There's no doubt Pay-Pal is a total FRAUD, and they are deeply involved to legally steal your money. I got the following letter from Pay-Pal yesterday; “your account has been limited until we hear from you,” and here’s the copy.

Apparently, my Pay-Pal account got cut off, because I had used an old pre-paid Wal-Mart Visa credit card that had expired on 3/11. Well, it’s 3/11 this month.

Unfortunately, after numerous emails that were not returned, I searched the NET for Pay-Pals customer service phone number to get this problem fixed, and I found it after searching it for a while.

I called 1-888-221-1161, which is PayPal’s Net listed number that another blog poster had posted, and customer service finally answered. After explaining my BIG problem to her, she basically told me, if I don’t get that old Visa number, of a prepaid card that I haven’t used for two years and have no records of, I am pretty much screwed.

I asked her, how is that. She basically told me, “if you cannot provide any of the original answers that I had used, bank and card account numbers, phone numbers, my “secret” answers to favorite pets and uncles and so forth, I have NO way to access my account.”

Okay folks, the bottom line, PayPal is running a fraudulent scam on people, which our U.S. congress needs to look at very soon. I explained to this lady at customer service, “You know PayPal is running a criminal racket here, and you know its FRAUD what you guys are doing to me and others?

This is what a PayPal lockout looks like. PayPal’s using security reasons, such as expiration of credit cards, and when they do occur, they look for ways to freeze your account, and screw you OUT of your money, especially if you cannot provide any of the information they are requesting.

I have heard of it happening to other people, and it’s happening to me. Basically now, Pay-Pal gets to KEEP my twenty five dollars or so that I had in that account. They made an inconvenience for me to even get my money sent from a couple syndications.

But when they do that to thousands of people, they can rake in a whole lot of money, possibly in the millions per year, they are actually ripping people off.

I was VERY lucky, I only lost $25 to PayPal, I was fortunate enough to take my money out in time, but there are others who have lost thousands of dollars to PayPal who weren’t as lucky.

PayPal can get away with it, because they claim there’s a security breach on your account, but if your original information don’t fit, you’re completely locked OUT from your money!

Well, I did some searching around the Net and this is what I got on PayPal; treasure droves of fraudulent complaints towards PayPal. If you’re thinking about trusting PayPal again, you’d better think and watch out!

GOP/Republican War against the Poor, Food Hardships Striking 19.3% of Americans & Durbin the Turban Senate Hearings on Anti-Muslim Bigotries:

GOP/Republican War against the Poor, Food Hardships Striking 19.3% of Americans & Durbin the Turban Senate Hearings on Anti-Muslim Bigotries:
By Marc Chamot

Illinois (Obama’s home state) Democratic Senator Dick Durbin is making news again. Durbin thinks Americans are discriminating against Muslims too much.

He’s holding hearings on anti-Muslim bigotries. This Old Dick-brained Muslim apologist, wasn’t called Durbin the Turban for nothing. Dick Durbin is mostly remembered for the 2005 comparing American interrogators at Guantanamo Bay to Nazis.

All this comes at the heels after Representative Peter King, held hearings about Muslims and terrorism in America. An August study by Pew Research Center found 54% of Republicans, 27% Democrats and 40% of Independents, are unfavorable towards Islam and Muslims in general. You don’t say? And I wonder why?

However, the left-wing and VERY anti-Jewish Southern Poverty Law Center, this group who likes to track hate and racist activities going on in the United States, EXCEPT for their own racisms towards Jews in general.

Southern Poverty Law Center is that VERY same group who actively likes to endorse the well known pro-Palestine, and the anti-Semite/Jew former President Jimmy Carter. The Center says several new anti-Muslim hateful groups have sprung up over the past year.  What do they know?

What this idiotic Senator from Illinois ought to do, is hold hearings about all the anti-Semite and anti-Jewish hate going on in America, which is nine times bigger, than hates on Muslims.

What Durbin the Turban forgets, the United States has been pretty much unscathed from radical Muslims and terrorists, because we have placed tougher controls on immigrations emanating from some of those terroristic Muslim nations.

Unlike Europe, who has had a history of open door policies with radical Muslim nations, Great Britain, Germany, France and Spain are all paying for their past mistakes. And WE don’t want to repeat theirs.

What bothers me the most? American corporations are holding on to $1.2 trillion in foreign earnings parked offshore and kept well away from American tax collectors.

You see folks? Most of the $1.2 trillion was made from OUTSOURCING our jobs, and from the selling of American made products fabricated abroad. That is what OUR U.S. economy has lost, the $1.2 trillion dollars, and this is what American workers have LOST, when all their jobs were outsourced abroad.

Corporations want the Obama administration to impose fewer than 30% taxation for them to be able to bring this money back here again. But unfortunately there is NO PROOF that the money is going to be used in job creations, it hasn’t before, so why now?

The bottom line folks, had we manufactured those products here, instead of over there, the money would be here, instead of over there! It’s just plain logic.

Republicans are definitely to blame for the disastrous exoduses of manufacturing jobs abroad, but now they aren’t thinking too clearly again. The United States is having a surge of hunger, and too many people, mainly children, are going to sleep at night without eating.

In 2008, 49 million Americans complained of not having adequate food supplies for them and their children. Food insecurities in 2009 kept pace with the 2008 reports. One third of Americans say they are broke and are forced to skip or cut down on portions.

Recent studies show that food hardship for Americans are still very high at 19.3% last October. This is proof that the economy isn’t getting any better for most Americans, it’s getting worse. So what do those Republican House Member numb-skulls want to do?

According to WashingtonExaminer.com, Republican buffoons want to CUT welfare programs and food stamps!

GOP/Republicans introduced a bill to cut funding for welfare and food stamps to 2007 levels. In addition to, House Republicans want work requirements for those who want food stamps.

“We need a smarter approach that promotes self-reliance and acknowledges the interconnected nature of all our anti-poverty programs,” says Representative Jim Jordan of Ohio, who sponsored the legislation along with Scott Garrett of New Jersey.

Excuse “Moi?” YOU! “Republicans,” chased our manufactories out of this country through NAFTA’S and WTO’s, by offering cheaper labor sources, other than Americans for your Wall Street buddies and bankers, while leaving 15 million plus unemployed Americans, and NOW you want to cut American safety nets, because of the damage YOU did to us, wasn’t ENOUGH?

Here’s the biggest joke of the day. The Republicans are declaring war on the poor, but they created America’s POOR under former President George Bush, with their pro-globalists agendas and outsourcing of industrial jobs abroad.

“Sponsors say the cut in funding is needed to control inefficiencies in some 77 welfare programs and STOP out-of-control government spending on welfare, which has increased 40% under President Obama.”

Republicans are trying to compare the successes 1996 welfare reforms with Bill Clinton, but at the time of Bill Clinton, we didn’t have 15 million, and millions more of underemployed and 49 million more Americans going to sleep hungry every night!

Wake up! There are billions in cuts and wastes to be made. Public pensions need to be addressed, and creations of JOBS, before going around taking away safety nets for needy Americans!

There are still five job seekers for every job, you know? It’s definitely going to be a hilarious way to win back 2012, going at this rate for those “Republicans.”

California Illegal Alien’s & with Their Give-Me “FREE” Education Mentality for Entitlements & 95 years-old U.S. WW II Vet Discovers he’s not U.S. citizen, Despite Parents Were Once Americans:

California Illegal Alien’s & with Their Give-Me “FREE” Education Mentality for Entitlements & 95 years-old U.S. WW II Vet Discovers he’s not U.S. citizen, Despite Parents Were Once Americans:
By Marc Chamot

There must be something pretty screwy when our country says to 95 years old American WW II Vet, that he’s not a U.S. citizen.

While illegal aliens come running across the border to birth their children for automatic U.S. citizenships, but for 95 years-old Leeland Davidson, recently discovered he wasn’t a U.S. citizen, despite both of his parents being American, is having a tough time understanding it all.

Some knuckleheads at ICE, are threatening Mr. Leeland Davidson, if he insists on pursuing his citizenship with deportation. “Schoolcraft says they tried to dissuade him from pursuing the matter. Employees at the local passport office scared them, telling her father "If he pursued it, (he could) possibly be deported or [be] at risk of losing Social Security."

See; WWII vet discovers he’s not a U.S. citizen "We always figured because he was born to U.S. parents he's automatically a U.S. citizen," said Davidson's daughter, Rose Schoolcraft.

Davidson was born in British Columbia in 1916, but his parents didn't register the birth with the U.S. government to ensure they knew he was a citizen. He checked up on his citizenship before joining the Navy and was told by an inspector at the U.S. Department of Labor Immigration and Naturalization Service he had nothing to worry about.

Now he worries that he won't be able to prove his citizenship, because his parents were born in Iowa before local governments started keeping records of birth certificates in 1880. "I want it squared away before I pass away," he says.

Who ELECTED those idiots in Washington anyway?

It’s so shameful and disgraceful that it’s happening! It’s really SAD when our governments LOVE illegal aliens coming from across the Southern Mexican borders, a whole lot more, than they do for a 95 year OLD WWII vet counterparts coming from Canada and whose parents were U.S. citizens!

While I’m on the subject on illegal aliens, back in California, California State University’s are facing severe budget crisis. It’s projected that over 10,000 students and numerous faculty jobs will be lost.

Source; CSU Going BROKE: A university system that serves 400,000 students a year, is faced with the worst economic disaster in its history says Trustee Bill Hauck. But it all boils DOWN to the system being FUNDED by California taxpayers.

"Not only will students not get a meaningful college education," Taiz said, "but kids who spent their whole high school career preparing for college will find the door slammed in their faces."
And “Those cuts could double if the proposed tax extensions stall, CSU Chancellor Charles Reed told the board.

"A cut of $1 billion in state support would have devastating effects on the CSU," including a long-lasting impact that would damage the state economy, he warned.”

California's entitlements for illegal aliens’ children gone amok!

So who are the LOUDEST groups making the most noise about all this university fiascos? They are Latinos/Hispanic groups around California, who’s now the new majorities that are using this taxpayer subsidized college educational systems.

Most who do show up to demonstrate, are California’s Latino/Hispanics, those who will be most affected by those new changes; those born to illegal aliens, and who’ll end up paying for their education for a change, instead of having their college education given for FREE at costly taxpayer’s expense.

That free lunch/gravy train is pretty much over for most illegals. For the past year, president of the California State Student Association, Chris Chavez has pushed for angry demonstrations on rising college tuition rates for Latinos/Hispanics.

Maybe instead of sending all of their money back to their homeland, they BETTER spend it on their education, eh? You see folks; even in loony and crazy California, illegal aliens have that GIVE me mentality for entitlements, reserved for ALL Americans!

“Under the current budget picture, which will grow worse for CSU if tax extensions backed by Gov. Jerry Brown aren't placed on the June ballot or are voted down, the state will cut $500 million next year from CSU's more than $2 billion allocation.”

This is yet another REASON why, WE must NOT allow, or cave in to Jerry Brown’s voter’s tax increases. It’s basically, a bail-out for illegal immigrant’s FREE EDUCATIONAL systems!

Poll: Californians Souring on Government Employees; Benefits TOO generous/Want Drastic Changes & San Francisco’s corruptive $4.476 Billion Pensions Debacle:
By Marc Chamot

Friend or Foe; is Wisconsin’s Governor Scott walker a REAL genius, or just state employees and their unions?

In financially broken California, the poor are getting royally screwed, while government employees and their unions come out making like bandits. California Democrats and Governor Jerry Brown have decided to make massive cuts in the budget. Unfortunately, government employees are unscathed from the budget axes and carnages.

Unfortunately the cuts target poor of the poorest welfare recipients, mainly to handicapped people who have to depend on home care services. In this sad economy, Democrats have decided to slash billions out of the welfare to work programs, cutting down on health benefits for the poor and working families, mainly affecting California’s Medi-Cal.

However, this isn’t surprising, because even before Jerry Brown became governor, we all knew that public employees and their powerful unions would get a “free” pass on the budget. After all, Jerry Brown got 100% of the public employees unions behind him.

This is yet another example, where we the people get it rammed up our proverbial behinds, while government employees and their powerful unions, are living off their glorious relationships with Democratic politicians.

A big burden on taxpayers; we all know that government employee’s pensions everywhere are ticking time bombs. Actually, if you compare costs side by side, unionized government city employees, eat about an average of sixty to 75 percent of city budgets, while welfare takes the rest. That’s pay, healthcare and lucrative retirement costs for all its government employees.

There’s something terribly ROTTEN with this nasty picture.

Most government employees get their retirement money on the SPOT, and right after they put in their time of public service. Many government employees get up to 60 to 70% of their salaries when they retire and they get to retire at fifty-five, when the rest of us (Joes) have to wait till 67 to get our Social Security retirements and we DON’T get the near 60 to 70% of our income when we retire.

After having said all this, new polls indicate that public support for government/public employees is waning. Most Californians, and as well as the rest of the nation, they all believe benefits are TOO generous for government employees and they want to make serious changes.

See S.F. Chronicle Source: Poll: CA public-worker benefits 'too generous' “Even in California, where union-funded support led to a Democratic sweep of statewide offices last year, voters support reforms in how public-employee pensions and health benefits are funded - a major shift from two years ago, a new survey by UC Berkeley and the Field Poll found.

The survey, released today, found that 42 percent of the respondents think pension benefits for public employees are "too generous" - up from 32 percent in October 2009.

Analysts said California's similar anti-union sentiment was surprising in a state where unions and union-backed independent expenditure organizations spent $30 million to back Jerry Brown and Democrats to a sweep of statewide elected offices in November.

The survey found that 69 percent of respondents want state and local government union members to pay more each month for health benefits. Respondents also overwhelmingly want to increase the minimum age when an employee can retire; reduce benefits for new employees; and replace the current pension system with 401(k)-style benefits with reduced guaranteed payments.”

Read and grieve and then this shocking report, came out the other day in San Francisco. A Study on pensions 'shocking' “An Assessment of San Francisco's Unfunded Pension and Retiree Health Care Liabilities" instead, (Trust us; the mind-numbingly boring title belies the fright within.)

San Francisco now owes $4.476 billion in pensions to its employees but only has the money to pay roughly three-quarters of that cost. Every family in the city would have to pay $35,000 apiece to make up the difference.

Even if the pension fund grows by an optimistic 7.75 percent every year, there's only a one-third chance the city will be able to pay the promised pension benefits.

The city also owes $4.364 billion in health care benefits and has hardly saved anything for it. That figure will grow to $9.5 billion by 2028.

The city is now spending $514 million every year on pension and retiree health costs, and that figure will hit $1 billion within five years. That's more than the budgets for the Police Department, Fire Department, Sheriff's Department, district attorney's office, and adult and juvenile probation departments combined.

The numbers come courtesy of a study by Joe Nation, a former assemblyman who's now a professor of public policy at Stanford and is advocating for pension reform. He was paid about $12,000 to conduct the study by venture capitalist Michael Moritz, a financial backer of Public Defender Jeff Adachi's pension and health reform ballot measures.

Adachi tells us he wanted up-to-date numbers as he crafts a new measure for November's ballot after his first try failed last year. He said many of the findings are "shocking."

His new ballot measure is expected to mandate much higher pension and health care contributions from employees.”

America and even Californians are finally WAKING up to the facts of Democratic shenanigans. After all this tidbit of information, obviously in the end, Wisconsin’s Governor Scott walker has to be the biggest genius, because government employees and their union cronies are the biggest losers of them all.

Who’s the REAL conservative here? Certainly NOT Them & More WOES for California, Poll: Quality of Life Plummets in State, Economy & Illegal Immigrations' the Problem, Oh? No Kidding!
By Marc Chamot

Anybody can make up what they are as they go along and even conservatives do it to fit their political ideologies. A number of BOZOS in the Republican Party, including some Fox News pundits, like to claim they are TRUE conservatives.

Politically speaking, what’s a conservative? Wikipedia: conservatism (Latin: Conservare, "is to preserve")[1] is a political and social philosophy that promotes the maintenance of traditional institutions and supports, at the most, minimal and gradual change in society.

People know, those that have been reading my blogs for years, generally know, I’m the TRUE voice of conservatism. I will prove to you as to why. If you take my BRAND of conservatism, and place it into American interests, you’ll see exactly what I mean.

Some people accuse me of being Right-wing, am I really? Let’s see: If we take the actual meaning of “preserve” above and place it into everyday American political situation, you’ll be really amazed at the results.

Number one; preserving JOBS for all Americans, I’m not an avid supporter of pro-globalization and outsourcing of industries and jobs abroad, unlike MOST conservative Republicans who are. I take Democratic view on this issue. Actually, most Democrats don’t support pro-globalization and outsourcing of jobs abroad either. So, one Right-wing Marc Chamot debunked!

Number two, I’m for the preserving of American Industries, here’s another anti-conservative GOP/Republican view. In essence, any Republican who claims to be conservative, they truly are not.

Number three, I’m for the preserving of money, let Americans have more of it, by paying lower taxes, reducing size of government, and including creating FAIR pay scales and reductions in costly health and pensions for government/public employees.  And yes, this is the most common view I have with most conservative Republicans.

Number four, preserving OUR populations, and JOBS from foreign intrusions, including illegal immigrations. Only half of the GOP/Republicans who CLAIM to be conservatives support this view. However, many (conservative) Democrats are becoming big supporters of anti-illegal immigrations.

Number five; I’m for the preservation of economical “Safety Nets,” Social Security, Medicare, Food Stamps and so forth for ALL Americans. In other words, welfare is a necessity for most Americans who are in dire straits; however it’s being abused by massive FRAUD and wastes.

My biggest problem with this, we keep importing immigrants, who are granted immediate taxpayer funded welfares on the spot. If green card recipients can’t make it here, then why are we maintaining them?

But there is only one aspect of GOP/Republican conservatism I do not support. That is conserving money for the wealthy. So technically, if YOU follow the true meaning of conservatives, as it’s written above, I am more conservative than most American GOP/Republicans in the U.S.

New Field Poll: Quality of life plunges in California “Californians are bummed out. The Golden State's residents rated their quality of life at its lowest mark in almost 20 years, citing the economic downturn and stagnant personal finances, according to a joint UC Berkeley and Field Poll.

“Peterson said illegal immigration - as opposed to legal immigration - has negatively impacted the state's quality of life. That's part of the reason he's the unofficial spokesman for the State of Jefferson, a group of secessionists who would like to see Northern California counties create their own state.”

The San Francisco Chronicle intentionally hid immigration facts on the poll. Most voters - 47 percent - said immigration had no real impact. But 53% say immigration DOES have a BIG impact!

"Residents are reconsidering the image of the Golden State and showing more ambivalence toward it," said Jack Citrin, a Berkeley political science professor who co-wrote the report. "The changes going on - socially, culturally, economic - have made people here less Pollyannaish about the reality of life here."

The poll, based on a telephone survey of 898 registered voters in February, showed that only 39 percent considered the state "one of the best places to live," compared with the glory days of 1985, when 78 percent gave the state the highest rating.

Jon Christensen, the executive director of the Bill Lane Center for the American West at Stanford University, said while the poll reflected personal financial woes. Californians are also bothered by a dysfunctional state government mired in a budget crisis.

"The state's dysfunction as a whole feeds into this worry that this is far from one of the best places to live," Christensen said. "One would think that a criterion for someone to say, 'This is one of the best places to live,' is that it's well governed."

Yet of those who said immigration had changed California, 39 percent said it lowered their quality of life, while 10 percent said immigration made life here better."

No kidding? It’s not like I didn’t tell you so on my last blog post:  Examples of Immigrations Gone Amok, California Leading Nation as Non-English Speaking; State Wages/ Tax Returns Declining by Wide Margins: “But there are bigger problems; California is the first state in America to distance itself from English.
As California grows and becomes more diverse, no state in the union has more non-English speakers.

California is leading the union as the most immigrants who cannot speak a word of English. And secondly, California is the translation capital of the world.

Incomes and income taxes are declining rapidly in California.

If you look at most recent census growths of immigrants, and compare this to areas where incomes and tax revenues have been dropping, you’ll see some kind of connections. Even though, this is all being currently blamed on the recession.

Take one long walk around the city of San Francisco, and you will be amazed at the number of immigrant businesses that only take CASH, no credit cards, no debit cards and no checks.

San Francisco is surviving on the backs of property owners, legitimate chains and franchises that pay their TAXES and payroll taxes. Yes payroll taxes, they instituted back in the seventies. “

Examples of Immigrations Gone Amok, California Leading Nation as Non-English Speaking; State Wages/ Tax Returns Declining by Wide Margins:
By Marc Chamot

Immigrant takeovers; Census: African Americans being displaced by immigrants and they are leaving California in DROVES!

Has California gone to the dogs, figuratively speaking? Recent census show Chinese and Latinos are the new combined majority in California. And translating into, they are the new dominating VOTER base in the state of California.

This is not too surprising, because in the last election, I had written on my blog, about the new California Democrat immigrants, and they voted 100 percent in favor for state Democrat politicians, that got into office in state’s recent elections.

What I’ve been writing about, it’s becoming a sad reality in California. Even though whites are still the majority of all races in California, they only constitute only 40.1 percent, while Latinos and Asians constitute 50.4 percent of the majority, surpassing white voters in California by 10.3%.

And the saddest thing of all, African Americans are leaving the state of California in DROVES!

In raw numbers, the state still has more white people than any other racial type: 40.1 percent of the total, compared with 37.6 percent Latino and 12.8 percent Asian.”

Practically the GOP got wiped out in this state, while they succeeded well in other states, the Republicans lost big in California. All key state offices went Democrat, one of the few times ever, from governor to state attorney general.

It’s predicted it won’t be too long, when immigrants begin to run California politics entirely. It will first happen in San Francisco, where Chinese immigrants are now 60% of the population. With the city’s new rank choice voting system, it’s a given that San Francisco will have their first ELECTED Chinese American mayor in this upcoming election.

It has already happened is San Jose and Los Angeles, where Latino Americans have become mayors of their respective cities.

“The first detailed release of statewide numbers from the 2010 census showed that the Asian American population grew 31.5 percent from 2000, faster than any other ethnic group.

The Latino population grew by 27.8 percent, the second-fastest. The white population grew by a comparatively paltry 6.4 percent and African Americans at an even slower 1.6 percent.

In San Francisco, which grew by 3.7 percent to a population of 805,235 in the past decade, the big story was the growth in the Asian American and Latino population.

Asian numbers grew by 11 percent, while the white population shrank by 12.5 percent. The Latino population also grew by 11 percent.

The black population of San Francisco shrank by 22.6 percent, reflecting a flight to outlying areas and other states.”

But there are bigger problems; California is the first state in America to distance itself from English.

Even though, this is all being currently blamed on the recession, recession took a heavy and widespread toll on incomes throughout California, according to new statistics from the Franchise Tax Board.

The median adjusted gross income reported on all 2009 tax returns was $34,079 - a drop of $1,844 or 5.1 percent from 2008.

It was the first decline since 2002, when the median dipped a mere $68 or 0.2 percent from the previous year.

It was also the largest drop by far since at least 1979, the earliest data available. (That year the median was $12,273.)

Each of California's 58 counties saw a decline in 2009 except for tiny Alpine. Even the Bay Area, home to seven of the 10 wealthiest counties, saw substantial drops.”

As I’ve said before, color me an anti-immigrant hick or whatever you want. But don’t forget, it’s well known that I was a former immigrant too. My father Guy A Chamot paid his fair share of taxes throughout his years, and I have too.

Here’s the chart:
Estimated Tax Due On
Payroll Expense Registration Fee
Registration Fee
Less than $1.00
(Taxable Payroll is zero)
$25.00
$1.00 - $10,000
(Taxable Payroll is between $0.01- $666,666.66)
$150.00
$10,001 - $50,000
(Taxable Payroll is between $666,666.67 and $3,333,333.33)
$250.00
$50,001 and over
(Taxable Payroll is over $3,333,333.33)
$500.00

I also did this story, back in February of last year, Legal/Illegal immigrants more likely to start a business than nonimmigrant’s; represent 16.7% of all new business owners & are the least audited by IRS “The problem is, Federal, state and local government’s tax cheats from skyrocketing legal and illegal immigrant owned businesses that the IRS ignores, and possibly billions of dollars in tax dollars are going uncollected every year.

According to a recent study; are Immigrant-Owned Businesses Surviving Better than Most?
“Immigrant business owners total about 1.5 million in the U.S., representing 12.5% of all business owners, according to the Small Business Administration. And they make huge contributions to the U.S. economy.

report released in November “by the Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy showed that “immigrants are nearly 30% more likely to start a business than nonimmigrant’s, and they represent 16.7% of all new business owners.” In some states, more than 30% of all business start-ups are from immigrants.”

The city of San Francisco, the state of California, and the feds have all been screaming about declining tax bases.

But there might be a pattern that tells the whole story. It’s about their possible new sources of revenue that is going totally unchecked and ignored by these governments. But should you, our politicians and the IRS take notice? Absolutely, everybody should.

But here we go again with the inequality enforcements of laws, to favor a minority group over the majority. There is no doubt that real born American owned businesses, black and white, from the East Coast to the Left Coast, are the brunt of all IRS audits.

The real eye popper, the stink, behind all of this, a good portion of these Asian and Latino businesses, are small mom and pop operations’, who do not provide sales receipts; accept checks, and debit or credit cards for their businesses. And to top it all, a good portion of these businesses don’t have bank accounts, for the government to trace back on their income earnings. It’s an all CASH business, without any form of verifications on incomes and if taxes are being paid at all.

What we need to ask is, “how can they afford those high rents, when they are selling cheap imported products, mostly unknown brands in a specific smaller market, when the previous renter was an IRS legit business that failed to make it?”

If California’s Gross Domestic Product, GDP begins to decline, we’ll then know the truths, wont we? We shall see what California will bring for us in the future. My bet is, we’re pretty much screwed as a state.

"There are two major developments, she says, that are new this year and insufficiently noted, but they're going to shape election outcomes in 2010 and beyond. First, Washington is being revealed in a new way.

The American people now know, "with real sophistication," everything that happens in the capital. "I find a much more knowledgeable electorate, and it is a real-time response," Ms. Blackburn says. "We hear about it even as the vote is taking place."

Voters come to rallies carrying research—"things they pulled off the Internet, forwarded emails," copies of bills, roll-call votes. The Internet isn't just a tool for organization and fund-raising. It has given citizens access to information they never had before. "The more they know," Ms. Blackburn observes, "the less they like Washington."-Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn

Dr. Rossiter says the liberal agenda preys on weakness and feelings of inferiority in the population; by creating and reinforcing perceptions of victimization; satisfying infantile claims to entitlement, indulgence and compensation; augmenting primitive feelings of envy; rejecting the sovereignty of the individual, subordinating him to the will of the government. http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=56494
