign flag in my adopted country, where I became a United States citizen during my stint with the United States Navy, unlike these new immigrants who are flooding our nation, bringing their bad habits and nasty customs with them, including their need NOT to assimilate with Americans, and having us at their every whims, instead of theirs to ours.
And I’m pretty fed up with it all. Do you want to know why I loathe San Francisco and this state? It’s simple really, because of things like this; San Francisco transit bus systems, MUNI is going totally broke. “Muni, faced with a $129 million deficit heading into the new fiscal year that began July 1, raised fares and is preparing to cut service in early December. The regular fare now is $2.”
Part of the BIG problem with MUNI going broke are fare cheats, the San Francisco transit system is losing millions of dollars per year, because of wanton and out of control fare evasions and cheats.
"As essential as Muni is to San Franciscans, there is a widespread perception that many of its customers do not pay their fare to ride the system," the new study found. "This perception has a negative impact on (Muni), reducing public confidence in the system and making it more difficult to increase public funding and implement new initiatives for service improvements."
Muni finds almost 10% of riders are fare cheats: “Nearly 1 in 10 San Francisco Muni riders boards a bus or streetcar without paying, costing the city's transit agency an estimated $19 million a year in lost revenue.
The system averages almost 700,000 boarding’s a day.
The findings, outlined in a study to be presented to the Municipal Transportation Agency governing board Tuesday, echoes what many Muni regulars long have griped about: Fare cheating is commonplace.
Previous studies also reflected that fare evasion is enshrined in Muni culture.
“I see it all the time, and it makes me mad," said Kathy Hayward, 34, a graphic designer who pays $55 a month for a Fast Pass. "Muni should do a better job collecting what it's owed."
Many drivers reported that they do not feel comfortable forcing people to pay fares "for fear of being assaulted," the study found.
About half the people riding for free did not possess a valid "proof of payment," such as pass or transfer, or were presumed not to have one because they left the scene when they spotted a fare inspector, the study found.
About a quarter of the fare evaders had an expired, altered or illegally obtained transfer, pass or receipt; approximately 7 percent were improperly using a senior or youth pass; and the remainder had invalid proof of payment for a variety of other reasons.”
Well, that was then and holy Toledo Batman! After the city of San Francisco and MUNI directors ordered the police department last July, to aggressively enforce fare cheats and dead beat riders. Then guess what folks?
It turns out the bulks of those dead beats and fare evaders were minorities, especially immigrants. Yes it is! It just came out in the San Francisco Examiner.
They COME to America and they can't PAY their freaking bus FARES? And now the city of St. Francis has ORDERED the police department to STOP enforcing fare collections, because it was being unfair to IMMIGRANTS. Did you get that? Let me say it again, unfair to Immigrants?
As of now, MUNI has temporarily halted saturation transit vehicles with enforcement officers to ensure fares are being PAID, following concerns from immigrants and minorities groups. They are unfairly being targeted by the LAWS being enforced.
I ride the system every day, and I’ve been stopped to provide proof of payment numerous of times, and I’m white European. So, because of enforcements targeting minorities is ALL BS/ baloney! This is another example of minority groups on how they use their political prowess in San Francisco to keep scofflaws and law breakers from enforcing the LAWS.
Immigrant rights groups, who had strong presence at MUNI meetings since the saturation program began, said enforcement officers target NON-SPEAKING English immigrants who don’t understand what they are being cited for. Say What?
Can you all believe that? I don’t know anywhere on earth where people ride metro systems without paying their fair share of fares, not in China, Philippines, not in Mexico, Honduras, not even in El Salvador, Nicaragua, not anywhere on earth, but only in San Francisco.
Other concerns were the citations would LEAD to further penalties with immigration officials. Even San Francisco’s police officers were overwhelmed by sheer numbers of immigrants that were cheating the transportation systems. And there’s been a lot of fear and OUTCRIES from immigrants and their groups, because of our enforcements policies, says MUNI chief Nathaniel Ford.
This is the kinds of lunacies’ that is bringing this great nation down to the abyss. This is the problem that we have with liberals in America today. Here is just another asinine example of what’s really wrong with San Francisco. And these people want the federal government, us taxpayers, to bail them out from their deficit problems? They better re-think their logic again, don't you think?

British Elections: Obama & Democrats; you’re NEXT to GO, if Things Don’t Improve & Government Employees Earning 34% more than Private Sector Workers:
British Elections: Obama & Democrats; you’re NEXT to GO, if Things Don’t Improve & Government Employees Earning 34% more than Private Sector Workers:By Marc Chamot
It used to be working for government was a real sacrifice with low pay, but now it’s where anyone with good connections can get wealthy and live the good life, at taxpayers’ expense on those who are footing the money for their living high off the Hog.
There’s no question, in Great Britain, their version of leftist Barack Obama, in Liberal Democrat’s Nick Clegg couldn’t make the cut for prime minister, and his party came third place. Unlike the United States, we all fell for this liberal left smooth speaker and con artist, but the British were far too smart to fall for it too.
Interestingly enough, their voters saw the Obama failures in the United States, and decided to go with a more conservative approach in British politics, thus to help cure their economic ills and ailments.
What’s happening in Europe and Great Britain is a financial collapse of epic proportions, created by years of FAILED European liberal politics of the European Union.
However even though David Cameron the first place conservative didn’t get the majority for his party to rule, Britain’s new phenomena in British politics, which totally is in disarray; British folks have said ENOUGH with one party rule. Does this ring a bell, their form of partisanship's to our partisanship's?
It’s a BIG lesson for Obama and the Democrats in the U.S., because what’s happening in Europe with their financial collapse, it’s coming here soon, and it’s guaranteed. We’re beginning to see wholesale house cleansing of U.S. Congress at work, here at home.
Those stories coming from our U.S. government that the economic situations here are vastly improving, it’s all hogwash; it may seem like it, but it’s more likely to be the calm before the storm for most Americans, before we’re brought down further than what we have been so far.
In essence over all, British voters have chosen right-wing conservatives over liberal left and labor. The British voters wanted deeper cuts into their budget, they didn’t want to pay anymore higher taxes, it also means having the political guts to cut into the ever costly and growing government/public employees pay, and jobs, medical benefits and pensions.
It also means taking forceful grips into wasteful social spending, giving social services to its deserving citizens or immigrants who have paid into the system, not to people who abuse or cheat the system. Including reducing ranges of welfare entitlements, but for President Obama’s Obamacare, was definitely at the wrong place and the wrong time, to create such trillion dollar new entitlements while we’re going deadly broke.
What they are going through in Britain, with their high taxation's and deficits, mostly brought about with years of Labor’s constant pandering to their public employees, just as with American Democrats do with their public employees and their unions.
The problem with government public employees’ with their hefty pay, benefits and retirements, they are becoming too dependent upon taxpayers to foot their costly bills, and the British voters have finally pulled the brakes on their errant and erratic spending, and we’re soon to follow suit.
What politicians have done to our nation financially is becoming national scandals and fiscals nightmares for the United States and all Americans.
The stark reality, 20 million people work for state, local and federal governments and the additional 3 million who have retired with fat pensions. They’re all living high OFF the hog, while the rest of us, roughly 280 million of us, Americans, are either unemployed, working with no union protections and with no job securities.
I told you so, two years ago, on this very same blog, when then candidate Barack Obama ran for the U.S. presidency. You cannot trust a liberal left to fix the financial affairs or social ills of a declining economy. They are just too beholden to their government employees, unions and the poorer folks who depend on their government handouts. All that vote buying has lead Europe into economic catastrophes.
Whether our politicians like it or not, change is definitely coming soon and that’s for sure. Especially after now, with this new SHOCKING report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics show, state and local government workers are PAID 34% higher than those of the private sector. And their benefits are 70% higher than the average Joe; along with retirement plans going into the stratosphere compared to Joe Main Street guy anywhere in U.S.A Land.
For example in New York, public employees can retire at 55 years with full benefits. In California, over 9,000 retired government workers have pensions of $100,000 or more, and 3,065 of those are retired teachers!
More from Source: Public-sector employees are the new fat cats
John Edwards was right. There are two Americas, just not his two (the rich and powerful vs. everyone else).
Let’s start with horror stories of pensions run amok.
In Contra Costa, the final salary of one fire chief, 51, was $221,000. He was given an annual, guaranteed pension of $284,000. Another chief, 50, whose final salary was $185,000, got a pension of $241,000. Credit the Contra Costa Times with uncovering this.
Except for new hires, state workers in New York can retire at 55 with guaranteed benefits to which they contribute only in their first 10 years of work. They pay no state income tax on their pensions, and overtime is counted in computing the size of pensions. “Compared with the average New York worker, state and local government employees receive the gold standard of pensions,” the Syracuse Post-Standard said last year.
In California, 9,111 retired government workers have pensions of more than $100,000. One retiree draws an annual pension of $509,664. Among retired teachers, 3,065 receive more than $100,000. One gets $285,460. Pensions for retired state workers and teachers will rise 2 percent this year, though Social Security recipients aren’t getting any cost-of-living increase.
Vallejo declared bankruptcy in 2008, largely because the payroll for police, firefighters, and their pensions and overtime consumed three-fourths of the budget. City employees could retire at 55 with 81 percent of their last year’s salary guaranteed as pensions. In bankruptcy negotiations, however, Vallejo officials declined to reduce current pensions.
The lofty pay scales and benefits for government workers — as compared with those in the private sector — suggest the idea of “public service” isn’t what it used to be. Once, taking a government job meant a sacrifice in pay and benefits. No more.
Most bureaucrats have secure, recession-proof jobs with automatic salary increases, paid leave and lavish benefits, notably in retirement. And they get to retire earlier than private-sector workers.
Lack of fairness isn’t the biggest problem with exorbitant pensions. The pension explosion has created a fiscal crisis in many states, cities, and towns across the country, California being the worst off. Not only are pensions for government workers a perilously unfunded liability for many states, their soaring cost is causing sharp cuts in other programs.
State pension funds have gone up 2,000 percent in the past decade. The unfunded pension debt in California is $500 billion, according to a new study by Stanford University’s public policy program. It’s seven times greater than the state’s general obligation bonds, says David Crane, adviser to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
At least 17 states have either enacted or looked into cost-cutting pension reforms in the past two years, says Ed Mendel, a pension expert in California. Only Alaska, Michigan, and the District of Columbia have adopted the obvious long-term solution to the pension mess: putting new workers in 401(k) defined-contribution plans rather than defined-benefit plans. The switch would save billions.
But hope lies in the state with the worst situation. Meg Whitman, the likely Republican nominee for governor of California, says she would make the switch for new state hires.

Jobs Bleak for MANY; One of Every Six Men 25 to 54 aren’t working, 9.9 Now Unemployed & 6.7 million workers have been out of work for six months or more:
By Marc Chamot
Here is another reason in how and way out of touch Washington Democrats are with most American unemployed folks.
When I hear my OWN president criticizing unemployed folks like me, as one of those ANGRY anti-government propagandists and trouble makers, it leads me to think; we’ve got the most incompetent Moron running OUR nation’s affairs.
While I’m here listening to all this nonsense, and with the ever idiotic New York Democrat, Senator Chuck Schumer asking Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer to forestall implementation of their new anti-illegal aliens bill SB 1070 for a year. With the idea to hold off, until he and congress can formulate broad new policies that would grant millions of undocumented’s on a path to citizenship.
What’s “Even more alarming, the jobs that many of these men or those like them, once had in construction, factories and offices aren't coming back.”A good guess…is that when the economy recovers five years from now, one in six men who are 25 to 54 will not be working," Lawrence Summers, the president's economic adviser, said the other day.
Today, 6.5 million workers have been out of work for six months or more, and that includes only those who are still looking for work. History suggests the longer they're unemployed, the less likely they are ever to work again. Faster economic growth would help a lot, but won't suffice.”
While the immigration talk from President Obama on down, is about comprehensive immigration reforms for law breakers. BUT still nothing is being TALKED about shutting DOWN the border, to keep these FIASCOS from ever happening again, and again.
It’s so infuriating, but what the heck, I guess we’re just nothing more than VOTING idiots for these useless bunches in Washington. But the bottom line; these ignorant Washington politicians, like Senator Chuck Schumer still don’t GET it folks, and jobs reports show that.
Here are some tough new stats for these people to munch on; “Demand for workers who haven't much education -- which includes many men, particularly minority-group men -- is waning. A shrinking fraction of them are working. Some are looking for work; some have given up. Some are collecting disability benefits or an early-retirement pension. Some are just idle. On average, surveys find, the unemployed in the U.S. spend 40 minutes a day looking for work and 3 hours and 20 minutes a day watching TV.”
The bottom line, illegal immigration is all about American JOBS. Even though statistically jobs have increased a little due to the federal government’s census hiring, which has been the majority of the increases on their stat sheets, but much more are still being lost. The improving picture drew so many more people into the labor force in search of employment that the jobless rate raised to 9.9 percent.
And to top it all; unfortunately there’s another grim statistic to look at: The number of people out of work six months or longer reached 6.7 million in April, a new high. These people made up 45.9 percent of all unemployed people, also a record high.
Jobs up 290,000; jobless rate rises to 9.9 pct. “the economy got what it was looking for in April: A burst of hiring that added a net 290,000 jobs, the biggest monthly total in four years.
The hiring last month of 66,000 temporary government workers to conduct the census added to overall job creation. But private employers — the backbone of the economy — contributed the most: A surprisingly strong 231,000 jobs, the most since March 2006, the Labor Department said Friday.
President Barack Obama called the addition of 290,000 jobs in April "very encouraging news." But he said much remains to be done to get Americans back to work.
The unemployment rate rose from 9.7 percent in March to 9.9 percent in April, mainly because 805,000 job seekers — perhaps feeling better about their prospects — resumed their searches for work.”
After all is said and done; but sadly, we’ve got bigger problems on our hands, more than ever now for most folks like me. Meet the Unemployable Man I’m hitting 52 this November, and getting back into the job market is tough. But sadly, it’s going to get EVEN tougher for all of us, unless we get real change.
“Americans have worried for decades that the economy won't produce enough jobs. But the economy always provided. As farm jobs were eliminated by mechanization, factories hired more. As factories increased productivity and moved work offshore, more Americans got jobs in health care and other services. And the economists said to all those who had been worried about perennial, persistent unemployment: We told you so!”

"There are two major developments, she says, that are new this year and insufficiently noted, but they're going to shape election outcomes in 2010 and beyond. First, Washington is being revealed in a new way.
The American people now know, "with real sophistication," everything that happens in the capital. "I find a much more knowledgeable electorate, and it is a real-time response," Ms. Blackburn says. "We hear about it even as the vote is taking place."
Voters come to rallies carrying research—"things they pulled off the Internet, forwarded emails," copies of bills, roll-call votes. The Internet isn't just a tool for organization and fund-raising. It has given citizens access to information they never had before. "The more they know," Ms. Blackburn observes, "the less they like Washington."-Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn
