California Labor Unions Using Tea Party Approach; Recruiting Republicans & Taking the Lead on Populists Anti-Wall Street Movement:

California Labor Unions Using Tea Party Approach; Recruiting Republicans & Taking the Lead on Populists Anti-Wall Street Movement:
By Marc Chamot & Source: SF Chronicle

California’s 165,000-members nurses union, the National Nurses United, which also includes the California Nurses Association, is taking the populist approach in state politics. It’s getting ready to take on politicians, Democrats or anyone else, who’s siding in Wall Street interests instead of those of working people, says executive director Rose Ann DeMoro.

The union is ready to take a page right out of the ruckus Tea Party movement in politics, with nurses ready to flood key congressional districts in August, members will be exposing politicians for what they really are, if they are Wall Street hacks or are they really for the people.

The anti-Wall Street approach will be a form of populism, where new alliances are being formed and build up more political clout at the same time. The unions plans go beyond traditional Democrats, they want to recruit moderate Republicans and Independents, or anyone who’ll listen to their cause, while building up public support by lashing out at Wall Street.

They want to sway public anger from public employees, and put the blame directly where it belongs, on ‘greedy’ Wall Street corporations, where median CEO pay have risen 27% in 2010, compared to 2% for workers in general according to Bureau of Labor statistics.

Politicians of all stripes are feeling public pressure to increase taxes to top 3 percent of the nation’s wealthiest, especially after big corporations like General Electric, who got away from paying their fair share of taxes, through corruptive corporate tax loopholes.

After the highly publicized General Electric tax scandals, where billions of profits were being made and paid 0% taxes in 2010. In spite of robust profits of $14.2 billion worldwide, GE has calculated a corporate tax bill for 2010 that adds up to zero, via a creative series of tax referrals and revenue shifts. (This was, indeed, the second year running that the company—which has an enormous, and famously nimble, 975-employee tax division, led by former Treasury official John Samuels—paid nothing in U.S. taxes; indeed by claiming a series of losses and deductions, GE came up with a negative tax of 10.5 percent in the admittedly dismal business year of 2009, and realized a $1.5 billion "tax benefit."

Labor unions have been losing the publicity wars and mostly originating from ‘deep pockets’ Wall Street media propaganda machines.

With uncertainty of the future, and after voter approved initiatives due to redrawing of congressional and state legislative districts in 2012, and because of the new top-two primary elections systems, where two-top leading finishers and regardless of party affiliations, move on to the general election, it may affect their political futures.

Just recently the California 700,000-member Service Employees International Union, SEIU, the state’s largest union, has formed political action committees to recruit moderate Republicans. They hope to see state GOP move towards center, in regards to labor unions and worker issues.

Good and dandy, I support taxing Wall Street more, however in my opinion, and regardless what public employees unions are doing, we cannot keep feeding their fat pig either, or keep throwing taxpayer moneys on public employees and their unions, especially towards their costly pensions and salaries.

We need more fiscal control coming from their part and they have to cooperate in helping taxpayers save money too. In other words, putting it bluntly, JUST because the richest may get taxed more, it doesn't MEAN public employees are going to get that money, capiche?

Texas Economy Takes a Giant Leap, While California’s Declines Quickest & H1-B Visas; Modern Name for Legalized Slavery:

Texas Economy Takes a Giant Leap, While California’s Declines Quickest & H1-B Visas; Modern Name for Legalized Slavery:
By Marc Chamot & Source: SFWeekly

H1-B Visa Program Creates Caste System for Silicon Valley “After years in the economic wilderness following the 2001 dot-com crash, designers, artists, webmasters, and all sorts of multimedia, networking, and software experts are finding jobs in San Francisco again.

Thank the boom in social media, mobile apps, and digital advertising. But thousands of those jobs will be unavailable to San Franciscans. The posts are slated for foreigners participating in the H1-B nonimmigrant visa program, meant for companies needing highly skilled workers who can't be found here.

Last year, San Francisco companies filed 1,827 such applications. This year they filed 2,243, according to the website MyVisaJobs, which aggregates federal data. This is part of a nationwide trend in which firms have rushed to fill jobs with H1-Bs, named for the portion of the immigration code that gives special three-year visas for skilled workers.

Bay Area CEOs say imported experts are key to Silicon Valley success. In the program, foreign workers are employed by the sponsoring company for up to six years. During that time, the H1-B holders may start the long process of applying for permanent-resident green cards.

Critics say the program is a mild form of indentured servitude. They insist that what employers really seek are compliant workers who won't complain about unfair treatment for fear of being deported.

The fact is both groups are right: The H1-B program depresses wages for certain U.S. workers. It's rife with fraud and abuse. H1-B workers are vulnerable to discrimination, isolation, and exploitation, but the program is a necessary evil because skilled and enterprising new immigrants are exactly what the Bay Area economy needs.

The dirty truth is that H1-B is a twisted way to achieve that goal. It exists in its current form solely to cater to the emotional needs of America's dysfunctional immigration debate.

A 2008 Department of Homeland Security audit determined that one in five H1-B visas were obtained through fraud or as a result of technical violations. A 2003 University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform study declared that U.S. CEOs' claim of a tech labor shortage was bogus. H1-Bs were merely a cheap labor pool, and many companies exploited the program as a way to replace older and thus less desirable U.S. employees. Another study showed that H1-B workers weren't even particularly highly skilled; they were merely compliant and cheap.

"This is all about whether Microsoft can hire an engineer for $30,000 per year instead of $80,000 per year," says David Bacon, author of the book Illegal People: How Globalization Creates Migration and Criminalizes Immigrants. "H1-B status is just a way of getting a cheap worker."

The program distorts the labor market in other pernicious ways. It's cumbersome for H1-B workers to change employers without being deported. So we have a Silicon Valley caste system where H1-Bs have a reputation for working hard and keeping their mouths shut. Some support families back home.

Many go into debt to pay immigration brokers in hopes of one day getting green cards and reuniting their families here. Some employers know they won't sacrifice all that by declining to work unpaid weekends. Even elite H1-Bs are at a disadvantage: The most talented ones can't easily move to better jobs, because their visas are linked to particular employers. That is a boon for companies not wanting to reward performance.

Eventually, these miserly standards trickle down to the rest of us.

There happens to be a cure-all: Give green cards to any skilled foreigners who ask for them. They could then demand fair treatment without fear of deportation. Employers would be compelled to provide market-rate wages and equal-rights treatment to immigrants. This freedom of speech, movement, and bargaining power would raise standards for everyone. Everyone would win, except for exploitative bosses.”

Texas' Economy Takes a Giant Leap “Texas became the USA's second-largest economy during the past decade — displacing New York and perhaps heading one day toward challenging California — in one of the biggest economic shifts in the past half-century.

The economic winners of the last decade are states that focus on raw materials, government and senior citizens. The big losers are places that make things — industrial states and even California.

USA TODAY examined each state's gross domestic product to determine how the country's economic output has shifted within its borders. The data, recently released by the Bureau of Economic Analysis, reflect population growth and income increases — in short, the economic weight of each state.

Texas notched one of the biggest increases in size in a half-century, surpassing $1 trillion in annual economic output. The state gained nearly a full percentage point in its share of the U.S. economy during the decade, reaching 8.3% in 2010. This growth in economic clout has been matched only twice in the past 50 years — by California in the 1980s and Texas itself during the 1970s oil boom.

"We're growing faster than everyone else, and this trend should last a good while," says economic forecaster Raymond Berryhill of Waco, Texas. His state enjoyed "good fortune and good planning" from having natural resources, immigration and successful technology businesses while avoiding the real estate bubble, he says.

Florida's share of the national economy grew more than any state except Texas as seniors took their wealth south. But it was the long-booming state's smallest growth of any decade since the government began keeping track in the 1960s.

California: The state's share of the national economy peaked in 1990 but shrank faster than all but three states from 2000 to 2010. It's hard for a large economy — at $1.9 trillion, the nation's largest — to keep growing fast, especially when hit by a housing downturn, says Stephen Levy of the Center for the Continuing Study of the California Economy.”

Disabled Americans are paying a big price in the recession; backlogs grow for Social Security benefits appeals. Over 728,000 are waiting for appeal hearings for Social Security disability checks. A 5% increase from the past year. The increase is largely because of the bad economy, and recession, it’s because disabled people are having trouble finding jobs.

However, some data’s showing claims have jumped to 740,998 as of May 27th. If growth remains unchecked, it would take much longer to get approved for benefits and it will burden taxpayers further in a weak economy.

DOJ Coming Down on San Francisco for Secure Community Program Violations? The RICH are Getting Richer; World’s Millionaires Control $42.7 Trillion of the World’s Wealth, Up from 40.7 Trillion in 2007!
By Marc Chamot

Just the other day, I ran into that same guy, who inadvertently flashed his shinny golden badge, while getting his clipper card out of his wallet to get on the bus. Back then, after seeing his badge, I asked him where he worked at. He told me that he worked for the Department of Homeland Security and that he was an immigration officer at ICE.

It hadn’t crossed my mind to ask some questions back then. However, I had the opportunity to see him again, and then I began asking immigration questions, he was very open and sincere with his answers. He actually gave me insights about upcoming illegal immigration policies and plans for San Francisco.

I asked him if the Obama Feds were putting undue pressures on his office, to look the other way regarding illegal immigrations, he said NO. They have to enforce all immigration laws regardless how unpopular they may be.

All the misconceptions and rumors about changes in the Secure Communities Act, the fingerprinting checks for all arrestees, including illegal immigrants were totally false; he said Secure Communities is the LAW of the land! On the contrary, the Feds are getting ready to crack down on San Francisco’s Sheriff Hennessey for obstruction of justice, wanton violations of Federal laws on Secure Communities Program and other illegal immigrations law violations.

He had an answer for Arizona’s SB1070, sanctuary cities and Alabama’s toughest immigration laws. He didn’t divulge in detail whether he supported what cities and states were doing on illegal immigration; however he readily admitted that immigration enforcements are a partnership between local, state and federal entities. They can all create and add-on additional laws on enforcements, of existing Federal immigration laws, but they cannot break them!

I think that’s the WAY the Supreme Court will see it too, as they did with E-Verify.

“Once upon a time, America became its own worst enemy; their independence became a new dependence.” China and legal and illegal immigrations will be the big elephant in the room in 2012 elections.

Nevada Republican congressional candidate, Mark Amodei’s controversial ad was correct about China, their ‘financial’ conquests over the United States DEBT is quite inevitable and dangerous.

Former Economic Adviser Larry Summers says; “The U.S. is now halfway to a lost economic decade.” He’s absolutely right! Back around the seventies and early eighties, Japan began to kick our butts economically, but somehow we were able to adjust economically and keep our economy strong, while Japan’s began to decline. Thus began Japan’s lost industrial and economical decades.

However, now it’s happening with us and China, and we have no solutions to these Chinese nightmares, nor do we have politicians who have the GUTS, to save us from Japan’s similar FATE in lost decade’s disaster.

Could there be a Democratic political backlash in California? Dianne Feinstein’s poll numbers plummets to double digits. According to recent field polls, California Democrats are facing very unhappy electorates. The anemic economy is taking a heavy toll on Democrats everywhere, it also illustrates the struggles that President Obama will have in the upcoming re-elections, for another term as U.S. president.

Feinstein only has a dismal four, or a 43 to 39 percent edge among registered California voters, if they would vote for her again. With California’s 11.7 percent unemployment rate, second highest in the nation, next to Nevada and with its housing markets deeply depressed are driving down her numbers.

This is the very first time in Feinstein’s political career she’s had those kinds of negative numbers going into an election. The RED waves of the 2010 Midterms that stopped at California’s borders, they may no longer be for 2012. It shows how the California Tea Party movement is becoming influential and people are steadily realizing there are bigger problems to solve than politicians.

We can’t hear you! Will it be RINO, ‘Republican in Name Only,’ Jon Huntsman for the GOP? Thanks, but no thanks! Poll numbers still shows how hard it will be for GOP/Republicans to replace President Obama in 2012.

Recent AP/GFK polls, GOP/Republicans are still suffering with dismal poll numbers. Obama still has 52% approval ratings to GOP’s 29%, and to Democratic congress’ 35%. Bottom line, any politician that keeps on talking the China praises, will NEVER be my president of choice, and I don’t think he will be America’s choice either.

The rich are getting richer, while the world’s poor are getting poorer. What economic disasters? World’s millionaires control $42.7 trillion of world’s wealth, up from $40.7 trillion in 2007. According to Capgemini and Merrill Lynch, the number of people with at least one million of investible assets, or wealth, rose 8.3 percent to 10.9 million after markets rebounded.

The Asia Pacific region contributed 3.3 million new members to this global millionaire’s club. Topping Europe and closing in on the United States. That’s why the United States is falling apart. It all proves that old adage, U.S. wealth is leaving this nation in droves!

"I have a lot at stake here," he said, when explaining why he did not want his name published. "I'm a business consultant and would be extremely vulnerable to being discredited. ... This is just something I do for fun. I don't mean any harm." Oh really?

“A man who flies US Airways in women's skimpy clothing, including little more than undergarments at times, said Wednesday that he does so to make business travel more fun, and complies with employees' requests to cover up - though they rarely ask.

The 65-year-old Phoenix man, who spoke to The Chronicle on the condition that his name not be published, said he was unaware that a photo taken of him wearing ladies' blue underwear and black stockings at the airport in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on June 9 had thrust him into a debate about racial profiling, travelers' security and appropriate airline attire.

The man said he works as a business consultant and flies several times a month as a preferred customer on US Airways. He's flown in scanty female clothing for several years and has put on a sweater or pants the few times an employee has asked, he said.”

Sooner or later this MORON will be OUTED somewhere on the Internet, and his consulting business will take a nose dive for the worst, just OUT of sheer IDIOCY.

Anchor Babies Aweigh My Boys, U.S. Immigration run AMOK; Pregnant Chinese Women Arriving to Birth Children for Dual Citizenships & ‘Nazism’ of America? Jackbooted Fed Agents Thugs on Rampage, U.S. Education Department Uses SWAT Team on Federal Aid Students Fraud:
By Marc Chamot

How disgraceful and ignorant folks! The United States immigrations system’s run amok. As if we weren’t having enough problems with rampant legal and illegal immigrants’ invasions in this country, in a dwindling jobs and welfare economy. It’s now being reported that the United States is providing visas to pregnant Chinese women, so they can birth their children right here in America to get dual citizenship's.

No kidding folks, here’s the story; China's "Born in the USA" Frenzy "Some parents obtain fake birth certificates for their children, or cheat the Chinese Embassy to get them Chinese passports. But then they can't get visas or go abroad," Song explains. She is still hesitating on what to do next. If Song gets her son a fake hukou (the Chinese registration system), which would make it easier for him to go to a local school, she fears that all the efforts she has made up to now could be in vain.

A few years ago, Zhao Yong easily obtained a Shanghai hukou for his American born child. "Every time we want to go to the States, we have to get the Hongkong-Macao permit to go though Chinese customs go to Hong Kong, then fly to the United States and enter the country with the American passport," Zhao Yong says. "The trip is a little bit complicated, but if we fly directly from Shanghai to the States, we won't be able to hide the truth."

Under Chinese law, double nationality is prohibited. According to the American Embassy, once a child has obtained a Chinese hukou, he is considered to have given up his American nationality. The United States is not the only country with strict regulations. A child born in Hong Kong doesn't get the Hong Kong resident identity card right away, but has to go back to Hong Kong regularly - every year or two until he is 18 - in order to register as a "returned resident," and keep his nationality.

According to the 14th Amendment to the U.S. constitution (ratified in 1868), anyone born in United States automatically becomes an American citizen and obtains access to public education, university loans, voting, and so on...

Even so, if one does not work in America or pay taxes after the age of 15, one can only enjoy very limited access to U.S. welfare benefits. "The system doesn't totally exclude people who don't pay taxes here, but those who do not pay as much tax as Americans do cannot expect the same benefits.

BUT each state has different regulations," says Mr. Yang, a Chinese born man who works in New Jersey and has a green card.

"Giving birth to a child in the States is a wonderful dream, but a very costly one too," Song Jingwen concludes. "People who choose to go down this path must know that they will not be paying only for birthing and post birthing care, but they will also be paying a lot more for the whole life."

A Federal government way OUT-of-CONTROL; Beware the U.S. Education Department SWAT team “Add the U.S. Department of Education to the list of federal agencies that can invade your home at gunpoint and hold you and your family in custody for hours.

Kenneth Wright learned this the hard way last week, when federal "education" agents busted down the front door of his Stockton, Calif., home at 6 in the morning.

"They surrounded the house; it was like a task force or SWAT team," a neighbor told a national news affiliate. "They all had guns. They dragged him out in his boxer shorts, threw him to the ground and handcuffed him."
Wright's terrified children -- ages 3, 9 and 11 -- were forced to sit in a patrol car for two hours. Wright himself was in custody for six hours. "I felt really bad for those kids," a neighbor said.

Federal agents for the Education Department's inspector general executed a very broad search warrant and seized paperwork and a personal computer. Wright says the law enforcement agents -- who reportedly included 13 with the Education Department and one or two Stockton police officers -- told him they were investigating his estranged wife's use of federal aid for students. But she doesn't even live in his house.

A federal spokesman tried to distance the Education Department from the raid by emphasizing that the IG runs a "semi-independent office." But that begs the question of why a federal agency overseeing education policy should have an IG who can send agents armed with guns into Americans' homes. Or why the department has SWAT-style teams of agents to begin with.

In yet another Orwellian development, the Education Department IG provides an anonymous tip line encouraging Americans to inform on each other. This is reminiscent of the Obama White House asking Americans in 2010 to report on friends and neighbors who said anything "fishy" about Obamacare in private conversations.

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center says that it trains agents for "over 80 federal agencies." These include the Secret Service, Bureau of Prisons, and similar agencies that one would expect.

But the list includes dozens of federal agencies with no business training and fielding armed officers. Who wants early-morning armed break-ins by the Department of Agriculture, Railroad Retirement Board, Bureau of Land Management, Tennessee Valley Authority, Office of Personnel Management, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service?

If these agencies occasionally have a legitimate need for force to execute a warrant, they should be required to call a real law enforcement agency, one that has a better sense of perspective. The FBI, for example, can draw upon its vast experience to determine whether there is an actual need for a dozen SWAT agents.

Too many federal agencies with overlapping jurisdictions and authorizing statutes are intent on "solving" problems through criminal investigation, prosecution and punishment.

And too many of those same agencies have the ability to create criminal liability through regulations. A 6 a.m. raid could happen to anyone whom the federal government targets.

The use of SWAT teams is part of a troubling national trend. Peter Kraska, in a Cato Institute report, estimates that SWAT teams now make 40,000 raids on citizens each year. Paramilitary raids by out-of-control federal agencies against ordinary citizens, who may not have violated any law, are a growing threat to our safety.

The fact that the Department of Education conducted a SWAT-style raid should outrage. Giving the federal government too many laws, too many regulations and too many armed agents is a formula for disaster for our individual rights and freedom.”

Even Corruptible County Sheriffs Aren’t Above the Law! U.S Bearing 75% Costs of NATO, Another Bailout for B of A? Fox News’s Dan Luntz Proves, How Far Removed & Divided U.S. Congress is from General Voting Public:
By Marc Chamot

On NOTICE! Even corruptible U.S. county sheriffs’ aren't ABOVE the law! West Texas Sheriff Robert L. Roberts Jr. was one corrupt ass and he’s going to jail for it.

It’s been quite a while that a county sheriff has been prosecuted for corruption in this country, however, Sheriff Roberts was.

This twenty-year something, a career sheriff and ‘jerk’ retaliated towards two nurses who turned in a physician friend of his to the state medical board, for thefts of hospital supplies and unethical practice of medicine.

This corrupt sheriff used his color of authority and the LAW to go after, prosecute those nurses with fabricated charges. He charged them with felonies and used aggressive methods, to have them both fired from their hospital jobs.

I have never seen Washington so far divided from the general public as they are now. I watched Sean Hannity, and Dan Luntz Fox News’ panel of American voters, asking politicians if they have any solutions for solving America’s disastrous economy.

The topic was about the escalating government debt, but nothing about the growing unemployment. Their solutions to the growing problems aren’t our solutions. Nobody’s talking the talk that we want to hear anymore and no one in the crowd gave thumbs up to Washington politicians for job well done.

The same lame argument I keep hearing from GOP/Republicans, is that they want those Bush tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans, because it helps create jobs. Actually, conservative Americans who truly believe this haven’t seen the latest reports. We’re going broke partly because, we are providing wealthiest three percent historic tax cuts.

Since Bush tax cuts for the wealthiest and richest Americans, there hasn’t been much in jobs creations, except for Wall Street lining up themselves with billions of dollars in profits, most of them ended up hiding, or parking about two trillion dollars in offshore banks, where American tax men can’t get hold to any of their money.

Then inept congress is talking about making drastic domestic cuts to social programs and entitlements, but the most absurd thing, the United States meanwhile is bearing 75% of the costs to help maintain the European NATO alliance. In other words; the Europeans are smooching off us; they want us to finance NATO, while they are abandoning their fair share of fiscal responsibilities towards NATO. Not on your LIFE.

Advice for U.S. congress, address Senator Tom Coburn’s billions of dollars in government wastes and massive jobs duplications in Federal government FIRST, before you come to us and tell us, if we’re to cut OUR social welfare’s money!

Are they too big to fail, really? “As long as Bank of America’s housing losses don’t exceed $55 billion in losses.”  What do they mean by that? Are they asking for another bailout?

Bank of America is currently facing $27 billion dollars more in housing losses addition to the $46 billion already lost in the sagging housing market. In 20 American cities, housing fell 5.1 percent in the first quarter. Too BAD, they already sucked us pretty dry as it is.

I don’t think President Obama and the U.S. Congress will survive public backlashes, if they propose another bailout for banks.

Here’s another example on how far this country has fallen, gone to the illegal immigrations dogs.

National Immigration forum’s Ali Noorani, told the LA Times in regards to Alabama’s tough anti-illegal aliens’ law, “for a teacher to be required to act as an immigration agent and ask a student for their immigration status, will have a CHILLING effect on immigrant families.”

Well duh moron?? How else do we control illegal immigration, you big Noorani IDIOT? This is precisely what we need, chilling effects to control rampant and out of control illegal immigrations in this country. Every nation does it, so why not the United States?

If you’re Unemployed, No Need to Apply; Sorry U.S. Employers Wanton Discrimination towards America's Unemployed & KUDOS to Alabama for Passing America’s Toughest Illegal Immigration Law!
By Marc Chamot

Americans fighting back!

Kudos to Alabama! Most Americans are getting FED-Up with illegal immigration's. According to recent Newsmax.com polls, out of 126,476 poll takers, 78% don’t support President Obama’s amnesties for illegal immigrants, and most want tougher legislation towards rampant illegal immigration in this country.

It's basically like this; the U.S. Supreme Court have said, if immigration laws are on Federal books, states have every right to enforce them, whether the Feds do or not.

There’s no question that recent Supreme Court’s rulings, upholding Arizona’s anti-illegal immigrants hiring employers and E-Verify laws, was a big blow for Obama Feds on being able to fend off states from pursuing their own enforcements of Federal laws, that Feds aren’t in compliance on enforcing.

Numerous polls have shown that majority of American voters, support Arizona’s get tough on illegal immigrants as well as Alabama’s new stricter policies.

The measure will require public schools to determine the citizenship status of students -- a provision not included in an Arizona law that has been at the forefront of actions by several states to curb illegal immigration.

Under the Alabama law, police must detain someone they suspect of being in the country illegally if the person cannot produce proper documentation when stopped for any reason.

It also will be a crime to knowingly transport or harbor someone who is in the country illegally. The law imposes penalties on businesses that knowingly employ someone without legal resident status. A company's business license could be suspended or revoked.

The law, which is scheduled to take effect September 1, requires businesses to use a database called E-Verify to confirm the immigration status of new employees.

"We have a real problem with illegal immigration in this country," Bentley said after signing the law. "I campaigned for the toughest immigration laws, and I'm proud of the Legislature for working tirelessly to create the strongest immigration bill in the country."

Even though liberals and pro-illegal immigrant groups are calling this law racist, I’m calling it our right to protect our sovereignty, over mass invasions of UNWANTED visitors from the South of the border, who we have to help fund their ‘FREE’ medical, education and welfare, and not counting all the JOBS they steal and lower wages!

If you’re unemployed, there's no NEED to apply. If you’ve been unemployed for a while, and if you are wondering why you’re not getting hired by now, here’s a reason. American employers are wantonly discriminating against the unemployed!

According to U.S.A Today’s Telling the jobless not to apply is plain dopey “With an extraordinary 6.2 million Americans out of work for more than six months, the last thing a person without a job should have to worry about is blatant discrimination against people without jobs. But that's just what has been happening. Businesses across the USA are warning in their want ads that the jobless need not apply.

One prominent example surfaced last year, when mobile phone maker Sony Ericsson announced that it was relocating its headquarters — with 180 new jobs — to an Atlanta suburb. A posting for a marketing/public relations job read, in part, "No unemployed candidates will be considered at all." Under fire, Sony Ericsson blamed a recruiter and quickly pulled the exclusion.

But similar ads are cropping up in job postings for everything from restaurant managers to forklift operators to medical device salespersons. An ad last month specified that a pet-sitting service in Woodbridge, Va., would only deign to consider pet-sitting assistants who were "temporarily unemployed," as if no dog could be subjected to a sitter whose skills were not utterly up to date.

Up-to-the-minute skills could be an asset. But knowledge isn't lost overnight. To exclude everyone without a job when nearly 14 million people are unemployed — and 427,000 filed new claims for jobless benefits last week — is just plain dumb.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has received so many complaints about bias against the jobless that officials consider it an "emerging issue." At a commission hearing in February, even industry representatives were hard-pressed to come up with a business necessity that would require such exclusion.

And meanwhile, two states are acting on their own to reverse the trend, a New Jersey law, which took effect June 1, make it illegal to exclude the unemployed in help-wanted ads and carries fines of up to $10,000 for repeated violations.

New Jersey Assemblyman Peter Barnes told us one reason he pushed for the measure was learning from his constituents that "to not have a job and then see an ad saying the 'unemployed need not apply,' breaks people's spirit." In New York, several lawmakers are pushing a measure that would prohibit employers from denying jobless applicants an interview or a job solely because solely they are unemployed.

Nearly everybody knows people with sterling résumés, great attitudes and top-notch skills who lost jobs through no fault of their own during the Great Recession. Hiring them is like bringing in fresh talent from the bench. To decide, without seeing a résumé or meeting them, that they're all losers does not speak well of a company's ethics or imagination.

While federal civil rights and age-discrimination laws do not specifically protect the unemployed, they do protect, among others, African Americans, Hispanics and workers 40 and older. If a policy affects any of those groups disproportionately, it might be illegal. With unemployment among some protected groups running much higher than the national rate of 9.1%, a policy that excludes jobless people might, in fact, be considered discriminatory.

Critics insist that the New Jersey law lacks teeth and that measures like New York's would only invite frivolous litigation. They miss the point. The value in such measures isn't to encourage hiring-discrimination lawsuits, which are notoriously difficult to win. The value is to give the unemployed a fair shot at earning a job rather than blithely and pointlessly writing them off.”

You know what folks? We don’t have to take this sitting down and it’s time to fight back! We need for someone to establish an Internet database, for us to expose American companies who hire illegal immigrants and for those who are actively discriminating against the unemployed. An Economical Ticking Time Bomb; “If it Continues, We’re Going to See Civil Unrests in this Country” Says James Carville & More Outrage Coming from Inept D.C.; U.S. Hands OUT Foreign Aid to China, Wealthy Enough to Buy our Debts:
By Marc Chamot

If you thought that the United States was above civil unrests, you’d better think again. This is something I’ve been writing about, any spark could blow up this powder keg into oblivion. We are seeing it in the Middle East, and we’re seeing it in Greece, Portugal and even Great Britain, and why not the United States?

“James Carville bluntly told Don Imus: “You know, look — this is a humanitarian — you know, you’re smart enough to see this . . . People, you know, if it continues, we’re going to start to see civil unrest in this country”

Carville: There Will Be Civil Unrest — Over Economy “If the bleak job market doesn’t improve soon, both the country and President Barack Obama will suffer the consequences, says star Democratic strategist James Carville. The country could even end up with citizen uprisings, the man who played a key role in much of former President Bill Clinton’s political success told radio talker Don Imus in an interview simulcast on Fox Business

There are worldwide revolts towards leftist-liberal policies all over, and it’s a backlash towards recklessness of growing governments, while payroll is declining in the private sector jobs economy. It’s also a fight against higher taxations on the people, mostly those who are left holding the bag over too much spending.

Canada just got rid of their liberals in favor of conservative majority, just as Spain and Great Britain voted for a conservative Prime Minister not too long ago, after years of liberal-left dominations, as some other Easter European countries as well.

The United States is more unique than most world nations. We’re an ARMED society, no threat intended.

What made the number one world economic engine that once purred like a fine tuned V8 engine, and without a doubt was the American middleclass, the blue collar workers of America and those corps of workers has been totally decimated for the past decades due to bad policies.

It all started with former President Herbert Walker Bush, along with GOP Newt Gingrich, with former President Bill Clinton with pro-Wall Street agendas, creating policies to help Wall Street earn billions of profits over the plight of American workers and compromised this nation’s economical future.

They also helped Wall Street strive for that ever elusive cheap labor that Americans could not provide, by allowing uncontrolled illegal immigrants from the south, and legalized immigrants taking available work from most Americans and shipping away ‘blue collar’ JOBS overseas and leaving us massively unemployed.

But President Obama looked inept and idiotic, when he Blamed European and Japanese woes for US Economical Woes.  “President Obama is pointing to problems in Japan and Europe as challenges for the U.S. economy, placing some blame on events abroad for a domestic recovery that is showing signs of slowing down.” Those ignorant comments from Obama, showed how far OUT of touch this president and Washington are with most American needs and wants.

President Obama erred, instead of pointing the FINGER on the REAL causes of our economical disasters, like outsourcing industrial jobs to China, India and Brazil, or dependency on Arab oil from OPEC and on massive undocumented immigrants who have been invading this nation for decades, to help provide cheaper labor for Wall Street interests, with U.S. politicians blessings, along with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce backing.

President Obama knows all of this; but he thinks we’re stupid enough to believe rhetoric; but obviously he’s too sold out hack for China and Wall Street’s interests. Actually, all of Washington politicians are sold out hacks for Wall Street, including Republicans.

James Carville is right, it may take some sort of VIOLENT revolts and civil disorders in the U.S. to get Washington to start listening to us once again, and to finally break the stranglehold that Wall Street and CHINA, have over our ELECTED officials, once and for all.

After all’s said and done, it’s not too surprising that the United States will get into some kind of civil disorders soon. Especially after more insanities emanating out of Washington D.C., the latest news story from the Examiner.com is a far bigger outrage!

U.S. hands out foreign aid to countries rich enough to buy our debt: “WHAT: The U.S. gave away a total of $1.4 billion in foreign aid during fiscal year 2010 to 16 countries that owned at least $10 billion of our Treasury securities, according to the Congressional Research Service.

WHO: Creditor nations getting foreign aid included China, Brazil, India and Egypt. Russia held $128 billion in U.S. debt and received $71.5 million in aid.

WHY IT’S OUTRAGEOUS: As Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., put it, “If countries can afford to buy our debt, perhaps they can afford to fund assistance programs on their own.”

China is destroying us economically, and those Washington MORONS are GIVING them more money??? How much worse can it get, folks?

America in Crisis: Invaders from the South; Decades of Rampant Illegal Migrations is changing the Face of America Forever, According to U.S. Census:
By Marc Chamot

From the San Francisco Chronicle; Hispanic population growing fast in South, Midwest California still has more Hispanic residents than any other state, but new U.S. Census Bureau figures show that the rest of the country is trying hard to catch up.

Census demographers said Tuesday that while the Golden State's Hispanic population boomed 27.8 percent over the past decade, to 14 million, the number of Hispanics nationwide grew much faster - by 43 percent, to a total of 50.5 million.

The biggest growth was not in the West, where many might expect because of its long border with Mexico, but in the South and the Midwest.

"This shows that we are now in every corner of the country," said Mark Hugo Lopez, associate director of the Pew Hispanic Center in Washington, D.C. "Ten years ago, there was the beginning of the dispersion of the population, but not like today.

"It is only going to get even bigger in the next few decades."

What this all  means, experts said, is that not just California, but the nation as a whole is becoming far more Hispanic-influenced, and the country should expect that to show up in more elected Hispanic leaders in the coming years.

Overall, Hispanics made up 16.3 percent of the U.S. population in the 2010 census and are the largest minority group in the country. That figure was 12.5 percent in 2000. In California, Hispanics now constitute 37.6 percent of the population, up from 32.4 percent 10 years ago.

Big gains in South
The fastest-growing Hispanic population in the nation over the past decade was in, of all places, South Carolina, at 147.9 percent. That was followed closely by Alabama, at 144.8 percent.

In the Midwest, Iowa saw an 83.7 percent increase in its Hispanic population, and Indiana's total grew by 81.7 percent.

"I was surprised at the growth across the nation, that it was so dramatic," said Belinda Reyes, director of the Cesar Chavez Institute at San Francisco State University. "There was a big campaign by many community groups to make sure the Census Bureau counted the population correctly, but these numbers came out bigger than I thought."

The raw numbers in the smaller states are still dwarfed by California's Hispanic population. In Alabama, for instance, the increase brought the state's Hispanic total to 185,602. Iowa's gain shoved that state's Hispanic count to 151,544.

Still, the breathtaking growth clip is probably only a preview of what the nation can expect in coming decades, demographers said.

Opportunities seen as draw
Lopez attributed the population spread to Hispanics simply going to where they can find more bang for the buck.
Housing in California, for example, is among the most expensive in the nation, and the unemployment rate is among the highest, Lopez noted.

Considering that Hispanics in general are still striving for the top of the economic ladder - a Georgetown University study last month showed Hispanic college graduates make less than their white or Asian counterparts - paying the bills in the lower-cost South or Midwest is more attractive.

"You go where the opportunities are," Lopez said.

Census Bureau demographer Merarys Rios-Vargas said in a news conference Tuesday that 63 percent of the nation's Hispanic population is of Mexican origin, up from 58 percent in 2000. The second-largest segment of the Hispanic population is Puerto Ricans at 9 percent, down from 10 percent in 2000.

"We do not know how many of the 50.5 million (Hispanic residents) are legal U.S. residents," she said. "We do not ask about legal status."

Political clout
How this all plays out in terms of political clout remains to be seen, Lopez said. But one certainty is that there will be more Hispanic voters in the coming years, and that will bring their concerns more to the forefront.

Only about 43 percent of Hispanics are old enough to vote now, Lopez said, compared with 78 percent of whites, 67 percent of African Americans and 53 percent of Asian Americans. That represents a coming swelling in the Hispanic youth vote, and so far that voice has been Democratic, with two-thirds of Hispanics backing President Obama in the 2008 election.

"Moving forward, this population is going to need to be included more in policy decisions and political activity," said Gloria Montano Greene, director of the Washington, D.C., office of the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials Educational Fund. "We can no longer be ignored."

Greene pointed out that the numbers of Hispanics going to the polls has already been growing, with 2.2 more million Hispanic voters casting ballots in the 2008 general election than in 2004.

"This is a community that is committed and engaged," Greene said. "And we have a lot of the same values as everyone in America - to succeed and move forward in jobs, education, health care and the economy. We'll be looking at more representation everywhere, from city councils to the federal government."

Hispanic population on the move and increases in Hispanics in the U.S. from 2000 to 2010:

Total U.S. Hispanic population: 50.5 million, up 43 percent.
Northeast: 7 million, up 33.1 percent.
Midwest: 4.7 million, up 49.2 percent.
South: 18.2 million, up 57.3 percent.
West: 20.6 million, up 34.3 percent.
California: 14 million, up 27.8 percent.
Texas: 9.5 million, 41.8 percent.
Iowa: 151,544, up 83.7 percent.
Nebraska: 167,405, up 77.3 percent.
Alabama: 185,602, up 144.8 percent.
Kentucky: 132,836, up 121.6 percent."

Fortunately, they are no VOTING powerhouse yet; even though Latinos vote Democrat over sixty-percent of the time, the Midterm elections were historic defeat for Hispanics, when it came to conservative Latino candidates. Latino candidates of mostly Republicans, won top statewide offices on anti-illegal immigration platforms.

In New Mexico, voters elected the nation's first Latina governor, Republican Susana Martinez. In Nevada, Republican Brian Sandoval won the governor's race and became Nevada's first Hispanic governor. And in Florida, Republican Marco Rubio won the U.S. Senate race.

Despite these big top-of-the-ticket wins for Republican Hispanic candidates, Democratic candidates won the Latino vote, usually by wide margins.

According to Pew Hispanic Center, more than 6.6 million Latinos voted in last year's election-a record for a midterm-according to an analysis by the Pew Hispanic Center.

Fueled by their rapid population growth, Latinos also were a larger share of the electorate in 2010 than in any previous midterm election, representing 6.9% of all voters, up from 5.8% in 2006. At the same time, however, the number of Latino non-voters among those who are eligible to vote has also increased.

This increase contributed to a decline in the voter turnout rate among Latinos-down from 32.3% in 2006 to 31.2% in 2010.

It's TIME to SHUT that wide open door! Those unwanted cross borders from the South is changing the face of America. According to the U.S. census, Hispanic/Latinos are everywhere, they are in every corner of the United States.
As you can see folks, in the last election, white Americans decidedly turned on Democrats. Overall, whites still have the majority on elections when united on a cause, but once 'amnesty' sets in, it's all over for us.

"There are two major developments, she says, that are new this year and insufficiently noted, but they're going to shape election outcomes in 2010 and beyond. First, Washington is being revealed in a new way.

The American people now know, "with real sophistication," everything that happens in the capital. "I find a much more knowledgeable electorate, and it is a real-time response," Ms. Blackburn says. "We hear about it even as the vote is taking place."

Voters come to rallies carrying research—"things they pulled off the Internet, forwarded emails," copies of bills, roll-call votes. The Internet isn't just a tool for organization and fund-raising. It has given citizens access to information they never had before. "The more they know," Ms. Blackburn observes, "the less they like Washington."-Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn
