Another Americans are too ‘STUPID’ bill was just approved by U.S congress, and they KEEP WONDERING, why they've got low approval ratings. 

“This legislation makes sense,” Representative Lamar Smith, said before the vote. “Why should American employers who seek green cards for skilled foreign workers have to wait longer just because the workers are from India or China?”

How about America’s unemployed, what about unemployed war Veterans? How long do they have to wait for jobs, FOR those jobs that are going to East Indians and Chinese instead? Rep. Republican out of Texas, Lamar Smith’s exact actions, demonstrate and portray exactly as to why, we’ve got a big problem with U.S. congress, they KEEP pandering to American Corporations and foreign interests, rather than OUR OWN!

They just do whatever they want. This sneaky bill was passed without Voters and Medias’ prior knowledge or approval. This bill was proposed by Republicans, to help provide cheaper Asian workers for U.S. corporations, under the guise of JOBS that Americans cannot do.

Highly Skilled May Wait Less for Visas “In a rare show of bipartisan comity on the angrily contested issue of immigration, the House of Representatives on Tuesday passed a bill that tweaks the visa system to allow more highly skilled immigrants from India and China to become legal permanent residents.

The bill, originally offered by Representatives Jason Chaffetz, a conservative freshman Republican from Utah, and Lamar Smith, a Texas Republican and chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, sailed through by a vote of 389 to 15. Joining as sponsors were several Democrats who are outspoken liberals on immigration, including Representatives Luis V. Gutierrez of Illinois and Zoe Lofgren of California.

The bill eliminates limits on the number of green cards based on employment that is available annually to each country. Currently, 140,000 green cards are available each year for immigrants based on their job skills, with each country limited to 7 percent of those visas. Under the bill, after a three-year transition, all employment-based green cards will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis, with no country limits.

The legislation also includes measures that will more than double the green cards based on family ties available for Mexicans and Filipinos, the two national groups facing the longest backlogs on the family side of the system. It raises the country limit for 226,000 family green cards each year to 15 percent from the current 7 percent.”

How American is that, we’ve got 13.9 unemployed, along with another possible 11 million under employed, the off radar folks, those who have exhausted their unemployment benefits. 

Among their most recent bill, congress passed another bill to help unemployed American war veterans, those who are statistically the highest unemployed in the U.S., instead of making all kinds of efforts, such as providing them with JOBS, U.S. congress once again, come up with another detrimental and damaging immigration bill affecting all unemployed Americans, benefitting East Indians and Chinese instead.

Even the ever shameful, pro-unions and pro-blue collar workers Democrat Party, scrambled to support this asinine bill. Democratic politicians in Washington like to claim that they are for the American worker, the blue collar stiff, they are pro-veterans, but here is more proof on that BIG LIE and Republican lies for that matter!

Now, you can see why we’ve all got to replace this entire U.S. congress in 2012. YOU can’t come to me, and tell me, that OUT OF possible 21 million unemployed Americans, they can’t find someone, or at least one unemployed American to train for those JOBS? I don’t buy that argument at all, just as millions of Americans won’t either at the ballot box in 2012!

What a SORRY bunch! How inept are the Feds? I also understand that President Obama and U.S. congress expedited the VA’s disability system for veterans, to get their Service Connected and non-service connected disabilities quicker, within six months of application date, however, THIS is ANOTHER BIG Washington LIE, we’ve got veterans in San Francisco, who are still waiting to hear on their claims a year passed that deadline!

Oh! Just another of my usual FACT BASED rants on the net!

What’s happening in the United States, it’s what has happened in Europe? We’ve become so PC/political correctness on most issues, rather than being perceived hateful or RACIST, we’re letting Political Correctness slowly destroy/ruin this country, piece by piece, by keeping our mouths shut in FEAR to offend, rather than SPEAK OUT the truths.

One thing I noticed during my years on the net, one cannot speak or write freely, criticizing illegal immigrants or immigrants in general, regardless of the TRUTHS, and regardless how right you may be, you become scorned by others and websites around the net.

You see folks; it’s very ‘faux’ in this country these days to be writing the truths about what’s really happening with immigrants who come and live here. Criticizing whether they speak English or not, whether they are assimilating with our customs and ways, and whether they serve in the U.S. military or not, and whereby they are here legally or illegally, it not too gauche to be talking about it and less writing about it.   

Prior to 2007, I’ve been thrown out of a number of discussion boards, and numerous of my comments in major websites have never been published. I have submitted written articles to some major contribution oriented news related websites, and even conservative ones, some of them would come back saying, “We’re sorry to announce, that your article is not suitable for our site audience,” but most, I never heard back from them again.

I knew that those JERKS we’re actively suppressing my ‘freedom of speech.’ I got FED-UP with it, and thanks to Google; I took on blogging, where I’m in total control of all my materials, and where I can call it as I see it, a place where ‘I can tell it like it is,’ without any worries of editing or removal of my contents.

In the end; out of the blogosphere, I have discovered two wonderful websites, where I POSTED my articles with no problems at all, Examiner.com and Zimbio.com. With Zimbio, I’ve been with them since I began my blogs around 2007, and they’ve brought me substantial amounts of traffic onto my blog throughout the past few years.

And regardless of what my rants were about, they would always accept my written contents on their websites. You see folks, both of those websites KNOW the difference between ‘criticizing’ something by using FACTS and from one being RACIST. 

Just because I am pointing flaws about immigrants and our RUN-AMUCK immigration systems, it doesn’t mean, I am being RACIST, it only means that I am more concerned about those issues than most, and government needs to look into the matter and investigate better.

If you want to see, how ‘freedom of Speech’ is actively being suppressed by the Media? Take my last article that I wrote yesterday, and when I usually post on the Examiner.com, most of my articles reach a wider, and a much larger audience than my blog does.

For example, if you highlight the title of the article, copy and then paste it on Google and put quotation marks on each end, then you can immediately see who’s carried my story.

Take “A Perfect Storm; Conditions for Third Party President, May Become a Reality to Save the United States from Crony-Capitalism, Which is Destroying the Nation:” Google is showing that 252 websites have carried this news article I wrote a few days earlier.

And then do the same thing for my last, so called controversial article; “Cash Only, No Checks, Debit or Credit Cards Accepted! No Paper Trails Wanted; 47% in U.S. not paying their Fair Shares of Federal Taxes:” ONLY 7 WEBSITES, including the very reliable Examiner.com CARRIED that story!

You see folks; it’s a kind of pick and choose Media we have under the control of ‘bleeding hearts’ liberals and even conservatives for that matter, they don’t give a DARN, and never mind whether you are telling the truths about things or not, they are basically saying; YOUR article is offensive and NOT enough P.C. for us to carry, it does not meet our criteria’s to carry on our websites!

I don’t know what happened to my country, it’s not the same country I came to in 1968. It’s becoming where we are allowing immigrants to do whatever they want. Whether it’s stomping on us, abusing us, ignoring our rule of laws on immigration and Federal taxes, our current P.C. attitudes coming from the Media and politicians, lets them get away with it ‘Scott Free.’ It’s almost like they are saying, “don’t pick on those the poor immigrants, leave them alone, YOU HAVE NO HEART,” while our freaking’ nation is going down the TUBES!

The rest of us have to abide by laws, but these malcontents do not. It never used to be this way with immigrants. My father Guy A. Chamot was an immigrant too, an educated one, and I was an immigrant also, but not as educated. My father Guy had to wait in line for years, to get a proper Visa to come here, with the help of his former employer, Gulf Oil Corp.

My father Guy didn’t cut in line or demand for rights that were NEVER his in the first place, or come across the border illegally. He waited in line, like every other immigrant did at the time. Unlike most of the new immigrants we have here today. I’m horrified seeing, how the quality of immigrants have dropped, and changed dramatically from what they were back then, during my father’s time.

Today’s new immigrants, mainly undocumented aliens, don’t respect this country at all, they take whatever they can, they take more than what they put in, and they keep sucking our wealth dry, and end up taking it all back to their home countries.

Most of the undocumented’s’ don’t pay their fair shares of Federal taxes either.

When my father Guy got his Visa, I got mine about the same time, and when I arrived here around 1968, I was ten years old, with practically no American customs or with any English skills at all. I grew up in Austin Texas and there were no bi-lingual classes for me there. I was put right into the fire of education; it was learning English as quickly as possible, period, none of this or that.

My father and I didn’t go around demanding for things or rights that we weren’t entitled for. We WORKED hard to achieve them, and we PAID our fair shares of taxes too. We appreciated being allowed into the United States and we adjusted accordingly and we contributed.

I had to learn English through schools of hard knocks! I even served in the U.S. military, I am a proud U.S. Navy veteran, a VA recipient, something most of today’s immigrants don’t do or even care to do.

Living in San Francisco, or New York for that matter, gives you bigger insights into what’s wrong with our immigration systems and modern immigrants. Former immigrants like myself, get pretty turned off by most of the new immigrants, leaving bitter tastes in my mouth.

My very left-wing liberal stepmother, English as a second linguistic expert, professor at Georgetown University, in D.C., Anna Uhl Chamot and her other liberal nut-job and minion, my so called half brother, Alain Chamot, or who prefers to be called G Alain Chamot don’t understand that.

They don’t understand America’s principal foundations, freedom of political choice and views, they don’t understand what ‘freedoms of speech’ is all about, they think I am just a right-wing nut-job and they are embarrassed by it.

Since I have high rankings on search engines, their friends cannot help correlate that we come from the same family, they are embarrassed by that, it was a kind of silent ultimatum, it’s either blog, or us kind of thing, I chose blogging, and my rights to free speech, over them, and they completely disowned me as a family since 2007.

That’s what liberals do.

Take Asians for example, other than Filipinos, of 4.8 % of Asians in the U.S.; ethnic Chinese are the largest Asian populations living in the United States, they constitute 22.4% of the Asian population, and they ARE the least likely to serve in the U.S. military according to military statistics.

However, Filipinos are the smallest of the Asian population, and they are the majority, and highly likely to serve in the U.S military. According to the Heritage Foundation military statistics, and even Hispanics/Latinos, according to their population size, are underrepresented as a whole, in the U.S. military, compared to White and Black Americans.

So before you criticize me and my works, and refuse my rights to freedom of speech, I earned the right to do so, as an assimilated immigrant and as a PROUD American, who served!

I have earned those colors, but what have they done lately for this country, called the United State of America? Not a thing, but demanding for more rights. In other words folks; if they are here, they should contribute more, at least fight for their HOME country if they have to, instead of milking us dry!

However, one segment of the population, are openly, and wantonly not paying Federal Taxes, but are Getting Away with it.

“By most estimates, 46 percent of American households had no federal income tax liability this year; either because, they didn't make enough money or their credits, exemptions and deductions exceeded their tax bill. Some filers without an income tax bill even got refund checks from Uncle Sam.

“We live in a world where only 53 percent of Americans pay federal income tax, 47 percent pay nothing,” the Minnesota congresswoman recently said in Iowa.

Sen. Roy Blunt, a Missouri Republican, also insists it’s a mistake to allow some taxpayers to pay no federal income levy. “I do think you value what you pay for,” Blunt said. “Whether that’s co-pay at the doctor’s office, or actually having a stake in the income tax system.”

“The poor need jobs, and they also need to share some of the responsibility,” Republican Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah said last July.”

Ah! You’ve got it, Senator Orrin Hatch; you hit it right on the proverbial NAIL! By poor, do you also mean the (poor) immigrants?

Back around January 2010, I did this story; Billions in Tax Dollars are going Uncollected; Legal/Illegal immigrants are 30% more likely to start a business than non-immigrants, represent 16.7% of all new business owners, and they are the least audited by the IRS: “I will talk about another subject that’s been bugging me for a while. Actually, it’s been brought up to me a number of times by some concerned American citizens, from Arkansas, Oklahoma to California.

The problem is, Federal, state and local government’s tax cheats from skyrocketing legal and illegal immigrant owned businesses that the IRS ignores, and possibly billions of dollars in tax dollars are going uncollected every year.

According to a recent study; are Immigrant-Owned Businesses Surviving Better than Most?
“According to the Small Business Administration, Immigrant business owners total about 1.5 million in the U.S., representing 12.5% of all business owners, and that they make huge contributions to the U.S. economy.” 

But NOT exactly; “A report released in November 2009, by the Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy showed that “immigrants are nearly 30% more likely to start a business than non-immigrant’s, and they represent 16.7% of all new business owners.” In some states, more than 30% of all business start-ups are from immigrants.”

Growth of immigrant OWNED businesses has been phenomenal, but tax revenues in states like California have not. While tax REVENUES is declining all over, immigrant businesses are GROWING. This must tell you a lot of what’s going on, that new immigrants are not paying their fair share of taxes!

“But there might be a pattern that tells the whole story; it’s about their possible new sources of revenue that is going totally unchecked and ignored by these governments. But should you, our politicians and the IRS take notice? Absolutely, everybody should.

Here we go again with the inequality enforcements of laws, to favor a minority group over the majority. JUST LIKE the illegal immigration issue! Lax of enforcements! There is no doubt that real born American owned businesses, black and white, from the East Coast to the Left Coast, are the brunt of all IRS audits.

As time have gone by, I’ve been seeing far too many legitimate American owned small businesses, smaller national chains, and so forth, shuttering and going out of business, and their locations are rapidly being replaced by immigrant owned businesses.

This is the case here in San Francisco. Over twenty years ago, the Mission Street corridor from 16th Street to Geneva, Irving Avenue, and the Richmond District, all used to have a number of legitimates American owned businesses, but as times have evolved, the economy have soured, and as immigrants began to invade the city in droves, and California for that matter, they are all there somewhat thriving and paying these high rents when others couldn’t.”

But the BIG eye popper, and the skinny behind all of this, good portions of these Asian and Latino businesses, are small mom and pop operations’, which do not provide sales receipts; nor accept checks, and debit or credit cards for their businesses and that raises a red flag. There are many of those, even in higher end rent areas of downtown San Francisco.

From Chinese restaurants, which number in the thousands in San Francisco, Hispanic bodegas and Taquerias, to Korean and Arab owned corner liquor stores, many don’t hand out receipts, they are all ‘cash only’ transactions. 

“And to top it all, a good portion of those businesses don’t have bank accounts, for the government to trace back on their income earnings. It’s an all strictly CASH business, without any form of verifications on incomes and if taxes are being paid at all.

What we need to ask is, “how can they afford those high rents, when they are selling cheap imported products, mostly unknown brands in a specific smaller market, when the previous renter was an IRS legit business and failed to make it?”

If you’re wondering where Social Security and Veteran’s Benefits moneys will be coming from when it runs out, it definitely won’t be coming from them, that’s for sure! If they are that poor to pay their fair share of taxes, they DON'T belong in this country!

Other Republicans and conservatives have echoed her concerns, suggesting tax reform that could include a required minimum payment from almost everyone.

B.S. Artist of the year! “All Americans pay taxes,” Citizens for Tax Justice, a liberal public interest group, noted recently. “Everyone who works pays federal payroll taxes. Everyone who drives pays federal and state gas taxes. State sales taxes affect everyone who shops and state and local property taxes affect everyone who owns or rents a home. … Most states have income taxes.”  Baloney's!

The argument over the federal tax structure is expected to move to the center of the presidential campaign next year. It’s already part of the debate over the federal deficit, and GOP candidate Herman Cain rose in the polls after proposing major cuts in federal income taxes and a new national sales tax as part of his 9-9-9 proposal.

Republicans want to reform taxes for a variety of reasons, of course — lower tax rates, for example, would spur job creation, they say — but many also think requiring an income tax payment from everyone would make the system fairer.”

Days of American politicians taking VOTERS for granted, could be over in 2012. The Wall Street Journal came out with an accurate article about this, being the right timing for a third party in U.S. politics.

In Wall Street’s article, called Americans as being ‘Antsy,’ the REAL meaning of antsy; [ˈæntsɪ] means Informal, restless, nervous, and impatient. But, I wouldn’t go as far calling American voters as antsy; I’d go further, I’d more likely call them Angry, LIVID and in a state of disbelief, dumbfounded, and shocked as to what they are witnessing, with the corruptive going-on in Washington D.C. and with their elected officials.

According to Wall Street, “When Ross Perot First Ran, 39% Were Dissatisfied; Today It's 81%. And 'Something Is Going to Explode'

The nation's dismay with Washington turns up in an array of polling results. To understand why the moment may be ripe for a real surprise next November, consider just these numbers: Ross Perot, who won nearly one in five votes in 1992 to become the most successful independent candidate in modern presidential politics, ran at a moment when 39% of Americans said they were dissatisfied with how the nation was being governed. Today, Gallup reports, 81% are saying they are dissatisfied.”

I was one of those Ross Perrot supporters back then, doing one of those signature drives for the Ross Perrot for President, ballot initiative drives in California. And tell me about it, those were the ‘good times’, I had a good job then, and I was still unhappy with Washington.

But economically speaking, it wasn’t that bad then, but the anger was still there. However, today it’s an economical titanic nightmare, a complete disaster and chaos now, compared to what it was back then.

The current national MOOD is very angry, but virtually silent and it's scary. We’re witnessing silent majorities of angry Americans who want change and most who are not accustomed to seeing their usual politics, or parties being uprooted from its proverbial norm.

The voter’s angry backlash towards their politicians began in 2006 Midterms and it hasn’t stopped. Americans in general, are getting FED-UP and are angry, and very unhappy in seeing their nation falling to pieces. I have never seen this country this unhappy as it is now!

There are tens of thousands of American bloggers and websites commentators in all stripes, like the Marc Chamot Report, who are constantly pointing out their angers, and who are being noisy and very boisterous about what’s going on in Washington. It’s all, a tell-tale sign that things aren’t going too well in D. C. Ville or for this nation. 

All this national anger is not all directed on Democrats; it’s directed more towards the GOP/Republicans, because they have shown they aren’t for all Americans as they should be.

If Republicans were truly popular, they’d be running away with it in the polls, but they are not.

The FACT IS, Americans are angrier that they don’t have any alternative to Democrats, other than the same old tried and tired insane policies of the GOP. That is the national mood, I am seeing.

“Pollsters and politicians of both parties say those and a slate of similar findings show that voters have become unusually open to an independent presidential run next year. Over half of voters now tell Gallup that a third party is needed, up from 40% in 2003. Seven in 10 think the country is on the wrong track. Faith in the two parties is scraping all-time lows.”

Antsy Voters Look for a Third Way “So far, no national figure has stepped forward to run outside the two-party system. But some veteran pollsters say public disenchantment is so strong that someone is bound to try to fill the vacuum.

And the opportunity is only likely to grow, they say, with the collapse this week of Congress's bipartisan deficit-cutting committee, which many read as another sign of Washington's inability to solve problems.

However, Mr. Donald Trump came close to reinvigorate that fire into angry Americans, when he spoke the truths about China and outsourcing of jobs abroad, those that are KILLING the American economy, productivity and JOBS.

"There's just too much unrest out there for this to be put back in the box," said Democratic pollster Peter Hart. "Something is going to explode."

Sen. John McCain, the 2008 Republican nominee, told a political forum earlier this month that unless both parties change, an independent "fed-up" candidate is inevitable in 2012.

The bigger problem with both Parties in power, they have been OUTED through their actions of inactions, and we the VOTERS, are not as DUMB as they think we are. Most of those politicians have shown to whom their loyalties really are for, and it’s not for individual American’s best interests.

Take the Democrats for example, practically EVERY jobs bill, or bailouts that President Obama and the Democratic congress have proposed, adding on to the deficit and at taxpayer’s expense, has been to save federal, state and local government, public employees and their union’s careers, but nothing towards helping the private sectors, which’s been decimated the most.

We can see through all of this phoniness and facades, people in general are seeing all the malarkey that is being played out right in front of their eyes in U.S. congress, people are questioning, as to why is Obama helping save over glorified teachers jobs, fire and police, who already receive above average salaries, and benefits, and retirements that most Americans will never experience in their lifetimes.

People are seeing all the pandering, like Obama and Democrats with illegal aliens, and the unapologetic GOP/Republicans have their nasty baggage too, and in some ways it much bigger and worse than Democrats. GOP has never apologized for creating anti-jobs policies such as NAFTA AND WTO’S, outsourcing millions of American jobs abroad, China, under the guise of consumerism, which in fact, was to elevate profit levels for their corporate partners.  

And GOP’s knack of wanting to protect millionaires and billionaires from paying higher taxes, or closing lucrative tax loopholes that lets them get away from paying billions of dollars, while wanting to keep the Wall Street military industrial complex wealthy, while going after our Medicare, Social Security, Food Stamps and unemployment is beyond disbelief, its dumbfounding!

“A recent Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll found that 18% of likely voters would support Mr. Paul in a three-way race against President Barack Obama and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, giving the president a wider lead over Mr. Romney than in a two-man race. The level of support for Mr. Paul in that scenario astonished Mr. Hart and Republican pollster Bill McInturff, who conducted the survey.

The country has seen upstart presidential bids before: George Wallace in 1968; John Anderson in 1980; Mr. Perot in 1992 and 1996, to name a few. In 2000, Ralph Nader got less than 3% of the national vote, but his tally in some states—Florida, above all—may have tipped the election.

But by nearly all metrics, the political atmosphere is fouler now than even in 1992, when Mr. Perot ran on opposition to federal deficit spending and the North American Free Trade Agreement.

At one point, a Gallup survey showed Mr. Perot leading then-President George H.W. Bush and then-Gov. Bill Clinton. "What we saw then pales in comparison to the anger and frustration now," said Stan Greenberg, who conducted polling for Mr. Clinton's 1992 campaign. "Both parties are crashing in popularity at the same time. It's a race to the bottom."


But there's a strong possibility that a challenger will emerge to take on the two parties' nominees, if only because a new group called Americans Elect is working to assure national ballot access for an independent candidate to be picked in June.

Third-party candidates always struggle to gather the signatures and clear the hurdles needed to put themselves before voters in all 50 states. With thousands of volunteers and a bankroll of over $20 million—most of it from rich donors—Americans Elect is doing that work up front. The group is on eight state ballots now and is shooting to be on more than half by the end of the year.

"We are reimagining the way we nominate a presidential ticket," said Kahlil Byrd, the group's chief executive officer and a onetime Democratic operative in Massachusetts.

Formed by a collection of disenchanted former political operatives and campaign donors, the nonprofit group claims to have aroused interest among dozens of politicians, business executives and former military officers, though it declines to mention any names. The group says it will select its candidate through a public, online convention in June. The winner will be required to pick a running mate from a different party, then fund and organize his or her own campaign.

Republican strategist Mark McKinnon, who is advising the group, said some of the names popping up include former Nebraska Sen. Chuck Hagel, Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, none of whom have given any public hint they are eyeing a run.

Talk of third-party presidential bids gives most Republicans a chill. Even a centrist independent, they fear, would sap votes from the Republican nominee and grease the way for Mr. Obama's re-election.

"I can see very clearly how the ground is ripe for this," says Ms. Conway, the Republican pollster. "But in no way would it be good for us."

The conditions do exist, but the real question we’ve got to ask, is, do Americans have the energy and care badly enough to do it? Obama Leaves God out of Thanksgiving Speech, Riles Critics “Critics of President Obama felt little holiday cheer after the president did not thank God in his Thanksgiving-themed weekly Internet address. They immediately took to Twitter and the Internet to voice anger and disbelief.

"Holy cow! Is that one screwed up or what?" columnist Sherman Frederick of the Las Vegas Review-Journal wrote in a Thanksgiving-morning blog post.

"Somebody ought to remind Obama (and his speechwriter) that when Americans sit down around a meal today and give thanks, they give thanks to God."

Over on the website of Fox News Radio, radio host Todd Starnes also took issue.

"His remarks were void of any religious references, although Thanksgiving is a holiday traditionally steeped in giving thanks and praise to God," Starnes wrote.

"The president said his family was 'reflecting on how truly lucky we truly are,'" Starnes said. "For many Americans, though, Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on how blessed and thankful they are."

The popular website of London's Daily Mail has taken the issue global, with a story under the headline "What a Turkey! What an outrage as Obama Leaves God out of His Thanksgiving Address."

Obama mentioned God once in a closing "God bless you," to Americans watching the Internet address. 

However, the President explicitly thanked God earlier in the week in his writtenThanksgiving proclamation, which called the holiday "one of our nation's oldest and most cherished traditions," and an occasion that "brings us closer to our loved ones and invites us to reflect on the blessings that enrich our lives."

Why are you surprised? Why are we all surprised about this now? You always knew what he was when YOU voted for him. You know, President Obummer, well, err Obama, has made multilingual religious greetings to other Gods, but not our Christian God.

Yeah, he’s always been there for that, umm, hum Muslim God. In every Muslim religious activity, the word Allah popped out his mouth. Obama came from an unchristian and Godless church, he’s always been true Muslim believer disguised as a Christian, and he only used Christianity for political expediencies.  Obama knew that a race filled hate church, like Reverend Wright’s wouldn’t make any difference for his political career, for as long as STUPID American VOTERS believed he was a Christian.

The government still thinks a woman has no rights over her own body, and between Uncle Clarence who sexually harassed Anita Hill, and a closeted Klan court, that is a throwback to the 19th century, handpicked by Daddy Bush, Ronald Reagan, Gerald Ford, between Clarence and that stacked court, they are about to undo Roe vs. Wade, just like they are about to un-do affirmative action. The government lied in its founding documents and the government is still lying today. Governments lie."

He went on with: "The government lied about Pearl Harbor too. They knew the Japanese were going to attack. Governments lie. The government lied about the Gulf of Tonkin Incident. They wanted that resolution to get us in the Vietnam War. Governments lie. The government lied about Nelson Mandela and our CIA helped put him in prison and keep him there for 27 years. Wright also spoke about the government's rationale for the Iraq War: "The government lied about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq being a threat to the United States peace. And guess what else? Wright then commented on God and government: "And the United States of America government, when it came to treating her citizens of Indian descent fairly, she failed. She put them on reservations. When it came to treating her citizens of Japanese descent fairly, she failed. She put them in internment prison camps.

When it came to treating her citizens of African descent fairly, America failed. She put them in chains, the government put them on slave quarters, put them on auction blocks, put them in cotton field, put them in inferior schools, put them in substandard housing, put them in scientific experiments, put them in the lowest paying jobs, put them outside the equal protection of the law, kept them out of their racist bastions of higher education and locked them into positions of hopelessness and helplessness.

Have you ever paid attention to what presidential candidates are wearing? Come election season nothing is left to chance, not even the attire. 

Suit, shirt, the tie, the American Flag pin, the same suspicious tan, it is all thought through by fashion and image consultants that get paid thousands of dollars to come up with something that sets their patron apart while at the same time creates a likeable image. 

Despite the efforts to create a unique look and to set themselves apart, all presidential candidates dress the same. It almost appears as if they purposely tried to coordinate their uniforms for their show.

During the past several presidential debates it has been the same dark gray suit, white shirt, and ruby red tie outfit – a look that, according to Fashion consultant Pohl, is “elegant, yet boring and unauthentic”. Now the question arises: Why do all the candidates dress the same? Well according to Pohl the gray suit and white shirt is classic and elegant. It is a timeless uniform that purveys professionalism, competence, and tradition. 

Now, why the red tie appears to be the dominant choice has other reasons. Pohl has extensively studied the effect that colors have on people. He found out that of all colors it is the color red that produces the greatest emotional response in the observer. According to Pohl red can be views in two different ways. The optimist typically perceives red as a passionate and vibrant color that creates positive emotional responses. Quite opposite is the emotion red provokes in negative people. For those red stand for warning and caution.

Pohl thinks that although the red tie is a risky choice, it is perfect given the situation. Right now Presidential candidates are trying to establish themselves as the frontrunner for the Republican Party. They need a look that is attention grabbing and is remembered, and there is no better accessory for it than the red power tie. 

Pohl is convinced that the red tie will continue dangling from candidates’ necks at least until the winner can go head to head with President Obama. During that time “likability” will be the theme for wardrobe consultants, and Pohl predicts that neckties will then predominately be navy blue in color – the color people consider their favorite more than any other color.

Although the gray suit, red tie look does the job, it would be nice if candidates would show some more individuality and personal style. Because this uniform has been so overused, Pohl actually thinks that the public would respond quite positively to candidate changing things up. 

If he were to consult a candidate on what to dress for tomorrow’s debate he would still stick to the dark gray suit and white shirt, but would swap the red tie for a striped blue one, and would add further uniqueness with accessories like cufflinks, a tie bar, and possibly even a neatly folded white pocket square.

With numbers like these, this ought be landslide disadvantages for President Obama and Democrats in 2012, right? Well, no, not exactly.GOP/Republicans do not understand, WE, the VOTERS, will NO longer tolerate business as usual in Washington.

Even though more negatives on Obama, just like the recent CNN Poll: Blue collar Democrats' support for Obama drops “Although President Barack Obama's overall approval rating remains steady, his standing among Democrats, and in particular among blue-collar Democrats, appears to have dropped, according to a new national survey.

According to a CNN/ORC International Poll released Wednesday, 44% of Americans say they approve of the job the president's doing in the White House, with 54% saying they disapprove of how Obama is handling his duties. The president's approval rating has hovered in the same mid-40's range since June in CNN surveys.

But the poll indicates that there has been some change when Democrats are asked whether they want to see their party re-nominate Obama, with 26% of Democrats saying that they would prefer the party to nominate another Democrat for president next year, up from 18% in October.

Nonetheless, a robust 72% of Democrats are still in the president's corner - and in any case, the changes are strictly hypothetical, since there is no indication that Obama will face a serious challenger in any primary next year.

"The biggest change comes among white Democrats with no college education, a group typically considered the core of the party's blue-collar constituency," says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. "Half of all white Democrats with no college education say they don't want President Obama heading their party's ticket next year."

I as a proud Independent, I’m still sore with GOP/Republicans, and so are the rest of the nation’s voters. This is the time, when it should be a GOP slam dunk defeat of President Obama, but it is not.

Regardless to poll numbers, Obama and Democrats are still electable in 2012, because Republican candidates for the U.S. presidency are still not showing any options and or any other reasons as to why we should vote for them, and or sway our support from Obama.

Due to the sorry state of the economy and with numerous failed Obama policies, as I said before, GOP/Republicans should be running away in the polls at this time, but they’re NOT.

The last time we had any excitement around was when Donald Trump was deciding in throwing his bid for the presidency. Donald Trump surged, until he made the decision not to run for 2012 as GOP.

TRUST is a big factor on electing American political candidates, and the GOP keep shooting themselves in the foot with their sheer arrogance and ignorance’s.

Some of those lame GOP candidates are not talking about China, or how they would differ from Obama, over outsourcing of jobs abroad. We’re not hearing anything about higher tariffs being imposed on imported cheap Chinese goods that are destroying American manufacturers and its economy.

We are not hearing anything about reforming Wall Street and corporate financial influences in American politics. The hypocrisy of it all, Republicans want to reform two key Democratic arms of political fundraisers, the Labor Unions and Trial Lawyers, while ignoring their very own gross canard in the room.

And the WORST mistake the GOP has done to themselves, they keep supporting policies for the wealthy, the wealthiest in the nation, while asking general Joe’s, the general ‘Q’ public like us to make bigger sacrifices, than what they are asking major U.S. corporations to make.

They want us to accept financial cuts to our social lifelines, such as Social Security, unemployment and other social services, while allowing corporate conglomerates to keep laying-off and outsourcing American jobs abroad for cheaper labor and for higher profitability.

The pro-corporate stigma on Republicans will never fade away, for as long as GOP keep ignoring individual American interests over Wall Street’s. Most Elite and mainstream GOP/Republicans think today’s American voter, is very stupid and is pretty forgetful as to what caused our economic demise in the first place.

The GOP negative stigmas is sticking like glue, and with the creation and supporting disastrous policies such as NAFTA, World Trade Organizations, globalization policies, uncontrolled ‘free’ trades and so forth, which have KILLED millions, upon-millions of ‘blue collar’ American JOBS throughout the years. 

BUT now, GOP/Republicans are coming to us and asking us, to take more cuts and economical sacrifices on our social services lifelines.

In other words; it didn’t suffice for THE Republicans killing our jobs, and livelihoods in their quests for Wall Street’s higher profitability, but they want to take away our security blankets, after having done damages of killing American jobs and due to current financial crisis, and they want us to take deeper cuts on our lifelines of financial support. That's WRONG.

That is why the GOP is much more disliked and distrusted than Democrats, by most American voters and mainly Independents.

And with that SORRY image the GOP is being portrayed, they will never recoup from these negative stigmas and they cannot immediately shake it away for as long they keep thinking and operating that way and that’s why Democrats in U.S. Congress and President Obama are still alive in 2012, regardless of the chaos going around us.

Do you all want to know why unpopular President Obama is lockstep with GOP/Republicans candidates for the 2012 presidential elections? They can't distinguish themselves apart from Obama illegal immigration policies.

It’s because of the likes of Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich’s and other GOP RINO’s, those who are running in the Republican ticket instead of REAL conservative Americans, those who are for the American citizenries, instead of being beholden to special interest groups.

The GOP/Republicans are missing the BOAT on illegal immigration. 

And finally the REAL Gingrich uncovered! Newt Gingrich is just another RINO, (Republican in Name Only), disguised as a conservative, who likes to REWARD illegal border crosser lawbreakers, with legalized documents and papers and who is going down in flames of 2012 infamy!

First there were the Rick Perry idiocies and now Newt Gingrich? I don’t know what it is with front runners in the Republican Party this year; they are shooting themselves in the foot, and are clearly laden with total ignorance and idiocies towards their views on illegal immigration.

These crops of GOP/Republicans aren’t getting the majority of the people’s message on illegal immigration. Like the majority of voting Americans who have HAD it up-to-here, with rampant illegal immigrations and illegal immigrants!

We don’t want MORE illegal lawbreakers, and we don’t want to give in to illegal immigrants either. We don’t want to give them any breaks other than getting out of this country, and stopping them from lawbreaking. And we certainly don’t want to GIVE illegal immigrant lawbreakers amnesties or paths towards legalizations, period!

Bleeding heart pro-illegal immigration politicians like Newt Gingrich makes me gag on my keyboard and laptop screen, and the constant pandering to these lawbreaking groups, like we witnessed coming from Newt Gingrich, just as Rick Perry before, and mainly those coming within the GOP is atrocious and makes me ill indeed.

If we want to hear these kinds of garbage coming from GOP presidential candidates, we’d VOTE Democrat and we’d VOTE for Barack Hussein Obama, instead for a moronic Republican presidential candidate like Newt Gingrich.

Some people are saying it was gutsy for Newt to come out in support of illegal immigrants, BUT the rest of us really know the truth, it was very IDIOTIC of him to do so, knowing full well how the majority of American Voters feel about the subject matter.

Just as Rick Perry and Governor Chris Christie before him, Newt is now considered among those exclusive groups of bleeding heart liberals Republicans, who are for pro-illegal immigrations. They are RINO’s, fake Republicans and they are not TRUE Republicans.

Tim Albrecht, a top aide to Gov. Terry Branstad (R), said Gingrich’s comments will prove “toxic.” He predicted that other candidates would “tear him up on this issue.”

“The climate changed for Newt Gingrich [Tuesday] night,” added Albrecht, who worked for Mitt Romney’s 2008 campaign and is neutral now because he’s working for Branstad.

In Iowa in particular, immigration politics inspires passion among conservatives. “They believe, as I do, that any form of amnesty is not supported,” said Ann Trimble-Ray, chairman of the Sac County Republican Party. “If you have broken the law, then you need to pay the consequences of having done so. If that means deportation, so be it.”

Australia probes Obama security slip “Australian officials were working Sunday to trace how a top-secret dossier containing detailed plans for US President Barack Obama's recent visit to Australia came to be found in a gutter.

The 125-page booklet classified "In Confidence" and containing the phone numbers and contact details of senior personnel from Australia and the US, was found near parliament on Thursday by a Fairfax journalist.

"The incident is currently being investigated," a spokesman for Attorney-General Robert McClelland told AFP.

"In line with long standing practice, the Australian Government does not comment on security matters," he added.

Most of the manual was devoted to a minute-by-minute schedule of Obama's movements during his 27-hour visit to Canberra and Darwin last week, even detailing which car door he would use and the seating arrangements within his convoys.

It also ran through the exact breakdown of his secret service detail and motorcade arrangements, including Obama's ambulance, counter-assault teams, communications and intelligence, according to the journalist, Dylan Welch.

The booklet cover stated that the information was "not to be communicated either directly or indirectly to any person not authorized to receive it", Welch said, and it included contact details for a range of figures.

It also named a long-serving member responsible for Obama's protection.

Welch claimed to have found it in a gutter 100 meters from Parliament House on early on Thursday.

I am still waiting for my 'Service Connected' Medical Paid Compensations'.

However, just as things were getting better, I broke my left arm, I got a Humerus arm fracture, after falling over a ground floor railing last Thursday.

 It’s a struggle to write, but I can do.

I am a proud Military Veteran. Unfortunately my naval career was short lived, due to unsuspected bouts of medical illnesses caused by surrounding chemicals. About two years ago, it was discovered that I was entitled to VA’s, Veteran’s Affairs benefits for my time served in the service.

When I joined the U.S. Navy, it was a few months past my seventeenth birthday, and I can still remember back in frozen tundra’s, and dead of winters ‘boot camp’ at Illinois’ Great Lakes Naval facility in Waukegan, like it was yesterday.

I joined the U.S. Navy back around 1975, and I was an immigrant kid with deep European accent, but that wasn’t my only problem. Besides all the bullying I endured while on ship because of language barriers; back during ‘boot camp’ they put me through Tear Gas drills, that was the beginning of the end, for a decent naval career for a seventeen year old out of Austin Texas.

Throughout the years, I ended up with serious allergies and sinuses for the rest of my growing life. I was a designated Boatswain’s Mate, and deck hand in the Navy. My Navy work led me towards ship outer structure maintenance, such as sanding and painting decks and bulkheads, including using provisions for complete rust maintenance on board ship, thereby using chemical laden paints and thinners.

Upon my father’s approval, I proudly joined the U.S. Navy around December 1975. After Boot-Camp, I was stationed in Newport Rhode Island back in 1976-1977 on a ship called U.S.S. Vogelgesang, a Word War II, and D.D. 862 Class destroyer.

This World War II ship was laden with dangerous levels of asbestos, mercury metals and leaded paints. 

And numerous sources of my illnesses can be attributed to asbestos, lead paint and mercury and POSSIBLE Agent Orange, the reason why I’m saying Agent-Orange, there has been history of naval service men during the Vietnam War of cross contamination's.

Studies have shown that Agent Orange may have been transmitted through water desalination systems in Vietnam era ships that were sent to Vietnam.

According to Wikipedia; “U.S.S. Vogelgesang was built by the Bethlehem Steel Corporation at Staten Island in New York on 3 August 1944, and it was launched on 15 January 1945, commissioned on 28 April 1945. Vogelgesang earned two battle stars for service during the Vietnam War.

The task group arrived in the gulf on 28 July, and Vogelgesang provided anti-submarine defense and plane guard services as the carrier's air group struck at targets in North Vietnam. 

On 15 August, the destroyer closed the shores of South Vietnam to provide gunfire support for troops operating ashore.

On the night of 18 and 19 August, her 5 inch guns succeeded in breaking up a company-strength Viet Cong attack on a Popular Forces outpost near Dien Huong. This was part of Thua Thien-Hue province, where most activities of Agent Orange was commonly used.”

This ship was also considered a “Blue Water” ship, a former Vietnam era ship of the Vietnam War, which may have been contaminated by Agent Orange, through cross contamination.

My former ship; U.S.S. Volgelgesang and according to sources, this old ship was listed as an Agent Orange ship; “As a CVSO, Navy Veterans beware, the ship listing for those in Vietnam is not a complete list of every vessel that ever dropped anchor in-port or tied up pier-side and went ashore (be sure to include a statement showing veteran went ashore if applicable), or for those vessels that provided Naval Gun Fire Support along the inner waterways in country of Vietnam.

Case in point, USS Vogelgesang DD 862 Deck Logs from 18 Aug 66 showed the ship's posit as 16-33.1N 107.24E. Veteran through DRO Review was awarded claim. Google ships navy history, associations, or monthly summaries from MACV found at http://www.clemson.edu/caah/history/facultypages/EdMoise/macv.html
to identify dates the ships may have met the VA's eligibility criteria with service in Vietnam. The VAROs are attempting to update the list on a regular basis, but the claimant is still saddled with proving you meet the criteria based on presumption.”

I was also an ordinance loader on the ship; I went through a number of training missions firing and smelling ammo gases.

Physical Symptoms: After my stay in the Navy, I’ve had histories of serious medical problems, something I never had when I first joined the service.

After my service, I have had chronic histories of High Blood Pressures, Unexplained Acid Refluxes, Chronic Coughs, and serious bouts of depressions, Sleep Apnea, periodic asthmatic attacks, memory losses and mentally related illnesses, including PTSD.

During my later years, my health became progressively worse and now it has gotten bad, and I’ve had constant breathing disorders; shortness of breath, always tired when I walk, I have been having asthma attacks type symptoms ever since I left the Navy. Triggers that causes my asthma attacks, dust, sawdust, pollen and black pepper.

I have been diagnosed with possibly earlier stages of lung cancer. While in the Navy, I was placed in sick-bay for weeks, because of a very serious respiratory infection/illness. This began right after right after the Tear Gas drills. It turned out that I may have had asthma, without ever knowing it.

My work with pollutants also led me to the Norfolk Virginia Naval Yard, for various months for extensive ship hull work, and I possibly contracted Vapor Mercury there or maybe, I could have contracted vapor mercury poisoning when I did some hull cleaning and painting then. 

I have already been declared disabled by the VA. When I left the U.S. Navy, I was awarded Service Connected Disability 0% for the Upper Pulmonary illnesses that I may have contracted while in the service. My past and current medical symptoms can be attributed to a number of chemical components. 

Chemical Contamination's and its Symptoms:

First, lead poisoning causes hypertension, elevated blood pressure, most of it mental, depression, anxiety, impaired concentration, fatigue, muscular exhaustion, sleep disturbance, irritability, agitation, gastrointestinal/digestive problems, anorexia and abdominal pains, acid reflux and cramps.

2nd, mercury; angry fits, short term memory losses, low self esteem, loss of self control, inability to learn, remember and doing things by rote. Other symptoms, loss of bone around the teeth, loose teeth, bleeding of gums, digestive problems, cramps and so forth. And with cardiovascular problems, blood pressure changes, occasional chest pains, problems with breathing and so forth.

3rd Asbestos; According to professionals, symptoms may occur 30 to 50 years after exposure to asbestos. Symptoms, shortness of breath, persistent cough, Palpitations Dyspnea (occasionally heart has that skip and beats faster kind of thing), with breathing problems, fever, sweating, fatigue and weaknesses, abdominal pains, acid reflux, swelling of the stomach because of accumulative fluids.

And finally Agent Orange; Personality disorders, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pains, acid reflux, gastric hyperplasia, dizziness, suspension of breath, sleep apnea, uncoordinated, drowsy, psychiatric problems like, violent, irritable, angry, depression, frenzied manic, memory loss, personality changes, metabolic, fatigue, chills, elevated blood pressure, increased sensitivity to heat and sun, difficulty in breathing and shortness of breath.

It’s been four months, I quit smoking entirely! Unfortunately, my dear FRIENDS, I broke my left-arm Wednesday morning! I tripped and fell over a railing and broke my arm against an L shaped lower wall.

My surgery is scheduled at the VA for Wednesday. Thank God for the VA, or, I’d be Up-Crap Creek without a ‘freaking’ Paddle!

California Legislature Spent $1.7 Billion More than Budgeted & San Francisco's MUNI Bus Systems Going Broke & Want to Increase Taxes, While City’s Poorest/illegal’s Immigrants Get ‘FREE bus PASSES:’

Don’t EVER let Liberals manage YOUR TAX-Money, it won’t GO to you, and yes, we’re the real morons, but not those people, but YOUR money most likely will end-up for some undocumented immigrant instead.

Going Broke; According to the San Francisco Chronicle, California officials and their liberal cohorts cannot understand why the state has collected $1.5 billion less than anticipated. For October, just last month alone the shortfall added to a hefty $811 million.

It is projected that the state of California will have a shortfall of about 1 billion dollars for the year. So the state will raid the University of California and California State Universities out of $100 million.

Sacramento will also seek more cuts into Home Supportive Services for the handicapped and disabled. What makes this even worse folks; according to State Controller John chiang and the state has spent $1.7 billion dollars more than BUDGETED!

So, they’re talking about automatic triggers, making deeper CUTS into social services and cutting more help to the poor and EDUCATION. However, WE HEAR nothing about the escalating salaries, bankrupting pensions and gravy train deals of the state’s politicians, with their state employees and their Unions have.

This is another clear case of Tails Wagging the Dog tales; it’s IRONIC that California recently approved the California DREAM Act, to help illegal alien children get taxpayer financed, or public financing for their educations, and now the state wants to cut deeper into education!

Where’s the money for these poor illegal alien kids? Didn’t they think about it, before they venture into another costly entitlement for illegal immigrants? If that isn’t Liberal warped, then, I don’t know what is?

Do you all remember back in May 13^th, 2010, when I did; San Francisco Orders Police to STOP Enforcing Rampant MUNI/BUS “Fare Cheats/Evaders;” because it’s TOO Unfair FOR Immigrants:? “While the city’s transportation systems going broke, San Francisco Pro-immigrant groups have successfully pressured city politicians to STOP enforcing city’s public bus transportation, MUNI, for fare evasions, because majorities of scofflaws are IMMIGRANTS.”

Well, I’m baaaack again, with San Francisco Muni their Sad Sack S.F. Municipal Transportation Agency, i.e., yeah, their BUS transports systems. They are in worse financial shape than ever and they are totally going broke! Drastic measures are in the works to help keep the agency afloat.

Now, they are talking about adding 25 cents for cash fares, and charging three more dollars to parking FINES, including feeding parking meters on Sundays and at night! This is their worst deficit in years, and they are $34.1 million dollars in the red this year, and maybe $45.6 million next year!

With approved municipal transport operating budgets of $781 million dollars to operate, but get this folks! Almost a billion dollars annually to operate a transit agency and it is still broke!

Up until now, they averaged $23 million in the red, but no more. So, these (politicians) are also talking about installing another 1,000 parking meters, while even though, 28,800 won’t suffice.

Parking stalls fees and parking space rentals costing up to $1,000 a year, and including raising sales taxes half-cent and boosting vehicle license fees, to imposing $200 annual fee to the 144,000 parcels of private property.  

All of this malarkey, just to let poor immigrants and numerous undocumented immigrants ride for free!

Going back to my story I wrote back in May 2010, about immigrant groups and San Francisco city officials putting a stop on city COPS, from nabbing mostly immigrants fare jumpers, those who jumped on board through back doors and never PAID their fair shares of their fares.

Well guess what happened to all that? The city provided most of those scofflaws, those habitual immigrant non-fare payers in the past, and much more, with FREE 'L' ‘Lifeline’ fast-passes. No more COPS, problem solved, right?  

I ride MUNI a whole lot, I am partially handicapped and I sit up front. However, it never fails a day, when I see throngs of Chinese and Hispanic poor, with their ‘anchor babies,’ who board these buses using those ‘free’ L passes that the city hands out to the city’s poorest. And while GOING BROKE! Mind you.

Many of them are cheating the system. They can definitely AFFORD their $2.00 fares, with up-to three hours unlimited transfers, but want it for free, because the city GIVES it to them for FREE! If they can find a glutton laden liberal city like San Francisco, city politicians who believe in their lies, and then there you have it. 

I estimate between 15% to 25% who get on MUNI, have those 'L' Lifeline bus passes.

Instead of making them scofflaws, DEAD BEAT non-fare payers, they’ve become legal scofflaws, and DEAD BEAT fare payers.

 

I will come back with my classic immigrant question again; If those immigrants are so poor, that poor, that they cannot even afford CHEAP transportation like MUNI, and or pay for their college education for that matter, what in the HELL are they doing here? And why are they still here; why do we KEEP pandering to them with OUR hard earned tax moneys, whilst we’re all going BROKE?
