“We have re-evaluated how to get best results from our political dollars,” says Union President, Harold A Schaitberger of the International Association of Firefighters Union.

 “The union's traditional allies in Congress haven't aggressively defended firefighters, Schaitberger said.”We are simply shutting down any contributions going to any federal candidates or to any federal PACs or committees until, quite frankly, our friends are willing to stand up and fight on our behalf with the same kind of ferocity that our enemies and those that are literally trying to destroy us are doing on the other side," Schaitberger told USA TODAY.

How times have changed for the worst, and especially for government/public employees and their unions, who are losing the national public opinion’s war.

Government, public employees and their unions, who once were the pillars and core financiers of Democratic federal political campaigns, are abandoning that sinking ship to concentrate and bolster moneys into state and local elections.

According to Firefighters union President Harold Schaitberger, he says “union’s faces legislative fights, ballot measures and recall elections that threaten workers' rights in at least nine states. 

Republican-controlled legislatures in Wisconsin and Ohio this year have approved new laws curtailing collective bargaining rights for public employees. [1] The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) announced Tuesday it would stop giving political contributions to federal candidates and campaigns. 

In a statement, IAFF General President Harold Schaitberger said his union has decided to focus its efforts at the state level. "We know we have legislative fights, ballot measures and recall elections that will require us to be on the offensive at the state and local level through this fall.

I expect this strategic decision to focus our resources on state and local efforts to last as long as the political and legislative fights in the states continue," Schaitberger said.[2] 

The attacks launched at our members since the November 2010 elections have changed the landscape. '''We know we have legislative fights, ballot measures and recall elections that will require us to be on the offensive at the state and local level through this fall.

I expect this strategic decision to focus our resources on state and local efforts to last as long as the political and legislative fights in the states continue,''' IAFF General President Harold Schaitberger said. The IAFF in February began a campaign to assist fire fighters and paramedics wage their political and legislative fights in statehouses.

The IAFF has helped its members respond to anti-worker legislation in Wisconsin, Ohio, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, Nebraska, Alabama, Tennessee and New Hampshire, using legal resources, television, newspaper, Internet and social media to educate our members and the public and fight back with everything we have. [3]

The union will focus on state elections. In a statement, IAFF officials said: "We spent close to $15 million in the last election cycle on behalf of federal candidates and both political parties, helping to elect those who support us and defeat those who oppose us.

The IAFF went on to say they felt "attacks" launched at members since the November 2010 elections have changed the landscape. IAFF President Harold Schaitberger said he doesn't believe any firefighter legislation will pass this Congress.

Therefore, he said, they need to take a stand. "And while we are fighting for our very survival, our friends aren't doing enough to fight back -- they don't have our backs," he told members in a letter. [4] 

It could be Obama again in 2012, but it definitely won’t be heavy baggage laden, Romney or Huckabee and that’s a virtual guarantee.

Now, it’s on to Mike Huckabee and a possible Mike the Huckster for U.S. president? I don’t think he’s GOT chance in hell, even within his OWN party.  Me personally, I don’t think the Huckster can survive Maurice Clemmons.

Texans have always remembered the ‘Alamo’ during the Mexican-American wars, but for GOP Presidential hopeful Michael Huckabee. It will always be remembering COP KILLER Maurice Clemmons, and it will always be Michael’s Willie Horton hanging over his head, no matter what he does on the campaign trails.

You see, when Mike Huckabee was governor of Arkansas back some ways, he had bleeding hearts for his state’s dangerous convicts and felons.  And of what we know, Huckabee commuted sentences of hundreds of dangerous felons, including the one for Maurice Clemmons in 2000.

Maurice Clemmons was that insane guy, who shot and killed four COPS in cold blood at a Lakewood Washington coffee shop in 2009. Before Maurice Clemmons’ clemency came up before Governor Mike Huckabee, the Huckster WAS warned that Maurice Clemmons was too dangerous, an anti-social nut-case that should never be released back into society.

But as always, old Huckster knew better than anyone else, he was the Arkansas Huckster governor after all, and had bleeding hearts for poor, dangerous, and insane KILLERS like Maurice Clemmons after all. Huckabee commuted a 95 year prison sentence for a known violent felon and a rapist.

Sadly, four innocent police officers PAID the ultimate price for this governor’s past ignorance and I DON’T want him for president.

Huckabee had granted 1,033 clemencies during 10 years in office, more than double the number granted by three governors during the previous 17 years. A ‘Political Case,’ during the presidential campaign, Huckabee denied pressuring a state parole board to release a convicted rapist who later raped again and committed murders.

This is the KIND of stuff liberal Democrat governors do, but not REAL conservative Republicans, as what Mike Huckabee pretends to be. "If I could have known nine years ago that this guy was capable of something of this magnitude, obviously I would have never granted a commutation. It's sickening," Huckabee said on Fox News' "O'Reilly Factor." Yeah, yeah, Huckster, go cry on someone else’s’ shoulders, someone who REALLY cares about YOU.

It didn't take long for the outrage - especially strong among his would-be base - to hit the Internet.

"The problem is that his judgment on that was flawed and Huckabee didn't take the counsel of wiser men on some of these cases," wrote conservative blogger Ed Morrissey of hotair.com. "That goes directly to executive judgment."

Wrote Dan Riehl on his blog, Riehl World View, of Huckabee's prospects in 2012 or 2016: "No Huckabee, you were the executive in charge, the lone elected decision-maker, as it were, when this man was put away and unable to gain release.

YOU made it possible, not the system, the state, or even two. Own it, you hypocrite. You said recently you weren't leaning toward running for office in 2012. It gives me great satisfaction to tell you, fahgit(forget) about it, Huck-abubba."

How’s Governor Jerry Brown doing? As we all expected, this loony tunes, and a ‘that’s all folks’ WB’s cartoon character Jerry Brown, made a slimy deal with some state employees unions.

While the state is facing $25 plus billion budget deficits, Brown caved in and sucked-up with state’s public employees unions. Instead of closing the state’s huge budget gap deficit, Brown thought he could get at least $308 million dollars in concessions from state unions, but instead, it ended being a measly $110 million cut into the deficit.

Not only that, here’s the real outrage folks about Jerry Brown. Governor Brown’s new contract with California’s Correctional Peace Officer’s Union, is as CORRUPT as they come. In the new contract, it eliminates their standard employee caps on saved vacations. In other words, those fat pigs, the prison guards, will be able to STEAL more unlimited numbers of vacation days, and get BIGGER cash handouts when they quit or retire.

The average GREEDY, unionized corrections worker racks up almost 19 weeks of leave for a grand total of $900 million, all which is being thrown away and wasted at California tax payers’ expenses. The union had asked for the cap removals and Brown and cronies told them it’s no big deal guys!

Some people are laughing and have some serious doubts about the prospects of a President Donald Trump.

OH! Hum? Let me remind you of this; it wasn’t too long ago, when in 2007 to be exact, we all laughed about the prospects of a Barack Hussein Obama, an African American with a Muslim sounding name as U.S. president, and now he and his CRONIES are laughing all the way to the bank.

Digg.com’s fate is nearing an end and GOOD riddance for that! Digg relevance as news aggregator is falling into the annals of Internet historical has-beens. I am not surprised about this, and they GOT their just desserts.

This seven year old San Francisco Company is struggling to retain its former news relevance. I haven’t been at Digg.com for over two years. The final straw that did it for me at Digg, were their biasness towards conservatives and their opinions.

This was a liberal dominated news aggregator service, only liberal news and opinions were getting thumbs up, while conservative articles, news and opinions, were getting thumbs down, and were dug deeply into their databases and never to resurface again on the Net.

I also noticed all liberal websites, from New York Times to the Huffington Post, and other liberal bloggers were all getting big the BIG thumbs up and support, while my opinions and other conservative points of views, never amounted to anything.

The demise at Digg was because they could never, nor wanted to control wayward liberal ‘trolls,’ that were infesting and manipulating what news contents would make it on the front pages of the website.

What’s going on within the Obama administration? Why did the U.S. Secret Service ask the San Francisco Chronicle for permission, to monitor phone and Web traffic to its headquarters? It looks like the Obama administration is coercing newspapers to suppress more ‘freedom of speech’ on Americans.

According to April 26th Chronicle, Homeland Security Chief Napolitano was asked by the Chronicle about it. The request was DENIED, by David Byers, the newspaper’s director of facilities and real estate.

“I don’t know the answer" says Napolitano.


And few days later the San Francisco Chronicle came out with this reply; “the article on her meeting Monday with the Chronicle editorial board noted that Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano was asked about the Secret Service's request to The Chronicle for permission to monitor phone traffic to the newspaper's headquarters, a request the newspaper declined. Napolitano said her office would look into the matter and get back to the paper.

The Secret Service released this statement Tuesday:

"A request for a caller ID device referred to as a 'phone trap' is standard operating procedure for sites visited by protection of the Secret Service in San Francisco in order to quickly identify phone numbers should they call in a bomb threat or other type of threat to a protected site. There is no monitoring of phone conversations nor are there any lists of phone numbers generated."

Yep! Likely answers all right, what a sorry bunch of scummy people we’ve GOT in government these days, folks.

Legacies of political lies and thieveries live on in San Francisco. I was at Munch Haven on Market Street, having breakfast with a buddy yesterday. I could hear a group of four seated at the back, talking loud and boastfully.

But guess who? It was former leftist and liberal San Francisco supervisor Chris Daly with his entourage. I spotted Chris Daly on the spot, with his infamous robber looking beard, talking San Francisco politics as usual.

What really confirmed it was Chris Daly; it was his Asian wife coming into the restaurant with their baby girl. We all know Chris married an Asian and had a baby daughter a few years back and the other, they were talking about city hall.

One guy in the group who was with Chris Daly, bragged on how he stole six-million dollars, and then shortly after, another one of his people from his group, came by around my end of my table looking for jam and jelly packets. I asked him, ‘hey! Isn’t that Chris Daly over there,’ he started laughing and replied, ‘no it isn’t.’ Then he went back to the table and they all had a big laugh at my expense of my asking about Chris Daly.

Not only the guy I asked was one BIG liar, unfortunately for all San Franciscans, this shows San Francisco is still VERY corrupt, they’ve got people who openly brag on how they stole money from the city, presumably through fraudulent independent city contracting jobs, and or most likely through thousands of unregulated non-profits.

It’s ironic though. I knew Chris Daly once, and I guess he didn’t recognize me after so many years. You see, Chris Daly and other progressives came about 2000, because of politically connected people under former Mayor Willie Lewis Brown were so corrupt, they were stealing the city blind and the people wanted change.

But obviously, Willie’s crowds were stopped from stealing any more money from city coffers, but apparently the progressives stole far more!

Duh! Do the math Ultra-MORON! Ultra-left-winger and progressive Supervisor John Avalos, wants to run for city mayor. Only self drug-induced, and acid-laced progressive cronies and their loony followers, like Gabriel Haaland, and other public employees and their unionized labor kooks, think John Avalos is a front runner right out the gate in this city.

The FACTS are; San Francisco progressives in general and historically have had tougher times winning citywide elections, rather than the much easier district elections. And then in the last election, progressives in all city districts were totally thrashed at the ballot booths. VOTERS got RID of the crazy, and Zany left, they went for more fiscally conservative moderates.

With left-wing dictators, such as Bolivia’s Evo Morales, Honduras’ Manuel Zelaya, Nicaragua’s Daniel Ortega, Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez and Ecuador’s Rafael Correa and nobody is seriously challenging them in their own countries. It’s pretty simple as to why. And there are numerous answers for this dilemma:

Only the wealthy can afford Wi-Fi. In short, this drives large percentages of their population right-out of the Internet and they have no affordable messaging systems to deliver news between each other.

Talk is no longer cheap in D.C. Having said all this about the Internet, Washington politicians are still oblivious to the power of the Internet. Whether by arrogance or ignorance, all LIES and phony proposals are caught and transmitted by millions of bloggers, commentators and so forth, on the Net.

USA Today’s Susan Page says, “With profusions of websites and bloggers, issues are RAISED, circulated and scrutinized with a velocity that’s unprecedented.” That is so TRUE folks, that’s why Washington is in TOTAL gridlock today!

Interesting foot notes, in future President Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election hopes. ‘We loved you!’ said one protestor, as opposed to what? ‘We love you?’ And that’s not great news for Obama’s re-election hopes.

It seems President Obama has lost chunks of his voting base in California. During his recent San Francisco fundraiser at the St. Regis Hotel, some of his former supporters were singing “we paid OUR dues, where’s OUR change?”

It may not matter much, because the fields of GOP/Republican presidential candidates are as lost as old Humphreys the wayward whale.

And another thing that’s killing American JOBS and the U.S. economy; “U.S. multinationals has found myriad ways to shift profits to foreign tax havens.

These companies do most of their business in the United States and other moderate-tax countries such as Germany, England and Spain.

But they often put their intellectual property - such as trademarks or patents - into subsidiaries in low-tax countries such as Switzerland, Ireland, Bermuda or the Cayman Islands.

When one of the company's subsidiaries in a higher-tax country sells a product, it pays a royalty to the subsidiary in the tax haven. That shifts profits to the low-tax country, while the subsidiary in the high-tax country gets a tax deduction for the royalty payment.

"The income is taxed at a lower rate, and the deductions are enjoyed at a higher rate," says Robert Willens, a Wall Street accounting expert.

U.S. companies generally pay no tax on their foreign profits until they repatriate them or bring them back home.

Rather than pay the tax, most U.S. multinationals let their overseas profits accumulate offshore until they can persuade Congress to give them a tax holiday on repatriated profits.”

According to OECD, the U.S. Jobless Rate is going to Linger at current levels, and even after the financial crisis is over. This is a serious concern for the U.S., says the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.

As OECD downgrades US growth forecasts, the US economy will grow at slower than expected rate of 1.5 percent this year. The U.S. unemployment rate is unlikely to return to normal levels, for at least three years down the line the OECD said.

The Paris-based OECD said US growth would be far less than the 3.2 percent predicted in May, and would increase to only 2.3 percent next year.

The United States is slowly recovering from a severe recession and, with economic growth projected to remain low for quite some time." The body also added that "U.S. unemployment is likely to stay elevated for a relatively long period."

Proof is in the pudding; but now there is more proof of what is ailing this nation’s job opportunities, and this is what I’ve been saying all along for years in my blogs.

New data from the U.S. Commerce Department, show companies have cut their work forces in the U.S. by 2.9 million during the 2000s while increasing employment overseas by 2.4 million and that's a big switch from the 1990s, when they added jobs everywhere, see [graph]

The data underscore the vulnerability of the U.S. economy, particularly at a time when unemployment is high and wages aren't rising. Jobs at multinationals tended to pay above-average wages, and for decades, sustained the American middle class.

While smaller and younger companies are vital to U.S. economic growth; big multinationals remain a major force in employment for most Americans. A report by McKinsey Global Institute estimates that multinationals account for 23% of the nation's private-sector output and 48% of its exports of goods.

These companies are more exposed to global competition than smaller ones, but also are more capable of taking advantage of globalization by shifting production abroad and taking advantage of cheap import duties, where they can flood our markets with cheaper produced foreign goods. And that’s what is KILLING us economically in jobs.  

But finally, we have a “potential” presidential candidate, in billionaire Donald Trump, who is telling the truths, about what MOST Americans already knew about what’s going on in this country. But politicians from BOTH parties, Democrats and Republicans have been ignoring, the plight of the unemployed American workers, because of foreign interests, mainly coming from China. And now, we may have someone that has got our ears.

Donald Trump lashed out at China: “If I run and if I win, this country will be respected again.” He goes on to say; “If you look at what China is doing, they're making all of our products, they're stealing our jobs, and they’re taking our money. They're then loaning our money back and they are manipulating the currency, and it almost makes it impossible for our companies to compete with China. It’s amazing!”

“China is taking our jobs and we have to do something about it — and we have to do something about it quickly,” Trump said, in part two of an interview with Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly, which aired Thursday night. “They are decimating our country just as OPEC is decimating our country with their oil prices.”

It’s all TRUE. In Billionaire mogul Donald Trump warns China and OPEC are “decimating” the U.S. economy — Donald Trump:“foreign countries are respectively taking the nation’s jobs and holding oil prices hostage, and America needs to quickly counter the trends, before the United States becomes totally beholden to hostile foreign interests and the U.S. tax code must be reformed, so jobs can return to America.” A Big Amen to that brother!

Trump said the United States needs to threaten to impose heavy duties on Chinese products, to force the communist giant to stop manipulating its currency.

“It’s very tough for our companies to compete with Chinese companies because very simply they manipulate their currency, they’re professionals at it,” he said, adding the solution is a 25 percent levy on their goods, they are threatening us.

They are going to make a $300 billion — let's call it profit — this year on the United States, $300 billion,” he continued. “And more importantly, not only $300 billion — they are taking our jobs. We have to do something about China.”

Donald trump is the first possible, presidential candidate in recent memory that has spoken the truths about what’s really killing the United States’ economy and jobs. It’s almost kind of like, presidential candidate Obama’s Hope and Change revisited, that propelled him into the 2008 presidency.

Obama won the presidency over John McCain with populist messages that attracted millions of “white” blue collar displaced workers, when he promised to get tougher on all unfair trade practices like NAFTA, free trades, and China.

Obama also promised that he was going to make trade deals that were fairer for American WORKERS, rather than those benefitting foreign interests. But sadly, this campaign promise was a BIG LIE. Obama NEVER accomplished on those campaign promises to benefit most of the millions unemployed.

We’ve had a dream with the 2008 Obama and Democrats, when they were in power, but somehow, it all vanished in thin air. When Democrats were in control, they wasted two “freaking” years, by doing nothing about China and out of control cheap imports into the United States, and it bit them hard, when they got trounced during the Midterms.

I’m not surprised Donald Trump is skyrocketing in GOP/Republican polls. It shows that GOP isn’t getting the VOTERS message! The rest of GOP/Republicans are still running on that same old, tried, and worn out message that Americans are sick and tired of listening to.

There are big identity problems for most GOP presidential candidates; they are too much into importing cheap foreign made products, outsourcing JOBS, and unbalanced trades with the United States, so their Wall Street buddies can make BIG profit and donate into their campaign coffers.

I’m sure Democratic voters are taking a long hard look at Trump too. He’s definitely got the POPULIST message, most Americans want to hear coming from politicians these days.

The people and most American voters know that most GOP/Republicans have no solutions for job creations for this country, and neither do President Obama with his hordes of hapless Washington Democrats.

Now, under Obama we still have an estimated 13.5 million of people still out of work. Most are formerly “white” Democratic blue collar workers who lost their factory jobs up North. And they are the ones who voted for Obama 2008.

Polls are showing that most Americans want this country to get tougher with China, and Donald Trump is resonating well with voters from across all aisles, including independents.

Folks, you do the math; Barack Obama won by 8.5 million votes in 2008, over an unpopular GOP president and Party’s presidential candidate John McCain. McCain had no vision for the future of America, and in solving our ever growing jobs problems, other than pressing for more of the right-wing GOP agendas, such as “free trades” and “pro-globalization,” something that hasn’t been working for most Americans in years.

Like Donald Trump says; it takes taking on China and OPEC, it also takes an American president with lots of guts to make changes that will benefit all Americans.

There’s no question that Donald Trump will attract millions of angry GOP/Republican voters. Trump will also attract millions of disenfranchised Democrats, centrists, and independents, especially the millions of “white” unemployed workers who voted for Obama.

According to conservative Noemie Emery’s Examiner opinion piece; President Obama’s 2012 reelection ‘hopes and change’ mantras of 2008 is unlikely to be repeated again. For president’s reelection hopes, Obama must contend with throngs of disappointed and angry voters, coming from the left, right and center.

After national fever pitches of awe, with hot flames of support that help propel President Obama’s presidency in 2008, it’s now pretty much over and burned out. Noemie Emery goes on to say, ‘attempts to strike sparks, or to revive his base, have been unavailing. The passion is over and the fire is out.’

Obama’s support with the young has slipped 20 points, along with similar drops among independents and Latino/Hispanic voters. This is too bad, as hope and change theme has also expired.

There has been a whole lot of change in all the wrong ways for a whole lot of people, or not enough. The U.S. deficit has tripled, and government has expanded by adding, tens of thousands of new federal workers in government payroll. Let’s not forget the Obamacare, a healthcare financial debacle, disaster for the nation taxpayers and states.

President Obama went on to support the unpopular Bush tax cuts for the America’s richest and so forth, and Obama started the nation’s third war among his numerous failures.

But there is a San Francisco clown, by the name of Willie Lewis Brown, formerly San Francisco’s most corrupt mayor and current Op-Ed piece writer for the San Francisco Chronicle. A very politically connected Willie Brown, in his Op-Ed piece last Sunday made a presidential prediction.

Willie Brown has made pretty savvy political predictions before in his columns, but this one eats the icing of the cake. “Speaking of presidential politics, here’s a prediction: Vice president Joe Biden moves over to Secretary of State, supposedly, after Hillary R. Clinton retires, with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo stepping in to bring new blood to the Obama reelection campaign,” to kick start his dying presidential 2012 aspirations.

And according to Willie Brown, Andrew Cuomo is a big name in a big state, a Democrat who has taken on issues of public employees, salaries and pensions, he looks good!

Now, Willie L. brown doesn’t usually shoot off the hip without knowing about what’s going on in politics, he knows something is going on, and I’m positive he’s got President Obama’s ears. Under the circumstances, I’m sure Willie is pushing for the idea and Obama is listening.

But okay folks, what’s my opinion about this? I don’t think Andrew Cuomo will bite on Obama’s offer to be Vice President and I will tell you why. Sure, it could be a coup, and it could attract lost independents for Obama, especially fiscal conservatives, Obama will benefit, but not Andrew Cuomo.

First of all, Joe Biden will be considered as the nation’s WORST, most ineffective, and useless vice president in American history, and which this country has ever had. Secondly, Obama has never trusted, or delegated a whole lot of authorities, and decision makings to his VP and neither to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

There would be huge political risks for Andrew Cuomo if he takes this post, especially if he has any presidential aspirations in the near future. Andrew Cuomo is virtually unknown nationally, as the way things are, he would help Obama some, but the risks of losing isn’t worth for Cuomo if Obama-Cuomo 2012 loses. 

This would be political suicide and negative stenches, towards Andrew Cuomo for future presidential aspirations. I’m positive Andrew Cuomo isn’t going to do it, but unless he gets dual roles of authority with this current president, and knowing full well about this ‘ micromanages American president, it will never happen, not even for Andrew Cuomo. 

San Francisco politicians and its ultra-loony leftwing Sheriff Michael Hennessey, are ready to tell the Feds, screw with your Secures Communities Policies on illegal immigrants, we’re NOT enforcing it. According to sfpublicpress.org; “San Francisco is set to revive a portion of its long-standing “sanctuary city” policy, which until last June protected undocumented immigrants arrested on minor criminal charges from the scrutiny of federal officials.

The 1989 policy shielded people arrested on non-felony charges without felony histories from being reported, and then turned over to, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Nine months after the federal data-sharing system synched up FBI and Homeland Security records, federal authorities have deported more than 100 people from the San Francisco city jail that had no criminal record. Now many of those deportations could come to an end.

City set own rules

The sanctuary city ordinance was designed to protect the rights of immigrants who might turn out to have been innocent of the crimes for which they were arrested but who were suspected of violating immigration law. Police reported only those people to immigration who were booked on felony charges or had felony histories, had identified themselves as foreign-born, or who had been determined to be foreign-born.”

San Francisco poised to revive ‘sanctuary city’ after feds deport more than 100 non-criminals

 “But last June, a controversial program called Secure Communities rolled out in San Francisco, automatically sending identification and fingerprints to a database that allowed officials to flag suspected violators of immigration law. Authorities could then use that knowledge to request law enforcement agencies to hold suspects for detention and possible deportation.

San Francisco Sheriff Michael Hennessey now believes, based on private statements from federal officials, that he is not legally required to honor the so-called “immigration detainers,” said the sheriff’s spokeswoman Eileen Hirst. She said the department is now reviewing its options, and seeking “guidance” from the Sanctuary Ordinance.”

If San Francisco can, then in that case, I think Arizona should tell the Feds screw you over your Illegal immigration policies and lawsuits, we’ll enforce SB1070 the illegal immigrations initiative, whether you like it or NOT.

And I think states should also tell President Obama to stick his Obamacare healthcares and stick it where the suns don’t shine too.  And Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker should also tell the county judge, who’s blocking his government employees reforms, to stick it deep too. So there it is.

The usual antigun hypocrisies still coming from California Democrats and there are lots of brouhaha going on in Sacramento about gun ownerships.

Believe it or not, California Democrats are as pro-gun as Republicans. Some Democrat assembly members are bragging about their gun ownerships, beginning with Governor Jerry Brown, who openly admitted he owned three firearms.

Numerous assembly Democrat members have also applied for carry concealed weapons. And most liberal Assembly Speaker John Perez, who’s very antigun, has openly admitted he’s a gun owner too.

Everyone assumed it was Republicans asking to tote their weapons – “and it was, mostly. But in addition to Assembly members Shannon Grove, R-Bakersfield; Allan Mansoor, R-Costa Mesa (Orange County); David Valadao, R-Hanford (Kings County), at least one Democrat, Assemblyman Tony Mendoza of Artesia (Los Angeles County), asked for permission.

Mendoza said Friday that he actually didn't want to bring his weapon into the Capitol, but to his district office in Norwalk. He already has a concealed weapons permit, which he said he received three years ago.”

But as always with liberal nut-jobs in this country, they want to be the ones who OWN guns, but the rest of us folks, can’t have one. What makes them far superior than us? We’re the ones who pay their freaking paychecks for Pete’s sakes!

To tell you the truths; after recent arming of state capitol police sergeants with side arms out of FEAR from angry electorates, these ‘cowards’ in Sacramento are running scared, they want to carry GUNS too, but they want to restrict our gun ownerships.

And Democratic politicians across this land are all wondering why they are collapsing in front of the voter’s eyes? It’s all because of their ‘futile ignorance’s’ on issues that interest the majority of folks. And most people can’t STAND hypocrites! The U.S. constitution did not grant the rights to bear arms solely to American politicians; it also granted it to all its citizens equally.

Contrary to all the ‘LIES’ you’ve heard, Americans are still losing their jobs in large numbers. Applications for unemployment benefits rose to 412,000 last week, while 375,000 jobs were gained, leaving us with more negative jobs losses to contend with. All the good paying jobs are leaving, while most are stuck with menial, minimum and lower paying jobs, which most people can’t even afford to support a family with.

Awesome news for bloggers, blogger is suing AOL-Huffington Post’s Arianna Huffington and Kenneth Lerer for ripping-off their freelance bloggers. Huffington Post benefitted financially to the tunes of $315 million, after the sale of that website to AOL, mostly created on the backs of thousands of ‘freelance bloggers.’  

Jonathan Tasini’s lawsuit was filed Tuesday, and he’s seeking class action status on behalf of more than 9,000 writers and other content providers. Tasini is asking for $105 million in damages plus punitives. The lawsuit claims that Huffington Post has been ‘unjustly enriched,’ by luring contributors with prospects of exposure and keeping financial gains from all of their articles.

I support Jonathan Tasini’s worthwhile cause, and I hope he succeeds. I think YOU should too, if you’re a blogger. It’s time values of bloggers are being recognized on the Internet world of journalism. Bloggers are seen as ‘parasites’ to most news print and website organizations.

IF Jonathan Tasini succeeds with his lawsuit, it will revolutionize how website companies treat blogger materials in the future. Fortunately for me, two of my syndications do pay me for the work I do. I can’t complain.

They’d better wake up in congress soon, because we’re going to ‘rattle’ and shake the halls of congress, from wall to wall, top and down, until all the RATS and cockroaches, are all thrown-out on their butts from the halls of inept U.S. congress.

You all have heard about this political theory, where Latinos and other Immigrants are becoming viable voting bloc in America for politicians, where politicians trip over themselves to pander for votes? But they are totally WRONG about this. 

The bottom line, making war with people, who are 44 to 55 years old, would be U.S. congress’ fatal political mistake. If you think I’m lying, read this dozy:

U.S. congress is toying with the idea of extending retirement ages for all Social Security recipients, 55 and under to 72 and as of now, the threshold for retirement age to qualify Social Security for most retired Americans is 62.

The threshold age for Social Security retirement changes to 72, should be those under 43 years, who still have decades left to get their retirements in order.  Those who are under fifty-five don’t have much time and hope to get it done in time.

But there are BIG problems with congress’ ‘screwy’ and loony plan. Screwing folks who are under fifty, mainly those who are between the ages of 44 to 55 are being screwed OUT of their retirements earlier, and especially when most folks in this age group are statistically the most unemployed.

Most employers discriminate towards people who are over fifty, and that’s the sad FACTS of life here in the grand old U.S. of A. But read my lips, in other words what I am saying here, we will not stand for this plan at all.

If you think America is self destructing now, wait till U.S. congress ‘tries’ to screw us out of our supposed fictitious “golden years,” and whatever we’ve got left of it.

There are no more golden years left for most American retirees anymore. It’s like the American dream, mainly because everything went to China and Mexico, along with our factory and industrial JOBS, has left many of us pretty much destitute.

You see, us baby boomers are going to be or maybe is the largest VOTING bloc in the United States. We make up 78 million of the U.S. population, and possibly we are the ones that GOT Fed up, with President Obama and Democrats’ ‘failed’ policies, and brought about RED waves of Republicans in U.S. congress during the 2010 Midterms.

According to recent statistics, folks over 45 years old, who are looking for work is exploding. Over 433,000 seniors older than 65 are looking for work. This is the highest level since 1948, when the Feds began keeping unemployment statistics.

And according to AARP executive Deborah Russell, folks don’t have money to RETIRE anymore. A most recent AARP survey revealed, that 1 in 4 respondents who were 45 and older, are planning to keep work much longer than ever before.

One third of respondents said, falling home prices and shrinking investments are hurting their bottom lines towards descent retirements. With catastrophic 15% decline in home prices, the worst drop ever cited.

But today, there is no generation other than ‘baby boomers,’ who poses far greater threats to the economy than millions of men and women, who can no longer afford the American dream of retirements.

Most of these American retirees are victims of broken pensions, endangered Social Security and Medicare benefits, with declining real estate values, and along with worthless and volatile stock markets in an ineffective economy.

While government is doing all this to potential retirees and retirees, and while Federal, state and local unionized government employees, who can retire after 10 years of service on the SPOT, and who MOST are living “high off the hog” on the ‘backs’ of OUR hard earned tax moneys, is beyond comprehension; this lunacy and idiocies will change and it's coming sooner than later.

Everywhere in America, ‘nest eggs’ are now half the size they need to survive and those safe-havens for 45 and older no longer exist. Thanks to our failed Washington governments’ ‘globalizations,’ and ‘free trades’ policies that has slowly destroyed this nation from what it was once.

Fidelity Investments says that retirees have lost one fourth of their retirement savings, because of this economical disaster. And Wells Fargo’s shocking report that came out towards the end of last year, said the average retirement savings for Americans, from 50 to 59 is paltry $29,000 and that’s all! These poor folks have an average of $190.00 a month to add on to their Social Security incomes!

3 out of 4 Americans are now claiming early benefits, because they cannot make ends meet, or they fear Social Security will go totally bankrupt!

But the war has only just begun. According to Tuesday’s USA Today, ticked off voters are going VIRAL and taking their anger directly on the Net, anti-government sentiments is growing fast, angry and disgruntled voters all over the states are beginning with historic recall drives to replace their local and state elected officials.

There’s a WHOLE lot of pressure for politicians to listen to the anti-tax and the anti-spenders. We’re so LIVID about the state of OUR economy that we’re into, “we’ll kick you OUT of office, because we won’t WAIT anymore.”

Here’s the USA Today story; Mayoral recall drives go viral “Buoyed by the viral power of the Internet and rising anti-government sentiment, disgruntled voters have set off a rash of recall drives against mayors in cities across the USA.

The urge to oust city leaders has intensified in the struggling economy as more mayors raise taxes and cut services to close budget shortfalls.

Fifty-seven mayors faced recall attempts last year, up from 23 in 2009, according to Ballotpedia, a non-profit that tracks recall elections. So far this year: 15. Almost all have failed.

Recalls are so frequent that the U.S. Conference of Mayors today launches a campaign warning mayors to brace for recalls. The effort includes a documentary-style film, Recall Fever: Stop the Madness. The film recounts recent recall efforts in Omaha; Miami; Akron, Ohio; and Chattanooga, Tenn.

Unhappy voters no longer wait until the next election to boot someone out of office, he says, because the Internet and other technology allow them to spread the word and gather signatures for recall petitions fast.

"There is inside this country right now an anti-tax, anti-spending mood," Cochran says. "It's a new thing in America: We're going to kick you out of office. They don't have to wait anymore."
