There’s very bad news for pro-illegal immigration and open-borders groups, and awesome news for American citizens, for most who are getting FED-up with rampant and out of control illegal immigrations in this country.

The majority justices also upheld Arizona’s requirement that employers use the federal E-Verify system to ensure all employees are legally authorized to work. The Supreme Court with a 5 to 3 majority has upheld Arizona’s tough 2007 law that will deny businesses licenses, if they are caught for the second time hiring illegal immigrants.

On this ruling, the Supreme Court has also paved the way for states to begin implementing the FEDS’ approved, E-verify systems for all hiring purposes, it was set-up to help weed out the nation’s illegal immigrants, mainly for those who are using phony Social Security numbers, fake ID’s and stolen identification cards to get JOBS.

In their opinion piece, Chief Justice Roberts wrote; “We hold that Arizona’s licensing law falls well within the confines of the authority Congress chose to leave to the states and therefore is not expressly preempted.”

Since U.S. Congress had implemented E-Verify, numerous states have been VERY slow and reluctant to implement congress’ approved E-Verify policies, due of immense influences from business groups, like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, ACLU and other pro-illegal immigration movements.

The E-Verify requirement “is entirely consistent with the federal law,” Roberts said. The consequences of not using E-Verify, he added, were the same under both the voluntary federal system and the mandatory Arizona one: Employers forfeit the legal presumption that they fully complied with the law.

This means; that when the Feds create immigration laws, states have the right to partner with the Feds and enforce those immigration laws that are on the BOOKS. Basically, the Supreme Court is saying; “Arizona did NOT create their OWN sets of immigration laws; they are JUST enforcing Federal laws on the books.”  

“With its decision on the hiring law that Arizona passed in 2007, the Supreme Court indicated that it would not flat out disallow any action by states on immigration enforcement, even though federal law generally pre-empts state measures in that area.

State lawmakers now know for certain that there is some firm legal ground for the recent round of bills that seek to drive illegal immigrants out of the country by preventing them from taking jobs and even living here.

Source; Arizona’s statute includes the most severe penalties of any state hiring law, imposing what employers call a “business death penalty”: on the second offense of knowingly hiring an illegal immigrant, the business loses its license permanently. Arizona also mandated the use by all employers of a federal electronic program for verifying the work authorization of new hires, known as E-Verify.

According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, state lawmakers set a new record in the first three months of the year, proposing 1,538 bills related to immigration, with 141 measures in 26 states passed into law. While some of those laws extended new opportunities to illegal immigrants, like permitting them to pay lower in-state tuition rates at public colleges, most of the laws imposed restrictions on them.

Source; The law, known locally as SB1070 or Senate Bill 1070, was aimed at discouraging illegal immigrants from entering or remaining in the state. It coincided with economic anxiety and followed a number of high-profile crimes attributed to illegal immigrants and smuggling, though federal data suggest that crime is falling in Arizona, as it is nationally, despite a surge of immigration. The law's supporters said it reflected frustration over inaction by the federal government, while critics said it would lead to harassment of Hispanics and turn the presumption of innocence upside down.

The legislated requires police officers, "when practicable," to detain people they reasonably suspect are in the country without authorization and to verify their status with federal officials, unless doing so would hinder an investigation or emergency medical treatment. The law also makes it a state crime — a misdemeanor — to not carry immigration papers. In addition, it allows people to sue local government or agencies if they believe federal or state immigration law is not being enforced.”

What does this all mean for the future on illegal immigration and Arizona’s SB1070? It means Americans, and especially those who are unemployed and very angry with rampant illegal immigration can FIGHT back. 

Americans will become more aggressive and relentless towards illegal immigrations in their states. Which means, American citizens all over, can now exert a whole LOT of pressures, in their state’s legislature and governors to begin enforcing Federal laws on hiring illegal immigrants.

It will also mean the life and death for political candidates, beginning in 2012. It will become the political issue towards getting elected or getting re-elected around this country. After this big Supreme Court decision, there’s also a greater chance Arizona’s SB1070 may pass the Supreme Court’s muster, because their law is also designed behind Federal laws that are on the books and practically NEVER enforced by the FED’s DOJ.

Another BIG sign that Arizona’s SB1070 will pass muster in the Supreme Court, it’s because of President Obama’s failure to control rampant and run-away sanctuary city and state policies, like California and San Francisco’s. They are running their OWN illegal immigration policies that are in direct VIOLATIONS of Fed policies, which Obama’s DOJ is flatly ignoring to crack down on.

Illegal immigration ‘Double Standards” will be exploited by the U.S. Supreme Court, the most important tell all, and KEY words I noticed coming from Chief Justice Roberts was; “eight other states have passed laws similar to Arizona’s that punish employers for hiring illegal workers, Colorado, Mississippi, Missouri, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia,” but Obama FEDS’s DOJ didn’t come knocking their doors down, they only picked on Arizona.

Unless President Obama’s DOJ acts towards rampant and out of control, pro-illegal aliens sanctuary policies, Chief Justice Roberts will come back and ask Obama’s DOJ again; “why are you PREVENTING Arizona from enforcing immigration laws that are on the Federal books, BUT you don’t go after sanctuary cities and states, who are VIOLATING Federal immigration laws, isn’t it a DOUBLE standard?”

First of; we’ve always got some liberal moron and loony bin, who wants to change the make-up or take away the will of the voters. We’ve got activist judges, who legislate from the bench and who like to change voter’s wills on initiatives they don’t like, and now we’ve got politicians who want to do it too.

Leave it to San Francisco Supervisor, Scott Wiener; he thinks that voters are dumb as rock that they would vote for his new law proposal, letting the board tweak or change voters’ initiatives.

Scott Wiener’s putting this city charter amendment on the city’s November ballot. It basically gives the board of supervisors’ unconstitutional power grab, to alter or repeal certain voter approved ballot measures of the past and in the coming future.

This is typical arrogances coming from progressive liberal politicians and from right leaning politicians too. They think they know far better than the voters, but in reality, they don’t know their IOTAS from a hole in the ground.

This new measure, would attempt to do away with San Francisco law, which bars the board and mayor from rescinding or modifying any voter approved measures, unless the measure grants that authority.

However, this law would be effective for any voter approved initiatives after three years. Good luck with that ‘Winnie.’

Where are the JOBS? A news story that got dug into the back section of most newspapers, a recent report of jobless filings has risen across the country again. In contrary to what we’re hearing from inept congress and American president, people are still losing their JOBS at a higher rate!

More people applied for benefits last week, evidence that the job market is still in disarray. Unemployed people rose by 10,000 last week, so far this year, 424,000 Americans have lost their jobs. Tornados and floods are being blamed for the higher increase. Unfortunately, we haven’t had tornadoes and floods since the beginning of the year, and unemployment rose.

If we wanted to know why America is going down the 'gutters,' and if we truly wanted to find out the real reasons, as to why we’re having big JOBS problems in the U.S., we don’t need to go too far to figure it out.

Seven publicly traded U.S. corporations are in President Obama’s ‘Economic Advisers’ on Jobs,’ within the Administration’s, Advisory Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, are corporations that include Intel Corp. and General Electric Corp., who have actively outsourced jobs abroad, and have invested billions of dollars in foreign countries, instead of putting money back into the U.S. economy to help create more job opportunities for unemployed Americans.

Since those CEO’s who are actively participating in Obama’s jobs council, over the past four years, their investments overseas have practically doubled, while U.S. investments have declined, according to new data compiled by Bloomberg.

“By doing so, companies may be able to take advantage of faster-growing markets or lower production costs, and they can defer U.S. income taxes on profits from overseas sales. Underscoring the difference between corporate interests and the national interest, they're investing money elsewhere that could be helping the U.S. economy, said former Labor Secretary Robert Reich.

"That's a signal that they are betting less on America," Reich said. "We've got to understand there's a fundamental difference between the competitiveness of these companies and the competitiveness of America and American workers."

General Electric Co. Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Immelt is chairman of the 26-member President's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. Members from U.S. multinational corporations include Intel CEO and President Paul Otellini, Citigroup Inc. Chairman Richard Parsons, American Express Co. Chairman and CEO Kenneth Chenault, DuPont Co. If this poll holds true, it’s very bad news for GOP/Republicans in 2012. If GOP/Republicans lose the Independent VOTERS, it’s all over but the crime for 2012 election hopes.

Democrats last year didn’t believe the polls, they ignored the polls up until the Midterm elections and they got trounced into oblivion. And now, its GOP/Republican’s turn to feel the pressure of angry voters and they’re falling into the same trap of ignorance.

According to Susan Page, of USA Today; new polls are showing that 2010 Midterm party changes did not appease American voters. In USA Today/Gallup polls; voters are unhappiest they’ve ever been with congress, and even with GOP/Republicans, including those that took control of the U.S. House of Representatives last November.

In a ratio of 2 to 1, voters are saying congress doesn’t deserve re-elections. This is matching other historic lows from last year, and only 28% of voters are saying, congressional members deserve to be re-elected for another term. In essence, 63% of American voters want entire U.S. congress replaced.

Anger towards U.S. congress’s ineptness’s, fueled the conservative Tea Party movement, and cost Democrats major seats in the House last November. People believed that GOP/Republicans learned their lessons from their past failures, but apparently they haven’t and neither have Democrats.

The current levels of public discontents and discords towards U.S. congress are higher, than they were before the 2006, 2008 and 2010 Midterms.

The ‘failures’ for GOP/Republicans to turn attitudes around, isn’t too surprising for most political pundits and insiders. Donald Trump briefly sparked that inner fire of populism among Independents, but unfortunately, he was just ‘a flash in the pan.’

The economy is still in deep trouble, masses of people have lost their homes, home values, and wages have dropped to pre-1995 levels, and jobs are still unavailable for most of the nation’s unemployed. It’s definitely a very unhappy and desperate electorate out there and GOP isn’t doing anything about it.

The problem with GOP/Republicans, they are into gridlock; it’s all about deficit reductions and tax-breaks for the wealthy, but there’s NEVER any talk about saving people’s homes from foreclosures, wage increases and job creations to make this economy move.

Republicans in U.S. HOUSE are still refusing to take populists views on domestic economic and other jobs related issues that are ailing the United States, something which attracts Independents to vote for their party.

Outsourcing of ‘factory/industry’ JOBS abroad and China’s growing economic super-powers is a huge problem for majority of Americans, but GOP and Democrats are still ignoring those key issues, which are most important to majority of Independents.

They’ve destroyed the American Middleclass, when they went after our private sectors’ blue collar jobs, by creating globalist free market ideals, and by exporting American factories and industry JOBS abroad for cheaper labor in jobs killing NAFTA’s and WTO’s.

The American Middleclass was once the thriving consumer spending force in America, and now that U.S. politicians have practically destroyed America’s Middleclass through ill advised policies, big business is complaining that they have no more markets here, because no one is buying their ‘high priced items,’ so they have to venture out to China and Brazil to make their money, all the while letting the U.S. sink into the pits of oblivion.

We have also got illegal aliens in California, who have depressed wages, and have stolen most traditional private sectors, U.S. citizens’ union jobs in the state.

GOP/Republicans are in BIGGER trouble, they have no established and credible presidential candidate to run against Obama, they are losing Independent voters, and not only sucking up to their base, they’ll need Independents to do it for them, and they’ll have to defend some major acquisitions of seats, they took from Democrats last year.

Historically, electorate unhappiness is taken out on the party in power, and Independents are the driving voters for change and obviously GOP in power in the U.S. House, is going to feel the public heat and angry backlashes.

It’s basically like this; Republicans were given a shot to prove what they could do in the House, to help reverse the economic catastrophes’, but failed miserably at it. I warned of this, I had warned of this in the past, if GOP/Republicans don’t get the VOTER’s message that got them into office, they’ll be thrown OUT!

Independent voters are most dissatisfied, with 69% saying congress does not deserves another chance, even Republicans and 36 percent of Democrats are saying members should be re-elected, compared to Republicans 26%.

The American economy is home to 139 of the world's 500 largest multinational firms, nearly twice the number of runner-up Japan. The big American multinational firms employ about 22 million of the nearly 153 million people in the U.S. workforce; that is one out every seven workers in the U.S. 

A 2009 study by economist Matthew Slaughter showed that the average yearly salary for employees at multinationals was $62,784 in 2006, more than $12,000 above the average wage in the private sector overall. The higher pay, Slaughter reasons, results from the better job big multinationals do at making their employees contribute more to the bottom line.

Some sobering news about the role of multinationals emerged last month. The Commerce Department reports that since 2000, U.S. multinationals have shed 2.9 million workers at home but picked up 2.4 million workers overseas. And that is to say nothing of the millions more who work for the foreign companies that now make many of the products and components sold by multinationals.

Executives quoted about the trend are quick to say that the movement of jobs is not about undercutting U.S. wages. Jeffrey Immelt, CEO of GE and head of the White House Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, said that "the era of globalization around cheap labor is over. … 

Today we go to Brazil, we go to China, … India, because that's where the customers are." Of course, many of those customers Immelt refers to are multinationals that did move factories abroad for cheap labor and which need GE there to supply them.

The era of globalization around cheap labor is still upon us. That is why we could see the trade deficit with China near $300 billion this year. Cheap labor and the gutting of American jobs are inseparable from the economic miracles multinationals now chase. It's tempting to lay blame on the companies, but the dynamic is too large for that. Even workers in America have a version of this game. 

Last year, pension plans, retirement accounts and personal savings helped pour $908 billion into the emerging markets recreating the formerly American jobs. Investors without an emerging market strategy rightly fear they will fall behind in the long run.

One of the big reason American jobs is down and foreign hiring is up is that the U.S. workforce is older than the workforce available abroad. And older workers, those who carry lifetime of raises and benefits hikes, are most expensive to keep.

At multinationals where wages and benefits tend to be richer, older workers can look especially expensive. As a result, they are especially vulnerable. Advanced countries with aging workforces have huge social costs that demand higher taxes and higher public debt, which multinationals get jumpy about.

According to Idiotic CNN’s Donna Brazile, she and some Democrats are making big noise about Republican governors requiring mandatory ID checks for voting.

She’s accusing Republicans for GOP 2012 Game Plans, and she thinks that Republicans are cutting into voting rights of people with their voting ID policies. She and other Democrats are actually saying Republicans are actively blocking voters from voting booths.

And according to their statistics, 11% of Americans, 21 million Americans of VOTING age don’t have any forms of identifications. Most lacking ID’s, are people of color, most likely, African Americans, Latinos (Illegal Aliens?), and the young and old.

“Yet another hurdle: Voters who had moved to another county (potentially millions of people) would not be able to update their addresses at the polls on Election Day. Under the proposed law, these voters would have to cast a provisional ballot, which used to be cast when a voter's eligibility was questioned. Such ballots sometimes are not counted. Do we really want to see Florida's 2000 election controversy replayed?” Regardless of this incoherent argument; it doesn't make any sense; it's the law anywhere, when you MOVE you must re-register with the new address weeks before elections.

I will say to loony her and her Democratic clannish morons, Bull… it’s Hogwash! She must be talking about people who are living in a CAVE, those who don’t have ID’s. How on earth has anyone been able to function this long without ID’s in this country? It’s virtually impossible. If you don’t have any ID, you MUST be too ignorant to vote anyway. They aren’t expensive at all, what around $15.00 for four years? If they forgo crack and alcohol for a day, maybe they’ll have the fifteen bucks for an ID that lasts for four years or more, eh?

It’s virtually impossible to do anything without some kind of ID in this country anymore, and even the POOR that Donna Braziles’ talking about, without ID’s, no one can apply, or maintain and collect food stamps, welfare checks, and Social Security, and receive other safety nets benefits, such as charities and so forth, and they cannot cash any types of checks anywhere, so what they’ve been living on all this time, thefts?  

There’s no excuse for not having any ID’s in the U.S. in this time and age, well, unless you’re, well you know what, an illegal alien? These laws are supposed to keep voter frauds to a BARE minimum. It’s well known that in California, and other states, there are higher percentages of illegal aliens who do vote in every election and nothing’s being done about it.

So please tell me again, Donna Brazile my dear, how are these so called POOR voters been surviving without any of those safety-nets that require ID’s for this long? A NUKE just went off in Los Angeles, one that reverberated across California and across the United States. 


The allegations that former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, had an illegitimate child over thirteen years ago, with his now retired house keeper of twenty-years, Mildred Patricia Baena.

Once known as the Terminator, and Governator, is now known as the Californicator. 

One thing is for sure, the former governor must have spent hundreds of thousands, to a couple million dollars to keep this political career ending SECRET from becoming public.  And there’s NO question about it, a whole lot of money traded hands to keep people from talking.

What’s even worse, Medias have been desperately looking into immigration’s background of Mildred Patricia Baena. But nothing is sticking; some suspect that Mildred Baena, a Guatemalan, got her immigration papers through the Reagan 1986 amnesties.

What’s even more sinister in all this; if you take a closer look at her photos, Baena is NOT your stereotypical Latina house maid at all.  She doesn’t even look like the typical Latina-type, anyone who would do a whole lot of cooking and house cleaning in a multi-million dollar home for someone.

"Don’t let current looks deceive you, she may look old and ragged now, you’ve GOT to go back fourteen to fifteen years back, Mildred Baena most likely was a HOTIE then, and EVEN I look old and ragged, from what I looked like ten-years ago!"

If you take a closer look at her photo, her breasts look too abnormal for her physical frame, and it looks as if she got some kind of breast enlargements of some sorts, and that costs a lot of money! Since so much money was being traded around to keep this matter shut, it wouldn’t surprise me if Schwarzenegger paid for those breast enlargements for his 20 year career-house SEX-TOY.  

Now with the illegitimate child, when it came to California illegal immigration issues, was Arnold Schwarzenegger being blackmailed by Mildred Baena? Did Mildred Baena EVER threaten Schwarzenegger to expose their affair and child, if he pursued tough immigration reforms in California? This is the million dollar question that needs to be answered!

After having said this; the question that needs to be asked again; was California immigration policies under Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger compromised in some way? Since the Schwarzenegger-Baena affair was a kept secret, did Mildred Baena blackmail or EXTORDED the former governor to fight for lax policies on illegal immigrations in the state?

There are some controversial actions from the former governor that would point this way.

When Schwarzenegger came blasting against Arizona for their SB1070 raises some suspicions about his immigration motives, "I was also going to give a graduation speech in Arizona this weekend. But with my accent, I was afraid they would try to deport me," the Republican governor joked in his speech at Emory University.

Sometimes for political expediencies’, Arnold Schwarzenegger always talked tough on illegal alien problems in California, but he never took any initiatives or actions to do anything on any of those issues.

Here are few samplings the former governor took on pro-illegal immigration’s stances; “Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger once declared the new Arizona law cracking down on illegal immigrants “a mess” and something he “would never do.”  “I would never do that in California. No way,” Schwarzenegger said the federal government, which for years has failed to reform immigration laws, is to blame.

Don’t BLAME us the minority, and regular American folks of San Francisco, mainly people like us, as to why American auto dealerships aren’t making it in this city.

Still, the departure of the American brands comes at a time when Ford, GM and Chrysler are in the process of reinventing themselves with more of the compact, fuel-efficient offerings that are popular in dense urban centers.

California is the nation’s largest market for automobiles, and San Francisco is its fourth largest city, with a population of over 800,000 residents. Mel Turner, president of San Francisco Ford Lincoln, said Ford’s sales statewide have increased 37 percent this year.”

The FACT is, just like those immigrants who are imports themselves practically NEVER buy American made autos in this city; it’s always Beamers, Hondas, Nissans, and Toyotas, Lexus and Mercedes Benz with them, and they have the money to afford those cars, while the rest of us don’t, but thanks to grand old US of A.

They like to call it as a cultural thing, I call it lack of RESPECT for OUR economy and JOBS.

They keep flooding San Francisco markets with cheap imported Chinese made products, and they ARE killing traditional U.S. retailers, while they’re earning a WHOLE lot of money in this city, but somehow they NEVER want to GIVE back to their host country, nor want to support or buy anything made American. That is why this nation and this city are going down the TUBES of moral turpitudes.

There’s no ‘Buy American’ spirit among these bunch, as a matter of FACT, there’s no ‘Buy American’ spirits among many Americans either, that’s why we’ve got so many unemployed. The Media don’t say it, but I will. What the heck, it’s just me, and my silly opinion, it’s what I see going on around me every day!

At the rate GOP/Republicans are going, and a year and a half away from presidential elections, I have no reason to doubt that President Barack Obama, will be a favorite shoe-in for another term as U.S. president.

The handwriting’s on the wall against GOP/Republicans at this time, and it doesn’t look too good for them to re-capture the White House anytime soon. After brief stays in rehab since the 2006/2008 election’s massacres, they are relapsing BIG-TIME.

GOP/Republicans have also demonstrated that they are still the party for the rich and the super-wealthy. They have become big corporate welfare’s entities, and they still have forgotten the root causes to their big defeats back in 2006 and 2008.

For starters, the party is in total disarray and they still haven’t gotten the populists’ message. Everything they’ve done up to this point since the 2010 Midterms, has been one disaster after the other. From trying to take away veteran’s benefits, to giving foreigners more taxpayer moneys and reforming Medicaid, while allowing the richest to keep their money!

The voters are still not buying GOP reasons for not taxing the upper three-percent of the nation’s wealthiest and their arguments that it helps create JOBS is laden full of holes.

And with most recent unpopular stances, allowing the highly profitable oil industries to keep billions in taxpayer corporate welfares, while asking Americans to take pay-cuts in Medicare and Medicaid, will NOT sit well with VOTERS, and could be another huge blow for this hapless party.

“The bill would have cut $12 billion in subsidies for producing oil within the United States for Chevron, Shell Oil, BP America, ConocoPhillips, and Exxon Mobile. Another $6 billion would come from eliminating credits for taxes that the oil companies pay to foreign governments, with the final $2 billion from blocking them from writing off certain drilling and development costs.”

Big Oil Tax Break Vote Could Hurt Vulnerable Republicans “However, Democrats aren't missing an opportunity to use the vote to put Republicans up for election in 2012 in the hot seat. The revenue from the bill, which would eliminate a handful of corporate tax deductions for only the top five oil companies, would be used to reduce the deficit.

So while adopting the now familiar cry of deficit hawks on the right, Democrats have turned the tables by framing a vote against this bill as a vote against deficit reduction. Not to mention, since opponents of this bill are essentially coming to the defense of majors in the oil industry, Democrats could the vote as a chance to tie vulnerable lawmakers to the publicly maligned industry.

For example, in a press release issued earlier this afternoon, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee targeted newly-appointed Republican Sen. Dean Heller from Nevada. Heller's expected to have a tough race against Democratic Rep. Shelley Berkley in 2012 to keep his seat. "Gas prices are going through the roof and so are Big Oil Company profits, and the last thing these Republican donors need are taxpayer funded hand outs," said Matt Canter, spokesman for the DSCC in the release. "Dean Heller should finally do the right thing tonight and vote to put an end to these taxpayer funded giveaways." 

Since the Bush tax cuts in 2002, instead of jobs being created as predicted, the very opposite happened, jobs were being outsourced to China in mass numbers, and there has been NO concrete proof that jobs have ever been created due to those tax breaks.

The Republican Party’s betting everything behind another right-wing, and totally lame presidential candidate, in Pro-Obamacare Mitt Romney, pro-illegal immigrations, and pro-China, pro-outsourcing of JOBS abroad, and pro-free trades, a pro-globalist, who couldn’t even break into the GOP final rounds in the last election. 

Yeah…I don’t know about you all, I’m not very happy with all this.

President Obama is proposing an executive order, to require all federal contractors to disclose their political spending, and as always, corruptive congress is mad as hell about this action. 

Twenty-one Republicans, including House Majority Leader Eric Cantor and second ranked Democrat Steny Hoyer, have come out fighting against it.

But meanwhile, political beneficiaries like big business groups are getting their paid lobbyists to fight it. The American League of Lobbyists, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the Business Roundtable have all condemned this action. I wonder why? Don’t you see a pattern of D.C. corruption here?

I read this opinion piece in the San Francisco Chronicle, even though I agree with their opinion; I have different points of view on this matter.

Powerful Washington special interests groups are fighting Obama on this executive order and want to keep this president from signing it. The people, who support this action, are mostly ‘we the people,’ ethics groups, and the majority of the public at large.

This order might not be perfect; it only requires recipients of federal contracts, to disclose contributions of more than $5,000 to federal candidates and parties, including independent political expenditures.

It should and ought to require such disclosures, including those coming from labor unions. This is a big step in correcting and cleaning up rampant Washington D.D. corruption, where politicians give ‘favorable contracts’ to the wealthiest companies, and in turn, politicians receive thousands of dollars in political campaign contributions and cash. This is typical MO of American politics; we’re all getting sick and tired of seeing.

President Obama made a campaign pledge to change Washington, clean it up from its corruptive roots and from its useless selves and this is his BIG shot to keep his pledge by doing it. It doesn’t take any brain surgeon to see, why those Washington corruptive elements are fighting tooth and nail over this proposed action.

The opposition are claiming it’s a violation of ‘freedom of speech’ to keeping them from stealing taxpayers moneys, and they claim it would also silence corporations, keeping them from donating secretive and hidden taxpayer moneys for political gains.

The BOTTOM line folks, taxpayers have the RIGHT to KNOW where and how, tax moneys are being spent by our congress and how their beneficiaries are spending it on politicians!

San Francisco is back into the business of shielding criminal illegal alien youths.

San Francisco’s insane Mayor Ed Lee, says the city won’t turn in undocumented minors arrested for felonies, unless they are prosecuted and sentenced by local courts. Isn’t that why an illegal alien by the name Edwin Ramos, numerous times was arrested as a gangbanger involved in drug sales, shot and killed a father and his two sons, the Bologna family, on mistaken identity.

Ed Lee is reversing former Mayor Gavin Newsom order. And that’s why Mayor Gavin Newsom wanted these trashes out of the city. Where’s President Obama in all this? Oh yeah, to busy busting Arizona and lying about our secured borders!

Don’t believe their entire border LIES; President Obama and HS Chief Janet Napolitano, claim that the border with Mexico is safer than ever. However, Examiner.com says it BEST! Per Examiner; “Obama cites the highly inaccurate FBI Uniform Crime Reports however, “The UCR does not include kidnappings, extortions, home invasions, smuggling or recruitment of children that are directly related to cartel violence.”

Obama should have tuned in to C-SPAN, to watch a hearing on the issue before the Homeland Security Oversight, Investigations and Management Subcommittee chaired by Rep. Mike McCaul, R-Texas. Among much else, 

Obama would have heard the following comments:

“We have incursions every day. We have people that are afraid to go out on their property,” said McAllen, Texas, police Chief Victor Rodriguez.

“It’s not more secure than it’s ever been, it’s more violent,” said Zapata County Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzales Jr.

“The bottom line is that it’s not secure. There’s been a proliferation of organized crime in Texas,” said Col. Steve McCraw, director of the Texas Department of Public Safety. The crime data cited by Obama and Janet Napolitano, his Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, “only prove that the border is not secure,” McCraw said.

We also wonder if White House press secretary Jay Carney, a former journalist, warned his boss about the notorious unreliability of Uniform Crime Reports data. Journalists experienced in data-driven crime reporting have known for years to be wary of UCR data for a variety of reasons, most notably the inconsistency of crime definitions and reporting periods among jurisdictions sending data to the FBI.

But, as McCaul pointed out, there is an additional problem with UCR data in discussions about crime in the Mexico border region: “The UCR does not include kidnappings, extortions, home invasions, smuggling or recruitment of children that are directly related to cartel violence.”

When is Washington going to wake up and realize that China is not our FRIEND?

'Si se Puede;' Obama, Panderer in Chief, is baaack for more Latino votes.

Election 2012 is coming up soon, so el Señor Presidente Barack Obama, the illegal Immigrant’s best friend needs the LATINO votes desperately, he’s come out for another push towards legalizing the over 15 million, or so illegal aliens in this country by proposing more amnesties.

President Obama delivered his big address on immigration reform at the El Paso border.  And his big pitch could be summed up in four words that aren’t generally associated with immigration policy: It’s the economy, stupid.

Obama: “Because undocumented immigrants live in the shadows, where they’re vulnerable to unscrupulous businesses that skirt taxes, and pay workers less than the minimum wage, or cut corners with health and safety laws, this puts companies who follow the rules, and Americans who rightly demand the minimum wage or overtime or just a safe place to work, it puts those businesses at a disadvantage.

One way to strengthen the middle class in America is to reform the immigration system, so that there is no longer massive underground economy, which keeps exploiting cheap source of labor, while depressing wages for everybody else.

I want incomes for middle-class families to rise again. I want prosperity in this country to be widely shared. I want everybody to be able to reach that American dream. And that’s why immigration reform is an economic imperative. It’s an economic imperative.”

What’s so incredulous about all this; the nation’s African Americans are sinking under Obama, after recent polling of African American VOTERS.

President Obama’s fascination for Latinos illegal immigrants over the plights of the nation’s African Americans is extremely worrisome, because more than any other group, blacks have not benefited from Obama's campaign promises.

According to polls last month, “the president's tax and spend philosophy has collectively left many blacks in a rut and worse off today than they have been in decades.

As of March, they had a 15.5 percent unemployment rate - up from 15.3 percent in February - almost twice as high as the national rate. Black median incomes are down and black poverty rates are at the highest level in recent memory and keep rising.

Regardless of it all, it's not that blacks are on the verge of throwing the president under the bus, like Obama did Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Black's passionate love affair with Obama is a marriage of remarkable permanence.

However, his base is not as excited as it was when candidate Obama received 95 percent of the black vote. In a Gallup poll last week, 84 percent of blacks approved of the president's overall performance.”

But what’s even more worrisome, during President Obama’s presidential campaign pledge, he promised he would rescue the dwindling middle class. According to new studies on the nation’s health of the middle class; America’s Middle Class Crisis: the Sobering Facts “Two recessions, a couple of market crashes, and stubbornly high unemployment are all wreaking havoc on America's middle class.

In the accompanying interview, The Daily Ticker's Aaron Task discusses the state of the middle class with Sherle Schwenninger, director of economic growth and American strategy programs at the New America Foundation. Schwenninger's recent report "The American Middle Class Under Stress" has some stunning facts that highlight the struggles the average American is having getting a decent-paying job and keeping up with rising cost of living.

Here are just some of the sobering facts:

-- There are 8.5 million people receiving unemployment insurance and over 40 million receiving food stamps.

-- At the current pace of job creation, the economy won't return to full employment until 2018.

-- Middle-income jobs are disappearing from the economy. The share of middle-income jobs in the United States has fallen from 52% in 1980 to 42% in 2010.

-- Middle-income jobs have been replaced by low-income jobs, which now make up 41% of total employment.

-- 17 million Americans with college degrees are doing jobs that require less than the skill levels associated with a bachelor's degree.

-- Over the past year, nominal wages grew only 1.7% whiles all consumer prices, including food and energy, increased by 2.7%.

-- Wages and salaries have fallen from 60% of personal income in 1980 to 51% in 2010. Government transfers have risen from 11.7% of personal income in 1980 to 18.4% in 2010, a post-war high.

The bottom line is simple says Schwenninger: The middle class is shrinking, which threatens the social composition and stability of the world's biggest economy.

"I worry that we're becoming a barbell society - a lot of money wealth and power at the top, increasing hollowness at the center, which I think provides the stability and the heart and soul of the society and then too many people in fear of falling down."

Señor Presidente, so how are these POOR and uneducated illegal aliens going to help America’s middle class? And if we U.S. citizens can’t find those good-paying jobs ourselves, so how are these knights-in-armor, non-English speakers going to save us, when they are already depressing wages, as YOU have already admitted to?

This is the el FACTO este Presidente, and his illegal immigration PUNDITS want to ignore; unless we crack down on employers who hire illegal immigrants, once we legalize 15 or so illegal immigrants, they will be FIRED and replaced, by other illegal aliens for cheaper labor regardless what, and OUR nation’s welfare will swell worse than what it already is. 

This will become taxpayer’s disaster for all Americans. Studies after studies, and numerous bi-partisan government studies since 1994, have proven that would occur, and there will be no end to this viscous circle of illegal migrations into this country.

So the president’s FALSE parable, “one way to strengthen the middle class in America is to reform the immigration system, so that there is no longer massive underground economy, which keeps exploiting cheap source of labor, while depressing wages for everyone else.

After we look at all the FACTS, this presidential speech makes YOU look like the bigger FOOL, than what you actually are. We've GOT BIGGER problems to worry about. President Obama needs to be more worried about the demise of this nation's African American's economic opportunities and the middle class, instead of what illegal aliens are doing! Wouldn't you think?
