Finally, Some Sense of Sanity on Illegal Immigration; Her Honor, Sharon Blackburn, Lets Most of Alabama’s, the Nation’s Toughest Anti-Illegal Immigrant Law Stand:

There might be some hope for America after all. Among the midst of all the chaos, there is some good news on the illegal immigration front. 

A Federal judge left pretty much intact Alabama’s strict immigrations law, including a section that requires POLICE to check residency statuses of suspected illegal immigrants.

Her Honor, Sharon Blackburn, didn’t buy the Fed’s argument that illegal immigration enforcements are left for the Feds, not the states. The bill known as HB56, signed into law by Governor Robert J. Bentley last June, this legislation is considered the strictest in the nation.

This is in response of flurries of anti-immigration bills flooding states everywhere, majority of folks are getting pretty bummed out, over masses of undocumented aliens roaming free across this country. Folks everywhere are realizing the economic and financial hardships that accompany rampant illegal immigration.

The Obama Feds fought tooth and nail to have this overturned entirely, but Her Honor, Sharon Blackburn wouldn’t buy their arguments one bit. It was obvious to her, that the Feds have FAILED enforcing illegal immigration; it was causing serious financial hardships to states, so the Judge saw that Alabama had every right to enforce those laws.

Besides, Feds have already publicly declared states as partners on illegal immigration enforcements. This is a total opposite ruling from Arizona’s, which ended having theirs blocked by another Federal judge, by an anti-constitutionalist liberal.  

Her Honor, Sharon Blackburn is a PATRIOTIC American! She's seeing the lawbreakers as they really are, as lawbreakers! 

Here are provisions of the new law: “Numerous sections of the Alabama law challenged by the Justice Department but upheld by Blackburn may take effect immediately.

Alabama police may now detain people driving without a license in order to check their immigration status. Contracts knowingly entered into with illegal immigrants will be considered invalid, and illegal immigrants will not be allowed to enter into "business transactions" with the state, including applying for driver's or business licenses.

Immigrants caught without required alien registration documents will now be guilty of a state crime, a provision that in effect "criminalizes undocumented status," Spiro argued, since being in the country illegally is a violation of civil law, not criminal law, on the federal level.

Among the sections Blackburn blocked: one that would have outlawed illegal immigrants' attempts to solicit or apply for jobs, and another that would have outlawed knowingly harboring or transporting them.”

This new law will hopefully encourage other states to implement similar and tougher anti-illegal immigration laws. There’s no question the Supreme Court will be hearing these arguments soon, but so far, with the current FIVE conservative majorities on the bench, it has been more in favor for states enforcing their OWN immigration laws, because of the Federal government’s inept failures to control the porous border.

Usually the Supreme Court rules on the side of public opinion. Illegal immigration is one, guns the other and oh boy, and even Obamacare might be another!

Still reeling from the Rick Perry shocker; in regards to California’s AB131, the public taxpayer’s financing of undocumented aliens’ college education that’s on Governor Jerry Brown’s desk to sign. It’s not that surprising coming from a Liberal Democrat like Jerry Loon Brown, but what’s really surprising, more like shocking is when Texas did theirs back in 2001, ten years ago, with a Republican governor to boot! That’s shocking as heck.

Most Americans weren’t aware what Rick Perry did back in 2001 in regards to taxpayer financed tuition breaks for illegals, but we are aware what Jerry Brown is doing, he's a crazy pro-illegal immigration's Liberal Democrat.  With the Internet these days, nothing will ever hide or be hidden from us again. 

You see, what happened then with Perry, the Internet was in its infancy, and most of the nation’s left-wing Medias covered up that story, and that’s why a GOP Governor Perry was able to pull this crap on the people of Texas.

Maybe that’s why Rick Perry poll numbers for the GOP presidential nomination is dropping faster than Obama’s re-election chances.
