One pet peeve about me, coming from most immigrants, I am seen as protectionists and nationalist. Kind of like, my country comes FIRST and then YOURS. If I was an immigrant and got caught reading myself, I wouldn’t LIKE me either, but so what? This is me and not YOU.

Every time I write posts like this; I lose a few of my Asian readers. However, everyone knows, I came here as immigrant, but the big difference between me and the newer immigrants, I bothered to assimilate and NEVER pushed my culture on Americans, I adopted the American culture, and even bothered to learn the English language.

And fortunately, I’m not the only former foreigner with these sentiments and apparently there are many American Europeans like me and Filipinos with those same sentiments.

If you think I’m lying, my pet peeve are “white” Eastern Europeans, with their horrid English accents, I can’t stand any immigrants massacring my English language. That’s just me, so I’m not JUST picking on Latinos, Hispanics or Filipinos, I’m picking on everyone.

For all I know, I’m American as apple PIE. Actually, the bulk of the Tea Party Republicans coming in the new congress are protectionists also. There’s nothing wrong being nationalist and protectionists, when you begin to see your nation being invaded by unwanted people, then it’s time to act.

Ignorant and taxpayer financed “benefits,” free loading immigrants, see nationalists and protectionists like me as racists, while I see them for what they are, “free Loaders” of our benefit systems. They can’t get it at home, so they come here to freeload off us, and we have IDIOTS that want to give it to them.

Anti-immigrant sentiments happening all over and even in Europe, the least likely place on earth you’d think it could occur. Don’t get me wrong, immigrants can be both, wonderful to have around, but then again, they can be as annoying as heck.

By annoying, I mean they demand special rights and privileges, they don’t have any rights to, like amnesties, DREAM acts and so on. We have ballots and voters’ handbooks written in multi-languages, something they wouldn’t EVEN dream of allowing in their OWN countries for us.

Interestingly enough, have you all noticed Italian Americans, like Joe Arpaio, Tom Tancredo and many more Italian American bloggers; are the new American gatekeepers and champions, against out of control rampant illegal immigrations? Hum, Yes, I have.

Since when do foreigners have the RIGHT to write policy, in an individual sovereign nation?  Rampant crimes being done by foreigners are making European countries getting tougher on immigrants and immigrations.

First the British and now everyone’s down on the Swiss for their new law, VOTED by the people for deporting criminal foreigners, even though gutless and spineless, Swiss politician cowards fought hard against the measure!  Key issues behind this new LAW were rampant abuses and FRAUDS of the nation’s social security systems.

Swiss voters approve measure to deport foreigners convicted of crimes “Switzerland voted in a referendum Sunday to automatically expel foreigners convicted of crimes ranging from murder to false claims for unemployment insurance.
The measure, which was approved by 53 percent of those voting, highlighted a growing unease with the number of immigrants in Western Europe who arrive from poor countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East to take advantage of the continent's peace, prosperity and generous social protections.

The European Union's border patrol force, Frontex, earlier this month deployed international armed guards along a stretch of the Greek-Turkish border that had become a major entry point for illegal Afghan, Iraqi, Iranian and North African immigrants. But the richest European countries already have large populations of legal and illegal immigrants, more than 20 percent in Switzerland's case.

In another signal of the souring atmosphere, France, host to a large immigrant population that has helped give it Western Europe's largest Muslim community, toughened its laws recently to make it easier to expel illegal arrivals and strip French nationality from recently naturalized citizens convicted of killing a policeman or government official.”

And immigrants keep wondering why we get pissed off? Then here at home, we’ve got the Democratic loonies pushing the DREAM Act again. This imbecile, Senator Harry Reid, apparently did not get the VOTER’S message last time.

DREAM Act for illegal immigrants? Dream on: “Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., has obstinately defied the wishes of the American people by scheduling a vote on a controversial immigration bill during Congress’ upcoming lame-duck session. It takes hubris to try to impose such an unwinnable debate over amnesty for illegal immigrants in the same Congress that rejected it just two months ago.

The Development, Relief and Education of Alien Minors (DREAM) Act would grant legal residency status to any illegal immigrants under 35 who were brought to the U.S. as a child if they enroll in college or join the military. On the surface, this may appear to be a compassionate way to deal with youngsters whose parents broke the law, but Frumforum.com said the bill’s provisions are fraught with peril to our national security.

Since the Department of Homeland Security would be forbidden from using any information in a DREAM Act application during deportation proceedings, the bill provides what Frumforum calls a “no-risk option” to halt any present removal attempts and taint all future efforts. Also, it is an insult to the intelligence of voters that a bill officially directed at minors provides retroactive benefits to illegal immigrants of any age who have merely completed some military service or taken prior college classes.

In return for legal residency and an estimated $44 billion in taxpayer-supported in-state tuition and federal student aid, DREAM applicants do not even have to earn a college degree or be honorably discharged from the military. Even before the bill’s two-year requirement is up, all they have to do is claim “significant hardship” to quit college or leave the service, and then use their newfound status to sponsor members of their extended family — ahead of foreigners waiting patiently for legal permission to enter the U.S.

A Gallup poll released before Thanksgiving found that the top lame-duck priority of 50 percent of Americans is the extension of the President George W. Bush-era tax cuts, compared to just 31 percent who want Congress to take up DREAM legislation.

But Reid has only scheduled a vote on DREAM even though Americans have repeatedly told Congress to seal the borders first and not reward illegal immigrants for breaking the law. The DREAM Act fails on both counts, and any member of Congress who votes for it will receive an “F” for failing the voters’ trust.”

Lack in assimilations backlashes in San Jose California, I don’t condone bullying in schools what so ever! I can’t stand bullies, if I had my way with them; I’d be Clint Eastwood with the 44 magnum and saying “Make my day punk!”  But however, if you’re an immigrant Sikh parent, why PUT your child through all the abuse, by dressing him up with YOUR culture, rather than assimilate to ours?

Bay Area Sikhs reach out to combat bigotry in schools “In the first report of its kind for the Bay Area, the Sikh Coalition, a national nonprofit with an office in Fremont, released findings this week showing that hundreds of Sikh children report feeling teased and taunted, being called "terrorist" and "diaper head.''

More than 150,000 Sikhs call the Bay Area home, and students from San Jose to Vacaville report that they've been taunted, punched, even threatened with scissors. Their perception of bigotry and bullying far surpasses the national average.

"I was surprised the numbers were this high in the Bay Area,'' said Neha Singh, western region director for the coalition.”Everyone assumes that in the Bay Area those things are different. But things are not that different here.''
Her coalition surveyed more than 1,300 Sikhs in nine Bay Area counties, including 500 youths. The discoveries have Sikh parents fanning out to schools in Silicon Valley, even driving out to Sacramento and Manteca, passing out DVDs and writing exercises, hoping teachers will allow them to teach students about their faith born more than 500 years ago in Punjab, India.

"Our team has been working at a frantic pace for the last four weeks,'' said Nirvair Singh, a Cupertino software engineer, who co-founded a group called SEVA right after Sept. 11, 2001. "We're alarmed. Sikh parents are particularly concerned about the hardships our children are facing in middle and high schools.''

Sikh parents are trying to reverse what they're children expressed in the report: Seventy-four percent of boys who wear small turbans called patkas felt harassed in school. Sixty-five percent of Sikh boys in middle school, with or without turbans, said they suffered some sort of racial or religious bullying.

In Santa Clara County, 40 percent of the Sikh youth said they felt harassed for their faith; in Alameda County, the number soared to 51 percent. In the West Contra Costa Unified District alone, 85 percent of the boys and 15 percent of the girls reported being harassed.

The national average of being bullied is about 30 percent, according to the National Youth Violence Prevention Resource Center.”

You won’t get much sympathy from me, it’s tough to feel sorry for their situations and in my opinion, if these parents are putting their child through hell, just because they want to show and PUSH their culture on us, rather than assimilate to ours and they’ve got it all coming to them.

I have a BIG problem with immigrants over these kinds of stuffs, and it’s coming from Muslims too, here in my OWN country.  Remember, I was once an immigrant too and I never did those kinds of nonsense here, and I don’t EXPECT it from immigrants either!

Immigrants are nice to be around, BUT we cannot take care of everybody. That’s why you, (the immigrant) GOT respect OUR ways, our laws, if NOT you’ve GOT your own government back home, where YOU can elect your own people to office, if those people aren’t doing it for you, then get RID of them, just like we do here in America.

New Poll shows, Europeanization of America is alive and well in California!

Now we all know why Jerry Brown and Barbara Boxer WON! Actually, ALL fiscally frugal Republicans around the state got thrashed by Democrats and it was all due to electorate’s ignorance.

But first; Salon.com, a “free” liberal Internet publisher is looking for a buyer and maybe merging with another Media of some kind. Their experiments with running free online news source, became a total failure.

Now 15 years old, they’ve never shown a profit, raking up 15 million dollars in losses for the past five years.
Salon’s troubles are further proof that online Medias don’t work on the Internet. I’ve been news and source blogger for over three years and maintaining traffic unto, one’s site is very slow and tedious. It’s tough, especially when incomes you are only earning, are ads per click.

There’s no question, profitability’s for “free” news organization on the Internet is dismal. And folks, don’t want to pay for it either.

That’s the SAD nature of the beast about the Internet. I for example, don’t look at the Internet solely to make money; I use the Internet mainly FOR my conservative anti-LIBERAL political activism, otherwise, I wouldn’t be WASTING my time blogging.

In regards to WikiLeaks, I fully support its release by Medias, the New York Times and possibly by the Wall Street Journal and I applaud Pfc. Bradley Manning for releasing them.

One thing I’m NOT is a repugnant LIBERAL or Right-Wing Republican, who likes to hide their heads in sands, when it comes to our government’s EVIL dealings. Liberals and Right-Wing Republicans, feel national security issues should be kept secret. No, no, no, I DON’T trust this president or any politician enough to keep secrets from me and my fellow Americans.

If our government is SHADDY, I want to know about it and I also want to know, what my government is DOING, even after three consecutive MORONS, including this one we’ve got for U.S. presidents.  I couldn’t care less what Right-Wing “Repubs” think of me and my blog, maybe that’s why I am a proud Independent, not a Right-Wing Republican.

Liberals are on the anti-WikiLeaks bandwagons, because it happened under their MAIN man's watch, but they were all supportive of the New York Times security leaks when former Bush was president. What hypocrites!

If you all are wondering why California is in a BIG MESS, well look at this; a new poll just released showed California VOTERS are absolute “morons,” and they don’t EVEN know what deficits are.

A recent Los Angeles Times/USC poll of 1,700 registered voters said they don’t want to pay more taxes, BUT they also don’t want any cuts on government employees’ pensions, other benefits and social services for the poor and so on. It’s practically SAD and almost laughable. Ignorant voters polled, are basically saying don’t CUT anywhere and don’t RAISE taxes either!

The understatement of the year from the San Jose Mercury News! “To get this state back on track, Jerry Brown needs an informed electorate to help identify and to see what really works to cut the billion dollars deficit. It’s his job to deliver the message. It’s California’s to focus on what’s realistic, and the polls show, they are a long away from that.”

During desperate moves to save Democrats, before the Midterms, President Obama tried to pin America’s economical woes on Republicans.

After the Midterm elections, Obama and his Democratic cohorts realized the people did not fall for such nonsense. In essence the VOTERS have spoken and soundly rejected, the failed Democratic policies of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.

Republicans through Representative Fred Upton, have clear mandates to cut the size of government, deal with out of control public employees unions and their pensions, reducing wasteful spending and reverse years, of costly job killings regulations that were enacted by BOTH parties in the past.

Fred Upton says, they will be different and they will listen to Americans. This is something the Nancy Pelosi Democrats promised to do, since 2006 and on to 2008, but never delivered. Under the new leadership of Speaker Mr. John Boehner, Republicans will do both.

Repealing of disastrous Obamacare is at the forefront in most people’s minds. House Republicans will take the legislative approach that involves direct inputs from Americans, via letters, blogs or by POLLS!

The government’s ignoring and progressive “knows best” policies of former President George Bush, Obama and Nancy Pelosi ends now. Gone are those 2,000 pages of bills, written at night and in secret, without congressional and public inputs.

But I expect more from Republicans this time. I want to see term limits and they’ve got to get bolder with China, among other things, besides securing the border with Mexico and getting tougher on rampant illegal immigrations.

You see folks, this is exactly what Nancy Pelosi and Democrats promised before their 2006 congressional takeovers, but they DIDN’T deliver! Hopefully these Republicans can and shall deliver, because there is plenty of time for Democrats to get their houses back in order, if these crops of Republicans FAIL to deliver!

After Democrat’s Midterms drubbings, President Obama is no longer bringing up Republicans, as being the fault for all the nation’s economical problems. Now, President Obama is talking the bi-partisanships, those that were missing during the past two years, while pushing for absolute lunatic left-wing agendas.

Is it a little too late for Obama? As retiring senator Evan Bayh said, “The difference was today, he’s speaking like a president.”

However, this is all a very harsh lesson for Obama. Barack Hussein Obama was so bruised and bloodied, that his prospect for re-election in 2012 is pretty dim.

According to McClatchy Newspapers and Marist poll, half of his base, 45 percent of Democrats and Democratic Independents, want to see a Democratic challenger to Obama. More than one in three voters, 36% say they’ll vote for him again, while 48% say no, and not again.

President Obama has become a serious electoral jeopardy for Democrats; Obama’s entering his second half of his term, with approval ratings of 45 and 48% disapprovals. 41% of Democrats want Obama challenged in 2012, along with 56% of Independents.

Those who want him challenged, many are women voters younger than 45 and without college degrees. And those who don’t want him challenged are majorities of pro-Democratic Kool-Aid drinkers, liberal men, and college graduates 45 and older.
Why I’m not surprised?  “What good is a college education to a "LIBERAL MORON," when he’s still a moron after he graduates?” Those college Kool-Aid drinkers don’t even read my blog.

A sign of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expect a different outcome. Since the defeat of RINO’s (Republicans in Name Only) and conservative Blue Dog Democrats, a new political organization is being formed to take up the slack.

“An alliance of centrist Republicans and Democrats is seeking to organize a grass-roots movement targeting the middle of American politics, a political sphere depopulated by the midterm elections and a vital tool for any potential third-party presidential candidate.

The group's goal is to start a centrist equivalent to the tea-party movement on the right and MoveOn on the left. It sees an opportunity based on the defeat of liberal Republicans in recent years and the heavy losses taken by conservative Democrats in 2010.”

More on Aiming for the Political Middle "The group, called "No Labels," has drawn support from supporters and advisers of New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the country's most powerful independent politician, raising questions about his national political ambitions. Mr. Bloomberg has been invited to attend the group's Dec. 13 launch.

Political analysts see a potential Bloomberg bid if Washington's divided government turns into gridlock, if the economy doesn't improve, and if former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and President Obama are the likely nominees. Mr. Bloomberg said he wouldn't consider running in 2012. "I have the best job in the world," he said.

No Labels (www.nolabels.org) is led by Democratic fund-raiser Nancy Jacobson and Republican strategist Mark McKinnon, who were introduced to each other by Kevin Sheekey, Mr. Bloomberg's political adviser.

"I've never seen such a wide opening for a third force in American politics," says William Galston, a Brookings Institution fellow and No Labels adviser.

Third-party movements of the center, including most recently Unity '08, have a poor track record if they aren't associated with a strong candidate, such as Teddy Roosevelt in 1912 or Ross Perot in the 1990s. Even then, no third-party candidate has ever won more than 27% of the popular vote.

"Kumbaya moments and puppies are great, but you need more meat to get real support," said Peter Angerhofer, an executive at a hospital-billing firm and recent Republican candidate for the New Hampshire state senate at a recent No Labels gathering. "If you want to create a third party and carve out the middle that might work, but be clear about it."

But for a potential third-party candidate, who has to overcome a litany of structural impediments, such groups can provide much-needed ground operations. "These efforts aren't important; they're invaluable" if Mr. Bloomberg decides to run, said a top Bloomberg adviser.

Mr. Bloomberg personally donated to a successful ballot measure in California to change the process of Congressional redistricting to prevent gerrymandering.

Through the deputy mayor, Howard Wolfson, Mr. Bloomberg quoted his predecessor Fiorello La Guardia as saying "there's no Democratic or Republican way to clean up the streets," adding, "The same is true on a lot of other big issues, but partisan gamesmanship keeps the two parties from working together."

No Labels founder Ms. Jacobson says the group has purposely not asked Mr. Bloomberg for money and doesn't support any candidates yet.

No Labels is testing its message across the country, most recently in New Hampshire last week. In a living room full of politically active citizens in Portsmouth, No Labels' organizer John Avlon, an expert on independent parties, called it, "a rebellious idea for the politically homeless."

For its launch in New York City next month, more than 1,000 people have committed from 50 states.

Key to the group's future success is appealing to voters and lawmakers who feel alienated from the current tone of political discourse. In a recent meeting in Portsmouth, prospective "citizen leaders" were training on how to organize No Labels in their home districts.

"Hi, I'm Jun Choi, and I lost because I wasn't extreme enough," said the Democratic ex-mayor of Edison, N.J., who was opposed by unions in a primary.

"Hi, I'm Maggie Hassan, and was defeated because I was too moderate," said the New Hampshire state senator.
Darnell Goldson, a New Haven, Conn. alderman, said his house was egged for having yard signs supporting one Democrat and one Republican. "I didn't toe either party line, and got threatened."

Why it will NOT work. On paper, this all seems a great idea, but the problem, where are they going to be on divisive issues, like Cap and Trades, on jobs killing carbon emissions, border security, cutting back on legal immigrations and getting tougher on illegal immigrations?

“The group has raised more than $1 million to seed its effort against what it calls "hyper-partisanship." Backers include co-chairman of Loews Corp. Andrew Tisch, Panera Bread founder Ron Shaich and ex-Facebook executive Dave Morin. Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, as well as U.S. senators Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut and Michigan's Debbie Stabenow, will attend the New York launch.”

Those folks they are seeking will all REVERT to plan B, go back to Democrats and Republicans, to fit their tastes and that is a BIG FACT.

Knowing everything I know about Michael Bloomberg, and most of those organizing this new political group, they are on the WRONG side of MY fences, on those very issues that I find extremely important. That’s how I know, this plan will not work out for them, it didn’t for Republican RINO’s nor the Blue Dogs.

UK/Great Britain Gets Tougher on Foreign Migrations, Slashing Work Visas & Much More: Immigrants BIG Burden on Public Services; will the U.S. soon follow?

UK/Great Britain Gets Tougher on Foreign Migrations, Slashing Work Visas & Much More: Immigrants BIG Burden on Public Services; will the U.S. soon follow?
By Marc Chamot

Re-Edited 11/24/2010

“Public anxiety over immigration — and the burden on public services caused by new arrivals — was a key issue during the country's national election, when then-leader Gordon Brown was angrily challenged by an elderly voter over workers arriving from eastern Europe.”

British politicians are finally listening to their VOTERS wishes, and that’s a whole LOT more I can say, about these sorry bunches we’ve GOT in Washington today.

A "tip of my hat," and very big Kudos to Great Britain, for taking action!

First, the United Kingdom had their OWN conservative "austerity" revolutions, against rising government and public employees pensions and other costly “free welfare” handouts. And then here in the good old USA, we had OUR own conservative "austerity" revolution, over two weeks ago to begin making those costly changes here.

So who’s leading who? We once thought the United States set the world stage in world politics, but it looks like the British are way ahead of us, because what the United States has been doing with immigrations is all wrong, American immigration policies will ultimately FAIL also.

While we’ve been drifting into budgets killing European style politics, Europeans are slowly drifting away from it, and as our last election shows, we are also.

If that’s the case, then the United States is not too far behind Great Britain on foreign migrations either.

Now Great Britain is cutting down foreign migrations into their fine land, just for the very same reasons, we’ve been saying all along here in the U.S., their government has finally admitted to it, being a big problem for them financially, unlike our current DC politicians.

“Britain will impose a tough annual limit on the number of non-Europeans allowed to work in the U.K. and slash visas for overseas students as it seeks to dramatically reduce immigration, the government said Tuesday.

"We can't go on like this, we must tighten up our immigration system," May told legislators as she announced details of the new rules.

"By introducing a system that is more selective and more robust, the government is aiming to stamp out abuse while continuing to attract the top students to our top universities," she said."

UK imposes new permanent immigration quota “Home Secretary Theresa May told the House of Commons that the number of non-EU nationals permitted to work in the U.K. from April 2011 will be capped at about 22,000 — a reduction of about one-fifth from 2009.

But thousands of people who are allowed to work in Britain on intra company transfers aren't included in those figures — or under the new quota. Critics said that means it's unclear how Prime Minister David Cameron's government will meet a pledge to cut net immigration, which also includes students and families of visa holders, to below 100,000 by 2015, from about 196,000 last year.

As a member of the European Union, Britain must allow citizens of most other member states freedom to live and work in the U.K.

Business leaders had urged Cameron's government against stringent restrictions on non-European workers, arguing vital sectors would be left short of staff — particularly in health care and for energy infrastructure projects.
Indian officials also warned Cameron over restricting the rights of their citizens to study and work in the U.K. during his visit in July.

May said Britain would reserve 1,000 visas each year for talented scientists, academics and artists.

"Business will be pleased to see that the government has taken its concerns onboard," said David Frost, director of the British Chambers of Commerce.

May said her changes would limit the number of staff that international corporations are permitted to transfer to Britain from offices overseas.

In the future, no staff member who earns less than 40,000 pounds (US$63,500) per year will be eligible to stay for longer than 12 months — though they will be able to carry out shorter contracts in Britain.

May did not specify how many people the policy would affect, but figures for 2009 show that half of the 22,000 admitted under the category earned less than the new salary criteria.

Labour Party legislator Ed Balls criticized the government for failing to set a limit on intra company transfers. "Can she confirm her supposed cap is in fact a con, a guess, a fig leaf, no cap at all?" he asked May in the Commons.

May's quota will have only a limited impact on Britain's overall immigration rate — as work-related visas account only for about 20 percent of migration.

Families of those with rights to live and work in Britain claim about 20 percent of visas, while non-European students arriving to study in the U.K. account for 60 percent of immigration.

May said, those seeking a marriage visa will in the future need to prove they have a minimum standard of English.
Her ministry will also develop plans to drastically reduce Britain's foreign student population, likely allowing entry only to those working on college degrees, or more advanced qualifications.

She told lawmakers there would be a more stringent regime to check the credentials of schools that offer visas to overseas students. Police and security officials have recently raised concerns over the education system being targeted by terrorists to gain permission to live in Britain.”

TSA Nightmares; Public Correctness & Corruptions Run Amuck; Obama Abhors Racial & Religious Profiling for Security Measures, Everyone Suffers, But There's Another Reason for full Airport Body Scanners Implementations, Call it George Soros’ Raspican Systems:
By Marc Chamot

TSA’s passenger screening nightmares aren’t because Muslim terrorists have won; they are because of a public correctness, anti-profiling, and Muslim loving, lame and incompetent president we’ve got in the White House.

Right after the closing of World War II, on November 20, 1945, victorious allies held trials in Nuremberg for surviving Nazis, on atrocities that were committed to Jews and others during the war. When Nazi generals and their murderous henchmen were given death penalties, most of them cried out; “We were just following orders!”

They did not feel it was right and fair, being sentenced to death for atrocities that were out of their control and was ordered from above their ranks.

This was the first time in world history, where blaming atrocities, we’re being put on subordinates of a regime, so when some people call TSA agents, Nazis, it’s not a fair or good description of what they really are, and it’s certainly not nice to all Jews everywhere.

Blaming TSA agents for the passenger screening horrors is absolutely the wrong way to go. TSA agents aren’t murderous Nazis, they may be bullies, and they can be annoying as heck. It’s all happening because of pure “ignorance” emanating out of the Obama White House, and they are following his orders.

TSA’s John Pistole didn’t suddenly wake up one morning, with a big bug up his A--, hum, rectum, and decided today was it! I’m going to make it hell for all domestic travelers in the United States! That rectum BUG award goes directly to President Obama.

President Obama has a big problem with “racial and religious profiling,” that’s the way he’s running this nation and however, it isn’t so surprising being what he is.

He showed it in the Henry Louis Gates and Sgt. James Crowly incident last year. He showed it again when he sued Arizona for enforcing their very own, unenforced federal laws on border and illegal immigrations, and now he’s showing it at the airports for all Muslims, no?

We all know that an American, black, white or Hispanic, three year old isn’t going to be carrying explosives on them. We also know that a Christian nun isn’t going to be carrying explosives either. Neither are grandma and grandpa with their wheelchairs. But those are the people going through current TSA nightmares.

We all know who really carry bombs on planes, don’t we Barack? We also know that most terrorists, who want to blow up American planes, come from abroad, not the United States. We had a great security system in place until Obama meddled with it and made it harsher for all travellers.

But to Obama it doesn’t matter, “there will not be any un-PC profiling while I’m president,” and so? Every Tom, Dick and Harry has to suffer because of it. Or…. is it really?

But then, there might be a second reason as to why President Obama is forcing these airport body scanners on American folks, it’s for his chief benefactor George Soros.  It’s George Soros’ big Payoff; the billionaire that OWNS him/Obama and the liberal left of the Democratic Party, is a big the vested “owner” of the company that makes these airport body scanners.

“Rapiscan got the other naked-scanner contract from the TSA, worth $173 million. Rapiscan’s lobbyists include Susan Carr, a former senior legislative aide to Rep. David Price, D-N.C., and chairman of the Homeland Security Subcommittee.

As for the company’s other political connections, it also appears that none other than George Soros, the billionaire funder of the country’s liberal political infrastructure, owns 11,300 shares of OSI Systems Inc., the company that owns Rapiscan. Not surprisingly, OSI’s stock has appreciated considerably over the course of the year. Soros certainly is a savvy investor.

Note that OSI Systems CEO is Deepak Chopra, but it appears to be a different Deepak Chopra than the more famous liberal new age guru. Not surprisingly, OSI’s stock has appreciated considerably over the course of the year. Soros certainly is a savvy investor.

Rapiscan’s Presence on Capitol Hill Pays Off. Rapiscan Systems, an OSI Systems Inc. subsidiary, has already taken note. The Hawthorne, Calif.-based company puts around 15 percent of its revenues back into the company to develop new technology.

But Rapiscan knows it needs to play ball in Washington to increase its profits. Like all companies that deal in homeland security, Rapiscan faces myriad legislative issues involving privacy, liability, customs, and the implementation of the 9/11 Commission recommendations.

To compete with Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and L-3 Communications Corp., among other companies, two years ago Rapiscan opened a Washington office and hired more outside lobbyists and agency-specific federal marketing and sales staff.

The results have been apparent. Last year the company did $17 million t $20 million in contracts. Over the past six months, the company has had $40 million in sales to the U.S. government, compared with $8 million in 2004.”

Obviously we can all see the political corruptions and payoffs from both sides, behind these airport body scan ventures.

That’s the same old garbage and shenanigans, Americans are getting sick and tired of in American politics, and that’s why Obama’s Democrats got their butts beaten in recent elections, and that’s why Obama has just secured himself being a one termer president.

But so far, only business travelers have been affected by this anti-business Obama policy, but just wait for the holyday travelers, when it’s their time to go through this menace, and then, when they find out why they unnecessarily had to do it, it will GIVE them even more reasons to “impeach” this idiot we've got in the White House.

Business as Usual Still Coming from Washington’s Same Corruptive Usual Suspects; Combating Online Infringements and Counterfeits Act (COICA) disasters, $1 Billion still being paid OUT to Dead People & Charlie Rangel, Enough!
By Marc Chamot

The Internet is a PUBLIC domain and should be treated so. If anybody has any copyright issues, they shouldn’t be POSTING it on the NET!

I was proud to see U.S. Democrat Senator Ron Wyden block a disastrous anti-Internet freedom of speech bill, allowing government to SHUT down websites that infringe on publisher’s copyrights.

U.S. Senator Ron Wyden vowed yesterday to take steps to block the controversial bill that would let the government effectively block access from the U.S. to sites involved in copyright infringement.

The Combating Online Infringements and Counterfeits Act (COICA) would let the Attorney General petition the courts to blacklist any website on which copyright infringement was a 'central' activity. Domain servers operating in the U.S. would be required to stop handling requests for sites on the blacklist.

COICA has broad support from both parties, and breezed through the Senate Judiciary Committee 19-0. But with just a few days left in the legislative session, one Senator can put up enough procedure hurdles to prevent a vote before 2011, at which point the bill will have to be resubmitted.

The bill has drawn fire from academics and free speech advocates on the grounds that the power it grants the government could easily be used to censor the Internet. Wyden likened giving such broad authority to the Attorney General to stop copyright infringement to "using a bunker-busting cluster bomb, when what you need is a precision-guided missile."

Obviously, we didn’t do a good job replacing Republicans in the U.S. Senate. It must be really embarrassing, because some of those MORONS on the U.S. Senate Judiciary are Republicans.

On November 18th, the Senate Judiciary Committee voted unanimously to move forward with S.3804 - Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act. All 19 committee members voted to progress the bill, which means it will move to the Senate for a vote, and if passed, to the House.

If we KEEP getting this from Republicans in the U.S. Senate, we’re in deep trouble! It’s the same ole’ crap that keeps emanating out of Washington D.C., they are always trying to find ways to restrict Internet freedom of speeches, while benefitting their MEDIA friends.

Where I have a big problem with this bill, when I write news about the news, and I opinion about what is written, I may not like what the New York Times says in an article. So I’ll post it and then opinion on it and this bill will force the government to shut down the Marc Chamot Report, because it posted a copyrighted story from the New York Times.

And again; those 19 sold out political and their yellow-bellied media “skanks,” just tried to give publishers infringed rights to the Internet, and shut OUT bloggers!

One of the biggest disgraces out of U.S. congress, it’s the way they throw money away, with no checks and balances, over how it’s being spent.

Oklahoma Senator Tom Coburn came out with a report; $1 billion paid to dead people“The federal government has paid out more than $1 billion in checks to dead people over a decade, according to a new report by the top Republican on the Senate's investigative panel.

Among the payments to dead people were $18 million in stimulus funds from Social Security, $92 million in Medicare claims paid for treatments prescribed by dead doctors and $8.2 million for medical supplies prescribed for dead patients.

Mr. Coburn also said Congress is to blame for rules that required dead farmers to receive benefits — more than $1 billion, sent to nearly 173,000 deceased farmers over seven years. Of that, nearly a fifth of the money went to farmers who had been dead at least seven years.”

Jobless-Benefits Bill Rejected “House Republicans Thursday torpedoed a bill to extend benefits for the long-term unemployed and pressing their demand that the $12 billion cost of continuing the program be offset rather than adding to the deficit.”

Then again, I have an unemployed friend and let’s call him J.J., he thrives off benefits.  He’s about 36 years old, the most common jargon I hear from him, “why should I work harder, when I can get unemployment benefits and SSI for doing nothing?”

Unfortunately, the GIVE me mentality has afflicted J.J. and this nation.  I was unemployed too, and I’m still unemployed, I never got the four to five extensions, I never even got one extension! I learned to manage with a whole lot less.

People want to live off benefits these days and expect to keep living their same lifestyles as if they were employed. Originally I supported unemployment extensions, but no more. These “sweetheart” extensions are going to have to come to an end sooner or later.

We’re becoming just as lazy and spoiled as Europeans. Just because we aren’t making those $35 an hour jobs anymore, and we’re now at $15 an hour, don’t mean we have to give up working and stiffing taxpayers, just from my observations.

What can I say about Charlie Rangel? If you or I didn’t pay our fair shares of taxes, or even cheated on taxes, as Mr. Rangel has, we’d be heading to JAIL, or be put out of business. Preferential treatment of some sorts, if anyone wants to know; here’s another reason why Americans despise D.C. and their politicians.

With a pathetic! “I don’t have any more money for a lawyer!” A wealthy U.S. congressman, who has NO money for a freakin’ lawyer and it’s the very same one who used unused campaign funds to finance his previous lawyers.

Washington is still as CORRUPT as they come. “The MOST ethical congress ever?” Nothing has changed with Obama, Pelosi and Democrats. What sorry examples congress is showing the people. If you’re a politician, and a minority one, it is okay honey, we’ll censure you! A rebuke for 11 serious ethical violations! It’s an absolute outrage!

Move to Cut NPR Funding Is Defeated in House; even though Democrats repelled efforts to defund NPR, it doesn’t really matter; Republicans can do it again next year when they control the House majority, let me say it again Sam, we EXPECT them to bring this up again next year.

Mamas Don't Let Your State Grow Up to Be California; Importing Third World Immigrants, is turning the State into Third Rate World Economy & Latino Kids are Public Schools new Majorities; but 40% of California’s Hispanic Adults can't Legally Vote:
By Marc Chamot

For the first time in California’s 160-year history, the state will not gain any congressional seats according to preliminary census results.

According to recent U.S. Census, the bureau says, California’s population has shifted Eastward in the last decade. From 2000 to 2009 San Francisco population grew by 5 percent, but these growths are immigrants.

Californian “whites” have been on rapid exoduses out of the collapsing golden state, and taking their businesses and wealth with them elsewhere.

Some pundits are saying California is worth saving. They are saying, if California cannot be bailed out or saved, it will drag the rest of the nation down. I say baloney to that assumption.

I will NOT support, under any circumstances, any federal bailouts for California. The mess they are in is largely because of their own corruptive politics doings, rather than anything else, I will actually say, California GOT what they deserved and they’ll have to live with the consequences of their decisions’.

Basically California has fallen to immigrants. It’s now a predominately immigrant state, many of whom are collecting welfares and don’t pay any income taxes.

The state that started it all, with sanctuary cities for illegal immigrants, and the primary destinations for most POOR Chinese, and so forth, where they financed education and healthcare for illegal immigrants, along with giving “sweetheart” billion dollars pension deals to unionized government employees, and at the same time chasing away traditional carbon generating jobs, in favor for the ever elusive Green jobs.

This state is facing the beginning of big catastrophic financial nightmares never seen before in the state. California liberal Democrats, with their Republican RINO’s have turned the state into a Mecca for the poorest of the poor immigrants from around the world living off “free” handouts and who practically never contribute into the economy.

We’re talking about a large illegal immigration population in California. There is no question that California has fallen prey to illegal immigrations and they are paying for it.

Example such as this; Illegal Immigrants Win Ruling on College Fees "Illegal immigrants in California may continue to pay the lower in-state fees at public colleges and universities, the state's top court ruled Monday, a decision that saves them as much as $23,000 a year.

The case was closely watched by several other states, including New York and Texas, which have similar laws that allow illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition. California residents technically pay no tuition to attend public colleges and universities, but instead pay fees that are the equivalent of tuition.

At University of California institutions the in-state fee is about $12,000 a year, and the out-of-state rate is $35,000. Students at California State University schools pay an in-state fee of about $5,000 a year, compared an out-of-state rate of roughly $13,000."

So, it wasn’t too surprising when a study just came out, that Hispanic/Latinos are the majority of students in California schools, while 40% of adults cannot VOTE, because of their legal statuses.

Latino kids now majority in state's public schools But political clout lags in state - 40% of Hispanic adults can't vote.

Latinos now make up a majority of California's public school students, cracking the 50 percent barrier for the first time in the state's history, according to data released Friday by the state Department of Education.

Almost 50.4 percent of the state's students in the 2009-10 school years identified themselves as Hispanic or Latino, up 1.36 percent from the previous year.

In comparison, 27 percent of California's 6.2 million students identified themselves as white, 9 percent as Asian and 7 percent as black. Students calling themselves Filipino, Pacific Islander, Native American or other total almost 7 percent.

While the result was no surprise to educators, experts say the shift underscores the huge impact Latinos already have on California's politics, economy and school system.

That influence will only grow as Latino parents - now in the majority - realize many of the schools their children attend are underfunded, said Bruce Fuller, a professor of education and public policy at UC Berkeley.
"It turns upside down how we think about California students," he said.

"A lot depends on the extent to which Latino parents come together and organize," Fuller added. "These are parents who historically have not had much political power. But as they are coming together and feeling their oats, they may organize around education."

Corresponding growth
It's no surprise that Latinos make up the new majority in California schools, considering that their numbers have grown by leaps and bounds in recent decades. In 2009, Latinos made up 37 percent of the state's population, a number that continues to increase, according to the California Department of Finance.

But their electoral sway has not grown by similar amounts, because almost 40 percent of adult Latinos in California are ineligible to vote, said Lisa Garcia Bedolla, an associate professor at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Education.

The challenge, she said, is finding ways to get Latino parents involved in schools when they cannot vote for members of their local school board.

"How do we come up with constructive ways to do that, considering the limitations on how these parents can participate? That's the question from here," she said.

In San Francisco, where an estimated one-third of public school students have a parent who was not born in this country, voters were asked this month to allow noncitizens to vote in school board elections. While Proposition D lost, 45 to 55 percent, the support the ballot measure received from civic leaders showed the growing concern about the role of immigrant parents in local schools.

Electoral clout
While underrepresented on the voting rolls, Latino voters are an increasingly important factor in California elections.

In this month's gubernatorial election, Republican candidate Meg Whitman's firing of an undocumented immigrant housekeeper who worked for her for nine years, and her handling of the controversy after the employment was disclosed, was seen as damaging her standing among Latinos and hurting her at the polls.

In that election, 16 percent of likely voters were expected to be Latino, according to a Field Poll released the day of the election. Latinos now make up 22 percent of the state's registered voters, according to the same survey.

California schools need to do a better job of reaching out to that increasing number of Latino students, said David Gomez, president of the California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators and a school superintendent in Ventura County.

Everybody bilingual?
Nearly 1.5 million students are English language learners, but many more still struggle in the classroom with difficult, subject-specific terms, he said.

"For example, if you are studying social science, understanding words like 'justice' and 'beauty' can be difficult," he said. "In math, it can be even harder."

Fuller, the UC Berkeley professor, suggested state educators look at language education in an entirely new way.
"If the majority of the population is becoming bilingual," he said, referring to the growing Latino population learning English, "why shouldn't the white minority also become bilingual?"

"There are two major developments, she says, that are new this year and insufficiently noted, but they're going to shape election outcomes in 2010 and beyond. First, Washington is being revealed in a new way.

The American people now know, "with real sophistication," everything that happens in the capital. "I find a much more knowledgeable electorate, and it is a real-time response," Ms. Blackburn says. "We hear about it even as the vote is taking place."

Voters come to rallies carrying research—"things they pulled off the Internet, forwarded emails," copies of bills, roll-call votes. The Internet isn't just a tool for organization and fund-raising. It has given citizens access to information they never had before. "The more they know," Ms. Blackburn observes, "the less they like Washington."-Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn
