Finally, Some Sense of Sanity on Illegal Immigration; Her Honor, Sharon Blackburn, Lets Most of Alabama’s, the Nation’s Toughest Anti-Illegal Immigrant Law Stand:
Chris Christie’s another Pro-Illegal Immigration Lunatic: “Illegal Immigration is a Federal Problem, NOT a State Problem,” says so Christie:
Christie, who was appointed to that position by President George W. Bush, went on to say that an immigrant lacking documents is a civil wrong. “The whole phrase of 'illegal immigrant' connotes that the person, by just being here, is committing a crime,” he said then. “Don't let people make you believe that that's a crime that the U.S. attorney's office should be doing something about."
At the time, those statements earned Christie the wrath of TV host Lou Dobbs, then the loudest voice leading the crusade for tougher immigration policies, who called Christie "an utter embarrassment" and accused him of failing to aggressively prosecute immigration cases. (Watch video below.)
Perry has earned the mistrust of many in the party after reaffirming his support for a program in Texas that grants an in-state tuition discount to the children of illegal immigrants and for opposing the building of a fence along the U.S border with Mexico.
During an event at the Reagan library this week in Simi Valley, Christie, now New Jersey's governor, ripped Perry’s tuition stance, calling opposition to tuition grants “a common-sense position.”
Christie has talked of the need for greater enforcement of federal immigration laws and has opposed giving undocumented aliens driver's licenses—but last year also called on Congress to pass a comprehensive, bipartisan reform bill.
“The president and the Congress have to step up to the plate, they have to secure our borders, and they have to put forward a common-sense path to citizenship for people,” Christie said in an interview on ABC.
The advocacy group Numbers USA, which seeks to tighten immigration levels, has given Christie an “F” on the issue, although to be fair, it takes a dim view of just about every entrant in the GOP presidential field. Michele Bachmann earns the highest marks with a B, Mitt Romney gets a C-, and Perry, a D-.
(President Obama, incidentally, earns an F-, a grade that does not exist in most schools.)
While Christie has been seen in some circles as a potential game-changing candidate, capable of uniting GOP voters wary of both Perry and Romney, he does not fit the mold of a hard-core conservative. Take, for example, his past statements on climate change. Where Perry has called global warming theories “phony,” Christie has said, “When you have over 90% of the world’s scientists who have studied this stating that climate change is occurring and that humans play a contributing role, it’s time to defer to the experts.”
Christie supports the Bowles-Simpson deficit reduction plan, which calls for some tax increases to help reduce the deficit, a nonstarter for many budget hawks in the party. On healthcare, Christie declined to join a multistate lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the health insurance mandate. And while he has said he opposes same-sex marriage, he seemingly takes no issue with civil unions.
(Here's a chart from the Texas Tribune comparing Christie on the issues to Perry and Romney.)
And it’s highly possible that were Christie to reverse him and decide to run, he would pose a bigger threat to Romney than Perry, as both would chase voters in the Northeast and Midwest who might be less inclined to support the Texas governor.”

Ward Connerly: RE: RACIST-SB185; Truths of the Matter, “it’s ALL because Powers of Leftist Liberal Hispanic/Latinos Caucuses have over California Democratic Legislatures:”
Washington, We Have a Problem! Civil-War Launching Gallup Polls: Voter’s Disgust, Disdains & Unhappiness towards U.S. Government HIGHEST EVER:

The findings are from Gallup's annual Governance survey, updated Sept. 8-11, 2011. The same poll shows record or near-record criticism of Congress, elected officials, government handling of domestic problems, the scope of government power, and government waste of tax dollars.
Key Findings:
- 82% of Americans disapprove of the way Congress is handling its job.
- 69% say they have little or no confidence in the legislative branch of government, an all-time high and up from 63% in 2010.
- 57% have little or no confidence in the federal government to solve domestic problems, exceeding the previous high of 53% recorded in 2010 and well exceeding the 43% who have little or no confidence in the government to solve international problems.
- 53% have little or no confidence in the men and women who seek or hold elected office.
- Americans believe, on average, that the federal government wastes 51 cents of every tax dollar, similar to a year ago, but up significantly from 46 cents a decade ago and from an average 43 cents three decades ago.
- 49% of Americans believe the federal government has become so large and powerful that it poses an immediate threat to the rights and freedoms of ordinary citizens. In 2003, less than a third (30%) believed this.
Confidence in Congress hit a new low this month, with 31% of Americans saying they have a great deal or fair amount of confidence in the legislative branch, lower than the percentage confident in the executive (47%) or judicial (63%) branch. Confidence in the legislative branch is slightly higher among Republicans than among Democrats, 41% vs. 32%.

Americans' confidence in the people who run for or serve in office is also at a new low; however, the decline has been more recent, dropping from 66% in 2008 to 49% in 2009 and 45% today. For most of the history of this trend, Americans had much more positive views of those seeking or holding public office, but that changed in 2009, and the balance of opinion has since remained more negative than positive.

At 43%, fewer Americans today than at any time in the past four decades say they have a great deal or fair amount of trust in the federal government to handle domestic problems. That is significantly lower than the 58% average level of confidence Gallup has found on this since 1972, including a 77% reading shortly after the 9/11 attacks. Gallup did not ask the question between 1976 and 1997, however, and thus may have missed low points during the recessions that occurred in the early 1980s or at the time of the House banking scandal in the early '90s.
By contrast, faith in Washington to handle international problems (57%) is currently better than the 51% all-time low recorded in 2007, during the Iraq war, and not far off from the 65% average seen since 1972.

Nearly Half Now Say Government Poses Immediate Threat
Americans' sense that the federal government poses an immediate threat to individuals' rights and freedoms is also at a new high, 49%, since Gallup began asking the question using this wording in 2003. This view is much more pronounced among Republicans (61%) and independents (57%) than among Democrats (28%), although when George W. Bush was president, Democrats and independents were more likely than Republicans to view government as a threat.

Americans' various ratings of political leadership in Washington add up to a profoundly negative review of government -- something that would seem unhealthy for the country to endure for an extended period. Nevertheless, with another budget showdown looking inevitable and a contentious presidential election year getting underway, it appears the ratings reviewed here could get worse before they improve.

Worse, lobbyist Mike Toomey -- Merck & Co., the maker of the Gardasil, hired Toomey back in 2005 to promote the vaccine in Texas -- is now running Mr. Perry's presidential candidacy "SuperPac."
And I am afraid that Obama is no better with Obamacare, by creating mandates favoring medical industries and pharmaceuticals, with billions of dollars in profits by passing the unpopular healthcare law.

WikiLeaks Reveals North American Union Plan, the Wanton Destruction of American Sovereign Rights/Constitution & Average U.S. Wages Collapsing, While 46.2 Million Americans Living in Poverty:
This high level leak appears to validate earlier concerns by many groups of plans to create a new government, which would supersede the sovereignty of America, Canada, and Mexico in a way similar to the European Union. Critics of these merger plans call the plan the North American Union. Supporters of the plan call it the North American Community or North American Integration (NAI).
"It is conspiracy, but it is no theory," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "These traitors are trying to conceal their plans, but they are out in the open now. They are trying to force an economic union on America that is not ratified by the US Congress, not authorized by the US Constitution, and not approved of by the American public. This plan is being facilitated by the non enforcement of our existing immigration and border laws."
Americans were shocked to learn in 2005 and 2006 that millions of illegal aliens had been imported into America and were now marching in the streets demanding legalization, citizenship, voting rights, and taxpayer resources. Federal lawmakers loyal to the North American Integration plans have claimed "our immigration systems are broken" when in fact the immigration systems have been compromised by those advocating a merger of the populations of America, Mexico, and Canada.
Other examples of this economic union plan which has been pursued by Presidents Bush and Obama, can be found in the writings of Dr. Robert Pastor of American University, in releases by the Council on Foreign Relations such as "Building a North American Community," and in announcements made by heads of state in all three countries supporting the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP).
"North American integration requires American disintegration. Americans would never voluntarily enter into this devilish arrangement that would disintegrate the United States beneath a larger super state; and a new government which would destroy the existing US Constitution and borders," said William Gheen.
While news of this recent WikiLeaks disclosure is circulating on the Internet, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is releasing the news and documents to the nation today via national press release.
American citizens are encouraged to take appropriate steps to organize in defense of the nation, and prepare to politically challenge and defeat those pursuing this unlawful, unconstitutional, and nation-destroying agenda.”

"There are two major developments, she says, that are new this year and insufficiently noted, but they're going to shape election outcomes in 2010 and beyond. First, Washington is being revealed in a new way.
The American people now know, "with real sophistication," everything that happens in the capital. "I find a much more knowledgeable electorate, and it is a real-time response," Ms. Blackburn says. "We hear about it even as the vote is taking place."
Voters come to rallies carrying research—"things they pulled off the Internet, forwarded emails," copies of bills, roll-call votes. The Internet isn't just a tool for organization and fund-raising. It has given citizens access to information they never had before. "The more they know," Ms. Blackburn observes, "the less they like Washington."-Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn
Dr. Rossiter says the liberal agenda preys on weakness and feelings of inferiority in the population; by creating and reinforcing perceptions of victimization; satisfying infantile claims to entitlement, indulgence and compensation; augmenting primitive feelings of envy; rejecting the sovereignty of the individual, subordinating him to the will of the government. http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=56494
