Gross Mismanagements: $13.7 Billion of U.S./Iraqi Reconstruction Dollars Lost, Stolen & Wasted & They Want to GO after Tax Breaks/Exclusions for More Money to Spend & Waste:
By Marc Chamot

If the United States were a corporate business entity, it would have gone broke and OUT of business long ago. And CEO politicians “fired” and run out of town by now. But reality of things, we’ve got a very wasteful government, who are wasting billions of dollars without accounting for any of it.

Unlike corporations, who live and die by sales, government is always looking for more money, any where they can get it, regardless of the wastes and thereby increasing taxes, or by closing tax loopholes deemed unnecessary.

The big talk now is about extending the Bush tax cuts. But my dear friends; the facts of life, tax breaks, tax loopholes and tax exclusions, whatever we call them, both conservatives and liberals embrace them equally and just as strong but for different reasons.

Conservative Republicans, say corporate tax loopholes stimulate growths and jobs. While liberals say tax breaks stimulate help for the poor. Democrats like them, because they are ways to enact “public” programs and Republicans see it as tax cuts.

There’s no question that tax breaks or tax loopholes help everybody around. The Feds could simply eliminate tax breaks, to help eliminate the 1.3 trillion dollars deficit this year. To some accounts tax breaks, has become the biggest single spending item in the Federal budget.

And to other accounts, it’s bigger than the defense budget and bigger than any appropriations, such as Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. In California alone, tax breaks are costing the state 41 billion dollars a year, twice its budget deficit.

But what would California do if they were given more money? They, the Liberal/Progressives would spend it on public employees and their unions and with the left-over, they’d put it into social services. The money would be spent, not saved or CUT.

“Every time you provide special tax subsidies/breaks for some groups, like for healthcare, housing, child care or for the oil industries, you’re initially raising taxes on everyone else.” The costliest tax breaks or tax exclusions in the nation is for employer provided health insurance costing $177 billion, then mortgage interests deductions, costing $104 billion, 401 K plans costing $67 billion and with earned income tax credits, for the poor costing $57 billion.

There’s no doubt tax breaks mushroomed under George Bush and Republicans, but Obama and company followed suit, especially for their “green” jobs and for environmentalist’s carbon policies, more for healthcare and so on.

But now, it’s becoming a bigger fight for whose exclusions do we take away. The liberals want to hit on the corporate tax loopholes (rich), while conservatives want to hit on the less meaningful ones, other than their own.

But let’s give these tax breaks a break! Okay, that’s all fine and dandy. But when we find out about Iraqi money thefts and wastes, such as the missing $8.7 billion dollars of Iraqi money, and plus our own wasted $5 billion dollars of American tax payer dollars going for U.S. reconstruction aid to Iraq, which have been totally wasted and this tells me NO more money for YOU, the “ungovernable” government.

Any corporate entities’ would go OUT of business with 13.7 Billion dollars kinds of gross mismanagements and government would to.

It all makes me re-think my ideas to why I’m or “we’re” going to give the Feds more of our and my money. This is sheer incompetence coming from our government; no wonder majority of Americans see U.S. congress as lowest forms of life, even lower to amoebas, the lowest form of LIFE.

Why haven’t there been any congressional investigations over the missing $8.7 billion dollars? Who are they covering up for? What are they hiding? And why have we thrown away $5 billion, who in the heck have we got managing this government’s affairs?

Who suffers from all this runaway government wasteful spending and cover-ups, with their incompetence’s and travesties? Iraq? No! We the people and taxpayers do!
It’s always about these politicians always wanting to either tax us, or take something away from us, all to make up for their sheer incompetence’s, instead of fixing the real root of the problems, themselves and their lack of managing big government and its moneys.

These are kind of stuffs that are going to break government and its career politicians’ and their careers, rather than have them around for the good times, but messing with OUR money, it’s no you don’t and we won’t stand for it!

The bottom line; these politicians need to clean up their freakin’ spending messes first and THEIR lack of financial controls, before they go around and screw us for more TAX moneys!

Audit: US cannot account for $8.7B in Iraqi funds  A U.S. audit has found that the Pentagon cannot account for over 95 percent of $9.1 billion in Iraq reconstruction money, spotlighting Iraqi complaints that there is little to show for the massive funds pumped into their cash-strapped, war-ravaged nation.

The $8.7 billion in question was Iraqi money managed by the Pentagon, not part of the $53 billion that Congress has allocated for rebuilding. It's cash that Iraq, which relies on volatile oil revenues to fuel its spending, can ill afford to lose.

The $9.1 billion in question came from the Development Fund for Iraq, which was set up by the U.N. Security Council in 2003. The DFI includes revenues from Iraq's oil and gas exports, as well as frozen Iraqi assets and surplus funds from the defunct, Saddam Hussein-era U.N. oil-for-food program.

A $40 million prison sits in the desert north of Baghdad, empty. A $165 million children's hospital goes unused in the south. A $100 million wastewater treatment system in Fallujah has cost three times more than projected, yet sewage still runs through the streets.

As the United States draws down in Iraq, it is leaving behind hundreds of abandoned or incomplete projects. More than $5 billion in American taxpayer funds has been wasted - more than 10 percent of the $50 billion the United States has spent on reconstruction in Iraq, according to audits from a U.S. watchdog agency.

That amount is probably an underestimate, based on an analysis of more than 300 reports by auditors with the special inspector general for Iraq reconstruction. And it does not take into account security costs, which have run almost 17 percent for some projects.

There are success stories. Hundreds of police stations, border forts and government buildings have been built, Iraqi security forces have improved after years of training, and a deep-water port at the southern oil hub of Umm Qasr has been restored.

But even completed projects for the most part fell far short of original goals, according to an Associated Press review of hundreds of audits and investigations and visits to several sites.

Col. Jon Christensen, who took over as commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Gulf Region District this summer, said the federal agency has completed more than 4,800 projects and is rushing to finish 233 more. Some 595 projects have been terminated, mostly for security reasons.

Florida Primary Results: Democrat’s Worst Fears coming true; “polls” on Independent Voters Didn't LIE; Disaster in the Makings for Party in Upcoming 2010 Midterms:

Florida Primary aftermaths; “There’s a kind of hush, all over Democratic Party's World.”

What can we say when presidential candidate Barack Obama WON Florida for the U.S. presidency, less than two years ago and recent Florida primaries, Democrats got blown away on electoral votes?

Reversals of Fortunes; Florida, a state that Obama PROUDLY won for the American presidency, turned dead against Democrats and his Party.

Florida Primary results show, Democrat’s Worst Fears Coming True; and “polls” on Independents didn’t lie; major Independents were the forces behind the electoral elections for President Obama and Democrats in the past, but now it looks like Democrats have lost them for the time being.

And obviously Florida voting results also showing, and not only Independents were factored into major Florida defeats for Democratic candidates, it also showed numerous and extremely dissatisfied Democratic VOTERS leaving the party.

When times were good, President Obama’s Florida electoral results:

The New York Times story capitulating impending defeat: Turnout tells one potential story: “Republicans, despite a 750,000-voter disadvantage in registration compared to Democrats, brought far more people to the polls.
In all, 1.25 million Republicans cast ballots in the Republican Governor’s race, while fewer than 909,000 Democrats voted in the Democratic Senate primary — even though both races were heated and close in the final weeks.
Marco Rubio alone, in beating two unknown challengers for the Republican nomination to the Senate, collected more votes than all the Democrats on the other side combined, suggesting that the party of Obama — without Obama on the ticket — faces an uphill battle when it comes to motivation.
“It’s formidable, it’s very formidable on the right of the Republican Party,” said Daniel Smith, director of the political campaigning program at the University of Florida.
The Republicans in Florida now have candidates who appeal to an angry, frustrated electorate in a swing state that is still bouncing along the bottom economically. Both Mr. Rubio and Mr. Scott can cast themselves as outsiders; both have focused their campaigns on fiscal issues and jobs; both have name recognition that their opponents crave.
Democrats, on the other hand, face a complicated set of circumstances. Mr. Meek, a congressman from Miami, and Alex Sink, the Democratic nominee for governor, are already a part of government, which in a year of anti-incumbency makes them vulnerable to attack as “career politicians.”
And here’s a progressive’s somber outlook, of what the future midterms may become for Democrats; Loyal Democrats Should be Saying "Ich Bin Ein Progressive" or November Will be a Rout, as Florida Showed Us  “Though there are more 750,000 more registered Democrats than Republicans in Florida, the turnout in this week’s primary yielded about 900,000 Democrats and 1.25 million Republicans. I don't think you can attribute that massive no-show situation to progressives petulantly staying home or voting third party.
No, there are a whole lot of Democrats who are disappointed, pissed, outraged or who have just given up on Obama and his can't-do congressional enablers. Look at how this week, even one of his few positives-- stem-cell research-- was turned around and the White House didn't have a plan on how to respond in a way that didn't make it look like they were caught un-prepared and incompetent... again.
Leftists’ progressives like the blogger above, Nancy Pelosi, and Howard Reid, progressive Democrats, and President Barack Obama, ignorantly perceive all of this (Florida), as “failures” to push and lean harder for socialist ideologies. It’s to the contrary; this country isn’t ready for, NOR wants leftists and Marxists policies.

Polls after polls, told Democrats they were in for an imminent defeat, if they pursued for their very unpopular, archaic and contrarian policies, because of mass defections of Independent voters from the Democratic Party, and "turn-off" potentials, like me, Marc Chamot.

They all “believed,” and "pandered" for the Latino/Hispanic votes, and for Latino specials interests groups, like the open borders and pro-amnesty groups, which told them, “it was the Latino/Hispanic voters that made a big difference in American POLITICS, and that they were the SWING voters;” NOW it debunks that theory all to shreds, it's always been the Independent voters and America leans Right not Left.

Obama Corruptive Bailouts: California Democrats Find Ways to Reward Fire & Police Cronies; $200 Million/Year Going for “Cancer Benefits,” With Weekly Payouts of $969.69, in Additions to Lucrative Retirements Received:

Obama Corruptive Bailouts: California Democrats Find Ways to Reward Fire & Police Cronies; $200 Million/Year Going for “Cancer Benefits,” With Weekly Payouts of $969.69, in Additions to Lucrative Retirements Received:
By Marc Chamot
When President Obama and Democrats recently PASSED that “ fishy and rotten smelling” $26 billion dollars states bailouts for public employees, such as for teachers, firemen and police, California corrupt politicians WASTED no time, to throw away $200 million dollars a year of that money, for unionized political payoffs!
While California is facing $20 billion dollars shortfalls and deficits, so what Sacramento crony Democrats do? They passed a bill rewarding some key public sectors employees with EVEN more benefits and money.
The state of California keep pleading for more FED moneys and bailouts, and while going broke, they’ve just implemented $200 million dollars a year “cancer” benefits, for ALL states’ firemen and POLICE, with CORRUPT public employee’s payoffs bill; the William Dallas Jones Cancer Presumption Act of 2010.

And if Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signs this bill, it would allow former workers, those from fire and especially POLICE, who do get cancer, claiming it to be exposed to deadly carcinogens at work and with window spans increased, up to ten years after they retire from civil duty.

They’ll be able to claim job CONNECTED cancers, even for chain smoking former civil service employees; they’d be allowed to make claims up to 100% disabled, with payouts totaling $969.69 a week for the REST of their LIVES! On top of their lucrative and ludicrous taxpayer financed retirements and healthcare benefits!
Payoffs Deals; from S.F. Weekly’s Matt Smith; “since 2009, California Professional Firefighters has donated $3,000 to the re-election campaign of Assemblyman Joe Coto (D-San Jose), who is carrying the bill. The labor group also has given more than $1 million to Jerry Brown's campaign for governor, and more than $500,000 to the state Democratic Central Committee.”
But of course, we all know where a Democratic Jerry Brown governorship will lead to for the state of California, EVEN more broken than what it is and definitely not FOR the recovery aspect of the state.
“But thanks to OUTRAGOUS merry-go-round where public-sector unions make campaign contributions and state politicians pass legislation packed with perks, "our pension benefits have increased over 2,000 percent over the past decade," said David Wolfe, legislative director of the Howard, which advocates lower taxes. "We can't afford to be adding to that number."
When is California Democratic “progressives” ever going to get it with their public employees’ loves affairs and with chronic afflictions known as “cronyism,” which threatens the state of California financially?

Here’s JUST another unionized public employee hand greasing jobs by politicians, passing favors, by the most corrupt Democratic California Assembly and state senate.
Are we going to GIVE more Obama bailouts to MORE corruptive entities like California?

Cops and firefighters already enjoy a version of this benefit. “Under current law, former public safety employees who get cancer within five years of retirement are presumed to have acquired the ailment from their old jobs. The new legislation would double that presumption period to 10 years.
The bill is named for a cancer-stricken former secretary-treasurer of California Professional Firefighters, the state umbrella organization for unions that is backing the bill. It's typical of the election-year pieces of legislation Democratic lawmakers carry for their union supporters.
Despite controversy this year surrounding crippling deficits and ballooning pension obligations, California seems poised to do just that unless Schwarzenegger vetoes the bill. A spokesman said the governor has yet to take a position.
Who can argue against medical care for cancer-stricken heroes? Public safety unions bet correctly that few Sacramento lawmakers would. Legislators threw more public money at a class of retirees who are already well taken care of. And they have attempted to write into law a supposed cancer link not well supported by science.
The unions' campaign for the bill insists that police and firefighting work causes cancer. "The epidemiological evidence is pretty clear between public safety and firefighter risk," California Professional Firefighters spokesman Carroll Wills told me. That's what firefighters have been saying for a long time. Indeed, it's the argument that created the five-year presumption period.
But the problem is that there's no proof of such a link, according to the Centers for Disease Control's National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. "That's been a long-standing concern among firefighters whether cases of cancer among their ranks were caused by exposures to toxics in the line of duty," spokesman Fred Blosser says. "I think the scientific research has been inconclusive on that."

To answer the question of whether firefighters are extraordinarily prone to cancer, the CDChas recruited fire departments from San Francisco and two other cities to participate in a study designed to determine whether there really is a link.

For police officers, who don't usually run gasping through smoky buildings, the evidence is even thinner. Wills pointed me to a 1998 study that found that cops in Buffalo seemed to have a greater than usual incidence of heart disease, cirrhosis of the liver, and certain cancers.
"Law enforcement officers are exposed to similar toxins to the ones that firefighters face," he says. "So our view is the nature of the cancer risk that law enforcement personnel are comparable to the ones that firefighters are exposed to." A representative of the Peace Officers Research Association of California hadn't returned a phone message seeking comment by press time.
NIOSH "has done research on police officers and work stress, risk of job-related violence, and reproductive concerns for bicycle patrol officers," Blosser says. "But I don't believe we have any research on cancer and police."
Even if there were no known link between policing and malignancy, I'd support caring for cancer patients whatever the cause. Who wouldn't? But passage of this bill will do nothing to make sure San Francisco cops and firefighters get good medical care. Their extraordinarily generous city-funded retirement health plans already ensure that.

Similarly, I'm no advocate of workers becoming impoverished because of injury or disease. But we're talking about well-pensioned police and fire retirees. In San Francisco, they can earn six-figure pensions in government payments throughout their golden years.
The cities of San MarcosSanta Rosa, and Vista oppose the bill, as do the California State Association of Counties and the League of California Cities. San Francisco has yet to take a position. In April, the Assembly Appropriations Committee produced analysis saying that costs to the state's general fund would exceed $200 million per year, not counting costs to cities, counties, and joint-powers authorities. The bill has been slightly amended since, but potential costs remain high.
Though the bill won't go far improving public safety health care, it will put cash in police and firefighters' pockets. If the bill passes, a police officer who gets cancer 9 years after retiring — regardless of his family history, whether he smoked, or any other medical evidence — would be eligible for cash payments on top of his pension. If he were deemed 100 percent disabled by his cancer, he would receive $986.69 per week for the rest of his life. If he had a wife who didn't work — who was 100 percent dependent — she could receive the same amount per week following his death.

The bill would increase San Francisco's annual workers' compensation bills for cancer-stricken public-safety retirees by more than 50 percent to about $1.2 million without notably improving their health care.
Just a few months ago, this seemed to be the year California finally realized just how lavish its public payrolls had become. On Aug. 3, SF Weekly reported that that former Police Chief Heather Fong cashed in $95,907 worth of unused sick days on top of her $266,000 pension. In a still-unfolding scandal in the tiny L.A. suburb of Bell, the city manager was paid $800,000 per year, topped off with a lifetime pension worth roughly $30 million.

Earlier this year, state Treasurer John Chiangsupported legislation intended to reduce so-called pension spiking, where government workers tack on leave, last-minute promotions, overtime, and other pay to their final year's salaries to boost their pensions. And San Francisco Public Defender Jeff Adachi has famously backed a ballot measure requiring city workers to contribute more to their pension and health benefit costs, citing unfunded city medical obligations totaling $4 billion.

But Chiang withdrew his support last week after amendments added at the unions' behest watered down the pension reform bill to near-meaninglessness. In San Francisco the mayor and much of the rest of the city's political establishment have attacked Adachi as a menace to the little guy.
Even if Adachi's measure passes, its benefits will erode over time. In Sacramento and San Francisco, public sector unions will continue their decades-long practice of financing Democratic candidates' campaigns for office, then getting them to back innocuous-seeming, yet lavish pay-and-benefits-padding legislation.

Barack Hussein Obama & Harvard University Law School’s DEEP Anti-Israeli Muslims & Islamists Ties; Alma Matter College Divests Israeli Stocks & GOP Midterms Victories May Be Short Lived; NOT Getting Public’s Message:

Barack Hussein Obama & Harvard University Law School’s DEEP Anti-Israeli Muslims & Islamists Ties; Alma Matter College Divests Israeli Stocks & GOP Midterms Victories May Be Short Lived; NOT Getting Public’s Message:
By Marc Chamot
Everyone’s wondering if we’ve got a big Muslim sympathizer in the White House. As the president continues to deny these facts, and while more Americans are beginning to have doubts about his denials, other than Barack Hussein Obama is anything else, but anti-Israel, Semite, bigot and a strong Muslim supporter.
Then why is an American president named Barack Hussein Obama, actively denying the fact he’s an avid Muslim sympathizer, when in reality his former university of CHOICE, Harvard University, are nothing more than anti-Israel and pro-Sharia law proponents?
But here are more troubling connections to Obama’s anti-Israel and his anti-Semites buddies, President Obama’s former Harvard University, where Saudi Wahhabis have given millions to Harvard Law School, the Obama former Alma matter, and who have been actively working to become Sharia-Law compliant.
And just recently, when President Obama celebrated the Muslim holydays at Ramadan; Harvard University, the newly Muslim converted University, see Harvard Islamic Society, and his former college have divested all of their Israeli stocks and bonds.
Latest Harvard Filing Shows Total Divestment of Israeli Stocks “For years, activists’ professors and students at Harvard have urged the university to divest itself of any investments in Israel, in protest of the nation's policies towards the Palestinians. Here, for example, is news from 2002  about a petition put forth by professors demanding such a divestment. So has the university finally given in?
Globes Online reports: Harvard Management Company stated in its 13-F Form that it sold 483,590 shares in Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: TEVA; TASE: TEVA) for $30.5 million; 52,360 shares in NICE Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: NICE; TASE: NICE) for $1.67 million; 102,940 shares in Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP) for $3.6 million; 32,400 shares in Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE:CEL; TASE:CEL) for $1.1 million, and 80,000 Partner Communications Ltd. (Nasdaq: PTNR; TASE: PTNR) shares for $1.8 million.

I can still remember why I’m not a PROUD Republican.
When I listen to conservative talk radio, I usually take it all with a grain of salt.  I’m conservative, but however, I don’t follow extreme right talk radio. Even though some of my conservative blog buddies do, most bloggers who follow these people on talk radio don’t read my blog postings and neither does the radio hosts.
As I was listening to Mark Levine talk radio host yesterday afternoon. He among many conservative radio hosts beating up on Obama, over losses of 24,000 drilling jobs.
Okay, that’s all fine with me, but what gets me laughing hysterically, it’s the hypocrisy of it all!
Where were THEY, when their former IDOL and President, George Bush and his Republican cohorts were shipping American factory and industry jobs to China, while leaving over 5 million American middle class broke and jobless?
They think WE don’t remember this, and we never hear a peep about that? And that’s why Marc Chamot is here to remind them of it, every time I can.
I never heard ANY of these guys criticizing the former U.S. president and the Republican agendas, especially when they were intentionally killing private sector UNION jobs and when they were actively out sourcing, our VERY prized labor and jobs abroad beginning around 2002.
Because of all this, THEY, the Republicans practically decimated the American middle class.
And at the same time, these GUTLESS Republicans, ALLOWED U.S. states and local government employees and their unions, to get stronger and wealthier at taxpayers’ expense! And we’re paying dearly for their “financial” IGNORANCES and greed’s.
The GOP still have long ways to go to convince most voters. Even though Democrats made a big mess of it all, and with the way VOTERS now feel and want, it will be more ABOUT which party listens and do, what the VOTERS tells them to do, and not what they think is better for us.
The GOP’s new found fortunes aren’t, because of their new and SUDDEN found of self righteousness’s in the eyes of the angry voters. It’s more because of Democrat’s sudden collapse through their OWN ARROGANCES and idiocies. Democrats took the voters for granted, just as GOP had done in the past and they will be PAYING dearly for it in the upcoming elections.
By the sound of conservative radio talk hosts, GOP’s still not getting the message from the populace, and EVEN if they win this time, it will be a short lived victory for the GOP and it’s a promise.  Because it will be more ABOUT who gets it, on what we NEED and WANT, not what they think we need and want.
Democrats MIGHT rebound nicely again after Obama and after they get RID of their own trashes a few years down the road, and also when the GOP ONCE again fails.

Whitman softens stances on Obamacare; another "Failed Wannabe" & RINO Like Arnold Schwarzenegger? Enough with Lesser of Two Evils in American Politics! I Will NOT VOTE for "Flip-Flopping" Meg Whitman!

Whitman softens stances on Obamacare; another "Failed Wannabe" & RINO Like Arnold Schwarzenegger? Enough with Lesser of Two Evils in American Politics! I Will NOT VOTE for "Flip-Flopping" Meg Whitman!
By Marc Chamot

California’s Conservatives disgust’s building towards Meg Whitman. For one, I have decided here and now, I will not vote for flip-flopper Meg Whitman.

This Republican governor candidate for California Meg Whitman, is looking like continuations of another failed California RINO, (Republican in Name Only), the current governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Meg Whitman’s flip flopping on every issue that’s crucial for California’s Independent conservatives, those like me. And I’m not happy with her or about it; I’m PRETTY disgusted with her and HER whole campaign.

"She’s nothing more than Billion Dollars PANDERER. She’s not TRUE to conservatism and GOP’s convictions."

First, it was her getting tougher on California’s undocumented’s aliens, and then getting tougher on out of control environmentalists, who are killing California’s economy with their out of control “green” policies, she then back-tracked on all of these issues, and now she’s getting SOFT on Obamacare!

Enough is enough, if Meg Whitman thinks we’re playing political games here with our lives, while economies in shambles, and while California’s facing over 20 billion dollars deficits. She’s on the wrong track and ends of political spectrums, because she’s going to LOSE.

These types of political patronages and GARBAGE, we’re ALL getting sick and tired of, and we’re not going to stand for it anymore, especially coming from same old "RINO" Republicans like Meg Whitman.

She’s NO Republican, and then why isn’t she running as Democrat? That’s what she really is. I think California needs to go further DOWN the brinks of ruins with Democrat Jerry Brown, until we’re able to GET California Republicans back in shape, or until they decide to do what they NEED to be doing, like the right things for folks in America and California.

This time, I will not be VOTING for the lesser of two EVILS, I will definitely not be voting for Meg Whitman, nor be endorsing her campaign for governorship. I’m sure; I’m NOT the lone dissenter over the CRAZY Whitman issue either. If Meg Whitman losses the RACE for California governorship and Jerry Brown’s there, instead of her and her MILLIONS spent, EVERY one will know why.

Whitman softens stance on U.S. health care law  “The most recent statements by Whitman's campaign are much more equivocal than the position she took in March, during the Republican primary. When supporters at a campaign event asked her whether she would "force (her) attorney general" to join the health care suit, she said yes.

Questioned by reporters later that day, Whitman acknowledged that a governor couldn't order the independently elected attorney general to sue, but said she would "strongly encourage" a suit.

Last week, however, campaign spokesman Darrel Ng said Whitman might not take either of those actions, even though she still objects to parts of the new law.

"Whether she does a new (legal) effort, encourages the new AG (attorney general) to join an effort or not is really irrelevant," Ng said by e-mail. He said a pending lawsuit by Virginia's attorney general "will decide the issue." With the future of that case unknown, he said, "it would be premature to make a decision."

The Virginia suit and a separate lawsuit by more than a dozen states in a Florida federal court challenge both aspects of the health law that Whitman opposes: its requirement that all Americans buy insurance by 2014 or pay a tax penalty, and the costs that it allegedly shifts to the states.

Whitman's Democratic opponent, Attorney General Jerry Brown, supports the federal law and has criticized Whitman for threatening to sue.

The candidates for attorney general also are divided: San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee, favors the federal law, while Republican Steve Cooley, the Los Angeles district attorney, has "some concerns" but is undecided about a suit, according to a campaign spokesman.

Whitman's migration from yes to maybe on a health care suit is the latest of several apparent turnabouts on major issues.

During the Republican primary, for example, she stressed her toughness on illegal immigration and her endorsement by her campaign chairman, former Gov. Pete Wilson, who was the chief booster of Proposition 187, the 1994 initiative that sought to eliminate all benefits for illegal immigrants.

Spanish-language ads Whitman's Spanish-language ads during the general election campaign, however, have emphasized her opposition to Prop. 187, which was ruled unconstitutional, and to Arizona's immigration law, which requires police officers to demand documentation from people they stop if they suspect them to be illegal immigrants.

But she recently told a conservative talk show host she thought the law, which has been blocked by a federal judge, was right for Arizona and that each state should set its own policy.

Whitman has also denounced the California law requiring cuts in greenhouse gas emissions from all sources and said she would suspend it for at least a year if elected. But Whitman said recently she was "leaning against" Proposition 23, a November ballot initiative that would suspend the law indefinitely. Conservatives at the state Republican convention over the weekend attacked her on both immigration and Prop. 23.

The health care law, which President Obama signed in March, is intended to extend coverage to 32 million uninsured Americans. It will prohibit insurers from denying coverage based on a person's medical condition, require everyone to purchase insurance or pay a penalty, and provide subsidies to those who cannot afford the premiums.

The insurance requirement was designed to keep younger and healthier Americans in the insurance pool, offsetting the new influx of applicants who may need more costly treatment. But Ng, Whitman's spokesman, said Whitman questions whether "Congress has the power to regulate - and tax - a citizen's decision not to participate in interstate commerce."

Anti-Legal/Illegal Immigrants Sentiments & Rages Growing Among African Americans, Lack of Jobs, Bad Economy & Declines in Social Services; Silver Linings for Uniting America’s Blacks & Whites:
Updated & Edited
By Marc Chamot

“I have a dream,” were Martin Luther King’s most famous words, uniting both the black and white races of America. No matter what race dividers in both races say and do, with the current economic shambles and lack of JOBS, both white and black Americans are uniting in full force for common cause.

If Martin Luther King were still alive today, he would have never imagined that current economic chaoses and this nation’s sad state of affairs, with jobs lacking for both races, are uniting them in full force.

In San Francisco’s Bayview District, a predominately African American neighborhood, it’s being plagued by 50% unemployment, the highest for any San Francisco race group. The unemployed African Americans are just beginning to over load the cities’ social services programs, I’m hearing it everywhere, and they are mad as hell!

Everywhere I go, and when I talk to San Francisco’s African Americans, I keep hearing it, over and over again and they keep talking about it. This is OUR, your (whites) and my country, “we’re being invaded by foreigners, both legal, illegal immigrants; and they are TAKING over my neighborhood and JOBS!”

And no! It’s not about being anti-immigrant, when it comes to our job situations and loss of benefits, we’re going to talk about it, and we’re going to do something about it too. This is the very first time I’ve felt racially “included” by blacks, as being part of their anger and hoping for me to come along with their movement.

They are also seeing waves of immigrants straining the city’s GA, (General Assistance Systems) that helps city’s poorest, while their benefit money’s going down due to budget restraints. And now with proposed cuts in food stamps, with city and state cuts into other life savings cash handouts, due to lack of money, because it’s being drained by immigrants.

San Francisco provides “free” monthly bus passes called “L” for lifelines,” just about 20 to 30% of bus riders are immigrants, who are using these “free” bus passes the city hands out. While the MUNI-Metro system’s going broke.

One big LIE; being told by pro-illegal and immigrants groups, immigrants only come here to WORK, they want to leave their impoverished countries, they don't FREELOAD off our systems. But unfortunately, if you come to San Francisco and California, it's become "welfare states" for both, Legal and illegal immigrants who cannot find jobs or fend for themselves. And we're (citizens) all paying for this in taxes, and cuts in social services.

African Americans are seeing all this, just as I’m seeing it too, and we’re all talking about it.

But when government tells its “citizens” there are no more jobs for you, while our benefits decline, because immigrants are exhausting the system, and we all see people who don’t BELONG here, who are doing our JOBS and taking away our benefits; citizens begin to ramble into rages and anger.

African Americans are seeing "pro-Amnesty" Latino groups STEALING their Civil Rights Legacies, and they are angry about that, as photo demonstrates above.

The illegal alien's situations and black slavery, are two totally different issues. It's a BIG insult to African Americans comparing the two. Black Americans were brought here against their wills and were enslaved, while illegal aliens crossed our borders, without OUR permission.

It’s no longer the “white man is KEEPING me down or the white man that” among blacks, they are quickly realizing, we’re not their enemy, we’re in the same boat of futilities as they are, with waves of foreign immigrants, who keep coming into this country, who don’t bother to learn the English language, who don’t want to assimilate, and who open up businesses in black neighborhoods and don’t hire “black folks.”

If you go to any Asian or Latino owned businesses anywhere in San Francisco, there are no blacks or whites being hired to work. That’s the bottom line, it’s the truths. Because of total failures within our federal government, it’s uniting both races for common causes.

There is no doubt; out of control immigration policies into this country have gotten way out of control.

WE need to cut down immigration; not add immigrations. There were two nonpartisan government reports, which I had posted on this blog, it warned that too much immigrations, and on top of uncontrolled illegal immigrations, would do grave damages to the country’s stability on “social services” programs and jobs for its citizens.

No MATTER what these RACE baiters want to do or say, just to keep our country divided, there are very few African Americans following the NAACP, Sharpton and the Jackson, race baiting and race division doctrines agendas, just as whites don’t either.

Even though I’ve seen drastic drops of viewers from the Philippines on my blogs, they didn’t like what I write about immigrations. If the shoe was reversed, the Philippines were wealthy like the U.S. is now, and the United States was poorer, if they saw their JOBS and benefits being attacked by foreigners, I’m SURE they’d feel the same way I do.

Can't win for lose; when American Industries try to help unemployed Americans, by hiring Americans ONLY, then they get crapped all over their faces with feces, from pro-immigrant groups and their UNIONS, when they don't hire imported immigrants to take their JOBS.

Nurses accuse Pacific Medical Center of bias “The California Nurses Association filed a grievance with the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, accusing the hospital of discriminating against Filipino nurses at its St. Luke's campus.

The union of registered nurses, which has been embroiled in a contract dispute at California Pacific Medical Center, on Thursday also called on the San Francisco Human Rights Commission to investigate the hospital. The union claimed the percentage of Filipino nurses hired at St. Luke's dropped from 48 percent between January 2007 and February 2008 to just 10 percent after February 2008.

Officials from California Pacific, which is affiliated with the Sutter Health network, rebutted the accusations, calling them "dishonest and without merit." Sutter took over St. Luke's in January 2007.

"The claims made by the California Nurses Association are ridiculous" says Dr. Warren Browner, chief executive officer of the hospital, in a statement. He said the hospital has diverse hiring policies and a long-standing commitment to equality.

The nurses union produced affidavits from two former nurse supervisors who said they were discouraged from hiring Filipino or "foreign graduate nurses."

Browner said the hospital has no way of identifying what percentage of nurses are Filipino because it has self-reported data from employees limited to broad ethnic categories such as "Asian."

"The data is pretty clear. We know who works there and who doesn't," said Nato Green, a spokesman for the nurses union. The union did not investigate the hiring of other racial groups.”

Barack Obama & Holder’s U.S. Justice Department, FIRE anti-Sanctuary Cities’ U.S. Attorney Joseph Russoniello; After Barbara Boxer & San Francisco's Liberal Left Pushed for his Ouster, Over Prosecutions For Violating Serious Federal Immigration Laws

Barack Obama &  Holder’s U.S. Justice Department, FIRE anti-Sanctuary Cities’ U.S. Attorney Joseph Russoniello; After Barbara Boxer & San Francisco's Liberal Left Pushed for his Ouster, Over Prosecutions For Violating Serious Federal Immigration Laws:
By Marc Chamot
Without Media fanfares “Law and Order” U.S. Attorney Russoniello, was FIRED by the Obama administration and replaced by liberal Melinda Haag.
If President Barack Obama, his cronies and handlers are all wondering why his poll numbers’ keep collapsing within their midst’s, and if Senator Barbara Boxer’s wondering, as to why Republican Carly Fiorina is leading in the polls, for the California senate race and even though, Carly Fiorina not very well known by California voters.
It’s all because of sneaky and dirty shenanigans’ like these: Recently Barbara Boxer pushed very hard for President Obama to get rid of, and FIRE, anti-sanctuary city and conservative Joseph Russoniello, the former U.S. Attorney of Northern California.
This is the very same Joseph Russoniello that ONE and left-wing local rag, San Francisco Bay Guardian called, “Joseph Russoniello, the U.S. attorney who terrorized immigrants, city employees, and medical marijuana growers, is finally out of office, replaced Aug. 13 by an Obama nominee screened by Sen. Barbara Boxer.”
President Obama had U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder hold off on all Russoniellos’ prosecutions and charging the city of San Francisco, for violating numerous Federal laws over sanctuary policies, including charges for hiding and shielding, criminal illegal alien youths from federal immigration officials.
There were other Fed charges for covering up repeat criminal illegal alien gangsters and drug dealers, some who were deported by the city to bypass federal immigration officials, so these youths wouldn’t have Federal records, so they’d be permitted to come back to the U.S. at a later time.
And according this liberal rag; “President Obama has made it clear that he doesn't want his Justice Department wasting valuable resources busting people who grow, sell, and use pot for medicine. And while the president has been slow and far too cautious on immigration reform, he has resisted the nativist movement and harsh attacks on undocumented immigrants.
But a U.S. attorney has a tremendous amount of discretion on law enforcement priorities, and Haag could easily slide along, refusing to break with the policies of her predecessor.”
And now with Obama; this Barbarian Boxer’s blessings, and the ever dysfunctional leftist rag the San Francisco Bay Guardian, want to dictate to the Feds what they can do or can’t do in the city.
“That would be a serious mistake, one that would reflect poorly not only on the Obama administration but on Boxer, who under the traditions of Senatorial courtesy played a central role in choosing Haag."
The new U.S. attorney should:
Disband the grand jury that's been investigating whether city employees violated federal law by failing to turn suspected illegal immigrants over to immigration authorities. The grand jury started sending subpoenas to city agencies two years ago and raised the specter that some local juvenile justice workers might face charges. The move set off policy changes by Mayor Gavin Newsom that have led to more than 100 young people being torn from their families and sent to federal immigration detention centers.

The grand jury operates at the U.S. attorney's discretion, and while its activities are secret, Haag could and should announce that the investigation is closed and no charges are pending.
Inform City Attorney Dennis Herrera that no city employee will face federal criminal charges for complying with the city's Sanctuary Ordinance. The threat of criminal charges has given Newsom cover for refusing to implement a sanctuary law that the supervisors passed over his veto.
The law, sponsored by Sup. David Campos, directs city workers not to turn juveniles over to Immigration Control and Enforcement until they've been convicted of a felony. Herrera asked Russoniello for assurance that city employees could implement the law without fear of federal indictment, and the Republican appointee refused. Haag should give Herrera, and all city employees, written assurance that she won't press charges over the sanctuary policy.

Stop the pot busts — and don't try to undermine Prop. 19. Even after U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder made clear that he isn't interested in harassing medical cannabis operations, local growers and outlets remain fearful of federal prosecution. And if the state's voters legalize pot this fall, as appears likely, the weed will still be illegal under federal law. Haag needs to let the FBI and Drug Enforcement Administration know that she's not going to take any cases involving legitimate medical marijuana operations — and that she won't use her office to undermine state law if Prop. 19 passes.

Of course, if the U.S. attorney's office stops wasting time and money cracking down on pot growers and immigrants, the lawyers who work under Haag may have time to do some more relevant and worthwhile law enforcement. They could, for example, start looking into enforcing a federal law called the Raker Act, which requires San Francisco to operate a public power system.”

But obviously these fats, rat eating snakes, used the full wrath of the Fed on Arizona, when Arizona tried to implement federal laws on illegal immigrations and on their out of control borders.
But when the most dysfunctional progressive city in America, is caught breaking Federal Laws in the opposite direction, like protecting criminal illegal aliens gangsters and drug dealers, other than enforcing Federal laws, they are all there, using this administration and this EVER loony senator Barbara Boxer, ONLY to help support their “law-lawbreaking's” involving criminal illegal aliens.

With corruptions like these, that's why they're on their WAY-OUT of office.

"There are two major developments, she says, that are new this year and insufficiently noted, but they're going to shape election outcomes in 2010 and beyond. First, Washington is being revealed in a new way.

The American people now know, "with real sophistication," everything that happens in the capital. "I find a much more knowledgeable electorate, and it is a real-time response," Ms. Blackburn says. "We hear about it even as the vote is taking place."

Voters come to rallies carrying research—"things they pulled off the Internet, forwarded emails," copies of bills, roll-call votes. The Internet isn't just a tool for organization and fund-raising. It has given citizens access to information they never had before. "The more they know," Ms. Blackburn observes, "the less they like Washington."-Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn
